The purpose of this paper is to suggest the improvement method to achieve the interactive development effect between high-tech industrial complex and its surrounding areas. For this reason, this paper has conducted an empirical analysis to find out relevant comprehensive factors, affecting nearby housing prices from such plans, especially by reviewing 'Seoul Digital Industrial Complex.' This paper is truly differentiated from previous research by adding a new perspective 'diverse location characteristics', as it focuses not only on 'high-tech facility' characteristics, but also on 'urban function facilities', including 'transportation facilities', 'amenity facilities', 'security facilities', etc. Then, SPSS Version 18.0 was utilized to conduct the multiple regression analysis with the accumulated relevant data and several results were drawn out as following: Firstly, 'deterioration level', 'brand of apartment', etc. are found to be major influencing factors. Secondly, 'educational facilities', 'transportation facilities', 'Cultural & Sports facilities', 'Amenity facilities', etc. are found in the sector of 'location characteristic'. Lastly, 'leading companies within the industrial complex', were also found, affecting nearby housing prices. Therefore, when a housing development project is planned to grant the interactive development effect to high-tech industrial complex and its surrounding housing areas, it is necessary to consider variety factors, such as comprehensive location characteristics and housing complex characteristics, and also proper housing policy measures should be devised in accordance with the actual demand of employees and their dependant family members.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of consumers' shopping value(SV), ease of use(EOU), and usefulness(U) on their purchase intention(PI) in mobile shopping mall. Path hypotheses in structural equation model which was constructed for this purpose were verified. In addition, the research model was analyzed according to the groups classified by the level of purchase experience in mobile shopping mall. The survey was limited to the respondents in their 20s and 30s living in Seoul and other metropolitan areas who had purchased fashion products in mobile shopping mall. 411 useful data collected from on-line survey were analyzed by descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and pearson's correlation analysis using SPSS 21 and AMOS 19. The results of verifying the hypotheses were as follows: First, SV was composed of two factors which included hedonic shopping value(HSV) and utilitarian shopping value(USV). Second, the research model was verified as an acceptable model in explaining the influence of consumers' SV, EOU, and U on PI. Third, seven hypotheses among nine hypotheses were accepted in high purchasers. HSV did not have a significant influence on PI, and EOU did not affect PI significantly. Fourth, five hypotheses were accepted in light purchasers. HSV affected U significantly while USV had a significant impact on EOU and PI. EOU affected U, and U affected PI significantly. In conclusion, USV was proven to be the factor affecting PI directly as well as indirectly. Eou and U also had a significant influnce on PI in mobile fashion shopping. These results will provide mobile marketers with the differentiated strategies to make consumers lead to mobile purchase.
Objective: This study investigated the effect of extraction solvents on antioxidant bio-active compounds as well as potential antioxidant and lipid peroxidation inhibition of Phyllanthus acidus (P. acidus) leaf extract in minced pork. Methods: The effect of various solvent systems of water, 25%, 50%, 75% (v/v) ethanol in water and absolute ethanol on the extraction crude yield, total phenolic content, total flavonoid content and in vitro antioxidant activities of P. acidus leaves was determined. In addition, antioxidant activities of the addition of crude extract from P. aciuds leaves at 2.5 and 5 g/kg in minced pork on 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging, 2,2′-Azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) diammonium salt (ABTS) radical cation decolorization, reducing power and inhibition of lipid peroxidation (thiobarbituric acid reactive substances; TBARS) were determined. Moreover, sensory evaluation of the samples was undertaken by using a 7-point hedonic scale. Results: The results showed that the highest crude yield (2.8 g/100 g dry weight) was obtained from water which also had the highest recovery yield for total phenolic content, total flavonoid content and the strongest antioxidant activity. The addition of crude water extract from P. acidus leaves was more effective in retarding lipid peroxidation and higher antioxidant activity than control and butylated hydroxytoluene in minced pork. In particular, the samples containing P. acidus extract had no significant effect on the sensory scores of overall appearance, color, odor, texture, flavor, and overall acceptability compared to the control. Conclusion: Water solvent was an optimally appropriate solvent for P. acidus leaf extraction because of its ability to yield the highest amount of bio-active compounds and in vitro antioxidant property. Particularly, P. acidus crude water extract also strongly expressed the capacity to retard lipid oxidation, radical scavenging, radical cation decolorization and reducing power in minced pork. The results of this study indicated that P. acidus leaf extract could be used as natural antioxidant in the pork industry.

