고온 기기의 크리프-피로 균열성장 평가 (Assessment of Creep-Fatigue Crack Growth for a High Temperature Component)

  • An assessment of creep-fatigue crack behavior is required to ensure the structural integrity for high temperature components such as fast breeder reactor structures or thermal power plant components operating at an elevated temperature. In this study, an evaluation of creep-fatigue crack growth has been carried out according to the French assessment guide of the RCC-MR A16 for austenitic stainless steel structures. The assessment procedures for creep-fatigue crack growth in the recent version of the A16 (2007 edition) have been changed considerably from the previous version (2002 edition) and the material properties (RCC-MR Appendix A3) have been changed as well. The impacts of those changes on creep-fatigue crack growth behavior are quantified from the assessments with a structural model. Finally the assessment results were compared with the observed images obtained from the structural tests of the same structural specimen.

싸리나무에 있어서 수분공급량이 생장에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Different Soil Moisture on the Growth of Lespedeza bicolor)

  • For the evaluation of drought resistance of the plant, the growth of Lespedeza bicolor Turcz. var. japonica Nakai was analyzed by the control of water content of soil: 1. The growth of leaf, stem and root showed high value in accordance with the increase of soil water content. 2. The formation of nodule was alos increased as the content of soil water became higher. 3. The highest water content of the plant was shown in the plots of 30 and 40% of water centent in soils and in the middle of the growing period (August-September). 4. The C/F ratio in the early period of the growth(July) was similar in each plot, but showed a higher value as the water centent of soil became higher at the later period(October). 5. The T/R ration increased in early period of the growth as the soil water content became higher, but it was decreased to the value of 1 in each plot.

마 첨가에 의한 유산균 생육에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Yam on the Growth of Lactic Acid Bacteria)

  • The growth of Lactobacillus casei in milk was enhanced by adding yams. Addition of 1% yam(raw or dry) promoted the cell growth and acid production in fermented milk. The milk containing 1% yams formed the complete curd by lactic acid fermentation at 37oC for 19hr while the milk without yams showed the incomplete curd formation. The crude mucilage extracted from a raw yam also enhanced the cell growth as well as the acid production. Addition of mucilage(0.08%) showed the similar effects with adding heat treated yam(1%). The milk fermented by adding various yams showed the high scores for sensory evaluation comparing with the milk fermented without yams. The fermenting ability of Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus kefir and Leuconostoc mesenteroides was evaluated by adding 1% of a dry yam in milk. A dry yam also enhanced the cell growth of L. acidophilus resulting in the high acid production. The viable cell counts of L. casei, L. acidophilus and Leuc. mesenteroides except L. kefir were increased by adding 1% of a dry yam.

AHP를 이용한 CMS 평가방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation Model for CMS using the AHP)

  • Despite the increasing interest in web contents and the rapid growth of CMS(Content Management System) market, the studies on the evaluation criteria for determining the purchase of the CMS solution are very rare. We introduce previous researches on the evaluation models of IT solution, and develop new criteria for evaluating CMS solutions. We calculate the relative importance of the evaluation criteria using scores from the IT experts based on the "Pair-wise Comparison" using the AHP. Based on the analyses of IT specialists′ responses, the results of the study show that, among the ten criteria, "the function of content management", "the contribution to the company′s business process" and "the fit with Information Strategic Plan" are the three most important ones over the remaining others. The developed model and criteria for the evaluation of the CMS solutions are expected to contribute on effective purchasing decision of the solutions and their successful implementation.

  • The rapid growth of the online information services causes the problem of information explosion. Automatic text summarization techniques are essential for dealing with this problem. There are different approaches to text summarization and different systems have used one or a combination of them. Considering the wide variety of summarization techniques there should be an evaluation mechanism to assess the process of summarization. The evaluation of automatic summarization is important and challenging, since in general it is difficult to agree on an ideal summary of a text. Currently evaluating summaries is a laborious task that could not be done simply by human so automatic evaluation techniques are appearing to help this matter. In this paper, we will take a look at summarization approaches and examine summarizers' general architecture. The importance of evaluation methods is discussed and the need to find better automatic systems to evaluate summaries is studied.

