다문화부부의 부부교육 프로그램 요구도에 관한 연구 (Multicultural Couples' Needs of Marriage Education Programs)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the needs of marriage education programs for multicultural couples based on their socio-demographic characteristics. A total of 816 multicultural families (247 Korean husbands and 569 foreign wives) were recruited through 99 Multicultural Family Support Centers across Korea. Descriptive statistics and multiple regressions were conducted. The program needs that were relatively higher than other areas included the need to develop education on "understanding the culture and language of partner," "increased intimacy of the couple," "multicultural awareness," and "set goals for life." We also found that each participant's gender, foreign wife's country of origin, participant's education level, and marriage duration were significantly related to the needs of marriage education programs. These findings suggest that family life education for multicultural couples should be based on the characteristics of the program participants such as socio-demographic characteristics and family life cycle instead of providing a universal program for all multicultural couples.

건강가정지원센터의 운영모델에 관한 기초조사 - 조직과 평가를 중심으로 - (A Fundamental Survey Study for the Organizational System and Evaluation Strategies of Healthy Family Support Centers)

  • The Healthy Family Act was established in 2004 to prevent problems of the family and increase thehealthy characteristic of the general family. According to this Act, Healthy Family Support Centers (HFSCs) were founded as a new part of the family welfare institution. The purpose of HFSCs is providing various welfare services to enhance the health and well-being of families in the community. This study investigated the organizational system and evaluation strategies of HFSCs. This research comprised a descriptive study of the organizational system and evaluation strategies of HFSC. The study sample consisted of 217 faculty and field workers. Data were collected from December 2004 to January 2005 and analyzed by frequencies, mean, standard deviation and ANOVA. The results were as follows. First, HFSC's organization should consist of family education, family counseling, family culture-marketing, and network teams. Second, healthy family specialists should have a national certificate of qualifications also they should have more than master's degree level. Third, evaluation of HFSCs should be adapt an incentive system.

상담영역 건강가정사의 직무 및 보수교육 콘텐츠 개발을 위한 역량연구 (Job and Competency of Healthy Family Supporter in Charge of Counselling Work for Training)

  • 본 연구는 건강가정지원센터 상담사업 건강가정사의 직무연구를 통해 직무우선순위와 직무수행요건, 직무역량의 중요도와 교육요구도를 파악하고 핵심역량과 역량개발영역을 추출해내고자 수행되었다. 조사는 센터 내 상담사업분야에 종사하는 상근 및 비상근 건강가정사들을 대상으로 설문을 통해 이루어졌다. 분석결과 사업의 홍보 부분이 전략적 강화업무로 거론되었으며, 가족상담, 프로그램 기획, 사례회의, 슈퍼비젼등은 기본업무로 인식하고 있었다. 담당인력의 수행요건은 석사수준의 학력과 1-3년의 관련기관 근무경력, 가족상담사, 건강가정사, 사회복지사, 상담심리사 등의 자격인 것으로 나타났다. 그 외 직무역량 중요도와 교육요구도를 토대로 핵심역량과 역량개발영역을 추출하였는데 이것으로 상담영역 건강가정사의 직무 및 보수교육 콘텐츠 개발이 가능하다.

건강가정지원센터의 육아품앗이 사업 실천사례 (A Case Study on Communal Child Care in Healthy Family Support Centers)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the potential development of a communal child care project that would lead towards a more family friendly community. By reviewing the case of the Daejeon Health Family Support Center, the study revealed that many child care providers showed an interest in communal child care. But the providers also had problems seeking both partners for communal child care and a communal place to gather. The Daejeon Health Family Support Center had several elements of strength in communal child care project. First, they provided educational programs for care providers to promote the professional knowledge and skills needed for child care and education. The participants' responses to the program were satisfactory, in that they showed the relative effectiveness of such programs in improving attitudes towards Pumasi, along with customized services and other programs provided by the Healthy Family Support Center. In addition, the availability of professional child care services in the attached gym, the Saturday classes for dual earner families, and the prompt response by the center to requests that more space be provided, also contributed to the success of Pumasi program.

