활선 상태에서의 OPGW 가선 시 전기적인 현상 고찰 (Electrical Consideration in OPGW Live-Line Installation)

  • OPGW(Optical Ground Wire) whose demand is increasing worldwide have composite function as optical communication and grounding for preventing transmission line from lightning. While continuous efforts have been made to increase the transmission capacity and speed, the working method to replace the existing ground wire with OPGW under live-line condition is coming to force newly as installation aspects. Particularly, this requirement became more serious in developing country that the electric power supply is not sufficient and power outage is impossible for supply and dead of electric power LS cable Ltd. has developed the new installation method in full live-line condition to solve the confronted problem and to meet the market demand. In this paper, Electric Problems in live-line installation is considered to predict dry-band arcing. This can be used by Makers to predict dry-band arcing in insulating ropes installed on earth wire of power transmission system.

수직 접지전극의 접지임피던스 측정에서 도전유도에 의한 오차 평가 (Evaluation of Errors Due to Earth Mutual Resistance in Measuring Ground Impedance of Vertically-driven Ground Electrode)

  • Ground impedance for the large grounding system is measured according to the IEEE Standard 81.2 which is based on the revised fall-of-potential method of installing auxiliary electrode at a right angle. When the auxiliary electrodes are located at an angle of $90^{\circ}$, the ground impedance inevitably includes the error due to earth mutual resistance. In this paper, in order to accurately measure the ground impedance of vertically-driven ground electrodes, error rates due to earth mutual resistance are evaluated by ground resistance and ground impedance measuring devices and compared with calculated values. As a result, the measured results are in good agreement with the computed results considering soil layer with different resistivity. The error rates due to earth mutual resistance decrease with increasing the length of ground electrode in the case that the ratio of the distance between the ground rod to be measured and the auxiliary electrodes to the length of ground electrode(D/L) is same. The ground impedance should be measured at the minimum distance between the auxiliary electrodes that will have an estimated measurement accuracy due to earth mutual resistance.

신.구요소의 관계유형 분석에 의한 컨버전디자인의 전략과 그 특성 (A Study on Traits and Relation Type of Old and New with Design strategy of Conversion Design)

  • Regeneration of old buildings is one of the most imperative responses to the 21th century issue of sustainable urban architectural environment. In particular, creative circulation of generation which conversion means highlights the conversion as a new design method. In this study, by examining buildings built over the last decade, the mutual relationship between old elements of existing buildings and new elements of newly required functions was analyzed and types of relationships such as 'alien insertion', 'mediate intervention', 'endogenous expansional enveloping', 'contrastive confliction' and 'over-layering' were defined. In addition, design strategies including the paradoxical curio, fore-grounding and unification were derived from each relationship. Finally, according to the relation type and design strategy, this study suggests several features of conversion design; (1) maximization of symbolism using unfamiliarities - emphasizing futuristic or contextual symbol with intentional contrasts by preserving the work or using contemporary addition; (2) time confusion using neutral space - meeting the need by harmonizing and cooperating existing elements and new elements; (3) mutual emphasizing by individualization - revealing differences between old and new for an aesthetical tension; (4) synchronism by constructional combination - making the one unity of different layers; (5) expansion by enveloping - experience of visual reverse and creation of extra space by roofing above building groups. The reconversion should be continuously researched in the future since conversion is a sustainable design method for the future of architecture.

봉상접지전극의 접지임피던스의 주파수의존성의 분석 (Analysis of the Frequency Dependent Characteristics of Ground Impedance of a Ground Rod)

  • This paper presents a systematic approach of measurement, modeling and analysis of grounding system impedance in the field of lightning protection system and intelligent power equipments. The measurement and analysis system of ground impedance is based on a computer aided technique. The magnitude and phase of ground impedance were determined by the novel measurement and analysis using the revised fall-of-potential method. The ground impedances of the ground rod of 50 m long are considerably dependent on the frequency. The ground impedance is mainly resistive in the frequency range of 3-20 kHz. At higher frequencies, the reactive components of the ground impedances are no longer negligible and the inductance of the ground rod was found to be the core factor deciding the ground impedance. Although the steady-state ground resistance of the ground rod of 50 m was less than that of the ground rod of 10 m, the ground impedances of the ground rod of 50 m over the frequency range of more than 60 kHz were much greater than those of the ground rod of 10 m. Furthermore, the equivalent circuit model based on the measured data was proposed. and the calculated results were in approximately agreement with the measured data.

A Dual Buck Three-Level PV Grid-Connected Inverter

  • The use of a PV grid-connected inverter with non-isolated topology and without a transformer is good for improving conversion efficiency; however, this inverter has become increasingly complicated for eliminating leakage current. To simplify the complicated architecture of traditional three-level dual buck inverters, a new dual Buck three-level PV grid-connected inverter topology is proposed. In the proposed topology, the voltage on the grounding stray capacitor is clamped by large input capacitors and is equal to half of the bus voltage; thus, leakage current can be eliminated. Unlike in the traditional topology, the current in the proposed topology passes through few elements and does not flow through the body diodes of MOSFET switches, resulting in increased efficiency. Additionally, a multi-loop control method that includes voltage-balancing control is proposed and analyzed. Both simulation and experimental results are demonstrated to verify the proposed structure and control method.