기업 재무비율 분석을 토대로 기업가치 및 법인세가 신용평가에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Enterprise Value and Corporate Tax on Credit Evaluation Based on the Corporate Financial Ratio Analysis)

  • 오늘날 경영환경은 국가의 신용도나 기업의 신용등급이 사회적으로 매우 중요하게 인식되고 있을 뿐만 아니라 국제 거래에 있어서도 중요하게 부각되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이처럼 국내외에서 신용평가의 중요성 및 신뢰성이 중요해지는 시점에서 본 연구는 기업의 수익성, 안전성, 활동성, 재무성장성, 손익성장성의 재무비율을 분석하여 그 재무지표들이 기업가치 및 법인세에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 더불어 기업가치 및 법인세가 신용평가에 미치는 영향도 함께 분석해 보고자 한다. 이를 위해 2017년도 코스피 유가증권상장기업 465개 기업을 대상으로 해당 기업의 재무비율을 계산하여 기업가치 및 법인세가 신용평가에 미치는 영향을 실증분석 하였다. 또한 추가 연구를 통해 K-IFRS 도입 첫해인 2011년부터 최근까지인 2018년까지의 8년간 KOSPI 유가증권 상장기업의 재무자료를 시계열 분석하여 신뢰성 및 일관성있는 결론을 도출하려고 노력하였다. 연구 결과 각 재무비율인 수익성, 안전성, 활동성, 재무성장성, 손익성장성을 나타내는 변수들 간의 유의수준도 손익성장성을 제외하고는 99%에서 유의함을 알 수 있었다. 연구 가설의 검증 결과 코스피 유가증권상장기업들의 수익성은 기업가치 및 법인세에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 반면 안전성과 성장성은 기업가치 및 법인세에 유의적인 영향을 미치고 있지 못하였다. 또한 활동성은 기업가치에는 유의적인 영향을 미치나 법인세에는 유의적인 영향을 미치고 있지 못하다는 결과를 얻었다. 이와 더불어 기업가치가 기업신용도 및 법인세에 유의적인 영향을 미치고, 법인세도 기업신용도에 유의적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였고 이를 통해 법인세의 매개효과 기능도 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 추가 연구 결과 2011년부터 2018년까지 8년간의 재무비율을 살펴보면 KARA와 LTAX 두 변수는 KISC에 1% 유의수준에서 유의적임을 확인할 수 있었던 반면, LEVE 변수는 KISC에 유의적이지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 확인된 바와 같이 기업들의 신용지표로 세무상 정보의 영향을 분석한 선행연구가 많지 않은 현실에서 본 연구는 기업의 법인세에 영향을 미치는 기업재무 정보를 확인하는데 큰 의의가 있으며 더 나아가 기업의 세무 자료가 자세히 공개되지 않는 상황에서 재무자료를 통한 세무정책 수립에도 많은 유효성이 있을 것으로 생각된다.

GC/ECD를 이용한 농산물 중 생장조정제 dichlorprop 잔류 분석법 확립 (Establishment of Analytical Method for Dichlorprop Residues, a Plant Growth Regulator in Agricultural Commodities Using GC/ECD)

  • Dichlorprop(DCPP)는 phenoxyalkanoic acid계열로서 인체에 유해한 것으로 알려진 fenoprop, 2,4-D 및 daminozide의 대체 약제로 사용되어온 auxin 활성 생장조정제로 과수의 낙과 방지에 이용된다. 하지만, DCPP의 과다 사용은 과실의 숙기를 촉진시키며 연화 및 저장력을 현저히 저하하는 부정적인 영향을 나타내며, 제초제의 특성을 나타내기 때문에 농산물에 과다 사용하여 잔류허용기준을 초과할 경우, 인체에 유해할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 생장조정제로 사용되고 있는 DCPP에 대하여 국내에 유통되는 농산물을 대상으로 잔류 실태 조사 연구를 실시하고자 기존 식품공전 분석법을 개선하여 신속하고 효율적인 분석법으로 재확립 하였다. 분석법 검증에 사용된 시료는 농산물의 메트릭스를 대표할 수 있는 농산물 5종(감귤, 감자, 고추, 대두 및 현미)을 사용하였다. 검체에 아세톤을 가하고 산성화시켜 추출한 후 산-염기 액-액 분배법을 이용해 추출, 정제 및 농축 과정을 거쳤다. 농축에 의해 얻어진 잔류물은 메탄올로 재용해한 후, 이중 2 mL를 취해 $BF_3$-메탄올 용액으로 메틸화한 후, 헥산 및 5% 염화나트륨을 사용해 최종 정제를 거친 용액을 헥산으로 재용해하여 GC/ECD에 주입하였다. 기기분석은 DB-17 중간 극성 칼럼과 운반 기체로 질소 가스를 사용하였고, split-less 모드 하에 $1{\mu}L$를 주입하여 승온 조건으로 ECD에 의해 측정하였다. 또한, GC/MS를 통해 확인시험을 수행 하였으며, 모든 검증은 CAC 가이드라인(CAC/GL 40, 1993) 규정에 따라 실시하였다. 그 결과, DCPP의 정량 한계는 모든 검체에서 0.05 mg/kg 수준이었고, 회수율은 감귤89.5-94.3%, 감자 79.4-87.4%, 고추 90.5-102.2%, 대두 78.8-101.1%, 현미 90.5-100.4%였으며, 변동계수는 감귤 2.5-9.5%, 감자 1.4-2.6%, 고추 2.7-3.9%, 대두 3.4-7.3%, 현 미 1.2-2.1%로 나타났다. 이상의 결과는 국제식품규격위원회 가이드라인 규정(CAC/GL 40, 1993)에 만족하는 수준으로, 새롭게 개선된 DCPP 분석법은 향후 국내 유통 농산물을 대상으로 한 생장조정제 DCPP의 잔류 실태 조사 연구에 활용될 계획이다.

