A Study of the medical Books before the HawngJeNeKyung (황제내경(黃帝內經) 이전(以前)의 의학서적(醫學書籍)에 관한 고찰(考察) -황제내경(黃帝內經)의 인용문헌(引用文獻)을 중심으로-)

  • Although the HawngJeNeKyung(黃帝內經) was regarded as the the extremly aged book in oriental medicine history, We can find out many quotations in the HawngJeNeKyung. Some of this quotations are applicable to the age of the Warring States(戰國), but the other quotations are correspond to its after the period of HouHan(後漢). The books included before the QianHan(前漢) are 12 kinds of books, such as KyuTak(揆度), KiHang(奇恒), SangKyung(上經), HaKyung(下經), etc. The books included after the HouHan(後漢) are 5 kinds of books, such as CheonWonOkChek(天元玉冊), DaeYo(大要), HyunJuMilEo(玄珠密語), etc. Founded on these various books, the theories of oriental medicine was accomplished in the HawngJeNeKyung.

  • This study aimed to examine the theoretical consideration and concept of hybrid that could be applicable to wood product design, to analyze design trend according to the morphological transformation by means of combination of hybrid material and function, to understand the correlation between type of wood product and materials and to apply it to the domestic and overseas hybrid concept of wood product design study. A study of assembling output by empirical experiment to embed natural resources into acrylic resin in order to develop wood products was carried out. And an wood product was suggested that satisfied lighting and hanger function through a new wood product design development combined with hanger function and lighting function. Through such process, a new design paradigm was suggested to cope with the periodic trend and to induce mass production of designed product. Thus, this study set a new guideline for activating wood product design and attempted to meet the social demand of encouraging new value creation.

  • There is few study which automatically diagnose the fault from ship's monitored signal. The bigger control and monitoring system is, the more important fault diagnosis and maintenance is to reduce damage brought forth by system fault. This paper proposes fault diagnosis system using a correlation analysis algorithm which is able to diagnose and forecast the fault and is composed to fault detection knowledge base and fault diagnosis knowledge base. For this all kinds of ship's engine room monitored data are classified with combustion subsystem, heat exchange subsystem and electric motor and pump subsystem by analyzing ship's operation data. To verifying capability of fault detection, diagnosis and prediction, Fault Management System(FMS) is developed by C++. Simulation experiment by FMS is carried out with population data set made by log book data of 2 months duration from a large full container ship of H shipping company.

Durability Design of a Passenger Car Front Aluminum Sub-frame using Virtual Testing Method (가상시험기법을 이용한 승용차 전륜 알루미늄 서브프레임 내구설계)

  • Durability performance evaluation of automotive components is very important and time consuming task. In this paper, to reduce vehicle component development time and cost virtual testing simulation technology is used to evaluate durability performance of a passenger car front aluminum sub-frame. Multibody dynamics based vehicle model and virtual test simulation model of a half car road simulator are validated by comparisons between rig test results and simulation results. Durability life prediction of the sub-frame is carried out using the model with road load data of proving ground which can evaluate accelerated durability life. We found that the durability performance of the sub-frame is sufficient and it can be predicted within short time compared to rig test time.

  • The diffuser noise of HVAC(heating ventilating and air-conditioning) uses dB(A) or NC as a indoor noise criteria that ASHRAE represents, and there is no specific guide line for application. According to the previous study, there are some problems like that even though the sound level of sound source is same, the NC shows different values, which makes the noise rating confused. This problem is caused by the frequency characteristics of sound source and its sound level. Therefore, appropriate evaluation method should be considered based on the subjective responses. This study aims to analyze the physical parameters appropriate for the evaluation of HVAC diffuser noise. To achieve this, recording of sound sources, calculation of physical parameters and psycho-acoustic experiment were carried out and the results were derived from the correlation analysis between physical parameters and subjective evaluatio

  • Recently, excavation of ancient pottery kiln of Koryo celadon of the Koryo dynasty have been continued since 1979 in Hang-dong, Daegu-myun, Gangjin-gun, Jeonnam Province, south-western part of Korea. The authers carried out an archeomagnetic study using the baked earth of the floors of the kiln, togimi and fabrics of rocks which were placed firmly on the floors of the kiln. These specimens were measured using the astatic magnetometer. The results of measurements are: declination, $0.3^{\circ}W$; inclination, $52.9^{\circ}C$. Referring to the secular change curves drawn from the studies of the south-western Japan, the last period when the pottery kiln was fired finally is estimated to be around A.D. 1170. Many potsherds of Koryo celadon were excavated around the kiln. According to the shape of these potsherds, the age of the pottery kiln is estimated to be 10-12 C, which is consisted with this study.

