바닥건축재료의 충결하중에 대한 반응 (Impact-Response of Floor Construction Materials)

  • Impact-bouncing height of steel balls dropped from 1m height on various floor materials were measured to evaluate impact-bouncing characteristics depending on floor materials and the effect of these properties on walkability and fatigue of humanbody. Stone and tile finished concrete floor showed the highest bouncing height of around 70%, and soil showed the lowest bouncing height of around 3%. The second highest bouncing height was about 40% which corresponded to terazo finished concrete floor and about twice as high as the bouncing height on concrete floor without finishing. The impact-bouncing height could be lowered to 15~20% by using gum tile on concrete floor. Steel showed similar bouncing height to concrete floor, and wood-based materials showed the second lowest bouncing height next to soil. Among wood-based materials, hardwood species having higher specific gravities showed relatively high bouncing height of 8~24%, softwood species having low specific gravities showed relatively lower bouncing height of 5~18%, and wood composites showed bouncing height of 8~18%. Among all the materials used in this study, wood-based floor materials corresponded to the bouncing height of 10~15% which is considered to be best for humanbody. Surface painting on wood-based materials increased the bouncing height, and the number of bouncing of steel balls after dropping from 1m height increased as the bouncing height increased.

The Birth and Development of High-Rise Buildings in Japan: Focusing on the Historical Development of Height and Floor Area Ratio Regulations

  • This paper reviews the history of the birth and development of the skyscraper in Japan, mainly from the perspective of the legal system, and presents the following points: 1) After 1919, building height was limited to 31 m or less, which continued after the war and defined the skyline of Japan's major cities; 2) The 31-meter height limit became a problem during rapid economic growth. With the development of tall building construction technology, the height limit was eliminated, and skyscrapers were born in Japan in the 1960s; 3) Later, the number of skyscrapers increased more rapidly in the post-bubble period after the collapse of the bubble economy in the 2000s than in the boom years of the 1980s, when the floor-area ratio was relaxed for economic uplift and urban renewal. The number of skyscrapers increased rapidly against the backdrop of the deregulation of the floor-area ratio.

산업단지 내 저층과 고층 아파트의 외기 중 호흡성분진과 일산화탄소 수준 (Ambient Levels of CO and PM10 at Low- and High-floor Apartments in Industrial Complexes)

  • Since low-floor apartments ate vertically closer to patting lots and roadways, it is hypothesized that residents in low-floor apartments may be exposed to elevated ambient levels of motet vehicle emissions compared to residents in high-floor apartments. The present study examined this hypothesis by measuring two motor vehicle source-related pollutants(CO and PM10) in ambient air of high-rise apartment buildings within the boundary of industrial complexes according to atmospheric stability The ambient air concentrations of CO and PM10 were higher for low-floor apartments than for high-floor apartments, regardless of atmospheric stability, The median concentration ratio of the low-floor air to high-floor alt ranged from 1.3 to 2.0, depending upon atmospheric stabilities, seasons and compounds. Moreover, the CO and PM10 concentrations were significantly higher in the winter and in the summer, regardless of the Hoot height. Atmospheric stability also was suggested to be important for the residents' exposure of high-rise apartment buildings to both CO and PM10. The median ratios of surface inversion air to non-surface inversion air ranged from 1.2 to 1.7 and from 1.0 to 1.6 lot PM10 and CO, respectively, depending upon seasons. Conclusively, these parameters(apartment floor height, season, and atmospheric stability) should be considered when evaluating the exposure of residents, living in high-rise apartment buildings, to CO and PM10. Meanwhile, the median PMl0 outdoor concentrations were close to or higher than the Korean annual standards for PM10, and the maximum PM10 concentrations substantially exceeded the Korean PM10 standard, thus suggesting the need for a management strategy for ambient PM 10. Neither the median nor the maximum outdoor CO concentrations, however, were higher than the Korean CO standard.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the transition on architectural data such as valid indoor length, module, ratio of core, floor height, ceiling height and the type of structured cabling system according to the intelligent building grade through case study of the intelligent office buildings constructed in Korea since 1980. The results of this study were as follows. The average floor height was 3.80m, and it was higher in proportion to the IB grade. The average ceiling height was 2.57m, and it didn't have connection with the IB grade. The module of high frequency in application was $3.0{\times}3.0m$, and it showed 25% in the application frequency. The average valid indoor length was 12.27m. The average ratio of core was 24.49%. The type of high frequency in application for the structured cabling was Access Floor Type, and it showed 31% in the application frequency.

