통화량이 많은 상황에서 인지 무선 시스템을 위한 Cyclostationarity 기반 스펙트럼 센싱 기법 (A Cyclostationarity-Based Spectrum Sensing Scheme for Cognitive Radio Systems in High Traffic Circumstances)

  • 인지무선 통신 시스템에서는 2차 사용자가 1차 사용자의 주파수 대역 점유 여부를 판단하는 스펙트럼 센싱을 수행한다. 실제 인지무선 통신 시스템에서는 센싱 구간 동안 1차 사용자 신호가 임의로 중간에 들어오거나 나가는 통화량이 많은 상황이 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 통화량이 많은 상황에 알맞은 cyclostationarity 기반 스펙트럼 센싱 기법을 제안한다. 또한, 모의실험을 통해 제안한 cyclostationarity 기반 검출 기법이 기존의 통화량이 많은 상황을 위한 에너지 검파 기법 및 통화량이 많은 상황을 고려하지 않은 cyclostationarity 기반 검출 기법보다 우수한 센싱 성능을 가짐을 보인다.

인천항 VTS의 효율적인 운영방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Efficient Operation of VTS in Inchon)

  • Many Countries have made efforts to assist ships navigate accurately , safely and expeditiously for the safety control against increasing marine traffic , in their coastal waters. However, they are exposed in spite of these efforts,to risks of casulaties and marine polluation caused by traffic congestion when ships are navigating through waterways approaches to ports or harbors and in narrow fairways. Therefore, efficient control of VTS in Port is necessary nowadays to provide ships with necessary service , which interacts with shipping and organize the flow of traffic so as to maximize the efficiency of the port or harbor while minimizing the risk of accident and environmental pollution. Even though the navigation condition of ships is very inferior compared to other ports in Korea, such as the big difference between the ebb and flood tide, the frequent fog, the narrow fairway , the density of navigation traffic in Inchon Port is high and transportation quantity of dangerous cargoe increases gradually. In cosideration of the characteristics of natural circumstance and traffic circumstance the VTS established newly in Inchon port have to operate efficiently. The purpose of this study is to help efficient operation of VTS in Inchon port by accomplishing both the literature research and questionnaire survey. Questionnaire survey was read to the VTS personnel in Inchon Port and customer familiar to Inchon Port such as ship navigators, pilots, shipping companies and so on. Most of ship navigators who occupy half of the respondents are Korean Officer who had responded while they were calling at Inchon port. The conclusions and recommendations includes ; First, the service area should be extended over Designated area to provide the vessel with navigational assistance service regarding the information of traffic congestion area, fishing boat and small ship's activities. Second, the types of information service to be offered are ship's movement and weather condition inthe vicinity of the port and state of fairway in the approaching channel to thte fairway. Third, VTS personnel should be upgraded by the on-the-job training and continuous simulation training as well as supplement of the qualified personnel for VTS operation. Fourth , the Harbor Master System to be introduced for safe navigation and efficient port operation.

대기행렬이론과 Q-러닝 알고리즘을 적용한 지역문화축제 진입차량 주차분산 시뮬레이션 시스템 (A Simulation of Vehicle Parking Distribution System for Local Cultural Festival with Queuing Theory and Q-Learning Algorithm)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to develop intelligent vehicle parking distribution system based on LoRa network at the circumstance of traffic congestion during cultural festival in a local city. This paper proposes a parking dispatch and distribution system using a Q-learning algorithm to rapidly disperse traffics that increases suddenly because of in-bound traffics from the outside of a city in the real-time base as well as to increase parking probability in a parking lot which is widely located in a city. Design/methodology/approach The system get information on realtime-base from the sensor network of IoT (LoRa network). It will contribute to solve the sudden increase in traffic and parking bottlenecks during local cultural festival. We applied the simulation system with Queuing model to the Yudeung Festival in Jinju, Korea. We proposed a Q-learning algorithm that could change the learning policy by setting the acceptability value of each parking lot as a threshold from the Jinju highway IC (Interchange) to the 7 parking lots. LoRa Network platform supports to browse parking resource information to each vehicle in realtime. The system updates Q-table periodically using Q-learning algorithm as soon as get information from parking lots. The Queuing Theory with Poisson arrival distribution is used to get probability distribution function. The Dijkstra algorithm is used to find the shortest distance. Findings This paper suggest a simulation test to verify the efficiency of Q-learning algorithm at the circumstance of high traffic jam in a city during local festival. As a result of the simulation, the proposed algorithm performed well even when each parking lot was somewhat saturated. When an intelligent learning system such as an O-learning algorithm is applied, it is possible to more effectively distribute the vehicle to a lot with a high parking probability when the vehicle inflow from the outside rapidly increases at a specific time, such as a local city cultural festival.