가족행사로서의 성년례 정착을 위한 방안연구 - 어머니들의 성년례에 대한 인식과 실천사례를 중심으로 - (Research on the Practice of Coming-of-Age Ceremonies as a Family Event)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide fundamental information of the practice of coming-of-age ceremonies as a family event. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, research questionnaires were developed, and 321 mothers residing in Seoul, South Korea were selected as the research subjects. The study was conducted from April 15th, 2010 to June 25th, 2010. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS17 computer programs. The conclusions are as follows. 1. In the future, coming-of-age ceremonies will be necessary in family event. 2. Education for mothers (specifically for mothers under the age of 30) opposed to coming-of-age ceremonies is necessary. 3. The contents for the education of coming-of-age ceremonies must include ceremony processes, alcohol consumption etiquette, and sex education. 4. Coming-of-age ceremonies, as family events, will be desirable to have on the 19th birthday. 5. Education of coming-of age ceremonies must be done in schools or social educational institutions. The Healthy Family Support Center will especially be able to play a central role. 6. Education of coming-of-age ceremonies is necessary even from the popular media.

가정교과에서의 저출산.고령사회를 위한 교육과 실천 사례 (Education and Application for low Fertility.Aged Society in Home Economics Education)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 '저출산 고령사회' 대비를 위하여 가정교과의 역할을 탐색하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 2007년 개정 교육과정에서의 저출산 고령사회 대비 가정교과 교육의 내용요소를 찾고, 정부에서 진행 중인 저출산 고령사회 대비 정책에서 가정교과 교육이 수행할 수 있는 역할과 실천방안을 강구한 결과를 바탕으로 서울 중구 건강가정지원센터에서 "부모와 자녀가 함께 듣는 '가정' 수업"을 실시하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 저출산 고령사회 대비하기 위하여 가정교과는 선택으로서의 결혼, 가족생활역량의 강화, 건강한 가족문화 형성, 더불어 사는 이웃의 교육내용이 강조되어야 한다. 둘째, 이러한 교육내용은 '결혼 출산 양육에 대한 사회책임 강화', '일과 가정의 양립 가족친화적 사회문화 조성', '건강하고 보호받는 노후 생활 보장' 등의 새로마지플랜2010 사업과 서울특별시교육청의 저출산 고령사회 시행 계획에 포함된 '가족 친화 및 효문화 함양 교육 강화', '저출산 고형사회 관련 학교교육 강화', '양성평등 사회 조성 가치관 교육 강화' 등의 내용과 일치하였다. 셋째, 서울 중구건강가정지원센터에서 "부모와 자녀가 함께 듣는 가정 수업"을 실시한 결과 참가자들의 긍정정적 반응을 얻었고, 사회교육 현장에서도 중추적 역할이 가능하다는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 가정교과는 청소년들의 '저출산 고령사회'에 대한 의식을 함양시키고 이에 대한 가치판단과 자기 주도적 해결 능력을 양성할 수 있으며, 지역사회와 연계하여 저출산 고령사회 대비 교육이 실천가능하다는 사실을 알 수 있다.

건강가정지원센터의 가정 건강성 강화 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 연구 (A Preliminary Study on Development of Family-Empowering Program In Healthy Family-Support Center)

  • The purpose of this study is to constitute the background theory and framework for developing the family-empowering program of Healthy Family-Support Center(HFSC). For this purpose, first, this study emphasizes that the development of integrated and differentiated program for HFSC is needed. Second, this study shows the theoretical background including ecological system theory, family system analysis theory, and family life coaching process. Third, assessment and evaluation system and subsystems are suggested as a basic frame for developing family life diagnosis tool. This system is based on the comparative analysis about the studies relating family life planning and case management. Fourth, the process of family empowering program is suggested to accomplish the family needs and goals. This process include the assessment, family life coaching for problem solving and/or family life planning, and following education and counselling. Last, this study shows how this program is related to other programs of HFSC. Family members can participate various programs of this center for preventing or solving the problem on the basis of evaluation results. Family-empowering program for making family healthy can be a representative and integrating program for this center.