Nagoya Protocol came into effect October of 2014. For Korean companies to follow Nagoya Protocol with ease, this research conducts the survey to figure out consumers' additional willingness to pay for bio-diversity. The hypothesis that the bio-diversity label will make an impact on willingness to pay through emotional value, conditional value, and epistemic value is based on consumption value theory. The survey is conducted for two product categories; first one is utilitarian product (milk) and the other one is hedonic product (cosmetics). The analysis result shows the bio-diversity label on both product categories incur additional willingness to pay. Especially, expectation on effectiveness of bio-diversity label increases the additional willingness to pay on biodiversity label. This implies for easy following on Nagoya Protocol, the education and promotion of bio-diversity is need to increase consumers' additional willingness to pay, which can be the attraction for companies to obey the Nagoya Protocol.
This research is speak that is tendencious in comprehension of external consumer information search behavior using on-line external information source to consumers who use on-line that is used as corporations' main strategic means. That is, classify consumer groups which was atomized according to type inflict consumer's information search knowledge level and shopping value study which use on-line, and decision factors of information search that these groups can influence a difference or each group which use information sources grasped what it is. Result that investigate information search knowledge level difference about study finding on-line information source utilization used mainly portal site, comparison site, auction site. And, utilization shopping pursuit value group used information source by portal site, auction site, niche shopping mall site and hedonic shopping pursuit value group used information source by portal site, auction site, shopping mall site. It confirmed that all variables(i.e. consumer-based variable and web site-based variable) are influencing variously in on-line external information search types. Finally, we proposed different way to erect strategic model about consumers that use on-line with study finding that see.
Objectives : Placebo phenomena have been considered as a confounding factor of clinical trial. Expectancy and belief of acupuncture have not been evaluated quantitatively. The present study was performed to analyze the emotional and cognitive factor .of acupuncture and investigate whether the expectancy of acupuncture treatment is associated with the cognition of acupuncture. Methods : The expectancy and the perception of bodily sensation (PBS) of 22 participants were assessed using self-reported questionnaire. The subjects used the self assessment manikin (SAM) to rate each of the standard affective image of the international affective picture system (lAPS) and other acupuncture-related image. Based on the degree of expectancy, the high expectant (HE) and the low expectant (LE) group were classified. The thermal and pressure pain threshold was objectively evaluated using radiant-heat device and algometer. The degree of expected pain of acupuncture and the actual pain of painful stimulation was subjectively evaluated using facial pain scales (FPS). Results : Using SAlVI analysis, we identified the negative correlation between hedonic valence and arousal dimension on acupuncture-related visual cue. The degree of the PBS and general pain threshold did not show any significant difference between the HE and the LE group. The HE group rated the acupuncture images as more pleasant, more arousing, than the LE group. In addition, we also found that the higher expectancy marked the lower FPS of the expected pain of acupuncture, but not of the actual pain of painful stimulation. Conclusions : Our preliminary study identified the psychological dimensions of acupuncture-related visual cue. These findings indicate that the expectancy of acupuncture could affect the cognition of acupuncture.

This study was performed to minimize quality degradation of concentrated strawberry puree after $90^{\circ}C$ for 5 min by heat treatment with citric acid (CA) and acidic sodium metaphosphate (ASM) as pH modifiers. The highest color value was 1% CA+1% ASM (13.027), followed by 1% CA (9.539) and control (6.905). Anthocyanin contents were also 1% CA+1% ASM (3.049 mg/100 g), 1% CA (1.140 mg/100 g), and control (0.757 mg/100 g) in sequence. The DPPH radical scavenging activities of control, 1% CA, and 1% CA+1% ASM were 58.148, 72.638, and 83.736%, respectively. The color values, anthocyanin contents, and DPPH radical scavenging activities were significantly different at P<0.05 between control and 1% CA+1% ASM treatment. For the results of overall preference for hedonic test, there was no significant difference at P>0.05 among the three samples. During heat treatment, quality degradation of concentrated strawberry puree was reduced by 1% CA+1% ASM treatment, which is expected for new acidulants.
