The Human Phenotype Ontology (HPO) is the de facto standard ontology to describe human phenotypes in detail, and it is actively used, particularly in the field of rare disease diagnoses. For clinicians who are not fluent in English, the HPO has been translated into many languages, and there have been four initiatives to develop Japanese translations. At the Biomedical Linked Annotation Hackathon 6 (BLAH6), a rule-based approach was attempted to determine the preferable Japanese translation for each HPO term among the candidates developed by the four approaches. The relationship between the HPO and Mammalian Phenotype translations was also investigated, with the eventual goal of harmonizing the two translations to facilitate phenotype-based comparisons of species in Japanese through cross-species phenotype matching. In order to deal with the increase in the number of HPO terms and the need for manual curation, it would be useful to have a dictionary containing word-by-word correspondences and fixed translation phrases for English word order. These considerations seem applicable to HPO localization into other languages.

In the latest furniture design field, we can find mass production with concept of heterogeneity that is made by harmonizing existing object with other object, which has new value. In order to follow the trend in the reality, various design process method that applied concept of Hybrid is attempted by flexibly combining or changing heterogeneous materials, formations or functions such as combination of new material and wood or IT. However, not like other design fields, its research range in furniture design is limited. This study is conducted in order to overcome and supplement problems that are made when these different materials are combined, such as faults or cracks made due to difference of expansion and contraction coefficient, lack of intensity and change of formation due to external temperature and humidity. Panels that are combined for this study were verified materials that have passed environmental adaptation test throughout the period of 1 year and 2 months, which will be made into a table. By doing this, this study will be an empirical study that establish concept of furniture made with acrylic and provides manufacturing method of combining wood and acrylic. Finally it proposed a new furniture design method that follows the trend by researching new materials with the new concept.

Bribery is one of the world's most destructive and challenging issues. Yet despite efforts on national and international levels to tackle bribery, it remains a significant issue. Recognizing this, ISO has developed a new standard to help organizations fight bribery and promote an ethical business culture, which is "ISO 37001 - Anti-bribery Management Systems" in 2016. ISO 37001 can provide the tools and systems to greatly reduce the risk and help organizations deal with it effectively if it does arise. It is a flexible tool, which can be adapted according to the size and nature of the organization and the bribery risk it faces. After enforcing the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act, Korean government standardized ISO 37001, one of the Business Ethics of Global Standard, harmonizing International Standards into Korean Industrial Standards (KS) in 2017. It is meaningful in that Korean companies have localized regulation which applies to global standard anti-bribery management systems. Only about 100 organizations, however, have adopted ISO 37001 so far. The primary purpose of this paper is to examine the expectation and awareness of ISO 37001. Results show that still many organizations lack of awareness of ISO 37001 and it is implicated that much promotion and education will be necessary. This study has originality and value in that it can provide the guidelines for activation of ISO 37001.

현재 우리가 살고 있는 시대는 대 다수가 디지털 매체와 함께 어우러져 있다. 그 예로 전통적인 서예에서 디지털로 재구성되면서 하나의 디자인 요소로 거듭나고 있다. 이는 하나의 시각적인 것에 대한 재발견으로 지루하고 딱딱해 보이던 전통양식이 현대적인 디자인으로서 디지털 매체에 섞여 재해석되고 있다. 본 논문은 아날로그적인 작업에서의 서예의 표현기법을 시각적으로 디지털화 시켰을 때 나타나는 현상들의 중요 요소를 알아보고 실제 작업에서의 농담이나 서예기법에서 나타나는 먹 번짐 현상을 분석하여 이를 시각적으로 디지털화 시키고자 한다. 또한 동양화에서 나타나는 농담이나 붓 터치의 느낌을 효과적인 데이터를 얻기 위해 조선시대 한 작가 선택하여 붓 선의 느낌을 알아보고 어떻게 표현하였는지를 이해한다. 다음과 같이 얻어진 데이터를 종합하여 디지털 상에서 먹 번짐 현상을 보다 효과적으로 표현하려 한다.

A new possibility for helping regional residents to establish the identity based on the history, culture and environment of the region and harmonizing art and culture in daily life can be seen from eco-museum. Unique cultural inheritances for each region exist not only in our nation but everywhere around the world, and Cheonan region is continuously attracting tourists from other regions as a home of the Independence Hall, Yu Gwan Sun Memorial, and live branches of independent activists with important inheritances such as tourist attractions and national treasures. However, despite unique environment of the region and inheritances with high academic values, lack of basic guides and explanations place the region in an environment that is difficult to approach. The purpose of this study is to systematically investigate regional inheritances based on the concept of eco-museum as an alternative for such problem recognition and to examine problems of inheritances scarred around Cheonan region based on their current status. The author of this study aims to analyze the investigated regional inheritances, rearrange their values and suggest possibilities for continued preservation and utilization.

