순환식 수경재배에 적합한 방울토마토 '꼬꼬' 배양액 개발 (Development of Optimal Nutrient Solution of Cherry Tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. 'KoKo') in a Closed Soilless Culture System)

  • The experiment was conducted to investigate the nutrition absorption pattern in the growth stage and develope the optimal nutrient solution hydroponically grown the cherry tomato 'Koko' in closed substrate culture system with the nutrient solution of National Horticultural Research Station in Japan into 1/2S, 1S, and 2S. When plant was grown in 1/2S, the growth and yield were high and the pH and EC in the root zone were stable. Suitable composition of nutrient solution for cherry tomato was $NO_3-N\;6.8,\;PO_4-P\;2.7,\;K 3.2,\;Ca\;3.6\;and\;Mg\;1.1\;me\;L^{-1}$ in the early growth stage, $NO_3-N\;7.3,\;PO_4-P\;2.2,\;K\;3.7,\;Ca\;3.6;and\;Mg\;1.1\;me\;L^{-1}$ in the late growth stage by calculating a rate of nutrient and water uptake. To estimate the suitability for the nutrient solution in a development of cherry tomato developed by Wongkwang university in Korea (WU), plant was grown in perlite substrate supplied with different solution and strengths(S) by research station for greenhouse vegetable and floriculture in the Netherlands (Proefstation voor tuinbouw onder glas th Mssldwijk; PTG) of 1/2S, 1S, and 2S, respectively. The growth was good at the PTG and WU 2S in the early stage and the PTG of 1S and WU of 1S and 2S in the late stage. The highest yield of cherry tomato obtained in the WU of 2S. pH and EC in root zone of WU of 2S were stable during the early and late growth stage. Therefore when cherry tomato plant was grown in WU of 2S of EC $1.6{\sim}2.0\;dS\;m^{-1}$in the nutrient solution, not only stable growth and yield but also fertilizer reduction can be obtained than that of PTG.

Behavioral characteristics of Hanwoo (Bos taurus coreanae) steers at different growth stages and seasons

  • Objective: This research analyzed behavioral characteristics of Hanwoo (Bos taurus coreanae) steers during each season and growth stage to enable measurement of the animals' welfare level for precision livestock farming. Methods: A hundred-eight beef steers were divided into three equal groups at a Hanwoo farm according to their growth stage: growing stage (GS), 8 months; early-fattening stage (EFS), 19 months; and late-fattening stage (LFS), 30 months. Twelve behavioral categories were continuously recorded for 13 day-time hours in each four seasons with three replications. Results: Time spent standing was found to be significantly longer in summer at all growth stages (p<0.05). Hanwoos at the GS spent significantly longer standing time in spring and summer than those at the EFS and LFS (p<0.05). Lying time in summer was the shortest for all growth stages (p<0.05). Steers at the LFS spent significantly longer lying time than that at the GS (p<0.05) in summer. For GS and EFS, time spent eating in spring and autumn were longer than in summer and winter (p<0.05). Eating time was the longest for the GS in spring, autumn, and winter, excluding for the LFS in winter (p<0.05). Regarding ruminating, steers at the LFS spent significantly shorter time than those at other stages in all seasons (p<0.05). GS and EFS steers showed the longest walking time in summer compared with other seasons (p<0.05). At GS and LFS, drinking time in summer was the longest of all seasons (p<0.05). Sleeping time was significantly shorter in summer compared with the other seasons (p<0.05). Self-grooming time was the longest in winter for all growth stages (p<0.05). Conclusion: Steers were found to have more variable behavioral patterns during summer and the GS and less active behaviors during the LFS, thus extra care seems necessary during the GS, LFS, and summer period.

  • In this paper, we consider possibility that the multiple errors occur in each testing stage. At present, software reliability modeling is considered as a part of software reliability quality assurance in software engineering. However they dealt with the software growth model for the single error debugging at each testing stage until now. Hence it is necessary to study software reliability with multiple errors debugging. Therefore we propose software reliability growth modeling and estimate the parameters in the proposed software reliability growth model for the multiple errors debugging at each testing stage.