The purposes of this study were to investigate the emotional consumption propensity and the preferences for sensibility factors of fabrics(color tone, pattern and texture image), and to analyse the differences according to demographic variables and relationships between emotional consumption propensity and preferences for sensibility factors of fabrics, focusing on male and female consumers in 20's, 30's and 40's. The emotional consumption propensity were classified into symbolic consumption propensity, individual consumption propensity, aesthetic consumption propensity and hedonic consumption propensity. The subjects attached great importance in the order of aesthetic consumption propensity, individual consumption propensity and symbolic consumption propensity. Those factors of emotional consumption propensity showed partially significant difference according to demographic variables. Female consumers preferred various color tones than men did, and preference for light color tone showed significant differences according to gender and occupation of consumers. The preferences for floral pattern showed significant difference according to gender, age, education, occupation and marital status of consumers. The factors of the texture images for the fabrics showed partially significant difference according to demographic variables except education of consumers. There were almost significant relationships between emotional consumption propensity and the preferences for sensibility factors for fabrics.
Most of previous studies have proposed representative product categories which are likely to be sold on the on-line based only on the on-line benefits and risks. However, on-line shopping can be perceived another form of distribution channels from the perspectives of consumers. Therefore, in order to identify product categories which have a great potential to be sold on on-line stores, it is necessary to consider the perception and behavior at off-line shopping contexts as well as on on-line shopping circumstances. In this paper, we investigate the consumers' perception and behavior under both on-line and off-line shopping situations and classify them into several groups based on their perceptual and behavioral characteristics. Based on this classification, we empirically examine the product categories selling well on the on-line shopping. The empirical results show that there exist some patterns between distribution channels (on-line and off-line) and product categories. In addition, there are some differences among consumers regarding the perceptions and behaviors at on-line and off-line situations. Consumers who have high preference for on-line shopping tend to buy much wider product categories from on-line.
For the purpose of ascertaining the status of physical growth and food habit of obese children, a study was made of 1086 primary school children ranging between 2nd and 3ra grades living in Kwang-ju City in Korea. 66 subjects were selected from an anthropometrical point of view and they were classified into two groups, an obese group and a control group, according to their relative body weight. Food habits of each group were observed by means of questionnaires. In the statistical analysis of the data, percentage calculation and T-score test were used. The results of the study can be summarized as follows; 1) Viewed from relative body weight, 3.0% of the 1,086 subjects turned out to be obese, and the measure of skinfold showed 2.4%. 2) Physical growth of the obese growth is superior to that of the control group in all aspects. 3) The average score of food preference by means of Hedonic scaling method by the obese group is 3.90, while that of food preference by the control group is 3.76. The most favored food by the obese group is ice cream (4.91), while that of most favored food by the control group is banana (4.75). The statistically meaningful foods of the two groups are cucumber (0.02>p>0.01), orange (p<0.02), peach(0.05>p>0.02), watermelon (p <0.01) and ice cream (p<0.01). The score of food preference for protein foods by the obese group is 3.78 and that of food preference by the control group is 3.57(0.05>p>0.02). The excessive food intake per meal of the obese group is 45.4%, while that of the control group is 19.7% (0.05>p>0.02). Ratio of taking severely unbalanced food by the obese group is 15.1%, while that of the control group is 50.0% (p<0.01). 4) 30.3% of mothers of the obese group is fat, while 15.1% of mothers of the control group is fat (p<0.01). Concerning body weight at birth, 90.9% of the obese group and 63.6% of the control group are above-average weight. (p <0.01). From the results shown above, the obesity in children is almost due to food. It is hoped, therefore, that overeating be discouraged through the nutrition education.
