소음/진동을 고려한 고속머신 펌프용 증속기 개발 (Development of Speed Increaser for High Speed Machine Pump which Considered the Noise/Vibration)

  • Vibration/noise analysis as well as strength of gear teeth, roller bearing life. joural bearing design are considered in order to develop the high-speed machine centrifugal pump which had a speed increaser. A Campbell diagram, in which the excitation sources caused by the mass unbalance of the rotors and the transmitted errors of the gearing are considered. shows that. at the operating speed. there are not the critical speed. A high-speed machine centrifugal pump was made in order to evaluate developed speed increaser. Also, strict API standard were introduced for reliability evaluation of developed speed increaser, and performance evaluation were carried out. The result that evaluation items about bearing vibration, shaft vibration, noise, and lubrication temperature were selected, and were tested. a high-speed machine centrifugal pump were able to know what were satisfied with API standard all.

  • An estimation of high-order damping in flexible multibody dynamic simulation is introduced in this paper. The suggested damping model based on the experimental modal analysis leads to more accurate correlation results comparing to the traditional linear damping model because it directly uses the modal parameters of each mode achieved from experiment even high frequency modes. The modal parameters until the 5th mode are extracted from the experimental modal testing of the flexible beam using a high speed camera. And using the measured damping ratio and natural frequency until the 5th mode, the generic damping model is constructed. Then, the ANCF (absolute Nodal Coordinate Formulation) simulation results are compared to experimental results until the 5th mode.

  • In order to meet the high performance of the concrete, the viscosity increases with water binder ratio and amount of powder. because of these problems, we use high performance water reducing agent and low viscosity water reducing agent, but side effects may occur when using large amount of water reducing agent. Therefore, in this research, in order to increase the viscosity, I would like to analyze the change in viscosity and flow characteristics of paste by utilizing fly ash and lung limestone which are generally thrown away without using high performance water reducing agent.

  • According to request of insulating materials for high-voltage, recently we make effort not only to develop diagnostic skills of aging state but also to discover defects in insulating material in the early. Especially, partial discharge has been actively studied as a non-destructive diagnosis technique and very useful method. Because the method of partial discharge measurement has damages less than other conventional diagnosis technique. In this paper, the characteristics of partial discharge was investigated and studied on many samples with voids. In order to adapt as a practical diagnosis technique, it is studied on the characteristics of partial discharge and insulation breakdown in the high voltage. We suggest that partial discharge measurement can be used in order to diagnose defects in high-voltage insulation materials.

여러 가지 Inductive 방법에 대한 통합모델 개발과 그 실증적 유효성에 대한 연구 (The Development of Hybrid Model and Empirical Study for the Several Inductive Approaches)

  • This research investigates computer generated hybrid second-order model of two numerically based approaches to risk classification : discriminant analysis and neural networks. The hybrid second-order models are derived by rule induction using the ID3 and tested in the several different kinds of data. This new hybrid approach is designed to combine the high prediction accuracy and robustness of DA or NN with perspicuity of ID3. The hybrid model also eliminates the problem of contradictory inputs of ID3. After doing empirical test for the validity of hybrid model using small and medium companies' bankrupt data, hybrid model shows high perspicuity, high prediction accuracy for bankrupt, and simplicity for rules. The hybrid model also shows high performance regardless the type of data such as numeric data, non-numeric data, and combined data.

고속열차(TGV) 주행시 연변에서의 소음예측 및 방음시설설계 (Noise Prediction and Design of Soundproof Facilities for the High Speed Train)

  • This paper sums up the study of the soundproof facilities (noise barriers) to be placed on the test track section within the Seoul-Pusan H.S.T. project. The objective of this study is to determine optimum design of soundproof including height, length, location, sound absorbing materials for test track(chonan-taejon). This paper shows the model to design the shape and materials of noise barrier for high speed trains(TGV, ICE, ect). The design of soundproof facilities is to be conducted by MITHRA for the prediction of noise impact of the TGV and for optimising noise barriers in order to reduce the noise generated by high speed trains. A number of computer simulations are carried out in order to determine the specification of noise barrier on test track.

