대학생소비자의 인터넷탐색가치유형과 인터넷쇼핑에 대한 혜택-위험 지각정도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Level of Perception to Internet Shopping′ Benefit - Risk in Relation to the Internet Searching Value Types of College Student Consumers)

  • This study explored the Internet searching values(utilitarian searching value and hedonic searching value) of college student consumers, typed the Internet searching values to four types, and analysed the level of perception to Internet shopping' benefit-risk according to the Internet searching value types. The subjects were 361 college students. We used Cronbach'$\alpha$, multiple regression, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe' test as statistical analysis. The results were summarized as follows : 1) According to the Internet searching values, college student consumers were classified into 4 types - high utilitarian/high hedonic type, high utilitarian/low hedonic type, low utilitarian/high hedonic type, and low utilitarian/low hedonic type. 2) Both high utilitarian/high hedonic type and low utilitarian/high hedonic type had high level of perception to Internet shopping' benefit-risk.

Solo Shopping 성향 소비자의 의류제품 구매행동 (Purchasing Behavior of Apparel Products of Consumers with Solo Shopper Orientation)

  • The primary purpose of this study was to investigate consumers' purchasing behavior of apparel products with solo shopping orientation. The data were collected in Busan and Ulsan from 279 adult women. The aforementioned were analyzed utilizing frequency, factor analysis, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis and chi-square($X^2$) test using SPSS Win 12.0. The results showed as follows. The motive factors to alone purchasing behavior of apparel products of consumers were convenience, hedonic aim, consumption centered oneself, load to going together, nonexpected shopping and time utilization. Specially the higher consumers recognized importantly convenience and hedonic aim, the higher they had a solo shopping orientation. The more consumers experienced feelings such as hedonic aim, it was the same. Also the high consumers satisfied on purchase of apparel products, it was just the same.

오피스 임대료 하락기 및 상승기의 임대료 결정모형 회귀모수의 변화 - 서울시 강남과 도심권역을 중심으로 - (A Study on Office Rental Cycle and Time-Varying Regression Parameters of Rental Determinants in Hedonic Price Model)

  • 본 논문은 임대료시장의 주기변화에 따른 헤도닉 모형의 임대료 결정요인의 영향력 변화를 분석하였다. 임대료지수를 구축하여 분석한 결과 금융위기가 전환점이 되어 서울시 임대료 시장이 하락기와 상승기로 구분됨을 밝혔으며 주기에 따른 헤도닉 모형의 특성변수의 회귀모수 변화를 고찰하였다. 분석은 강남오피스와 도심오피스로 구분하여 실시하였으며 권역에 상관없이 일관된 변화를 보인 개별회귀모수로서는 토지가격, 지하철역에서의 거리, 건물규모, 건물연한 및 전환이율로 밝혀졌다. 상승기에는 건물의 규모가 클수록 임대료가 높아지는 경향이 있으며 건물이 오래될수록 임대료 하락요인으로의 영향이 커지는 경향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 전환이율 역시 임대료에서 차지하는 비중이 상승기에 높아짐을 보여준다. 토지가격의 영향은 줄어들고 교통편의성의 장점은 약해지고 있어 상승기에는 지리적 이점의 영향력이 감소하고 건물 특성의 영향력이 상대적으로 커지는 실증적 증거를 제시하였다.

Market Mavenism and Post-Purchase Satisfaction/Dissatisfaction of Apparel Shoppers

  • With growing competition and increasing consumer demands, companies pay more attention than ever to market mavens who play a central role in diffusing marketplace information and influencing others' decisions. To enhance our understanding of the market maven, this paper examines the role of market mavenism in shaping consumers' shopping values (utilitarian value, hedonic value) and their post-purchase satisfaction or dissatisfaction. Regression analyses revealed that market mavenism had a positive impact on hedonic shopping values, and post-purchase satisfaction. The findings showed that hedonic shopping values had a significant impact on post-purchase satisfaction while utilitarian shopping value did not have any significant relationship. Findings of the study also suggest that market mavens pursue hedonic shopping values and exhibit greater post-purchase dissatisfaction than others. Practitioners are recommended to create entertaining retail environments for market mavens who seek hedonic values when they shop. The results also suggest that practitioners need to pay close attention to market mavens at the post-purchase stage since they can be extremely dissatisfied.

패션제품 상점절도에 영향을 미치는 변인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Variables Affecting Shoplifting Fashion Items)

  • The purposes of this study were to identify shoplifting items and assess consumers' attitudes toward shoplifting, and to determine the variables to effect shoplifting. Three hundred ninety-eight respondents of high school students were used for data analysis. Descriptive statistics, t-test, and multiple regression analysis were used. Results indicated 17.8% of the respondents experienced fashion item shoplifting in the last 3 years. Shoplifting fashion items were categorized accessory, apparel, and cosmetic, and so on. Generally fashion item shoplifters demonstrated generous attitudes toward shoplifting than non-shoplifters. There were statistically significant differences between shoplifters and non-shoplifters in that shoplifters showed more hedonic shopping orientation and higher compulsive buying than non-shoplifters did. Also, fashion item shoplifters were more likely to have high depression and binge eating behavior. Shoplifting attitudes were correlated with lower self-esteem and higher depression, hedonic shopping orientation, compulsive buying, and binge eating. Results of multiple regression revealed that hedonic shopping orientation and compulsive buying was significantly related to shoplifting attitudes. Based on these results, fashion marketing strategies to protect shoplifting would be suggested.