Connecting Program Evaluation Strategies with the Program Life Cycle: Implications for Family Development Programs

  • Family professionals and family program staff need to consider the importance of program evaluation in Korea since an increasing number of Healthy Family Support Centers are providing diverse intervention and education programs. The purpose of this research paper is to (a) introduce a program evaluation model that includes the program life cycle; (b) help family professionals and family program staff understand the link between program implementation and evaluation processes; and (c) facilitate discussions in terms of program evaluation of Healthy Family Support Centers and evaluation roles of different levels of Healthy Family Support Centers including the headquarters, regional, and local centers. Understanding the program life cycle and relevant evaluation processes will help family professionals and family program staff be more strategic in answering critical questions about a program's effectiveness. The benefits of program evaluation and its implications are discussed.

가족사례관리사업 운영 현황 및 효율성 제고 방안에 관한 연구 : 서울지역 건강가정·다문화가족지원센터를 중심으로 (A study of current management status and ways to improve the efficiency of Family-centered case management services: Focused on the Healthy family support centers and Multi-cultural family support centers in Seoul)

  • The main purpose of this study are to investigate the current situation of family-centered case management practices by case managers working in the healthy family support centers and multi-cultural family support centers, in order to propose a practical direction for improving the efficiency of family-centered case management services. Research participants included 24 case manager working in the healthy family support centers and multi-cultural family support centers in Seoul, who have performed case management services for families for one to 7 years. The Date was collected through focus group interview(FGI) and demographic characteristics research. The results of this study are as follows: first, in the area of cognition about family-centered case management conceptualization, confused and ambiguous. Seconds, in the area of practicing as a case manager, there were limitations and biases in community resources contact and multiple intervention and limited sharing information between organizations. Third, family-centered case manager's have periodically been requested to provide diverse training and education for performance of challenging case managers roles. The Standardized manual and burnout precautions should also be prepared.

구조기능론, 발달론 및 건강가정 관점에서 비교한 고등학교 1학년 기술.가정 교과서 '가족' 관련 단원 내용 분석 (A Content Analysis of the Family-Related Units in High School Home Economics Textbooks from the Theoretical Viewpoint of Structure Functionalism.Family Development and Healthy Family)

  • 본 연구 목적은 고등학교 1학년 기술 가정교과서의 가족관련 내용이 있는 '가정생활의 설계' 단원에서 가족이 어떠한 관점으로 접근되어 있는지를 구조기능론 발달론 관점과 건강가정 관점으로 비교분석하여 가족 관점에 대한 개선점을 파악하는 것이다. 가족구조, 가족역할, 발달주기, 가족관계, 노후적응, 결혼과 출산이라는 6가지로 분석요소를 구성하였다. 가족구조, 가족역할에서는 본문과 참고자료를 대상으로 심층분석하였고, 사진과 그림, 본문과 참고자료의 가족 예를 대상으로는 계량분석하였다. 그리고 나머지 분석요소에서는 본문과 참고자료를 대상으로 심층분석하였다. 심층 분석에서 건강가정 관점이 구조기능론 관점보다 많게 나온 분석요소는 가족역할, 가족구조, 결혼과 출산, 노후적응순이었고, 구조기능론이 건강가정 관점보다 많이 나온 분석요소는 가족관계였으며 발달주기 분석요소에서는 발달론 관점이 건강가정 관점보다 많게 나타났다. 그리고 가족구조 계량분석에서 사진과 그림은 구조기능론 관점으로, 본문과 참고자료는 건강가정 관점으로, 가족역할 계량분석에서 사진과 그림, 본문과 참고자료는 구조기능론 관점으로 나타났다. 전체적으로 구조기능론 발달론 관점과 건강가정 관점이 비슷하게 나타나서 고등학교 가족 관련 단원은 구조기능론 발달론 관점과 건강가정 관점으로 접근하였음을 알 수 있다. 교과서 개정이 수시로 이루어지고 건강가정 관점으로 교과서를 집필하며 교사는 구조기능론 관점으로 접근된 내용을 건강가정 관점으로 접근하고 건강가정 관점의 학습자료 및 교수학습 방법을 개발 적용해야 한다고 사료된다.
