Seriously depressed by the failure in the first performance of his own drama ${\ll}$The Government Inspector${\gg}$, N. Gogol sought out a space, Italy, which is obviously a turning point for the writer. Here in Italy, the writer could be able to explore an essential foundation for the national identity as well as self-identification of Russian traditional culture, all of which have already been epitomized in the Renaissance period in Italy. The city Rome itself provided Gogol with its grandness and harmonious perfectness, influencing something 'spiritual being' upon the writer. The work under discussion, "Rome," is thus created through these literary circumstances. Though it is made under the different title as "Annuntiata" and it delivers a love story between lovers, the story lines gradually turned into a fiction about the city, Rome. In comparison with city Paris, Gogol himself presents a negative view of the French metropolitan, saying that it is nothing but a by-product of the 19th century civilization. Interestingly enough, Rome for Gogol is totally different; it is the place of sublimity, that is a locus of harmonious, holy, and eternal city. Likewise, this pattern can be said of another description on the two contradictory cities: Paris and Rome. Again, Gogol fully pictures the city Paris as centripetal and Rome as centrifugal, in which the main protagonist makes the reader indulge in his own world. Throughout the story the writer tells us a transformation experienced by his character, and the work ends with an open denouement. Like Jerusalem, Rome is the city of resurrection for Gogol. Yet, this kind of possibility of transformation in the story is exposed to the hero, and it arguably depends on the extent to which he explores the readiness for encountering of 'eternity' in this "eternal city."

기(氣)를 전 우주를 구성하는 기초 질료일 뿐더러 그 작동원리로까지 파악하는 최한기(崔漢綺)의 사유체계는 흔히 기철학(氣哲學)이라고 지칭된다. 또한 그는 개별 존재자가 거대한 우주의 운행과 변화 즉, 대기운화(大氣運化)에 순응하면서, 전 우주의 발원자이며 작동원리인 일기(一氣)와 조화로운 일치를 부단히 추구해야한다고 주장한다. 개체의 이러한 노력은 일종의 경험적 논증인 추측(推測)의 실천을 통해 성취되는 바, 추측(推測)은 외부세계에 대한 경험의 축적을 통해 그 정밀성과 확장성을 점진적으로 확보해나간다. 간단없는 추측(推測)의 실행은 개체로 하여금 그의 관념적, 경험적, 존재론적 지평의 확장 또한 가능케 해준다. 이러한 자기확장은 개체로 하여금 점차 윤리적, 공동체적, 우주적 존재로 자신을 발전시키도록 추동한다. 이러한 관점에서 보면, 추측(推測)은 단지 인식론적 연습에 불과한 것이 아니라, 우주 전 존재를 하나로 묶어 조화롭게 통일시켜주는 강력한 촉매로 기능함을 알 수 있다.

The ecological expression of art in modern society takes the harmonious developmental relationship between man and nature as an element and combines it with the various manifestations of painting as an expression of ecological artistic development. The necessary relationship for the harmonious development of nature is accurately articulated, and the ecological changes in people are expressed in integrated materials that inspire human reflection. In the pursuit of material pleasures, mankind is neglectful and indifferent to the environment. The development of composite painting in art and ecology is a process that more reveres the harmony between man and nature as well as satisfying the creative value of the work. After systematic evaluation and research, people have engaged in various structural forms of composite art painting development in the long history of art development, focusing on the integration of environmental and ecological culture. In the process of nature education going through development, the comprehensive practical development of nature education is enhanced and efforts are made to feel new ecological art ideas and new ways of valuing environmental protection. In this paper, an observational study of eco-art will be carried out, starting from the theory of hierarchical division and analyzing the contradictory relationship between man and nature. Recognize nature, understand it and feel it through eco-art painting. The analysis of the contradictory relationship between man and nature is combined with the identification of various types of information that give value to the environmental protection public, and the combination of ecological painting and nature art to achieve an upgrade of the environmental protection idea of the value of painting. In the development of artistic ecological comprehensive painting, it is necessary to put forward technical requirements and standards that meet the development of modern industry according to the characteristics and methods of ecological painting. The author of this paper discusses the necessity and social value of artistic ecological painting creation from the artist's point of view, expounds the practical achievements of ecological painting from the perspective of the history and present situation of the development of ecological aesthetics at home and abroad, and gives the concept and creative method of contemporary art comprehensive material painting in combination with his own actual situation.