전통주거안채의 정면비례체계에 관한 연구 - 전남지방 중.상류 주택을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Front Elevation Proportion System in Traditional Housing 'An-Chae' - Focused on the Middle-High Classes' Housing in Jeonnam District -)

  • The purpose of this study is to prove the correlations among various factors what determined to formation of front elevation proportion system through making an actual survey and investigating. According to the analysis of them, we make conclusions as follows; 1, On the assumption that average distance of 1Kan(間) is 1, the height of foundation is 0.21, the height of floor from foundation is 0.24, the height of normal column from floor is 0.85, the height of eaves from foundation is 1.10. 2. Southeast faced buildings are wider than southwest faced buildings in the distance of 1Kan (間) in the range of $110{sim}220mm$. The height of foundation and floor in the southeast faced buildings are higher than those in southwest faced buildings beside the height of normal column, eaves, high column in the southwest faced buildings are higher than those in southeast faced buildings. 3. As number of front Kan(間) increases, the distance of 1Kan(間) decrease and the height of eaves and high column(高柱) increases. This is cause of making a maximum needed inner space by increasing the distance of 1Kan(間). This is an wisdom for living from ancestors. 4. As number of Dori(道里) increases, the distances of 1Kan are nearly same but the height of eaves and high column(高柱) increases about 300mm, This is a natural result from an increasing of building scale. 5. The distance of 1Kan(間) in later 19C building is most wide but, the unit heights are minimal average values at year 1900 as a reference mark. After this, the height of normal column, eaves, high column are higher about $170{sim}330mm$. 6. The number of Kan in front elevation, Dori(道里), and direction of building have correlations each other in proportion system of traditional housing An-Chae with significant level, p<0.05.

Location of maxillary intraosseous vascular anastomosis based on the tooth position and height of the residual alveolar bone: computed tomographic analysis

  • Purpose: The aims of this study were to measure the distance of the intraosseous vascular anastomosis in the anterolateral wall of the maxillary sinus from different reference points, and to correlate the location of the intraosseous vascular anastomosis with the tooth position and the residual bone height of the maxilla. Methods: Computed tomography (CT) images were taken from 283 patients undergoing dental implants placement in the posterior maxilla. Three horizontal lines were drawn at the ridge crest, maxillary sinus floor, and the position of the anastomosis. A vertical second line at the center of each tooth was drawn perpendicular to the horizontal lines. The distance from the ridge crest to the maxillary sinus floor and the distance from the maxillary sinus floor to the bony canal were measured from the intersections of the horizontal and vertical lines. The residual alveolar bone height was used to categorize three groups: group 1,<4 mm; group 2, between 4 and 8 mm; and group 3, >8 mm. Results: The residual bone height values of different tooth positions were significantly different (P=0.0002). The distance from the maxillary sinus floor to the intraosseous vascular anastomosis was significantly different between groups 1 and 3 (P=0.0039). At the molar sites, a moderate negative correlation was found between the residual bone height and the distance from the maxillary sinus floor to the intraosseous anastomosis. The distances of the alveolar ridge crest and the maxillary sinus from the intraosseous vascular anastomosis were not significantly different between sexes. Conclusions: Within the limitations of this study, sites with a higher residual bone height in the molar regions were at a relatively high risk of artery damage during window osteotomy preparation; therefore, we recommend taking more precautions when using a lateral approach for sinus elevation.