경추골 성숙지표와 하악골 성장 (Maturation of cervical vertebrae and Mandibular growth changes)

  • 하악골의 성장은 골격적 요인이 동반된 III급 부정교합자의 치료의 결과, 예후에 중대한 영향을 미칠 수 있으며, 특히 성장기 환자의 경우 성장의 조절을 통하여 효과적인 치료를 기할 수 있으므로 개개인의 성장양상을 평가하기 위한 여러 방법들에 관하여 선학들의 많은 연구가 있어왔다. 본 연구에서는 하악골 성장예측의 지표로 경추골 성숙도를 이용한 골령평가법이 유용한 지를 알아보기 위해 1972년 Lamparski 에 의해 제안된 표준 경추골 성숙단계를 이용하여 정상교합자 남자 18명, 여자 14명의 8.5세에서 18.5세까지 매 2년 간격으로 촬영한 측모두부방사선 규격사진 192매에 나타난 경추골 성숙도와 하악골 및 신장의 성장간의 관련성을 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 8.5세에서 14.5세까지는 동일한 연령군에서 여자가 남자보다 높은 경추골 성숙단계를 나타내었다. 2. 동일한 경추골 성숙단계에 도달하는 평균연령은 일반적으로 여자가 남자보다 이른 나이를 보였다. 3. 일반적으로 경추골 성숙단계 3-4단계간에 하악골 및 신장의 최대성장이 일어났다. 4. 경추골 성숙도와 하악골의 성장간에는 일정한 관련성이 있어 경추골 성숙도를 하악골 성장예측의 지표로 사용하는 것이 가능할 것으로 생각된다.

노지재배 감자의 생육시기별 물 요구량 구명 (Water Requirement of Potato According to Growth Stage)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 1979년~2008년까지의 기후 데이터를 활용하여 우리나라 45개 지역을 대상으로 기후변화에 따른 감자의 물 요구량을 산정함으로서 기존의 연구결과를 수정보완하고 아울러 금후 국가 물 수급계획 수립의 기초자료로 활용코자 수행하였다. 노지 감자 생육기간 동안의 PET는 최소 부산의 $2.60mm\;day^{-1}$로부터 최대 대구의 $3.52mm\;day^{-1}$ 범위를 보였으며, 45개 지역에 대한 평균은 $2.95mm\;day^{-1}$ 이었다. 노지 감자의 생육기간 전체에 대한 평균 일 물 요구량(MWR : mm $day^{-1}$)은, 45지역의 전 생육기간 평균 $1.6mm\;day^{-1}$이었으며, 생육단계별 평균 일 물 요구량 (MWR)은 G-1, G-2, G-3 및 G-4 각각 1.0~1.2 (평균 1.1), 1.5~1.8 (평균 1.6), 1.9~2.2 및 1.7~2.1 (평균 1.8) mm $day^{-1}$이었다. 노지 감자의 생육기간 전체에 대한 평균 총 물 요구량 (TWR : mm $day^{-1}$)은, 45지역 평균 446.2 mm 이었으며, 생육단계별 평균 총 물 요구량 (TWR : mm $day^{-1}$)은 G-1, G-2, G-3 및 G-4 각각 18.0~22.1 (평균 19.3), 50.6~66.6 (평균 56.3), 63.5~88.2 (평균 72.4) 및 38.3~54.5 (평균 44.0) mm 이었다. 또한 MWR 과 TWR은 45지역 모두 G-3 생육단계에서 가장 많으며, 이는 G-3 생육단계의 대기증발요구량 (PET)과 작물계수 (Kc)가 타 생육기간 보다 높기 때문인 것으로 사료된다.

