고혈압이 있는 근로자가 인식한 산업간호사 보건관리 활동 평가 - 보건관리 대행사업장을 대상으로 - (Evaluation of Occupational Health Services on Workers with Hypertension in Small and Medium Sized Enterprises -Subject to Enterprises taken the Occupational Health Management Agency-)

  • Purpose: This study has been designed to evaluate occupational health services on workers with hypertension Method: Study participants were 108 workers having a diagnosed hypertension. The instrument used for this study was the questionnaire developed by Cho(1998). Analysis of the data was done with SPSS Win 10.0 for descriptive statistics, Correlation coefficient. Results: 1. The mean score of process domain was $3.77\pm.43$ The score of process domains were usefulness of health management$(3.98\pm.49)$, education or counselling$(3.87\pm.53)$, follow up in medical examination$(3.79\pm.58)$, usefulness of providing materials$(3.53\pm.62)$, perception of medical examination $(3.37\pm.80)$ 2. The mean score of outcome domain was $3.47 \pm.44$ The score of outcome domains were obstructiveness of social life$(3.90\pm.78)$, habits of living $(3.41\pm.76)$, blood pressure change $(3.25\pm.81)$, perception of seriousness$(3.02\pm.88)$. 3. Blood pressure change was significant correlated with education or counselling(r=.31) and usefulness of providing materials(r=.28).

구강관리에 대한 인터넷 상담 실태조사 (Research on Internet Counselling for Oral Health)

  • The purpose of this study was to make a comparative analysis of dental question and answer in portal sites. To achieve this, 4,212 questions were used for final analysis after connecting to Naver, Daum and Nate, which take first, second and third place in rank information of all sites at Rankey.com, to search dental information by keyword from January to late March. The results are as follows. Naver was the highest as a portal of Internet search engines. Questions on the use of dental clinics, the quality of dental services and the offer of dental services by types of dental clinics were very important. Dental clinics had to give dental patients customized services and information to please them through dental services and dental information services on the Internet, and questions and answers on this were increasing very explosively. Consequently, Dental clinics will have to give Internet users and health- and disease-related data searchers distinctive professional services by inquiring into factors affecting portal search and factors affecting health- and disease-related search, respectively.

난임 환자를 담당하는 간호사의 난임 간호 교육 요구도 조사 (Educational Needs of the Infertility Care among Nurses Caring Infertility Patients)

  • 본 연구는 난임 환자를 담당하는 간호사의 난임 간호 교육 요구도를 파악하기 위하여 시도된 연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 5개의 난임 전문 병원과 1개 보건소에서 난임 환자를 담당하는 간호사 194명이었다. 자료는 난임 질환과 증상에 대한 정보, 난임 대상자의 일상 생활에 대한 정보 제공, 난임 대상자의 지지와 상담 내용을 포함한 자가보고식 설문지를 통하여 수집되었다. 난임 질환과 증상에 대한 정보 요구도의 평균 점수는 3.52점이었고, 난임 대상자의 일상 생활에 대한 정보 제공 교육 요구도는 평균 3.36점이었으며 난임 대상자의 지지와 상담에 대한 교육 요구도는 평균 3.32점이었다. 각 하부 영역중에서는 '난임 치료 과정과 중재', '운동', '배우자와의 지지 체계 형성'이 난임 환자를 담당하는 간호사들의 교육 요구도 항목 중 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통해서 난임 환자에게 효과적으로 교육을 하기 위해서 난임 환자를 담당하는 간호사는 난임 간호 교육에 대한 분명한 개념인식과 목적을 가지고 그들의 신체적, 심리적 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 전략개발을 할 필요가 있다.

