태안 마도1·2호선 해양 유물로 본 고려시대의 음식 문화 (Food Culture of Koryo Dynasty from the Viewpoint of Marine relics of Taean Mado shipwrecks No. 1 and No. 2)

  • This study examined the food culture of the Koryo Dynasty during the early 13th century based on the records of wooden tablets and marine relics from the 1st and 2nd ships of Mado wrecked at sea off Taean while sailing for Gaegyeong containing various types of grain paid as taxes and tributes. The recipients of the cargo on the 1st ship of Mado were bureaucrats living in Gaegyeong during the period of the military regime of the Koryo Dynasty, and the place of embarkation was the inlet around Haenam (Juksan Prefecture) and Naju (Hoijin Prefecture) in Jolla-do. On wooden tablets were recorded 37 items of rice, cereal, and fermented foods. The measures used in the records were seok [石-20 du (斗)] for cereal, seok [15 du, 20 du] for fermented soybean paste, and pot (缸) and volume (斗) for salted fish. The places of embarkation on the 2nd ship of Mado were Jeongeup (Gobu Prefecture), Gochang (Jangsa Prefecture, Musong Prefecture), etc. On wooden tablets were recorded 29 items of rice, cereal, fermented foods, seasame oil, and honey. The volume measure for yeast guk (麴), the fermentative organism for rice wine, was nang [囊-geun (斤)], and the measure for sesame oil and honey, which were materials of oil-and-honey pastries and confections, was joon (樽-seong, 盛). Honey and sesame oil were luxury foods for the upper-class people of the Koryo Dynasty, and they were carried in high-quality inlaid celadon vases in Meibyung style. Food names and measures written on wooden tablets and actual artifacts found in the 1st and 2nd ships of Mado are valuable materials for research into agriculture, cereal, and fermented foods of the Koryo Dynasty in the early 13th century. Besides, relics such as grains and bones of fish and animals from the Koryo Dynasty are expected to provide crucial information usable in studies on food history of the Korean Peninsula.

자기모니터링, 인구통계학적 변인과 화장품 구매행동 및 사용에 관한 연구 (The Purchasing Behavior and Use of Cosmetics Associated with Self-Monitoring and Demographic Variables)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the casual relationships of self-monitoring, face satisfaction, and demographic variables on the purchasing behavior and use of cosmetics of women. Samples wre 479 women in their 20's to 50's in Seoul, Korea. Three factors of the purchase criteria of cosmetics derived by factor analysis : F.1 'intrinsic trait', F.2 'sales promotion and fashion', F.3 'economy. Women high in self-monitor purchased and used cosmetics more than those low in self-monitor. There were significant relationships between the purchasing behavior and use of cosmetics and age, education, and social stratification. Women in their 20's and 30's perceived purchase criteria associated with intrinsic trait such as color and becomingness as more important, 20's sales promotion and fashion, women with less education perceived economy more than did the others. Upper class women showed more concern for intrinsic trait such as quality and color of cosmetics than did lower class. Social stratification, age, self-monitoring, and education had a direct effect on the degree of cosmetics purchase. Self-monitoring and education had a direct effect on the degree of cosmetics use. Age, education, social stratification, and face satisfaction had an indirect effect on the degree of cosmetics purchase and use. The causal relationship of self-monitoring on the use of coloring cosmetics was stronger than the connection between self-monitoring and total cosmetics. The present findings provide that personal trait associated with self-monitoring of women is important variable in understanding of the purchasing behavior and use of cosmetics.

초등학교 실과 교육과정 소프트웨어 교육에 대한 교사의 인식과 개선방안 (Teachers' Perceptions of Software Education in Elementary School Practical Arts Curriculum and Improvement Plan)

  • 4차 산업혁명 시대가 시작되고 소프트웨어의 중요성이 부각됨에 따라 교육도 이를 반영하게 되었다. 이미 여러 나라에서 소프트웨어 교육을 실시하고 있으며, 우리나라도 2015 개정 교육과정이 적용되는 2019년부터 정규 교육과정에서 소프트웨어 교육을 시작하게 되었다. 본 연구는 초등학교 실과 교육과정에서 처음으로 소프트웨어 교육을 실시한 교사들의 느낀 점과 어려움을 바탕으로 소프트웨어 교육 활성화를 위한 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 2019년 초등학교에서 소프트웨어 교육을 담당한 교사 96명을 대상으로 개인 역량, 수업 운영 방식, 교과서 및 교육자료, 수업 운영 내용, 교육환경과 관련하여 36개의 문항으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 그 중 3명을 대상으로 면담을 실시하였다. 그 결과 교육 시설과 환경 개선, 양질의 수업자료 개발 및 보급 활성화, 교사 대상의 참여형 연수와 교사 동아리 지원 확대 등의 개선사항이 필요함을 확인하였다.