합의 범위를 이용한 지수귀문도 해의 탐구 (A study on solutions of Jisuguimundo using the range of magic sums)

  • Jisuguimundo is an inimitable magic hexagon devised by Choi Seok-Jeong, who was the author of GuSuRyak as well as a prime minister in Joseon dynasty. Jisuguimundo, recorded in GuSuRyak, is also known as Hexagonal Tortoise Problem (HTP) because its nine hexagons resemble a tortoise shell. We call the sum of numbers in a hexagon in Jisuguimundo a magic sum, and show that the magic sum of hexagonal tortoise problem of order 2 varies 40 through 62 exactly and that of hexagonal tortoise problem of order 3 varies 77 through 109 exactly. We also find all of the possible solutions for hexagonal tortoise problem of oder 2.

솔레노이드의 고속 동작을 위한 모델링 및 제어 (Modeling and control of a solenoid for high-speed actuation)

  • Electronics in modern life have become more miniaturized and precise and new technology of electronic components has made these trends possible. The explosive demand of electronic components needs more high-speed and accurate performance of manufacturing processes. For high-speed actuation, solenoids, voice coil motors and piezo motors have been used. A solenoid actuator characterized by low price, available small size, and convenience is one of the main components of production equipments requiring compact and high-speed actuators. Since these actuators show millisecond order responsiveness, the improvement of 1~2msec is very important in industrial applications. In this paper, the mathematical model of the solenoid is formulated and simulated using SIMULINK$^{(R)}$. To verify the model, the responses for step input with open-loop control is obtained and compared with the simulation result. In order to improve the responsiveness, Hold voltage method is introduced and optimal value between spring constant and hold voltage is suggested.

  • A Radioactive constraint of the nuclear fuel assembly irradiated by neutron during normal operation cycle of the nuclear power plant is typically on the order of about 3 kGy/h. In order to inspect nuclear fuel assembly using a VT (vision technology) system, the light such as halogen lamp is used. As the halogen lamp has lower color temperature than the sun light, the objects under halogen lamp illumination are seemed to be tinted with red. In this paper, high brightness LED is considered to be used as the light source of VT system. The high brightness LED, which is a key light source of the VT system, have been gamma irradiated at the dose rate of 4 kGy/h during two hours up to a total dose of 8 kGy. The radiation induced color-center in the LED housing cap made of plastics materials is observed.

수종의 분산 염료 및 환원염료에 의한 Polyester microfiber의 고견뢰 염색기술 (High Fastness Dyeing Technology of Polyester Microfiber with Several Disperse Dyes and Vat dye)

  • Polyester microfiber has usually greater dye uptake than normal denier polyester fiber in same dyeing condition. In spite of this high dye uptake dyed microfiber fabric has not only low visual colour depth but also poor washing fastness property. In order to study high colouring dyeing technology and high washing fastness of polyester microfiber, dyeing property of polyester microfiber was investigated according to the dye solubility and particle size of used disperse dyes in aqueous dye solution. After disperse dyeing, dyed fabric with disperse dye was redyed with a vat dye without reduction clearing in order to obtain a high washing fastness property. The result were as followings ; A small particle sized disperse dyes such as C. I. Disperse Blue 56 and Red 60 showed high rate of initial exhaution compared with a large particle sized disperse dyes like C. I. Disperse Blue 165 and Red 343. In study of dyeing property of polyester microfiber with C. I. Vat Blue 1, polyester microfiber could achieve high dye uptake at a given optimum vatting process conditions. On the other hand, in consecutive dyeing with disperse and vat dye, K/S value of polyester microfiber with a small particle sized disperse dye increased without reduction clearings, but K/S value of polyester microfiber with a large particle sized disperse dye decreased with reduction clearings.
