To improve esthetics and gain beautiful smile, the maxillary anterior dentition is crucial. Through alteration of height, arrangement or color of the maxillary incisor, we can rehabilitate the esthetic smile. The perception of dental esthetics is highly subjective. Personal perceptions or judgement of dental esthetics is highly related with each individual's experience and social and cultural environment. However, there have been many efforts to establish the criteria for generally accepted esthetic norm, in order to increase the predictability of restorative treatment. For maxillary anterior restoration, not only a single tooth, but also the compositions around tooth such as facial form, lips and gum and their relationships have to be considered to create harmonious smile. It can be determined as esthetic restorations when in consonance with facial form and structures that frame the restorations. In this review article, several guidelines that are generally accepted and useful to assess the esthetics and communicate with patients and technicians will be discussed.

The primary purpose of the present study was to investigate the pre-parents' motivations for parenthood, concept of marital role and demands for pre-parent education. the subjects were 179 women, who are planning to have a child and already are pregnant, and their husbands. 1. Among 7 motivations for parenthood presented, strong ties for couples and maturity demands were selected the most important. Economic and emotional dependency was valued the least. 2. The harmonious relationships between husband and wife chosen as the most important marital role concept. 3. For the contents of the pre-parent education program, the postnatal care, fathering, nutrition and exercise during pregnancy, and others were desired. 4. Over two-thirds of respondents preferred a joint participation (husband-wife together).

We have various understandings regarding health. Various medical systems being practiced in India other than conventional medicine i.e. Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy have defined health in their own way. From physical level up to spiritual level health has so many aspects which affect our overall personality. Some says that one who is established in self is healthy but some other says that in a perfect state of health physical homeostasis and mental equanimity occur in a balanced and healthy harmony. Another concept believes that health is normal and harmonious vibration of the elements and forces composing the human entity on the physical, mental, moral and spiritual planes of living in accordance with the constructive principles in Nature. At one place it is stated that good health means existence in harmony with evolution. The authors have reviewed various concepts and definitions of health and trying to conclude that health is a feeling which may be experienced only if you are really healthy. So, health is more and more balancing of all elements of your life in harmony with the universe.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between interpersonal relations and parenting attitudes in nursing college students. The participants were 317 nursing college students. Data were collected from September 5 to 12, 2012 and analyzed using the SPSS 18.0. Findings of the study can be summarized as follows. First, parenting attitudes and interpersonal relations were significantly different according to economics status. Second, interpersonal relations were significantly different according to parenting attitudes. Third, the correlation between the parenting attitudes and the interpersonal relations show positive correlation in all areas. Forth, the predictors that affect the interpersonal relations were the achieving parenting attitudes of father. Consequently, if the parents approach their children who have difficulty in interpersonal relationships with their achievement parenting attitudes, the children will have harmonious interpersonal relationships and furthermore get personal growth and be socialized well.

A human-friendly interactive system, based on the harmonious symbiotic coexistence of humans and robots, is explored. Based on this interactive technology paradigm, a robotic cane is designed to help blind or visually impaired travelers to navigate safely and quickly among obstacles and other hazards faced by blind pedestrians. We outline a set of the hardware solutions and working methodologies that can be used for successfully implementing and extending the interactive technology to complex environments, robots, and humans. The issues discussed include the interaction of human and robot, design issue of robotic cane, hardware requirements for efficient human-robot interaction.

The education examination and qualification systems around the world are now changing rapidly and unifying as one system. The Korean national system should be harmonious with this international tendency, in order to overcome the high degree of international economic competition. In this article, the current state of the international and national systems are critically compared and discussed with the intention of proposing improvements to the Korean national system. The Korean Welding Society has revamped its system so that its certificates might be recognized by the welding institutions in foreign countries such as the European Welding Federation (EWF) and still be recognized by the Korean Government. Their desire to join the system of International Institute of Welding (IIW).

For many years a wide variety of surgical techniques for closure of cleft lip has been used. Still many surgeons prefer the Millard's rotation-advancement lip repair because the surgical scar is masked in the philtral crest and the nostril floor, and it improves the relationship of the alar base of the cleft side, producing harmonious symmetry of the nostril and the nostril sill. In addition, it uses and preserves the lip anatomy, returning lip tissue into its normal position, minimizing the amount of tissue that is discarded, and reconstructing the orbicular oris muscle. One of the major disadvantages of this procedure is the lack of accurate measurements. The object of this study is to help in the cleft lip surgery with investing its features and design.

This paper analyzed four different perspectives on health care reform in Korea in terms of the basic values, formulated problems and reform plans, implementation methods, and supporting groups. The medical security plan was insisted by social security specialists and social activists focusing on the integration of medical insurance coops in order to enhancing equity and right of the people. However, its perspective was limited to promoting security instead of reforming health care system. The government proposed the health care reform plans in 1994 and in 1997, focusing on promoting efficiency by remedying many problems in health care delivery system. However, its implementation was not successful due to the lack of organizational and financial supporters. Recently, two opposite proposals were issued. The market reform plan paid attention to revitalizing the market function to promoting efficiency by allowing hospitals to treat private patients instead of applying the medical insurance regulation. The government reform plan focused on intensifying governmental planning and intervention in the health care sector in order to removing inefficiency and promoting equity with the supports of social activists and labor unions. Finally, this paper proposed an alternative plan to promote harmonious social relationship between actors in the health care system.

Remembering a meaning of fashion started in the early 20C, Paul Poiret is one of the most important designer. If so, what does his achievements and assessment his costume design have to be？ That is the spirit of his design. Through the creation of the new style which is totally different from a period before, introduction of the vivid color, the new line and the enthusiasm of the fashion business, he showed the roll and the possibility of the modern designer. In Poiret's women's costume, harmonious beauty of women could be discovered in beautiful color which was not used in the 19th and elegance line. Furthermore, in the creation of the color and style, he got a strong influence by the art of early 20C's Europe. This was an opportunity that todays fashion has treated as a part of the or her art, and many modern designers are contacting with the art. The excellent ability in the fashion business has the composite as total fashion. Fashion business including perfumes, cosmetics furnitures, accessories is a model for most designers who follows him.