근로일수(勤勞日數)의 변동(變動)과 산업생산(産業生産)의 예측(豫測)

  • 경기변동(景氣變動)에 대한 중요한 판단자료인 산업생산지수(産業生産指數)는 음력에 따르는 구정, 추석 등의 기간 및 시점변동으로 계절적 요인이 불규칙하게 나타나게 되고, 이로 인하여 지수(指數)의 분석에 혼란이 야기되고 있다. 산업생산지수(産業生産指數)의 계절변동(季節變動)은 일차적으로 근로일수(勤勞日數)에 그 원인이 있는 것으로 판단된다. 본고(本稿)에서는 통상의 계절조정방법 대신에 근로일수를 고려하여 1일당 생산을 기준으로 산업생산을 분석하였다. 근로일수(勤勞日數)는 확정적(確定的)(deterministic)인 성격을 가지고 있어 계절성(季節性)의 변동에 대한 예측(豫測)이 가능할 뿐 아니라, 1일당 생산을 고려할 경우 각 관측치의 시간적 길이를 동일하게 함으로써 생산과 재고의 관계를 설정하는 것이 용이해진다. 생산(生産)과 재고변화(在庫變化)만을 이용한 간단한 오차수정모형(error correction model)을 설정하여 생산의 표본외구간(標本外區間) 예측(豫測)(out of sample forecasting)을 수행한 결과, 근로일수(勤勞日數)로 조정하였을 경우 예측력이 현저히 개선됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

A Stuty on the Dynamic Response of an Axisymmetric Buoy in Regular Waves (축대칭 부표의 규칙파중 운동특성에 대한 연구)

  • Herein the dynamic response of an axisymmetric buoy to regular wave is studied within linear potential theory. The buoy has a particular geometry so that it should experience minimum wave-exiting force on the vertical direction at a precribed wave number in water of finite depth. Invoking the Green's theorem a velocity potential is generated by distributing pulsating sources and doublets on the immersed surface of the buoy at its mean position. Hydrodynamic forces and moments are obtained approximately by summation of the products of linear pressure and directional mesh area over the immersed surface. Model tests are carried out to measure the wave-exciting forces, hydrodynamic forces and motion responses. The experimental results in general agree fairly well with the numerical ones. From the analytical and experimental works it is found that the pitching motion and its coupling effect affect significantly the motion characteristics of the freely-floating axisymmetric buoy in regular waves.

  • Numerical study has been carried out to investigate heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics for streamlined shape tubes. The flow and thermal fields are investigated with varying diameter ratio of the tube ranging from 0.4 to 2.5 and Reynolds number ranging from 10,000 to 30,000. The results show that heat transfer per unit fan power is maximum at $D_2/D_1=0.8$. Furthermore, the heat transfer per unit fan power of streamlined shape tubes was compared with circular tube. The heat transfer per unit fan power of streamlined shape tube was larger than that of circular tube.

  • This paper includes five cases about patient with pruritus and erythema by External Gi-Gong Therapy(EKT) for two days. We judged the patient who has pruritus and erythema, and treated them with External Gi-Gong Therapy(EKT). EKT has always been part of the medical Gi-Gong practice. EKT refers to the process by which a Gi-Gong practitioner directs his intention, or emits his Gi energy, to help others break Gi blockages and induce the sick Gi out of the body so as to alleviate the pain, abate the disease, and balance the flow of Gi. We expect that External Gi-Gong Therapy is effective for patient with pruritus and erythema.
