일본(日本)의 지방공문서관(地方公文書館)과 지방기록관리(地方記錄管理) -문서관(文書館)과 역사자료관(歷史資料館)의 설립과정을 중심으로- (Prefectural Archives and Records Management at Prefectural Governments in Japan)

  • This thesis aims to study the founding process and operation of the prefectural archives of Japan and to put that knowledge to the founding regional archives in Korea. Now 28 among 47 Prefectural Governments in Japan have founded and operated the prefectural archives. While Kyoto Prefectural Library and Archives, Nagano Prefectural Museum of History, Gifu Prefectural Virtual Museum of History, The Archives of Hyogo Prefectural Government, Ibaraki Prefectural Museum of History and Hukushima Prefectural Archives are on the type of Prefectural Museum of History, the rest of them are on the type of Archives. The Prefectural Museum of History in Japan has a complex function as the museum, the library, and the archives. But the Prefectural Museum of History seems to be a sort of transient phenomenon to Archives. The reason which Prefectural Museum of History can not develop into the Archives is not so much owing to financial difficulties as lack of understanding on the function of Archives. The thesis shows founding process of each prefectural archives. Especially, the case study on the Kanagawa Prefectural Archives, Okinawa Prefectural Archives was arranged by the detailed data investigation. Comparing with other prefectures, these three prefectural archives have a system in the collection and arrangement process of current official records, paleography and many other materials, and construct records management system with institutionalizing accession, arrangement, and opening of official records by regulations, rules and so forth. But because of historical background and character in each region, the difference may exist in the founding process of three prefectural archives. Before central archival institution, National Archives of Japan, is founded, the prefectural archives have been founded at each region and they have gained relatively independent status so that decentralism in the system of managing records could be possible. And the private historical organizations had many influences on the founding process of National Archives of Japan. Of course the Japanese Archives system may have many differences from Korean regional archives. While Japan established Archives institute for itself with localism, Korea has not settled the system of self-government still. Moreover, financial difficulties on founding regional archives and lack of understanding of the Archives remained in Korea. And yet with regard to the founding regional archives in Korea, the case of operation and founding process of prefectural archives of Japan may be of great value.

  • The humidifier disinfectant disaster (HDD) was not a simple poisoning accident by biocides, but a singular disaster in history created by chemicals in household products. This disaster was a result of the failure of a system for the management of chemical and product safety. Since the management authority for chemical usage safety is different from those for chemical safety in products, many blind areas for chemical safety management in products still remain. The 'Act on the Registration and Evaluation, etc. of Chemical Substances (ARECS)' or the new 'Biocidal Product Act' must not only address the blind areas in the management system for chemical and product safety, but also prevent a second HDD. To prevent another HDD, an integrated registration, evaluation, and management system for chemicals and consumer products must be incorporated into the 'ARECS' as an essential part for chemical safety in consumer products.

  • Traditionally, nurses keep the written patient records, which are referred as nursing care plan. Nursing care plan reports are one of the most important documents in the application of nursing processes. Typically, nurses prepare the plans by including general patient information as well as the patient's medical history information. In addition, the patient's developmental history and other specific health related information are part of the plans. The plans are usually concluded with the goals of the nursing care plan, nursing diagnoses, expected outcomes of the care, and possible nursing interventions. The nursing diagnoses, outcomes, and interventions are defined by North American Nursing Diagnosis Association (NANDA). This means that the nurses will select the appropriate diagnoses, outcomes, and interventions from an approved set. We developed a web-based nursing care plan generation system. In this paper, we report our work on developing a visual interface to the NANDA nursing diagnoses, outcomes, and interventions database as a part of the web-based nursing care plan generation system.

국제적(國際的) 건축(建築) 전문교육(專門敎育) 인증기준(認證基準)에서 본 한국(韓國) 건축교육(建築敎育)의 현황분석(現況分析) (A Critical Analysis on the Architectural Education in Korea from the view of International Accrediting Criteria)

  • Under the WTO system, global standardization of professionalism in architecture practice calls for transformation of curriculum in architectural education in Korea. This paper compares the curriculum standards of international accrediting authorities such as NAAB and RIBA based on UIA accord which defines fundamental knowledge and abilities of an architect. As a result this paper extracts 51 achievement oriented criteria of architectural education in Korea. It can be categorized as communication, design, cultural context(history and theory, human behavior and social aspects), technical systems(structural systems, environmental control systems, construction material and assemblies) and practice(project process, project economics and business management, laws and regulations). Based on this recommended Korean curriculum standards, current curriculum is analyzed focusing on the 5 architectural programs in Seoul. Through this analysis, it became clear that some area - social and economic aspects in architecture, sustainability in architecture, understanding and selection of construction material, assemblies and environmental control system, recycling of existing building, professional liability, professional rules of conduct, project economics and project management - need to be covered and emphasized to meet the international standards in professional education in architecture. The result in this paper will be used as a basic data in the process of finding the direction of restructuring curriculum for professional architectural education in Korea.