  • The change of the transportation circumstance related to the deep environmental pollution, escalation of the energy price, increasing social cost of the congestion and traffic accident, improving a income level, advanced social structure etc, is rapidly proceeded. For the corresponding this transportation circumstance, the role of the railway is being increased and that is friendly with environment, efficient for the energy, observed the time schedule and the transportation device which is high speed and safe mass transportation. In addition, government's R&D investment is being increased according to deeping a strength of the international competitiveness through the technical innovation. So railway's R&D investment is being increased. Accordingly, This study suggest improving a fruit of the R&D related to railway R&D system for a efficient R&D investment.

부산항 환적화물 분석에 유치를 위한 항만경쟁력 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on Competitiveness of Busan Port on Attracting Transshipment Cargo)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 고부가가치 창출을 위한 부산항 환적화물 유치 속성과 항만경쟁력이 무엇인지를 밝히고자 하였다. 환적화물 경쟁력을 항만물동량과 시장점유율로 정의하고 환적항만 환경요인을 내부환경과 외부환경으로 구분하여 이들이 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 연구결과 최적의 환적항만이 되기 위해서는 내부환경으로 배후규모와 입지, 시설 및 요율이, 외부환경으로는 국제 네트워크와 물류관리 정보화가 물동량증가에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 환적화물 유치전략을 극대화하기 위한 방안을 제시하면 첫째 입항에서 하역, 운송, 가공, 선적에 이르는 일괄관리시스템을 구축하여야 한다. 둘째, 관세법에서 규정한 개항을 자유무역지역으로 지정하여 관세 및 내국세 비과세를 통한 외국자본의 유업 및 물동량 증가라는 시스템을 구축하여야 한다. 셋째, 자본의 자유로운 이동을 위하여 불법적인 자본이동을 제외한 외국환거래의 대폭적인 자유화를 보장하여 화주 및 선박회사의 부산항 화물유치 증대 및 투자유치를 적극 추진하여야 한다.

  • 최근 도로의 유지관리 개념의 중요성이 대두되면서 도로 자체의 유지보수 확장이나 도로선형 개량 등 도로상에서 각종 공사의 빈도가 증가하고 있다. 특히 고속으로 주행하는 고속도로 상에서 도로점용공사로 인하여 차로가 감소되는 구간은 교통효율과 사고 위험도 측면에서 체계적이고 합리적인 도로점용공사가 필요하지만, 국내의 도로 특성을 반영한 공사구간 도로상에서의 교통사고 측면의 연구가 부족하여 외국의 사례를 적용하고 있는데, 외국은 국가의 면적, 도로의 사정, 국민들의 의식수준 등 여러 가지 상황이 우리나라와 상이하여 외국의 사례를 그대로 적용했을 때에는 실제적으로 우리나라 도로현황과 일치하지 않는 경우가 대부분이다. 이에 고속도로 23개 노선을 중심으로 2003년부터 2005년까지 3년동안 교통통제가 이루어진 공사구간에서 발생한 교통사고를 조사하고 이 공사구간에서 발생하는 교통사고의 특성을 사고유형별, 사고심각도별, 공사유형별, 원인별, 사고 발생경향별, 그리고 전체 고속도로상의 교통사고와의 비교를 통해서 알아보고자 한다. 또한 이를 통해서 보다 구체적이고 세부적인 공사구간 통제지침의 필요성을 제시하고자 한다.

한국연안의 해상교통류분석(I) (Macroscopic Analysis of Traffic Flow in the Korean Coastal Waterway)

  • Generally, the development of shipping is characterized by the amount of traffic flow (traffic volume) and seaborne cargo in the sea. Movement of ships is an essential element of constructing the traffic flow which is represented the dynamic movement of ships in the sea, but on the other band the numbers of arriving and departing the port is the basic factor consisting of the static movement of ships. The amount of cargoes by coastal vessels and ocean trade vessels have increased tremendously with the great growth of the Korean economy these days. This increase of the seaborne cargoes has made the Korean coastal traffic flow so congested that this can be a cause of large pollution as well as great marine casualities such as a loss of human lives and properties . And also the future coastal traffic is expected to increase considerably according to our economic development and high dependence upon foreign trade. Under the circumstance, to devise the safety of coastal traffic flow and to take a proper step of a efficient navigation, there is a necessity for analyzing and surveying the coastal traffic trend and the characteristics of cargo movement. In order to grasp the dynamic movement of ships in the Korean coast, O/D analysis is executed. This paper aims to secure the basic data necessary for a comprehensive plan and estimation of vessel traffic management system for the enhancement of safety, order and efficiency of vessel traffic in the Korean coast. The analyzed results of the traffic flow and seaborne cargoes of the Korean coast are summarized as follows : 1) The congestion by the vessels occurred around the ports such as-in proportion of ship's number (proportion of tonnage) -Incheon 18.5%(14.8%), Pohang 5.9% (9.9%), Samil 5.2%(8.3%), Mokpo 8.6%(0.8%), Pusan 13.5%(36.4%), Ulsan 9.1%(16.2%). 2) It is found that the area adjacent to Incheon, Pusan, Ulsan, Channel of Hanryu and South-western area are heavily congested. 3) It is confirmed thatthe area adjacent to Incheon, Pusan, Ulsan, Channel of Hanryu and South-western area are heavily congested. 3) It is confirmed that the coastal vessels are main elements constituting the coastal traffic and that there are much traffic flow among five ports as following through the precise O/D analysis of ship's coastal movement. Incheon-Samil, Ulsan, Pusan, Jeju Pusan -Samil, Ulsan, Incheon, Jeju Pohang -Samil, Inchoen, Jeju Pohang -Samil, Incheon, Jeju Ulsan -Samil, Incheon, Jeju Samil -Ulsan, Pusan, Incheon 4) The amount of cargoes to abroad are in proportion about 81% of total and the amount of coastal cargoes are about 19%. Of those, cargoes in and out to Japan are about 26% and to South-east Asia are about 27%. 5) The chief items of foreign cargoes are oil(38.33%), iron ore(13.98%), bituminoous coal(12.74%), grain(8.02%), lumber(6.45%) in the import cargoes and steel material(21.96%), cement(17.16%), oil(6.81%), fertilizer(3.80%) in the export cargoes. 6) The 80.5% of total export cargoes and 92.4% of total import cargoes are flowed in five main ports. 7) The chief items of coastal cargoes are oil (42.45%), cement(16.86%), steel material (6.49%), anthracite(6.31%), mineral product(4.3%), grain, and fertilizer. Almost 92.24% of total import and export oil cargoes in Korea is loaded and unloaded at the port of Samil & Ulsan.