Spatial Distribution of Economic Growth and Inequality: Kazakhstan's Experience

  • This study aims is to explore of the theoretical concepts of regional imbalances and spatial inequality, analysis of spatial distribution of economic growth and identifying of "growth poles" for sustainable development in the regions of Kazakhstan. Based on the theoretical views, we conclude that the key direction of regional policy is the search and development of "growth poles", which will distribute their potential equally to backward regions. The authors propose the methodological tools for presenting a standard form of evaluation of spatial distribution and inequality of the regions of Kazakhstan. This study confirms the importance of using of proposed methods and its application for objectively and realistically defines "growth poles" for sustainable development. Further, the obtained results showed the distribution of Kazakhstan's regions by economic growth and specialization with using modified index of KDI. According to the results of this theoretical and empirical study proved that distribution of the regions of Kazakhstan and results of KDI indexes shows that the spatial differentiation of economic development, but its level and dynamics are different in different respects. In addition, according to the conducted survey, we conclude that one of the most important tasks is sustainable growth based on "growth poles" for sustainable development.

SM490B 용접부의 피로균열 성장 거동에 미치는 초고속 용사코팅 효과 (The Effect of High Velocity Oxygen Fuel Thermal Spray Coating on Fatigue Crack Growth Behavior for Welded SM490B)

  • High velocity oxygen-fuel thermal spray coating of the WC-Co cermet material is a well-established process for modifying the surface properties of the structural components exposed to the corrosive and wear attacks, and also these coating are well-known method to improve the fatigue strength of material. In this study, HVOF coated SM490B are prepared to evaluation of the effect of coating on tension and fatigue crack growth behavior. The pre-crack of the fatigue crack growth test specimens machined at deposited material area, heat affected zone and boundary, respectively. Through these test, the following results are obtained: 1) Tensile strength was about 498 MPa, and fracture occurred on base metal area. 2) The fatigue crack of coated specimens propagated more rapidly than non-coated specimen in all specimens. 3) In the same coating thickness specimens, the specimens with pre-crack at boundary more rapidly propagated than the specimens with pre-crack at HAZ and deposited material area. These results can be used as basic data in a structural integrity evaluation of rolled SM490B weldments considering HVOF coating.

갓무를 첨가한 김치의 발효 및 관능 특성 (Fermentative and Sensory Characteristics of Kimchi added Mustard Root (Brassica juncea))

  • This study was conducted to examine the effect of mustard root on the shelf life of kimchi. Ethanol extract was prepared from the mustard root (Brassica juncea) and antimicrobial activities were examined against Lactobacillus plantarum and Leuconostoc mesenteroides which are the representative lactic bacteria in kimchi. Growth of lactic bacteria were inhibited by ethanol extract from mustard root and the growth time of Leuconostoc mesenteroides was delayed more than 24 hours compared with that of Lactobacillus plantarum. Also, the fermentative and sensory characteristics of kimchi with mustard root were evaluated during fermentation at $10^{\circ}C$. The pH and acidity was lower than that of the control kimchi and the fermentation period was retarded in proportion to the increase in mustard content. The total numbers of microorganism and lactic bacteria in the control kimchi were higher than those in kimchi with mustard root during fermentation. Leuconostoc sp. in the initial stage of growth was more inhibited than Lactobacillus sp. While the pH of kimchi were in the initial stage, the sensory evaluation score for savory flavors of the kimchi with mustard root was lower than that of control due to bitterness and pungency. But when the pH of kimchi reached the optimum stage, the scores for texture and savory flavor of kimchi with mustard root were higher than that of the control. Then overall quality score for kimchi with mustard root increased as bitterness decreased.
