SSD 테스터의 알루미늄 합금 Guide Hole의 마모에 관한 연구 (A Study on Wear of Aluminum Alloy Guide Hole in SSD Tester)

  • The purpose of this research is to determine the hardness of guide hole. A guide pin and a guide hole of SSD(Solid State Drive) tester used to mount SSD in a fixed position accurately. The guide pin and guide hole are worn by friction due to repeated operation, and the wear is concentrated on the guide hole made of weak material rather than the guide pin made of relatively strong material. Because of that reason, it is often overdesigned in the design stage because it can lose its function. If the guide hole is made soft, the manufacturing cost will decrease, but the accuracy will decrease due to wear caused by repeated friction. If the guide hole is manufactured excessively, the manufacturing process becomes complicated and the manufacturing cost increases. It is essential to design a guide hole, but since there is no standard or verified data that can be referenced, it is difficult to design. Experimental device which guides in the same way as the SSD tester is used for this research, and three types of anodizing state are experimented for different hardness. Also, weight of COK(Change over Kit) were analyzed by measuring the wear amount and state of the guide hole according to the number of repeated attachment and detachment.

발파에서 가이드공의 균열제어 유효성에 관한 실험적 연구 (A Study on the Effectiveness of a Guide Hole on Crack Growth Control in Blasting)

  • 화약류를 이용한 발파에서 가이드공의 균열제어효과를 검토하기 위하여 모르타르 공시체를 이용한 발파실험을 수행하였다. 모르타르 블록의 중앙에 장약공을 설치하고 주변에 방사상으로 4종류의 가이드공을 각각 두 개씩 설치하였다. 4종류의 가이드공은 원형, 노치형, 다이아몬드형, 다이아몬드 홀더형이며, 장약공과 가이드공의 간격은 각각 110 mm, 165 mm, 220 mm으로 하여 3가지 형태의 모르타르 공시체를 제작하였다. 발파 실험 후 공시체에 대한 분석결과, 적용된 가이드공 모두 균열제어효과를 보였으며 같은 폭발압력에서는 노치 가이드 공이 보다 높은 균열제어효과를 나타내었다.

  • 무장약 가이드공의 균열제어 효과를 파악하기 위하여 무장약 가이드공을 적용한 콘크리트 블록 발파실험 결과를 바탕으로 동적파괴과정해석을 수행하였다. 장약공과 노치형 및 원형 무장약 가이드공을 가진 해석모델을 작성하고 공간격, 암반강도, 폭발하중속도에 따른 최종균열을 분석하였다. 모든 해석모델에서 무장약 가이드공이 설치되어 있는 방향으로 탁월균열이 형성되었으며, 이것은 무장약 가이드공이 균열제어에 효과가 있음을 입증하며 실험결과와도 일치한다.

  • The HANARO, multi-purpose research reactor, 30 MWth open-tank-in- pool type, is under normal operation since it reached the initial critical in February 1995. The HANARO is planning to produce a fission moly-99 of radio isotopes, a mother nuclide of Tc-99m, a medical isotope and is under developing a target handling tool for loading and unloading it in a circular flow tube (OR-5). A guide tube is extended from the reactor core to the top of the reactor chimney for easily un/loading a target under the reactor normal operation. But active coolant through the core can be quickly raised up to the top of the chimney through the guide tube by jet flow. This paper is described an analytical analysis to calculate the hole size of a orifice inserted in the circular irradiation hole and to study the flow characteristics through the guide tube under reactor normal operation and loading the target. As results, the results show that the hole size of orifice was 31 mm of the inner diameter to suppress the guide tube jet flow and the coolant safely cooled the target of fission moly after inserting the orifice to the flow tube.

  • The effects of guide pads on burnishing action and accuracy of machined hole are investigated in drilling with burnishing drill using a speciaaly designed tool experimentally. The cutting forces are balanced at the small forward regions of guide pads. The burnishing action takes place under a high contact pressure between the bore wall and those regions. The over size mechanism of machined hole by the guide pads is discussed.