지식정보자원관리사업 역사분야 정보시스템의 기능적 사용자 인터페이스에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Functional User Interface of the Korean Hisory Information System in the Knowledge Information Resource Management)

  • 정보통신부는 지식정보 강국의 실현을 위해 2000년부터 지식정보자원관리사업을 추진하여 오고 있다. 이 사업으로 역사, 교육, 문화, 과학기술 등의 주요한 지식정보자원이 디지털화되어 인터넷 서비스되고 있다. 역사분야에서는 경상대학교 문천각, 국가보훈처, 국사편찬위원회, 독립기념관, 민족문화추진회, 민주화운동기념사업회, 서울대학교규장각, 성균관대학교 존경각, 전쟁기념관, 한국국학진흥원, 한국여성개발원, 한국학중앙연구원 등의 12개 기관이 참여하였다. 12개의 역사분야 정보시스템은 상이한 기능적 사용자 인터페이스를 가지고 있어 사용자들의 정보시스템 사용에 혼란을 주고 있다. 따라서 사용자의 편리성 증대를 위해 기능적 사용자 인터페이스의 표준화가 시급한 과제이다. 이글에서는 정보검색과 검색결과제시의 두 측면에서 12개의 역사분야 인터넷 정보시스템이 채택한 기능적 사용자 인터페이스의 공통점과 차이점을 기술하여 표준화된 기능적 인터페이스 마련을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다.

  • The construction of the transportation history database system is to serve the scheduling and seat inventory controling. Recently, lots of countries have been faced with the advance era because of the new railway transportation system, like the high speed railway and/or magnetic levitation vehicle system. This can be reasonably translated as those of operators are willing to provide the more various and high quality schedule to the customer. Those operators' these ideas make possible to forecast that scheduling process is going to be complicated more and more The seat inventory control, so to speak Yield Management System(YMS), goes a long way to improve the total passenger revenue at the railway business. The YMS forecasts the number of the last reservation value(DCP# END) and recommends the optimal values on the seat sales. The history database system contains infra-data(ie, train, seat, sales) that will be the foundation of scheduling and seat inventory control application programs. The development of the application programs are reserved to the next step. The database system is installed on the pc platform(IBM compatible), using the DB2(RDBMS). And at next step, the platform and DBMS will be considered whether they can meet the users' requirement or not.

Design a Learning Management System Platform for Primary Education

  • E-learning systems have proliferated in recent years, particularly in the wake of the global COVID-19 pandemic. For kids, there isn't a specific online learning platform available, though. To do this, new conceptual models of training and learning software that are adapted to the abilities and preferences of end users must be created. Young pupils: those in kindergarten, preschool, and elementary school are unique subjects with little research history. From the standpoint of software technology, young students who have never had access to a computer system are regarded as specific users with high expectations for the functionality and interface of the software, social network connectivity, and instantaneous Internet communication. In this study, we suggested creating an electronic learning management system that is web-based and appropriate for primary school pupils. User-centered design is the fundamental technique that was applied in the development of the system that we are proposing. Test findings have demonstrated that students who are using the digital environment for the first time are studying more effectively thanks to the online learning management system.

  • The pre-existing medical treatment was done in person between doctors and patients. EMR (Electronic Medical Record) System computerizing medical history of patients has been proceed and has raised concerns in terms of violation of human right for private information. Which integrates "Identification information" containing patients' personal details as well as "Medical records" such as the medical history of patients and computerizes all the records processed in hospital. Therefore, all medical information should be protected from misuse and abuse since it is very important for every patient. Particularly the right to privacy of medical record for each patient should be surely secured. Medical record means what doctors put down during the medical examination of patients. In this paper, we applies fingerprint identification to EMR system login to raise the quality of personal identification when user access to EMR System. The system implemented in this paper consists of embedded module to carry out fingerprint identification, web server and web site. Existing carries out it in client. And the confidence of hospital service is improved because login is forbidden without fingerprint identification success.

지능형콘텐츠 개발과 인터렉티브 스토리텔링 시스템 연구 (A Study on the Development of Intelligent Contents and Interactive Storytelling System)

  • 정보통신기술의 발달은 다양한 디지털매체와 소셜네트워크(SNS) 출연을 가져왔으며, 정보와 지식을 전달하는 방법에 있어서 '객관적지식'에서 '경험적지식'을 실시간 이야기하고 감성을 소통가능하게 하였다. 본 연구에서는 가족의 역사, 개인의 인물사등 선형적인 서사 장르의 이야기를 가지고 다양한 형태로 이야기를 생성할 수 있는 인터렉티브 스토리텔링 시스템을 연구하고자 한다. CEO이야기나 특정 조직이야기, 가족이야기등 다양한 콘텐츠 가운데 가족이야기(familyHistory)를 본 연구의 사례연구 관점에서 내러티브인터뷰, 직접관찰, 문서 및 영상자료수집 등을 통해 수집 분석 한 후 장르별 DB와 키워드DB 설계를 하여 분류 저장하였다. 저장된 자료는 인터렉티브 스토리텔링 서술구조를 통하여 사용자가 가족의 역사와 이야기에 대한 스토리텔링을 재구성하여 사용함으로써 이야기의 가치와 활용도를 높이고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 각 세대간의 소통의 도구가 부족한 한국의 현황에서 1세대와 3세대 간의 텍스트, 이미지, 영상등 다양한 형태의 디지털 매체를 사용하는 저작시스템의 데이터모델을 작성하였으며, 더 나아가 DB화된 다양한 장르의 가족이야기를 가지고 인터렉티브 스토리텔링 창작 도구로 연동 가능한 시스템 설계를 연구하였다.