PBL과 협력적 교수법을 적용한 융합 교과목 개발 (Developing a convergence course applying project-based learning and collaborative teaching methods)

  • This study aimed to develop a new convergence course applying project-based learning (PBL) and collaborative teaching methods and identify its educational effects. The course development proceeded as follows: First, three instructors collaborated to define course goals, plan objectives, content, and methods, and create a syllabus for a PBL-based fashion studio course. Roles were divided to maximize expertise: one instructor focused on fashion design, another on three-dimensional cutting, and the third on flat cutting, and digital techniques. Second, the classes were conducted and feedback on student progress was shared, enhancing class quality and engagement. Third, teaching effectiveness was assessed through learner evaluation questionnaires, reflection journals, and performance assessments. Lastly, based on the results from these evaluations, positive aspects of the course were reviewed, and ways to modify it and enhance course quality for continuous improvement were explored. The results showed high satisfaction with the learning effects on major competencies, indicating that students not only effectively learned major skills but also improved their communication and teamwork. The students perceived the teaching methods positively allowing them to be more active in class. Instructors noted that the course produced higher-quality design and production outcomes compared to previous courses. Overall, the course applying PBL and collaborative teaching methods was found to improve educational quality and effectiveness, making it a valuable approach for learner-centered education.

국내 고층 주상복합 건물의 구조적 특성에 관한 조사 연구 (An Investigative Study on the Structural Characteristics of High-Rise Complexes in Korea)

  • Recently, the interest in a complex building increases rapidly in Korea. High-rise complex is not simply the combination of a residential apartment and a business office as previous but a building with the object of the convenience of the residents familiar with city-life style through adapting the high class life style and new residential culture to the business space, and the efficiency in using the limited building site in the town. This study presents an exploratory analysis focusing the structural system with the help of the extensive survey of the construction site in Korea, and aims a guideline for the structural design and construction of high rise complex. Through the survey, change and development in the design and the construction can be seen as the height and size of the complex grow. It is almost indispensable to design a structural system against lateral forces like earthquake or wind, which is usually measured by story drift ratio or story displacement. Improvement of the structural materials and their usages is also included for the efficiency of the structural system. Useful slab-beam system contributing to the decrease of the story height is still a concern.

사회봉사 교과목 수강전후 간호학생들의 자아존중감 및 우울에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Changing in Self-esteem and Depression of Nursing College Students after Voluntary Program)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of the voluntary program experience with curriculum on self-esteem and depression in nursing college students. The research design utilized in this study was one group pre test-post test design. The data were gathered two times with questionnaire. First data were gathered before voluntary activity. And second data were gathered after instruction and five times voluntary activity. The data were analized by frequency, paired t-test. t-test. and ANOVA using the SAS program. The results were as follows 1. After the activity the scores of self-esteem were significantly higher than before the activity. 2. After the activity the scores of depression were significantly lower than before the activity. 3. The relationship between self-esteem and depression were negatives in both before and after the activity. 4. Before voluntary activity the scores of self-esteem in the class choosing the Culture Exploration were significantly high. but after the activity the scores of self-esteem were not significantly different. 5. As opinion on attendance of lecture class of voluntary activity program. before voluntary activity the scores of depression were not significantly different. but after the activity the scores of depression were significantly different.

냉장육 소비전력을 위한 소비자 외식 기호도 연구 -서울, 경기지역을 중심으로- (A study on the Dining-out preference and behavior of consumers for the chilled meat consumption strategy in Seoul-Kyunggi Area)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the consumers' Dining-out preference and behavior for the chilled meat consumption strategy . A total of 328 persons in Seoul, Kyunggi areas were selected by stratified random sampling method and were responded to this study questionnaire which was composed of six parts with 65 statements about chilled meat consumption. 1. The frequency of Dining-out is characterized that 'once a month' is the highest pattern of consumers(46.3%) : In that cases, the married people showed 'once a month'(52.7%) and 'once biweekly'(23.3%), but the unmarried people showed the more frequent pattern as 'once a week'(27.3%) and 'twice a week'(27.3%). And the frequency of Dining-out in relation with the education level revealed that 'the graduate people' are the highest (37.5%). 2. Generally the first food for the Dining-out is 'Kalbi'(26.2%), and the others were 'pork grilling','chilled meat grilling','fish sasimi','chinese foods','pizza' etc.... But there were some variation in relation with incomes and housing types: For the agriculture/physical labor class, they prefers the 'pork griling'(25.0%), the office work class prefers the 'Kalbi' For the house-owner group, they prefers the 'Kalbi', but the house-renting/lodging group, they prefer the 'chinese food' or 'pork grilling' etc.... 3. In choosing the Dining-out place,'quality of food'(54.3%) and 'hygiene'(21.0%) were rated as the first important factor. 4.'Soups', 'Noodles' and 'Cooked rice in casserole' were chosen as good lunch menu : for male, they prefer the 'Soups', but females prefer 'Cooked rice in casserole'. 5. People with commercials/services(44.7%) and agriculture/physical labor(50.0%) ate their lunch in private restaurant, but peoples in the office work(57.0%)/public service personnel(70.4%) and industry use refectory; and it showed significant difference. 6. Consumers prefer the chilled meat as a Dining-out menu, but they didn't recognize the difference between chilled meat and frozen meat 7. For Dining-out menu, many people proper the beef, but the price of beef was so high than pork, agriculture/physical labor class choose the pork grilling instead of beef : commercials/services/office worker prefer the beef chilled meat . 8. The first admirable cooking method for chilled meat is direct radiation grilling with charcoal and many of consumers prefer tender, marbling, some chewy and juicy, flavor, soft as a quality of meat but physical labor class prefer the some tough and chewy texture.

