콘드로이틴황산은 상어연골로부터 알카리방법과 효소적 방법에 의해 추출하였다. 추출에 있어서 알카리의 농도, 효소인 알카라제의 농도, 온도 등에 따른 최적 추출조건을 규명하였으며 콘드로이틴 황산용 UF 막으로 막분리하여 순수한 콘드로이틴황산을 얻었다. 얻어진 콘드로이틴 황산의 분자량을 GPC로 측정하였을 때 분자량이 27만 Da 이었다.

Hirudin, a 65-amino acid protein isolated from the salivary gland of the bloodsucking leech, Hirudo medicinalis, is a potent thrombin-specific inhibitor and blocks the thrombin-mediated conversion of fibrinogen to fibrin in clot formation. We have studied the gene expression and secretion of hirudin in yeast. Saccharomyces cerevisiae. A gene coding for hirudin was synthesized based on the amino acid sequence and cloned into a yeast expression vector $YEG{\alpha}-1$ containing the ${\alpha}-mating$ factor pre-pro leader sequence and galactose-inducible promoter, GALl0. Recombinant S. cerevisiae was found to secrete biologically active hirudin into the extracellular medium. The secreted recombinant hirudin was recovered from the culture medium and purified with ultrafiltration and reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography. Approximately 1 mg of hirudin per liter was produced under suboptimal culture conditions and brought to about 90% purity in two steps of purification.

본 논문에서는 디지털 하이브리드 위상고정루프(Digital Hybrid Phase-Locked Loop, DHPLL) 주파수 합성기 구조에서 고 순도 스펙트럼과 초고속 스위칭 속도를 위한 설계기술을 제안한다. D/A 변환기 출력으로 전압제어발진기(Voltage Controlled Oscillator, VCO)를 구동하는 개 루프(open-loop) 구성 방식과 기존 위상고정루프(Phase Locked Loop, PLL)의 폐 루프(closed-loop) 구성 방식을 혼합한 하이브리드 구조의 주파수 합성기를 고려하여, 시스템 변수(개 루프 대역과 위상 여유)와 성능 파라미터(정착시간, 위상 잡음, 그리고 최대 오버슈트(Max. overshoot)의 관계를 연구하였다. 그리고 이 관계를 통해 스펙트럼 순도와 스위칭 속도를 향상시키기 위한 최적의 3가지 설계방안을 제시한다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 결과, 주파수 스위칭 과정에서 발생하는 최대 오버슈트가 0.0991%이고 완전 정상상태 도달시간은 0.288msec이다. offset 주파수 10KHz에서 위상 잡음은 -128.15dBc이다.

중성자포획 감마선 방사화분석법을 이용하여 원자로급 알루미늄중 붕소를 분석하였다. 실험에 의한 검출한계는 10% 불확실도의 경우 5.7ppm 이었다. 함량이 더욱 미량인 경우를 위하여 양이온 교환수지를 이용하며 알루미늄으로 부터 붕소를 사전분리하는 농축법을 개발하였다. 이 두 방법 즉 직접 측정하는 방법과 농축후 측정하는 두가지 방법의 정확도를 첨가법으로 조사하였다. 그 결과 5% 편차 이내에서 잘 일치하였다.

A tunable low-phase-noise microwave generation structure that utilizes an optoelectronic oscillator (OEO) and a fiber Bragg grating (FBG) is proposed and experimentally demonstrated in this article. This structure has no particular requirement for the band width of the laser, and its tunability is realized through adjusting the central frequency of the tunable FBG. A detailed theoretical analysis is established and confirmed via an experiment. A high-purity microwave signal with a frequency tunable from 6 to 12 GHz is generated. The single-sideband phase noise of the generated signal at 10.2 GHz is -117.2 dBc/Hz, at a frequency offset of 10 kHz.

The crystals of ZnGa2S4 and ZnGa2S4:Co(2mole%) were synthesized from high-purity (99.999%) elements of Zinc, Gallium, and sulfur. The crystal structure of these crystals belong to a tetragonal system with layer type and the lattice constants are a =5.35\ulcorner c=10.43\ulcornerfor ZnGa2S4: Co(2 mole%) crystal at 298\ulcorner. The optical absorption spectra of these compounds were obtained through reflectance measurements using a 60 mm diameter intergrating sphere. The optical energy gaps are 3.18eV for ZnGa2S4 and 2.60eVfor ZnGa2S4:L Co(2mole%)at 298\ulcorner, respectively.

We report the synthesis of blue emitting materials with a new core structure containing indenopyrazine. Non-doped device using one of these materials as a blue emitter was found to exhibit high external quantumn efficiency of 4.6% and excellent color purity of (0.154, 0.078) as well as narrow emission band of 47nm FWHM.

A nano structured silica aerogel thin film was manufactured from inexpensive sodium silicate (water glass) using an ambient pressure drying method. High purity silicic sol was prepared by passing a water glass solution through an ion exchange resin, and the gel films were prepared on a modified glass substrate via dip coating. The dip coating conditions, such as coating time and solvent, were optimized. The optical and physical properties of the obtained silica aerogel thin film were characterized using a UV-visable spectrometer and a scanning electron microscope.

This paper attempts to search demagraphic and socio characteristics of unmarried female workers aged 15-19 years using the data of unmarried female factory workers' survey made by the Korea Institute for Population and Health. Total number of female workers analysed for the study is 250, most of them finished high school(58 percent) or middle school(37 percent). Their average monthly income is 97,000 won and the income is mainly used for self-support, family support and saving for future plan. While 67 percent of the respndents have had experience of association with opposite sex, most of them insisted that purity of female should be kept until marriage As result, sex and population education program for those young female workers should be strengthened in consideration with their age characteristics.

The purpose of this study is not only fixation of carbon dioxide using the cement-saturated solution by wet carbonating reaction but also evaluate the possibility of storage technology of Carbon dioxide. wet carbonation is reaction of CO₂ injection by CO₂ reactor. As a result of experiment, the carbon dioxide is fixed, and high-purity Calcium Carbonate is eluted.