헤도닉 모델을 활용한 공동주택 리모델링 사업성 평가방법 (A Feasibility Study Method for Apartment Remodeling by Hedonic Model)

  • This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of remodeling business by predicting the future price of apartment house after remodeling using Hedonic Price Model. The data concerning such 8 independent variables as location, unit size, unit plan, landscape, parking, the number of elapsed years after completion, number of units, brand per apartment unit from 25 regions in Seoul metropolitan city were collected and evaluated by established evaluation criteria. The coefficients affecting the price of apartment unit were made by way of linear multi-regression and put into Hedonic Price Model. The feasibility evaluation model for apartment was made and verified by data of remodelled apartment. The predicted results using suggested evaluation model coincide with actual apartment market situations.

중국시장에서 한국화장품의 브랜드 사랑과 충성도의 관계: 쾌락적/실용적 쇼핑 가치와 성별차이의 조절적 조절효과 (The Brand Love-Loyalty Link of Korean Cosmetics in China: The Moderated Moderation Effects of Hedonic/Utilitarian Shopping Value and Gender Difference)

  • Although brand love is a major interest in global business, very little is known about how the effects of brand love are affected by relevant constructs. This study examines how the brand love-loyalty link is moderated by shopping value (hedonic vs. utilitarian) and how the moderated moderation effect of gender difference influences the consumer-brand relationship. Based on a unique dataset of 254 Chinese consumers of Korean cosmetic brands in China, we tested our proposed hypotheses using Regression PROCESS macro (model = 3). One of our novel findings is that brand love has a positive influence on brand loyalty. However, this relationship is sensitive to moderators. Regarding the brand love-loyalty linkage, consumers who seek hedonic shopping value is higher than consumers who seek utilitarian shopping value. In particular, female consumers are more passionate and loyal than male consumers. Finally, male consumers seeking hedonic shopping value feature greater brand love-loyal linkage than other consumers; however, this effect is very limited.

공항 소음에 대한 퍼지 헤도닉 분석 (Fuzzy Hedonic Analysis of Airport Noise)

  • 주택에 포함된 여러 가지 환경적 요인에 대한 가치추정을 시도할 경우 전형적인 헤도닉 가격기법에서는 시장균형을 가정한다. 이때 개별 요인들의 추정가치는 시장가격에 근거한 암묵적 가치가 된다. 따라서 이 접근법의 논리는 기본적으로 현시선호이론을 배경으로 한다. 그런데 주택시장의 참여자들이 주택과 관련된 요인들에 대해 완전한 정보를 갖지 못하거나 판단이 애매할 경우에는 전형적인 헤도닉 접근법이 제공하는 추정치의 적절성에 대해 의문이 제기될 수 있다. 이 문제의 해결방안으로 퍼지 헤도닉 기법이 제안된 바 있다. 본 논문은 우리나라 주요 공항주변의 비행기 소음이 주택가격에 미치는 영향을 추정하기 위해 퍼지 헤도닉 기법을 응용함으로써 추정치에 포함된 불확실성 또는 모호성 부분을 파악하고자 하였다.

  • The purposes of this study were to examine the effect of perceived service quality and symbolic store image on store loyalty in apparel product purchasing and the moderating effect of hedonic shopping orientation. The questionnaire was administered to 450 women shopped in a department store in Gwang-ju during September, 12-26, 2002. Data collected from 384 women were analyzed by using frequency, factor analysis, regression analysis, ANOVA and t-test by SPSS for WIN Program. The results were as follows. First, consumers' perceived service quality was composed of three factors; product & environment service, sales person's customer oriented service, store policy service factor. Consumers' symbolic store image was composed of three factors; status symbol, favorability. credibility (actor. Second, the perceived service quality significantly influenced store loyalty. Third, the symbolic store image significantly influenced store loyalty. Fourth, interaction effect between perceived service quality and hedonic shopping orientation was found out to be meaningful at store loyalty. Fifth, interaction effect between perceived store image and hedonic shopping orientation was found out to be meaningful at store loyalty.

성적 소구에 의한 진 의류 광고의 선호도 및 제품 구매의도에 대한 예측 변인 규명 (Variables Predicting Advertisement Preference and Intention to Purchase Product in Sexuality-Oriented Jeans Advertising)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the variables which could predict advertisement preference and intention to purchase product in sexuality-oriented fashion advertising. The data were collected using questionnaires which contained nine advertisements of Guess jeans, selected from Vogue magazine published from 1990 to 1996.441 college students (female= 225, male=216) living in Seoul, Korea participated in the study. The data were analyzed by factor analysis and stepwise elimination method of multiful regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows: First, seven factors of New Young Generation oriented characteristics were identified: fashion, individuality, preferences of caffa or reggae bar with affective mood, expression of emotion, individualism, preferences of a foreign-made product/western culture oriented tastes and activity of fan club/chatting through personal computers. Three factors of fashion advertising involvement were identified: social involvement, hedonic involvement and utilitarian involvement. Second, the variables which predicted preferences of advertisements in sexuality-oriented fashion advertising were perceived eroticism levels, hedonic involvenent, prior brand attitude and preference of a foreign-made product/western culture oriented tastes in the case of females, while perceived eroticism levels, hedonic involvenent prior brand attitude, preference of a foreign-made product/western culture oriented tastes and activity of fan club/ chatting through personal computers were identified as predictor variables for males. Third, the intention to purchase product was predicted by preference of a foreign-made product/western culture oriented tastes, prior brand attitude, hedonic involvenent and fashion for females, and by perceived eroticism levels, fashion opinion leadership, hedonic involvenent and prior brand attitude in the case of males.