소규모사업장 보건관리지원사업에 대한 평가연구 (An Evaluative Study of a Subsidiary Program in Small Scale Industries)

  • This study was performed to evaluate the subsidiary program on occupational health services in small scale industries. The survey of occupational health services was undertaken in 346 industries from July 1 to August 31. 1994. The major results were as follows ; 1. The subsidiary program on occupational health services The evaluation of working environments were conducted in 305 industries, $42.3\%$ of the industries had the harzardous agents exeeding TLV. Special medical examinations were done in 310 industries. the results were detected $C(33.3\%).\;D_1(0.8\%), D_2(5.4\%)$. Health management were done in 341 industries, the average visits for a industry were 3.8 times. The activities of health management were included to check of the workplace. health education, health counselling, etc. 2. The recognition of the employees and employers on occupational health services $91.5\%$ of employers and $87.0\%$ of workers felt healthy themselves. But $39.7\%$ of employers and $21.2\%$ of workers were under the stress from their jobs or home affairs. The workers perceived more harmful for the hazardous agents than the employers. $32.8\%$ of employers and $42.9\%$ of workers perceived that employer's efforts were the most important things to protect for the hazardous agents. The result of the evaluation of working environments were understood by $57.3\%$ of employers and $24.5\%$ of workers. The notification of medical examinations were recognized $83.9\%$ of employers and $50.3\%$ of workers. Many employers and workers felt the necessities of health management in small scale industries. The priorities of health manegement were different between employers and workers. Employers' priorities were as follows ; follow up care of medical examination$(97.3\%)$, health counselling$(93.7\%)$, planning of health$(93.5\%)$, health education of occupational diseases$(93.2\%)$, health education of chronic diseases$(93.5\%)$, etc. Workers' priorities were as follows ; follow up care$(93.4\%)$, health counselling$(94.3\%)$, health education of occupational diseases$(93.0\%)$. first aids$(92.0\%)$. etc.

건설근로자 대상 심혈관질환 예방 중재의 효과 (Effectiveness of Intervntion for Cardiovascular Disease Prevention in Construction Workers)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to assess the risk of developing cardiovascular disease (CVD) and to evaluate the effects of intervention for CVD prevention in construction workers. Methods: A total of 497 workers participated the health status survey and finally 90 workers were analyzed for evaluation of the intervention with the one-group pretest-posttest design. The data were collected from the questionnaires and health examinations in the healthcare service for road constructor's CVD prevention as secondary analysis. The intervention of the healthcare was composed of CVD prevention education for all workers and face to face counselling for the high risk group of CVD risk during 6 months in workplace. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, $x^2$ test, Wilcoxon signed rank test, and paired t-test. Results: The moderate and high risk groups of CVD were 9.7% and 0.8%. After the intervention, the physical activity (MET-min/week) significantly increased (Z=-5.46, p<.001). But, there were no significant differences in blood pressure, fasting glucose, body mass index, and CVD risk appraisals between pre and post intervention. Conclusion: The findings imply that it is necessary to develop the health promotion program for construction workers which fully reflects the characteristics of individuals and the organization.

산재근로자의 의료기관 서비스 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting the Satisfaction of the Hospital Services among Injured Workers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine factors that affect satisfaction of the hospital services among injured workers. Methods: The subjects of this study were 532 injured workers. The questionnaires were selected as literature suggested for explaining satisfaction of the hospital services, general characteristics of injured workers, characteristics of the hospital services. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, multiple regression analysis by SPSS 19.0. Results: There were significant differences in satisfaction scores, depending on the types of disease, health status and possibility to return to work among the injured workers. Also, there were significant differences in satisfaction scores, in terms of medical facilities, food service, specialization of doctors and nurses, cleanliness of hospital, convenience of hospital teaching and counselling of doctors and nurses, supporting workers' compensation process, counselling of workers' compensation and unfair treatment. In the results of the standard multiple regression analysis, food service, medical facilities, specialization of doctors and nurses, health status and hospital cleanliness were significant factors for satisfaction scores of the hospital services. Conclusion: It is necessary to promote food service, medical facilities, specialization of doctors and nurses, hospital cleanliness, health status of injured workers for developing hospital services.

