Growth in online channels has created fierce competition; consequently, retailers have to invest an increasing amount of effort into attracting consumers. In this study, eye-tracking technology examined consumers' visual behavior to gain an understanding of information searching behavior in exploring product information for fashion products. Product attribute information was classified into two image-based elements (model image information and detail image information) and two text-based elements (basic text information, detail text information), after which consumers' visual behavior for each information element was analyzed. Furthermore, whether involvement affects consumers' information search behavior was investigated. The results demonstrated that model image information attracted visual attention the quickest, while detail text information and model image information received the most visual attention. Additionally, high-involvement consumers tended to pay more attention to detailed information while low-involvement consumers tended to pay more attention to image-based and basic information. This study is expected to help broaden the understanding of consumer behavior and provide implications for establishing strategies on how to efficiently organize product information for online fashion stores.

Sheet aluminum alloys used in manufacturing of machine structures for transportation show the difference of crack growth speed depending on thickness under the constant fatigue stress condition. The referred thickness effect is a major fatigue failure property of sheet aluminum alloys. In this work, we identified the thickness effect in fatigue test of thick plate and thin plate of Al 2024-T3 alloy under the constant fatigue stress condition, and presented the thickness effect to a correlative equation, $U_{i}^{equ}=f(R_t)$ which is determined by the shape factor, thickness ratio, $R_t$ and the loading factor, equivalent effective stress intensity ratio depending on thickness, $U_{i}^{equ}$. And we analyzed quantitatively the crack growth retardation behavior in thin plate compared to thick plate by the thickness effect using ${\Delta}K$ conversion method. We obtained such values as decrement of thickness(DoT), decrement of stress intensity factor range, ${\Delta}K$ (DoS) and identified the relation between them to present the nature of thickness effect in this work.
The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effects of familiar exercise and novel exercise on motor function after intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) in rats. The rats were subjected to a unilateral striatal ICH via collagenase infusion. The rats were randomly divided into the following three groups: the CON (control group; rested one week post-ICH), the FE (familiar exercise group; familiar exercise was performed two weeks after one-week post-ICH period), and NE (novel exercise group; novel exercise was performed two weeks after one-week post-ICH period). We measured neurological behavior using a ladder rung walking test and a beam walking test; we measured the level of nerve growth factor (NGF) using immunohistochemistry and western blot analysis. We performed a one-way ANOVA test to analyze the scores obtained from the neurological behavior tests and the differences of NGF protein levels among the three groups. In the present study, the FE group and the NE group showed significant improvement during the neurological behavior tests and in their expression of NGF protein level, as compared to the CON group. Especially, NE group more increase than FE group in neurological behavior tests, the expression of NGF on motor cortex. In conclusion, these results suggest that, after ICH, familiar exercise and novel exercise enhance motor function and, novel exercise is more effective than familiar exercise.
The microstructural features and mechanical behavior of directionally solidified $(Y_2O_3)ZrO_2/Al_2O_3$ eutectic fibers after extended beat treatment in oxidizing environment were investigated. The fiber was grown continuously by an Edge-defined Film-fed Growth (EFG) technique. The microstructure was characterized using X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM). The microstructure of the fiber in the as-fabricated state consists of highly oriented colonv and fine lamellar microstructure along the fiber axis. Tensile strength of the $(Y_2O_3)ZrO_2/Al_2O_3$ eutectic fiber remained unchanged with heat treatment at temperatures between $1200^{\circ}C$ and $1500^{\circ}C$ up to 300h. The weibulls modulus remained fairly constant after extended thermal exposure. The fracture toughness and crack propagation behavior were investigated. The fracture toughness ($K_{1C}$) of the $(Y_2O_3)ZrO_2/Al_2O_3$ eutectic fiber in the as-fabricated state were measured to be 3.6 ${\pm}$ 0.5 MPa${\cdot}m^{1/2}$ by an indentation technique and 2.2 ${\pm}$ 0.2 MPa${\cdot}m^{1/2}$ by assuming elliptical flaw of a semi-infinite solid, respectively. The $(Y_2O_3)ZrO_2/Al_2O_3$ eutectic fiber showed a radial (Palmqvist) crack type and exhibited an orthotropic crack growth behavior under 100 g load.

Domestic and foreign aviation industries showed steep growth along with rapid increase in aviation demand, but the industries got directly hit by COVID-19. Now, with the recovery of daily life, aviation demand is gradually increasing, too. However, the risk of aviation accidents also increases proportionally to the increasing demand for aviation. Although it is a point that safety management needs to be actively conducted to prevent safety accidents resulted from the growth of aviation industries, research on safety culture and organizations is not sufficiently done in terms of the depth and scope of it despite the importance of the discussion. Studies in various areas have reported that an organization's safety culture forms the group's safety atmosphere and then results in the workers' safety behavior. Accordingly, this study examined the effects of safety culture in an organization on the safety behavior of its members who are aircraft maintenance technicians. The results of this research can be summed up as follows: first, it has been found that the roles of the person in charge grounded on clear goals and guidelines for the organization's safety policy influence the technicians' attitudes. Second, the important factor in the technicians' safety observance is that the attitude to follow safety rules when performing aviation maintenance raises their awareness of safety, for instance, following standard operation procedures or wearing personal equipment for protection. Third, their attitudes have positive effects on safety participation, and consequently, their intention to comply with safety rules is shown as an active action to achieve the ultimate goal of safety behavior.

An experimental investigation of the effect of composite patching repair was conducted to characterize the fatigue crack growth behavior in thick A16061-T6 (6mm) panels with single bonded patch by fiber reinforced composite patch. Four patch lengths and no patch plate were examined. An analytical procedure, involving three-dimensional finite element method having three layers to model cracked aluminum plate, epoxy by adhesive and composite Patch, is calculated the stress intensity factors. From the calculated stress intensity factors, the fatigue crack growth rates are obtained. At the single patching type, different fatigue crack growth ratios through the palate thickness were investigated by using the experimental and analytical results. The results demonstrated that there was a definite variation in fatigue life depending on the size of composite patch. While crack reached the patch end, retardation of crack growth was also revealed in the bonded repair.
It is well Down that the growth of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) using a transition metal catalyst is greatly enhanced in a nitrogen environment. We show here that the enhanced growth is closely related to the activated nitrogen and it's incorporation into the CNT wall and cap during growth. This behavior is consistent with theoretical calculations of CNx thin films, showing that nitrogen incorporation to the graphitic basal plane reduces the elastic strain energy for curving the graphitic layer. Enhanced CNT growth by nitrogen incorporation is thus due to a decrease in the activation energies required for nucleation and growth of the tubular graphitic layer.

The possibility of employment of ceramics, known to be emitting far infrared waves, to keep the growth and the viability of the antagonistic microorganisms was examined. Among four kinds of commercial ceramics, the ceramic powders composed of soft ferrite as a main component has exhibited to grow Pseudomonas cepacia and Saccharomyces cerevisiae better. The ceramic powder in the growth medium has increased the number of cells of P. cepada about ten times and that of S. cerevisiae two to five times more than that in the control at $27^{\circ}C$. The viability of the microorganism at low temperature which was measured from the regrowth behavior at $27^{\circ}C$ after five days store at $4^{\circ}C$ has shown that the lag time of the two microorganisms reduced about three hours without any defect in the rate of logarithmic growth. These results demonstrated that the ceramic powders was available to the growth and viability at low temperature of antagonistic microorganisms.