벼의 생육기별 수분결핍장애가 생육 및 수량에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Water Stress at Different Growth Stages on the Growth and Yield of the Transplanted Rice Plants)

  • Knowledge of the degree of yield reduction due to water stress at different crop growth stages in rice production is important for rational scheduling of irrigation during periods of insufficient water supply. Previous studies to determine the degree of yield reduction duo to water stress suffered from interruptions by rain during experiment. Also the findings did rot relate the degree of water stress to the soil water potential and water deficit status of rice plants. In this study, two years experiments were conducted using the high yielding rice varieties, an Indica x Japonica (Nampoong) and a Japonica variety(Choochung). These were grown in 1/200$^{\circ}$ plastic pots placed under a rainfall autosensing, sliding clear plastic roof facility to control rainfall interruptions. The results obtained were as follows. 1.The two varieties differed in the growth stage most sensitive to water stress as well as the degree of yield reductions. When rice plants were stressed to the leaf rolling score 4 and soil water potential of about - 20 bar at major crop growth stages which included heading, booting, non-effective tillering, panicle initiation and early tillering stages, the yield reductions in the Indica x Japonica variety were 58%, 34%, 27%, 22%, and 21%, respectively, whereas in the Japonica vairety they were 23%, 36%, 1%, 13% and 22%, respectively. This result show that the recommended drainage during non-effective tillering is valid only for the Japonica variety. Sufficient irrigation at booting, heading and early tillering stages are necessary for both varieties. 2.The two varieties showed visible wilting symptoms when the soil water potential dropped to about - 3.0 bar. The Japonica variety showed more leaf rolling than the Indica X Japonica. However, it had a higher retention of leaf water content and greater stomatal diffusive resistance. When the soil water potential dropped, the Japonica variety showed leaf rolling score (LRS) 1 at 0 soil-5. 0 bar and LRS 2 at 0 soil -6.0 bar while the Indica X Japonica showed LRS 1 at 0 soil - 5.5 bar and LRS 2at 0 Soil - 9.0 bar. The stomatal diffusive resistance was maximum at the second top leaf blade in both varieties at intermediate water stress of 0 soil - 4.5 bar. 3.The number of days that was required for the soil water potential to drop to-3. 0 bar and to - 20.0 bar after drainage of irrigation water from the 20cm deep silty clay loam soil in the pots were 6 and 13 days, respectively for booting stage, and 7 and 11 days, respectively for heading stage, 9 and 12 days, respectively for panicle initiation stage, and 12 and 19 days, respectively for early tillering stage. 4.Water stress during the early tillering stage recorded the longest delay in beading time, the largest reduction in panicle numbers and a substantial yield decrease of 20%. This calls for better water management to ensure the availability of water at this stage, particularly during drought periods. In addition, a reexamination of the conventional inter-drainage practice during the non-effective tillering stage is necessary for the high yielding Indica X Japonica varieties.

Li, K과 Na-흑연 층간화합물의 stage 전이특성 (Stage transformation characteristice of Li, K and Na-graphite intercalation compounds)

  • Li, K과 Na-흑연 층간화합물의 stage 전이 특성을 탄소층사이에 존재하는 intercalants의 deintercalation 메카니즘을 고려하여 제시하였다. 온도와 압력을 조절하여 합성된 Li-GICs(graphite intercalation compounds)를 분위기하에서 자발적으로 분해시켰다. 이들 화합물을 XRD 분석한 결과 1, 2 stage의 d001-값이 각각 3.71, 7.06 $\AA$으로 나타났다. 분위기하에서 Li-GiCs를 deintercalation 반응을 시킨 6주 후에 잔유화합물이 형성됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한, two-bulb 법으로 K-GICs를 합성하였으며, K-GDICs(graphite deintercalation compounds)의 구조적 안정성과 stage 전이에 대하여 조사하였다. X-선회절 결과로부터 K-GDICs는 10주 동안 안정한 K-흑연 잔유 화합물을 형성하였다. 그리고 고온, 고압법을 이용하여 합성된 1, 2stage의 Na-GICs의 deintercalation 반응과 열적 안정성에 대한 온도 의존성에 대하여 논하였다. 열적 안정성과 관련하여 Na-GICs의 구조변화를 XRD에 의하여 확인하였다. 이들 과정에 따르면 stage 전이는 무질서한 stage를 가진 GDICs의 불규칙적인 deintercalation에 의하여 형성됨을 제시할 수 있었다.