청소년이 있는 농촌가정의 수입식품 이용실태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the some aspects of use of imported foods at the rural homes with the growing generation)

  • The purpose of this paper was to grasp some aspects of use of imported foods at the rural homes with the growing generation. So we put some questions to the 399 middle school and high school students. The results were as follows: (1) The number of the homes using the imported foods, which marks 56.9% of the whole, was higher than the number of the homes not using the ones. (2) Even though the use of imported foods had no relation with the occupations of the student's mothers, the degree of living quality, the situations of food consumption, and so on, however the use ratio was high at the homes of middle class. (3) The students of the home of using imported foods favored the traditional diets, and marked 63% of the objective students of investigation. The students who like the western style of diets marked the high frequency of the use of the imported foods. On the other hand, the students who like the Chinese foods used the meat and fishes and processed foodstuffs among the imported foods. (4) The frequency of instant foods for the carried lunches showed the meaningful relation with frequency of use of imported foods. (5) In the view of use of instant foods for the lunches, the group of people who carried the lunches 3 or 5 times per week used the imported meat foods, the other group who carried the lunches 1 or 2 times per week marked the high frequency of having coffee and tea.

KU812세포에 의한 쌀 알레르겐 특이적 IgE항체 합성의 유도 (Induction of Rice Allergen-Specific IgE Synthesis by KU8l2 Cells)

  • CD40L를 발현하는 KU812세포와 CD40를 발현하는 항원 특이적 B 세포의 배양을 통해 IgE 클라스 스위치가 유도된다. 본 연구자는 체외면역법에 의해 건강인의 말초혈액을 이용하여 쌀 알레르겐 특이적 IgM 항체를 생성하는 B 세포주를 수립하였다. 본 연구에서는 KU812세포에 의한 쌀 알레르겐 특이적 IgE 항체의 유도를 시도하였다. 배양 전, 쌀 알레르겐 특이적 B 세포주, RA9G11과 PMA와 ionomycin을 6시간 처리하여 활성화된 KU812세포에서 CD40와 CD40L 발현량을 flow cytomerty를 통화여 각각 확인하였다. RA9G11세포와 활성화된 KU812세포는 높은 수준의 CD40와 CD40L를 각각 발현하였다. 쌀 알레르겐 특이적 IgE항체 합성 유도를 위해, 여러 가지 농도의 IL-4 존재하에, RA9G11세포와 활성화된 KU812세포를 12일 동안 배양하였다. IgE 정상영역의 mRNA 발현량과, 쌀 알레르겐 특이적 IgE 항체 생성 세포가 모든 조건에서 확인되었으며, 특히 50U의 L-4 농도 하에서 같은 비율의 RA9G11과 활성화된 KU812세포를 배양했을 때, IgE 합성이 가장 높았다. 따라서 활성화된 KU812세포에 의한 쌀 알레르겐 특이적 IgE 합성은 알레르기 질환의 치료 및 예방에 관한 연구에 기여할 것으로 사료된다.

  • The purpose of this study is to interpret the elegant dressing visualized in modem fashion on the basis of the concept of elegance in dress and its aesthetic characteristics from the holistic viewpoint. Elegance in dress is based upon the idea of aristocratic taste cultivated by good breeding, considering from the documentary study. It is expressed visually through not only the carefully contrived dress but also a sort of aura of dressed body with skillful ease. The aesthetic values of elegance consist of luxury, nobility, refinement, femininity, harmony. To grasp the trends of elegant styles since 1990s, contents analysis of the articles related to elegance in Vogue has been done. As a result, they have been classified into four groups of elegant styles which are Classic, Elaborate Couture, Soft Minimalism, Kitsch Elegance. Classic Elegance and Elaborate Couture Elegance represent traditional ones with conservative viewpoint. Soft Minimalism Elegance is a modem version of elegance. According to postmodernism as a open system, even kitsch has been refined to keep accompany with elegance fur aristocratic taste of high class. As a result of this study, in fashion from the 16th century to the first half of 16th century, elegance has been one of the significant aesthetic categories, resulting from the absolute domination of taste of high society. However in the end of 20th century it seems to start to fade in fashion trends such as mass fashion, youth culture, casual fashion etc. Rather, it can be thought that elegance has been expressed as one of the aesthetic values in dress, by virtue of its value of high class as well as its conservative stability.