ATM 네트워크에서 사용자 레벨 우선 순위를 고려한 셀 마킹 및 우선 순위 제어 (Cell Marking Priority Control Considering User Level Priority in ATM Network)

  • 본 연구에서는 ATM 네트워크 트래픽 제어에서 사용되는 셀 마킹 기법의 문제점을 제시하고 사용자 레벨의 우선순위를 고려한 확장된 셀 마킹 기법을 제안하였다. 기존 의 트래픽 모니터링 기법에서는 셀의 트래픽 규약 위반 사항만을 가지고 셀의 CLP 비트를 1로 마킹하였다. 이렇게 함으로써 낮은 순위의 셀이 늘어나고, 사용자 레벨의 우선 순위와는 상관없이 셀의 등급이 낮아지게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 FCI 비트와 CLP 비트를 결합하여 3 레벨의 우선 순위 방식을 제안한다. CLP=0인 셀의 레벨을 2 단 계로 구분하였다. 결과적으로 제안한 기법이 기존의 방법보다 높은 순위 셀을 더 많이 보존할 수 있었으며 높은 순위의 셀 손실도 줄일 수 있었다. 또한 제안한 3 레벨에 대 해 두개의 임계차를 갖는 부분 버퍼 공유 기법(PBS : partial buffer sharing)으로 성 능을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 두개의 임계치를 갖는 PBS가 우선 순위없는 기법이나 한 개의 임계치를 가진 PBS 보다 더 효율적인 제어가 가능하였다.

  • Resent removal work for road signs has been labor intensive and required times since it has been done manually using shaving type equipment. While traditional process is conducting, there are traffic jams caused by the passing control, and happened unexpected accidents to workers working at dangerous road circumstance. Besides, in current shaving method, there are high potentialities on the air pollution as well as the explosive accident occurred by using a propane gas. So, as an alternative, we have studied to develop the automatic erasing equipment made up with a high pressure water-jet system and automatic control system, mobile system; Wate-rjet system consists of an intensifier and nozzles to give a high pressure and spray on the sign, and automatic control system is composed of one axis robot using a hydraulic servo actuator controlled by a lever, And as a mobile system, a truck plays an important role for the transport of equipment and the forward movement in a removal process. In this paper, we have analyzed the characteristics of road signs and have investigated current erasing methods in the field. And we have organized and designed automatic erasing equipment, and we have made a basic experiment to find out the optimal spray condition as like the spray distance, spray angle and injection pressure.

농촌생활형 펜션의 입지환경에 관한 연구 - 금산지역을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Locational Condition of Rural Life Style Pensions - Focused on the Geumsan Area -)

  • The Geumsan is contiguous to Daejeon and population is decreasing every year. Consequently, the population influx, and securing source of revenue dimensional geographic and environmental benefits of the establishment of a pensions plan for the rural life style pensions research. The result is that Geumsan has a convenient traffic circumstance geographically and is a clean area as the high-level area of solid water system. Also, Geumsan forms the mountainous area whose sea-level elevation reaches to 2.5 times of the Chungcheongnam-do. Consequently, Geumsan has a suitable environment for locating many kinds of pensions like the riverside village style, the mountain village style and the villa style, the country style, the cafe style, experience style, theme style etc. So, Geumsan is found to be a suitable area to host 'rural life style' pensions, because it has wide area, small population and nice environmental conditions.