  • 수도(水稻)(서광(曙光)벼)의 활착기(活着期), 분고최성기(分藁最盛期), 유수형성기(幼穗形成期), 출수기(出穗期)때에 ozone가스 0.5ppm을 4시간(時間)씩 가스접촉실내(接觸室內)에서 접촉(接觸)시켜 가스접촉후(接觸後)에 나타나는 피해증상(被害症狀), 피해엽률(被害葉率), 엽록소함양(葉綠素含量) 및 peroxidase의 활성(活性)을 조사(調査)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 1) Ozone 가스에 의(依)한 수도엽(水稻葉)의 피해증상(被害症狀)은 은백색(銀白色)의 미세(微細)한 반점(斑點)이 엽맥(葉脈)을 따라 발생(發生)되며, 적갈색(赤褐色)${\sim}$암갈색(暗褐色)의 반점(斑點)이 발생(發生)되는 경우(境遇)도 있었다. 2) Ozone가스 접촉(接觸)에 의(依)한 수도(水稻)의 생육시기별 감수정도(生育時期別 減收程度)는 분고최성기(分藁最盛期)>유수형성기(幼穗形成期)>활착기(活着期)>출수기(出穗期)의 순(順)이었다. 3) Ozone가스 접촉(接觸)에 의(依)한 수도(水稻)의 생육시기별 피해엽률(生育時期別 被害葉率) 및 엽록소감소정도(葉綠素減少程度)는 분고최성기(分藁最盛期)>활착기(活着期)>유수형성기(幼穗形成期)>출수기(出穗期)의 순(順)이었다. 4) Ozone가스 접촉(接觸)으로 수도엽중(水稻葉中)의 실소함량(室素含量)이 감소(減少)되었고 도체엽중 실소함량(稻體葉中 室素含量)이 높은 시기(時期)에 피해(被害)가 컷다.

지식경영의 성공을 위한 성장단계 모형과 활용 (Growth Stage Model for Knowledge Management Success and Its Use)

  • Based on the diffusion of innovation paradigm, this study conceptualizes the constituent components (3P) and the growth stages (6C) for knowledge management. It is critical for knowledge management efforts to identify 'where we are' and decide 'where to go' and then to manage 'how to go'. As a framework for the success of knowledge management, the 3P6C model is intended to systematically guide these efforts toward knowledge asset management and implementation, for knowledge productivity. This model is illustratively applied to such success stories as in Skandia, Buchman Lab and Hall Mark Cards. Such applications of this model show that they have been through such prior activities required in the earlier stages, and thattechnological platform is just one of the 3 key components working as an enabler, implying together the existence of growth path in KM success. Provided in the appendix are a set of exemplary scenarios in knowledge management practice for growth stage assessment.

ZnO-Bi2O3계의 소결초기단계와 입자성장에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Initial Stage of Sintering and the Grain Growth of ZnO in ZnO-Bi2O3 System)

  • The sintering behavior and grain growth of ZnO in 99.0mol% ZnO-1.0mol% Bi2O3 which are the basic compositions of ZnO varistor were studied. The microstructrual observation confirmed that the final sintered density was mainly determined at the initial stage of sintering, i.e. grain rearrangement and grain growth which were induced by the penetration of eutectic melts formed at eutectic temperature(74$0^{\circ}C$). But when the liquid penetration was terminated, the grain growth did not promote further densification. Activation energy of the grain growth of ZnO in the system of 99.0mol% ZnO-1.0mol% Bi2O3 was 44.8$\pm$1.8Kcal/mol.