  • This work deals with on investigation the influence of various additives to a base stock cutting fluid in order to develop a better deep hold drilling. This investigation has been aiming at developing an oil which gives a maximum cutting efficiency at a minimum wear rate of the tool and the guiding pads. The purpose of study is to analyze how guide pad of tools, workpiece and the change of contained quantity of extreme pressure additive in cutting fluids have effects on the hold over size of cutting hole, surface roughness of workpiece,wear rates of guide pad and roundness during the deep hole machining of SM55C with solid BTA drill by using BTA drilling system through experiment. Conclusion reached is as follows. It has been proved that the contained quantity of surphur more affects machinability than that of extreme pressure additive of chlorine of cutting fluid in BTA drilling during Deep Hole Drilling. Considering its base oil, the the contained quantity of extreme pressure assitive of surphur can be different, but it's judged that the range of 1.5 ~ 2.0% is suitable to machinability for workpiece in BTA drilling. Regarding guide pad, it's judged that the reduction of wear is possible in propotion to the contained quantity of exrreme pressure additive of chlorine against supporting of cutting force and Bumishing operation of machining parts in cutting.

  • 본 연구에서는 SB발파에서 평활한 최종파단면과 발파손상영역을 제어하고, 동시에 발파진동을 제어하기 위한 목적으로 무장약 균열 유도공을 이용한 제어발파기법을 제안하였다. 무장약 균열유도공의 파단면 제어 유효성을 검토하기 위하여 일반 SB발파와 무장약 균열 유도공 적용한 SB발파에서 암반 내 발생하는 파괴과정을 수치해석법으로 모사하여 파단면을 분석하였다. 제발효과를 높이기 위하여 도폭선에 의한 기폭을 고려하였으며, 무장약 균열 유도공을 중심으로 양쪽에 장약공이 설치된 일자유면 발파로 가정하여 암반의 파괴과정해석을 수행하여 SB발파에서 무장약 균열 유도공에 의한 파단면 형성 기구를 고찰하였다. 결과적으로, 공간격이 40cm 이하에서 무장약 균열 유도공을 사용한 경우가 낮은 파단면 거칠기를 보여 파단면 제어 효과가 있음을 입증 하였다.

  • We describe a new optical-type guide sensor for AGV. It is robust the disturbance of the light. The developed optical-type guide sensor is very useful in the clean room environment where the light disturbance is very critical through the hole on the surface of the floor.

  • On this study, technical aspects were reviewed to drill a series of micro holes (${\phi}$0.10) over 200 within a few micron tolerance in diameter and position on the stainless steel material. Dedicated tools & jigs were designed and manufactured and optimum cutting conditions were found. On this micro hole drilling process, guide drill and step feeding were applied to help chip discharge, prevent drill breakage and finally improve the accuracy of positioning and roundness. The processing results indicated that most holes are distributed within a few micron tolerance in diameter and position intervals.

출탕유도전극을 이용한 용융물의 출탕방법 및 특성에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Properties and Methods of Electrode System for Tapping of Melts)

  • For safety and economy reasons, hazardous waste including radioactive waste is desired to be converted into stable waste forms with a maximum volume reduction. High temperature melting technology using a plasma torch system can effectively treat even the non-flammable waste as desired. By far, one of the most difficult process for melting the non-flammable waste is a tapping of melts because the melting point of a residual slag in the tapping hole is high and because the viscosity of the melt increases sharply when tapping out. In case of a stationary furnace with a slant tapping port on the side of furnace, a certain amount of melts is left in the tapping hole after tapping out. Because of this, at every end of a melting cycle, the tapping hole needs to be opened by tapping device. The developed tapping device of melts based on both a guide electrode and auxiliary electrode is adequate for the application to discharge of melts except that the consumption of the guide electrode is somewhat faster than expected. Melt is collected in the water cooled vessel.