화재진압 시 발생하는 주수 기둥의 저항분석 방법 연구 (A Study on the Method of Resistance Analysis of Water Stream During Fire Supperession)

  • Fire fighters are exposed to the risk of many accidents during fire suppression, especially near the high voltage circuit. In order to prevent and analyze the electric shock accidents, measurement of water resistance is crucial. However, this has been one of the overlooked research areas and it has been very difficult to measure the mixed up resistance components separately. In this paper, we measured a total resistance of apparatus and regarded it as a serial resistance of contact resistance and length dependant resistance. Measuring the resistance by varying the length of water stream, the variable resistance and fixed contact resistance appear, which are used to calculate the both components of resistances. In addition, the resistance of fire hose can be calculated from the parallel circuit which is formed by grounding the fire hose with the resistance of water stream. Results show that we can successfully measure the resistance per unit length of water stream and fire hose, thereby proving that this method is a facile way to measure water and fire hose resistance. However, many experiments are still required to obtain the precise contact resistance of ground under various condition and the resistance between the human body and fire hose.

컨테이너 터미널의 장치장 활용 방안에 관한 연구 (An Efficient Method for Allocating Storage Yard for Container Terminal)

  • 컨테이너 운송에 있어서 해상운송은 가장 큰 부분을 담당하고 있다. 컨테이너 터미널의 관점에서 볼 때는 서로 중량이 다른 컨테이너를 선박에 고르게 적재(고중량 화물은 하단적, 저중량 화물은 상단적)함으로서 선박의 무게중심을 유지하여 선박의 안정성을 확보하고, 빠른 하역작업을 통한 선박의 정시성을 확보하기 위해 컨테이너 터미널의 장치장에서의 운영계획 (Planning)기술과 장치장 할당 방식이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 선적화물을 대상으로 터미널의 기존 야드 운영 방식을 설명하고, 본 연구에서 제안하는 게이트(Gate) 반입 화물량 예측(Time Base 운영 관리)을 통한 공간 할당 방식(Random Grouping)을 이용할 때의 장치장 활용도가 기존 방식에 비해 어느 정도 효율적인지를 비교 평가하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다.

동적 시정수 기반 고성능 절연 저항 계산 기법 (Dynamic Time Constant Based High-Performance Insulation Resistance Calculation Method)

  • 본 논문에서는 IT 접지 시스템의 감전 및 화재사고 방지를 위한 새로운 절연 저항 계산 기법을 소개한다. 최근 신재생 에너지와 에너지 저장 장치의 확대 보급으로 태양광 발전 시장이 급속하게 성장하고 있으나 절연이 파괴되어 화재사고가 빈번히 발생함에 따라 IT 접지 방식에도 절연 저항 상태를 감시하는 장치가 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 제안하는 절연 저항 계산 기법은 기존의 고정된 시정수곱 계수기반의 알고리즘에 비해 절연 임피던스의 조건에 따라 동적시정수곱계수를 적용함으로써 넓은 절연 저항 범위에서 빠른 응답 시간과 높은 정확도를 갖는다. 제안하는 동적 시정수 기반 절연 저항 계산 기법은 기존의 방법에 비해 최대 응답 시간은 39.29초, 오차율은 20.11%를 개선시키는 효과를 보였다.

  • vcrtical filing 개념이 일본에 도입된 것은 20세기 초였다. 이것이 사무관리의 기원으로 간주되고 있다. 이차대전 후 점령군이 미국식의 문서관리법을 소개했고 filing system이 일반화되었다. 그러나 filing 방법은 사무직원에게 필요한 기술로 인식되었다. 사무문서는 양적으로 증가하고 사무관리에 있어 정보자원으로서의 가치를 인정받게 되었다. 이러한 움직임이 기록관리학의 도입과 발전에 기초가 되었다. 사무실에서의 기록관리 개념과 방법을 전파하기 위해 학술연구와 교육체제를 확립할 필요성이 생겼다. 그런 상황 속에서 1989년도에 일본기록관리학회가 설립되었고 1999년도에는 스루가다이대학교에 기록관리학 대학원 과정이 개설되었다. 이들은 일본에 있어 기록관리 연구와 학술활동의 중심이 되고 있다.

용량성 결합 능동 전극의 공통 모드 구동 차폐 (A Study on comnon-mode-driven shield for capacitive coupling active electrode)

  • 간접접촉 심전도 측정(Indirect-Contact ECG)은 일상생활에서의 무구속 무자각 측정에 적합한 심전도 측정 방법이다. 본 연구는, 간접접촉 심전도 측정에서 크게 관측되는 60Hz 전원선 잡음을 줄이기 위한 새로운 방법으로, 공통모드 구동 차폐 방식을 제안하였다. 공통 모드 구동 차폐 방식은, 간접 접촉 심전도에서 사용되는 용량성 결합 능동 전극(Capacitive coupling active electrode)을 둘러싼 전기적 차폐(electric shield)의 전압을 공통 모드 전압과 동일하게 유지하는 방법이다. 이 방법은 공통모드 전압의 크기는 그대로 유지하지만, 의복 임피던스 차에 의한 공통모드 전압의 차동 모드 전환에 의한 잡음은 효과적으로 줄일 수 있다. 따라서 두 전극 사이의 의복의 임피던스 차이가 커서 공통 모드 전원 잡음이 심각한 간접 접촉 심전도 측정에서, 효과적으로 공통 모드 잡음을 줄일 수 있다. 실제 간접 접촉 심전도 측정에 제안된 방법을 적용한 결과로 이론적 예상보다는 60Hz 잡음 감소비가 적었지만, 60Hz 잡음이 크게 줄어드는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 의복 임피던스 차가 크게 발생하는 경우, 예상대로 잡음 감소비가 커짐을 볼 수 있었다. 제안된 방법은 접지 특성이 좋지 않은 측정 조건에서 전원 잡음을 줄이는데 유용할 것으로 기대된다.
