저압 에어포그 시스템을 설치한 온실의 냉방효율 (Cooling Efficiency of Low Pressure Compressed Air Fogging System in Naturally Ventilated Greenhouses)

  • In order to derive the efficient utilization of low pressure compressed air fogging system, cooling efficiencies with control types were analyzed through cooling experiments in tomato greenhouses. The control types were set up with temperature control, humidity control, temperature and humidity control, and time control. It showed that the cooling effects were 0.7 to $3.3^{\circ}C$ on average and maximum of 4.3 to $7.0^{\circ}C$, the humidification effects were 3.5 to 13.5 % on average and maximum of 14.3 to 24.4 %. Both the cooling and humidification effect were the highest in the time control method. The cooling efficiency of the air fogging system was not high with 8.3 to 27.3 % on average. However, the cooling efficiency of 24.6 to 27.3 % which appears from the time control is similar to the cooling efficiency of high pressure fogging system experimented in Japan. The air fogging system is operated by low pressure, but its efficiency is similar to high pressure. We think because it uses compressed air. From this point of view, we suggest that the air fogging system can get the cooling efficiency of similar levels to that of high pressure fogging system and it will have an advantage from clogging problem of nozzle etc.

  • In order to protect the environment from the refrigerant pollution, the $CO_2$ may be regarded as one of the most attractive alternative refrigerants for an automotive air-conditioning system. Control methods for a $CO_2$ system should be different because of $CO_2's$ unique propel-ties as a refrigerant. Especially, the high-side pressure of a $CO_2$ system should be controlled for the effective operation of the system. In this study, dynamic models of a $CO_2$ air-conditioning system were developed by using experimental data. Control algorithms for a high-side pressure control and an indoor air temperature control were developed and analysed by using the dynamic simulation program of a $CO_2$ system.

  • 공기 혼합시스템은 초음속 지상추진시험설비의 축열식 가열기로부터 공급되는 $1000^{\circ}C$, 3.5MPa의 공기와 고압공기 공급원으로부터 공급되는 상온, 동일 압력의 공기를 혼합시켜서 시험부로 공급하기 위한 설비로 32MPa로 압축되어 있는 고압공기 공급원을 3.5MPa로 감압하는 고압/저온 유동제어부, 축열식 가열기의 고온밸브에서부터 공기 혼합기로 고온의 공기를 공급하기 위한 고온 배관, 축열식 가열기로부터 공급되는 고온 유동과 고압공기 공급원으로부터 공급되는 상온 유동을 혼합하기 위한 공기 혼합기로 구성된다. 공기 혼합 시스템을 통하여 완전히 혼합된 공기의 유량은 25kg/s, 온도는 약 $400^{\circ}C$로 이를 통하여 초음속 지상추진시험설비의 구동 영역을 저 마하수, 저 고도 영역까지 확장할 수 있다.

  • For the effective control of a $CO_2$ air-conditioning system, the system high-side pressure algorithm, the indoor temperature algorithm, and the outdoor fan algorithm were developed. The system high-side pressure algorithm was composed of the setpoint algorithm, the reset algorithm, and the electronic expansion valve control algorithm. The indoor temperature algorithm was composed of the compressor control algorithm and the indoor fan control algorithm. These algorithms were tested by using mathematical models developed from the previous study. Results from the setpoint step change test and the disturbance test showed good control performances. Therefore, algorithms developed in this study may practically used for the control of a $CO_2$ air-conditioning system.

  • In the respect of the environmental protection viewpoint, the $CO_2$ may be regarded as one of the most attractive alternative refrigerants for an automotive air-conditioning system. Control methods for a $CO_2$ system should be newly developed, because properties of $CO_2$ are different compared with those of classical refrigerants. Especially, high-side pressure of a $CO_2$ system should be controlled for the effective operation of the system. In this study, intelligent control algorithms for a $CO_2$ system were developed ‘ These are a high-side pressure control algorithm and an indoor air temperature control algorithm. These algorithms were analysised by using dynamic models of a $CO_2$ system.

  • Pneumatic control systems have been mainly used as a high speed operating system. Therefore, state change of air in a control volume was assumed to be adiabatic change and, pneumatic control systems have been analyzed by using this assumption. Especially, when absolute value of pressure change in the control volume is small, there is a tendency to neglect effect of temperature change on pneumatic control system because temperature change owing to pressure change is small. In this study, an effect of temperature change of air on the decompression control process was analyzed by considering change of mass flow rate, and heat transfer characteristics between air in the chamber and the chamber wall. As a result, this study could confirm that a slight temperature change of the air in the pneumatic pressure control system can influence on the dynamic characteristics of pressure response, and pressure control performance.

Control methods for a $CO_2$ system should be different because of $CO_2$'s unique properties as a refrigerant. Especially, the high-side pressure of a $CO_2$ system should be controlled for the effective operation of the system. In this study, the high-side pressure setpoint algorithm was developed by using a neural network and a Lagrange interpolation method. These methods were compared. Simulation results showed that a Lagrange interpolation method was more effective than a neural network in the respect of its easiness of programming and shorter execution time.

  • This paper deals with the optimum high pressure control algorithm for a transcritical $CO_2$ mobile air-conditioning system with belt-driven compressor to achieve the maximum COP. The experiments were performed to find out the maximum COP conditions with various operating conditions. The experimental results showed that the COP was increased and then decreased with increase of the refrigerant high pressure for the system. Therefore the value of high pressure which has maximum COP could be selected. Furthermore, the strong (linear) relation between the optimum high pressure and the gas cooler outlet temperature was revealed, which suggests the use of a simple controller with only one parameter for the transcritical $CO_2$ cycle.

Control methods for a $CO_2$ system should be different because of the unique property of a $CO_2$ as a refrigerant. Especially, the high-side pressure of a $CO_2$ system should be controlled for the efficient operation. The high-side pressure algorithm being composed of the pressure setpoint algorithm and the pressure setpoint reset algorithm was developed. The pressure setpoint algorithm, by using a least square method, was developed. The pressure setpoint reset algorithm, by using a fuzzy logic and by using a proportional logic, was also developed and compared. Simulation results showed that a proportional logic was more practical than a fuzzy logic for the pressure setpoint reset algorithm.

  • Since the braking system of rolling stock is directly linked to it's safety, ensuring reliability of braking system and evaluation of performance of it are very important. To develope the performance of braking system, it is required advanced technology and gradually various factors in the field test result. This study is designed to analyze the air pressure control about braking force in rolling stock, also, by comparing braking force of high speed railway with that of high speed train. This paper suggests to establish a method of computation of braking force form the air pressure control. And The high speed train researches into patterns of braking system such as the train of speed up and introduction of electric and pneumatic braking system.