예술의 역사에 있어 문자와 형상이 어우러지는 형태는 고대 예술의 여러 장르에서 발견된다. 특히 불교예술의 도상은 문자와 동등한 의미전달 수단으로서 교리를 선전하는 중요한 도구였다. 이는 원래의 문학적 형식이 회화적 형식으로 소통체계가 전환됨을 말하며, 사유방식도 다른 기호적 체계를 가진다. 문자와 형상의 상호 전환은 현대 영상매체의 미적개념을 해석하는데 매우 중요하다. 그러므로, 본 논문은 형상적 사유를 통한 현대 대중매체의 시각예술에 대한 해석의 실마리를 고대 돈황벽화 <구생록본생도>에 나타난 도상적 서사와 애니메이션 <구색록>의 영상이미지 표현과의 비교분석을 통해 살펴보았다.

Our government finally understood the true meaning of this wisdom and is attempting to revive the rural area by establishing local produce exhibition hall. This is to allow different regions to promote their specialties and provide diverse experience to the public. However, the reality is that unstructured marketing and PR is not achieving much. Marketing in the past was a paradigm of function and benefit. As we passed 20th century, this was challenged, leading to experiential marketing. Customers' cultural urge and interest in experience and participation are getting stronger. With the facilitation of Promotion Center for local special products, local special products and relevant local communities will be promoted, and the distribution business will grow further. This research was performed to establish basic research materials for planning information center in order to invigorate regional products. This study brought about the following results: first, the Promotion Center for local special products can acquire emotional elements by associating the elements with local special products; secondly, the Promotion Center for local special products can acquire cognitive elements by harmonizing local communities' unique identities with their own other special products; thirdly, the Promotion Center for local special products can acquire behavioral elements by enjoying various experiences and events; fourthly, the Promotion Center for local special products can acquire relational elements by integrating other new spaces.

The managing strategies of each enterprise has been fundamentally changed due to the emergence of digital economics by using the internet. Therefore it is indispensable for each enterprise to be changed their business strategies. With a view to meeting the change of new economic paradigm, they are efforting to build a infrastructure for information and communication, induce foreign capital, reconsider their conditions of location, draw the law concerned and reinforce education for experts etc. In consideration of these change, the Pusan port & the KwangYang port have to introduce e-Business for the purpose of increasing the level of their competition. We - our government, the companies - concerned with port management should recognize and use efficiently our core competence and potentiality of our port management. To achieve it, firstly port industries are to handle not only international logistic system but also communication, finance and sightseeing. Secondly, the developed off-line system have to be harmonizing with the on-line. Therefore, this paper are focused to suggest the theoretic background by analyzing the strategic points of e-port which are divided in 6C - Contents, Community, Connection, Commerce, Communication and Customization.

이 논문에서는 ISO/IEC 11179 기반의 온톨로지 확장 모델을 제안한다. 시맨틱 웹과 웹 2.0의 결합을 위한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있으며, 이를 웹 3.0으로 정의하고 있다. 웹 3.0을 구현하기 위한 가장 중요한 이슈는 온톨로지 스키마를 정의하고 온톨로지를 위한 인스턴스를 확장하는 것이다. 이를 위해서는 먼저 온톨로지 스키마를 보다 정확하게 정의하여야 하며 웹 자원으로부터 온톨로지를 보다 풍부하게 확장할 수 있는 방법이 개발되어야 한다. 이 논문에서는 표준화 된 공통 개념을 이용하고 관리하기 위해 개발된 국제 표준인 ISO/IEC 11179-메타데이터 레지스트리(Metadata Registry, MDR) 기반의 웹 온톨로지 확장 모델을 제안한다.

Objective : The Blood-Letting Therapy which gives an acupuncture and lets blood on the surface of body by using various needles is quite effective in chronic disease. SoMoon lays the theoretical foundation of Korean Medicine. This article could help improve the understanding of the blood-letting therapy in SoMoon and also paves the way for applying the therapy to treatment of the various diseases. Method : This study selected the texts correlated to indications of blood-letting, after collecting the sentences from SoMoon with the search words 'blood', 'stagnated blood' and so on. Conclusion : This study on the Blood-Letting Therapy includes the way and location to give an acupuncture, the general rules of prescription, needles, amount of blood-letting, running mechanism and attentions. The purpose of Blood Letting Therapy is to treat and cure the disease through Improve vital energy and Expel harmful energy by improving meridian function and harmonizing Um-Yang and Ki-Blood.