자연경관에 도입되는 건축물의 경관민감도 측정에 관한 연구 (Study on the Measuring Landscape Sensitivity of Buildings in Natural Landscape)

  • As high-rise buildings came in, the landscape of rural areas and natural landscapes often got damaged. Therefore, this study aims to prevent this, grasp the extent of the influence of the surrounding landscape, to grasp the range of height that can be permitted and present the direction of landscape management of agriculture and natural landscape. This study tried to grasp the range of height by using price sensitivity analysis method for two apartment and apartment complex which entered DangJin city and SeoSan city. First, in the case of a two apartment, the range of the height allowable section was from the 6th floor to the 11th floor in close range view, and it was a section from the 7th floor to the 12th floor in medium range view. In the case of the apartment complex, the range of the height allowable range was from the 10th floor to the 17th floor in close range view, the 9th floor to the 16th floor in medium range view. The stress index was found to be positive in a two apartment in close range view, and in the apartment complex case. therefore it was better to set it to a lower in the Range of Acceptable Height(RAH). Second, it showed no difference in the sensitivity of landscape to gender. Thirdly, the results of the landscape sensitivity analysis of major and non-major showed the difference in the medium range view picture of the apartment complex. Majors are lower than the point of minimum height(PMinH) than non-Majors. In the case of major, the stress index was 1.4. it turned out that it was better to make a decision closer to point of minimum height (PMinH). In the case of non-major, the stress index was -1.3. it was also able to accept decision close to the point of maximum height (PMaxH). Since the results of the above research gave changes only in the variable of the height of the landscape, we can not grasp the point of interaction with other variables, and future research is considered necessary.

부산시 최저고도지구 실태 및 기준조정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Present Condition and Adjustment of the Minmium Height Regulation District in Busan Metropolitan City)

  • 본 연구는 부산시의 최저고도지구의 적정성을 평가하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 도심부의 최저고도지구에 대한 실태조사를 실시하였다. 조사결과, 도심부의 최저고도지구는 4층(12m)이상 건축해야 함에도 불구하고 4층 이하 건축물이 51%를 차지하였고, 평균층수도 4층이었다. 도심부의 건축물은 토지이용의 고도화와 가로경관을 위해 정책적으로 관리되고 강화되어야 할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전문가 설문조사 결과 등을 토대로 전면도로폭원(35m)과 이면도로폭원(8m)의 평균을 최저도고도지구의 최저기준높이로 설정하고, 도심부에 대해서는 토지의 고도이용을 위해 최저고도지구 기준을 7층(21m) 이상 상향시킬 필요가 있다는 제안을 하였다.

장애물을 걸어서 넘어갈때 측정한 발반력에 대한 생체역학적 해석 (A Biomechanical Analysis of Foot-Floor Reaction Forces Measured When Walking over an Obstacle)

  • A biomechanical approach was carried out to analyze foot-floor reaction forces acting on five male subjects performing a walking task. The task analyzed was walking over an obstacle with the right bare foot. The foot-floor reaction data were measured from a force plate, and then processed using a software developed. The source program was coded in the C language for easier on-line data acquisition and graphic displays. High repeatability was found in the reaction data acquired from three trials by each subject. For obstacle height from 0 to 25 cm, the maximum in reaction force reached up to 1.048 BW in the vertical, 0.174 BW in the anterior-posterior, and 0.054 BW in the medio-lateral components, respectively. A quantity was defined by the difference between two vertical reaction values, and this quantity was found to be proportional to the obstacle height. It was also shown that the whole body motion could be predicted the measured foot-floor reaction data.

초고층 건축물의 용도별 피난안전구역 성능확보 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of the Refuge safety area in High-rise Buildings Type)

  • The purpose of this study was to improve the refuge safety area in the high-rise building type. Each simulation was conducted to evaluate the performance of three types in improving the refuge safety area. Targeting the first 63 floors (no refuge safety area), secondly, to target up to the $30^{th}$ floor (refuge safety area on the $30^{th}$ floor, $47^{th}$ floor) specified in domestic laws, and finally, the $20^{th}$ floor (evacuation safety area on the $20^{th}$ floor, $42^{th}$ floor) were considered as targets. Through this analysis, the following results were obtained : The floor for the refuge safety area through simulations showed that the evacuation time is low. It is necessary to improve the floor for the refuge safety area by using the characteristics of the domestic fire fighting vehicle. The first floor for the refuge safety area from the ground floor differs according to the distance and height of the building floor. However, in the case of a business facility it is 15F, and in the case of apartment housing, it is 20F.