교육상담 기반 심장재활 프로그램이 노인 관상동맥질환자의 심혈관 위험도, 건강행위 및 삶의 질에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Education and Counselling-based Cardiac Rehabilitation Program on Cardiovascular Risk, Health Behavior and Quality of Life in Elderly with Coronary Artery Disease)

  • 본 연구는 교육상담 기반 심장재활 프로그램이 노인 관상동맥질환자의 심혈관 위험도와 건강행위 및 삶의 질에 미치는 효과를 확인하고자 실시하였다. 유사 실험설계의 비동등성 대조군 전후시차설계를 이용하였다. 2010년 5월 1일부터 9월 30일까지 부산광역시 D병원에 입원한 노인 관상동맥질환자를 대상으로 자료수집하였다. 실험군 22명, 대조군 22명 총 44명을 편의표집하고, 교육상담 기반 심장재활 프로그램의 효과를 확인하기 위하여 심혈관 위험도, 건강행위 및 삶의 질을 측정하였다. 교육상담 기반 심장재활 프로그램을 받은 실험군은 받지 않은 대조군보다 심혈관 위험도(U=118.5, p=.002), 건강행위(t=6.776, p=.001)와 삶의 질(t=2.431, p=.010)에서 통계적으로 유의하게 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서 개발한 교육상담 기반 심장재활 프로그램은 노인 관상동맥질환자의 심혈관 위험도를 감소시키고 건강행위와 삶의 질을 높이는데 효과적인 간호 중재임이 확인되었다.

보건소 금연사업 담당자의 직무분석 (Job Analysis of a Staff who Manage Quit-smoking Policy on Health Centers)

  • Objectives: This job analysis of a staff in charge of quit-smoking policy at public health centers aims at providing fundamental information to establish strategies supporting various quit-smoking. Methods: The job analysis of a staff in charge of quit-smoking policy at public health centers was carried out through DACUM(Development of Curriculum) method from April through May 2006. Three experts had developed job description with staffs in charge of quit-smoking policy at public health centers through two workshops. The survey was practiced for staff in charge of quit-smoking policy at the other public health centers. The characteristics of the staffs such as age, years for working at public health center, years for charging with quit-smoking work, the proportion of responsibility for quit-smoking work, were surveyed. Results: The research has reached the conclusions below. 1. The job description have been developed considering input-process-outcome axis and plan-do-evaluation axis for quit-smoking policy at public health centers. The final job description is composed of 3 missions, 7 accountabilities, 20 sub-work items. 2. The quit-smoking activity mostly focused at direct education and counselling. But planing and evaluation activity for quit-smoking have been under-achieved. 3. The staffs for quit-smoking policy were feel it is easy to educate and counsel to comer to public health centers for quit-smoking. But having the high proportion of responsibility for quit-smoking policy have usually difficult to do that. So they want to education about counselling for smoker. 4. The staffs who worked over the 2 years for quit-smoking policy the public health center have responded that investigate the smoking rate of the jurisdiction community and the problem of the culture about smoking and smoking policy is important. Conclusions: The study helps reinforcing the initiatives of central government for quit-smoking policy at public health centers. Especially staffs want education in technology area for counselling smoker. And they want nationwide supporting for investigating smoking rate and related factors at the local level.

전문대학 보건계열 학부생이 지각하는 진로장벽이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Career Barriers, Perceived by Undergraduate Students Majoring in Public Health in Technical Colleges, on Career Preparation Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 전문대학 보건계열 학부생을 대상으로 진로준비행동에 미치는 요인을 파악하여, 진로준비행동에 긍정적 영향을 줄 수 있는 취업지도 프로그램을 개발하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 시행하였다. 연구대상자는 $J^1$도, $J^2$도, G광역시에 소재한 전문대학 보건계열 학부생을 임의선정하고 편의표집 한 556명으로 하였다. 조사기간은 2015 년 9월 7일부터 9일까지 자기기입식의 구조화된 설문지를 이용한 조사를 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 14.0 for Window 프로그램을 사용하여 최종 510부를 분석하였다. 본 연구결과, 전문대학 보건계열 학부생이 지각하는 진로장벽이 진로준비행동에 부적(-) 영향을 미쳤다. 그러므로, 보건계열 학부생의 긍정적인 진로준비행동을 유도하기 위한 체계적이고, 현실적인 진로상담 및 진로교육 프로그램이 개발되고, 그 효과를 확인하는 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다.