In this paper, we propose a user-centric conflict management method for media services which exploits personal companions for the harmonious detection and resolution of service conflicts. To detect conflicts based on the varying characteristics of individual users, the proposed method exploits the unified context describing all users attempting to access media services. It recommends and mediates users' preferred media contents through a shared screen and personal companions to resolve the detected conflicts. During the recommendation, a list of preferred media contents is displayed on the shared screen, and a personally preferred content list is shown on the user's personal companion comprising the selection of media contents. Mediation assists the selection of a consensual service by gathering the users' selections and highlighting the common media contents. In experiments carried out in a ubiHome, we observed that recommendations and mediation are useful in harmoniously resolving conflicts by encouraging user participation in conflict situations.

A human-friendly interactive system, based on the harmonious symbiotic coexistence of human and robots, is explored. Based on interactive technology paradigm, a robotic cane is proposed for blind or visually impaired travelers to navigate safely and quickly among obstacles and other hazards faced by blind pedestrians. Robotic aids, such as robotic canes, require cooperation between humans and robots. Various methods for implementing the appropriate cooperative recognition, planning, and acting, have been investigated. The issues discussed include the interaction of human and robot, design issues of an interactive robotic cane, and behavior arbitration methodologies for navigation planning.

Plato and Aristotle examined what the true spirit of physical education is and what kind of relationship it is, from the perspective of dividing into two parts of the body and mind. And the relationship between human body and mind, knowledge and behavior. Plato and Aristotle examined the harmonious combination of body and mind and what is the desirable relationship setting. In Plato's soul and body in philosophical centered ideological aspect, human education center emphasizes poetry education, but physical education is recognized as essential education for human education. Plato's body contour emphasizes the harmony of soul and body, not the superiority of the body to the mind. In Plato's education room, physical education should be preceded and then mental education should be done. I thought that there could be no independent souls without bodies. It is not an independent entity but a unified entity. Because there is a body, there is a soul. There is a soul, so a body exists. Aristotle thought that the body was more important than Plato, and that the body should be preceded by the soul.

The purpose of this study is to verify antecedent variables that affect emotional labor. The results are as follows. First, display rules positively affected deep acting and negatively affected surface acting. Second, customer contact time positively affected deep acting but did not affect surface acting. Third, the interaction between display rules and customer contact time did not have significant effects on surface acting but negatively affected deep acting. The implications based on these results are as follows. First, theoretically, this study extends the range of leading variables that affect emotional labor and verifies the moderation effects between these variables. Next, practically, this study suggests that presenting harmonious criteria with regards to display rules and customer contact time that fit well into the concept of food service company is a very useful tool to manage emotional labor of the employees. The limitation of this study is that the causal relationship between variables demonstrated in this study cannot be generalized due to convenience sampling and cross sectional research.

A study on the ultrasonic effect for turbulence enhancement is carried out in the horizontal flow field of a coaxial circular pipe. A large transparent acryl tank is made to perform several experiments for the above research. The front flow field from jet exit is divided as 4 measuring regions to observe characteristics of the above flow field according to those with and without ultrasonic. An ultrasonic transducer with 2MHz high frequency is used to give them the ultrasonic forcing. Characteristics such as the velocity distribution, the kinetic energy and the turbulence intensity are visualized, observed, examined and considered at Re No. 2000. In results, it is clarified that the ultrasonic increases the turbulence enhancement. And the optimum and harmonious intensity suited to the power of flow is needed to maximize the turbulence enhancement.

In this paper, based on the thought of the place, I tried to define the meaning of th place and interprete its landscape. The landscape of the mt. Toham with its Grotto-temple "Sokgulam" is the major object of it. The "matter and form" of the Sokgulam realizes the archetypal meaning of the grotto, birth or place of the birth, in a concrete picture. The aesthetics of the Sokgulam, the mater and form in the work of arts, comes out light harmonious with the elements: "grotto", the new foreign element of the architectural style and "orientation", the old domestic one of the Shilla that presented itself at the Chomsongdae, a kind of observatory. The interrelation of the old and new elements in work of the Sokgulam shows us also a thought as an opinion of the transference to say: the matter of the traditional subject, "grotto" and the form makes the abstract matter concretely in sight, by receiving the natural happening of the sunrise at the winter solstice.

The authors have measured and analyzed the values of Point C from roentgenocephalograms of Korean adults, 51 males and 53 females, with normal occlusion. The results were as follows. 1. The position of Point C was -4.73mm. in male and -4.74mm. in female. 2. In samples of harmonious maxillary and mandibular basal bones, the position of Point C was -4.02mm. in male, while that was -5.33mm. in female, respectively. 3. When N.F.-M.P.A. was become larger, the position of Point C was moved more upward; while M.R.P. was increased larger, it was moved more downward. 4. The position of Point C was depended on the distance form the cross point with nasal floor and mandibular plane to the points A and B.
