SIG공법에 의한 구조물기초지반에서의 복합지반개량 평가 (Evaluation of Composite Ground Improvement at Structural Foundation Ground by Super Injection Grouing)

  • In this paper, when structures are constructed in the soft ground with poor bearing capacity at Incheon International Airport(railroad area), as for the grouting columns built In soft ground by high pressure jet grouting with Triple tube rod(super injection grouting), the effects on reinforcement and bearing capacity of ground are investigated. A unconfined compressive strength tests has been performed on the specimens sampled from the grouting columns and a mass plate bearing test has been performed on a grouting column. The test results show that super injection grouting has a sufficient effect on composite ground improved of foundation ground and reatraint of settlement of structure.

Hypersonic Aero-Heating Ground-Test Simulation Technique

  • It would encounter some complicated flow fields, such as transition, separation, reattachment and disturbances, in the hypersonic flight. Thus, it is difficult to theoretically analyze the hypersonic aerothermodynamics effects, so that the ground-test simulation is thought of as one of the most important methods to improve the understanding level of the hypersonic aerothermodynamics. However, the aero-heating tests could not simulate all aerodynamics and geometry parameters in the real flight due to the differences between the experimental environments supplied by the ground facilities and the flight, so that the feasible technique for the ground-test simulation of the hypersonic aerothermodynamics effects is required to be advanced. The key parameters that are especially required to simulate for aero-heating tests are analyzed and one detailed approach is suggested to perform the experimental investigation on the hypersonic aero-heating effects in the ground facilities in this paper, and the tests are performed in the FD-20 gun tunnel of CAAA (China Academy of Aerospace Aerodynamics) to give out the data which could be used to confirm the equation from the theoretical analysis.

  • 30톤급 가스발생기 개발 경험에서 습득된 기술을 바탕으로 75 톤급 액체로켓용 가스발생기를 개발하기 위한 소형연소시험장 개량이 이루어졌다. 개량된 시험설비는 75톤급 가스발생기 개발에 활용될 예정이며, 이를 통해 획득한 자료와 개발된 시험평가 절차와 기법을 토대로 고성능 로켓엔진 개발과 실물형 시험평가 설비 개선에 활용될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 75톤급 가스발생기 개발을 위해 개량된 시험설비와 수류시험 결과를 제시한다.

  • 램제트 엔진, 스크램제트 엔진과 같은 극초음속 공기흡입식 추진기관을 지상에서 시험하기 위해서는 극초음속 추진기관이 작동하는 고고도, 고 마하수 환경을 모사해야 한다. 따라서 고압, 고온 환경을 조성하여 고고도 고 마하수 환경을 지상에서 구현해야 한다. 본 논문에는 한국항공우주연구원에서 설계 및 제작한 극초음속 공기 흡입식 추진기관 지상 시험설비의 구성과 특성에 대하여 소개한다.

CPT를 이용한 준설매립지반의 개량효과 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Ground Improvement Effective Evaluation of Reclaimed Land Using Cone Penetration Test)

  • In this study, the pilot tests on the reclaimed land were performed in order to find the suitable construction method with dynamic compaction Type I, Type II at different dynamic energy and hydraulic hammer compaction. The estimation of the compaction through the various pilot tests was performed by the CPT-qc, SPT-N and field density tests. As the result of the pilot tests, it shows that the dynamic compaction method is better than the hydraulic hammer compaction method in the effect of the ground improvement, especially dynamic compaction Type I is much superior to others. When it comes to method for measuring the intensity of the ground, the value of the cone penetration test-resistance(qc) is much suitable for the ground. Besides, the standards for the compaction control, which showed that over 10Mpa at 0 through 5meters in the upper layer and 7Mpa at 5 through 8meters in the lower layer in the CPT-qc, could be found without discrimination of the upper road and lower road on the reclaimed land. And it also found that the intensity of the reclaimed land gets back to the original status in about 10 through 15 days.

B.G.I 지반보강 공법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Ground Reinforcement Method of B.G.I)

  • This paper is to investigate effect of B.G.I (Best Grouting Innovation) method on reinforcing ground. In this thesis, extensive literature review was performed to summarize theoretical backgrounds of grouting and to compare the applicability of different grouting methods. Unconfined compression test with specimen prepared by injecting different grouts of B.G.I, S.G.R and L.W methods and by changing the curing time were carried out to figure out characteristics of initial unconfined compression strength mobilized in the early stage. As results of test, the compression strength increases with curing times and specimen prepared with grouts of B.G.I method show greater values than others. On the other hands, the measured values of pH are in the range of 7-10 during tests. In field, preliminary construction to main construction at several sites were performed to confirm the effect of reinforcing the ground by application of B.G.I method. From the results of permeability test in field, SPT test and phenol reaction test, it was found that N values after grouting are greater than those before grouting and values of permeability in grouted ground is reduced significantly.

  • The number of jet aircraft is increasing. The aircraft noise making people near airports nervous have become a serious social problem. The aircraft noise can be classified into two groups; noise being generated at take-off or landing and noise form run-up test on the ground. In this paper, we consider the aircraft noise from run-up test on the pound and we suggest the noise suppression system.

저유동설 몰탈주입에 의한 연약지반의 침하억제 효과 (Settlement Restraint of Soft Ground by Low Slump Mortar Injection)

  • 본 연구에서는 침하가 발생한 연약지반에 대하여 저유동성 몰탈에 의한 주입공법인 CGS공법의 적용성과 침하억제 효과를 확인하기 위하여 시험시공을 실시하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 시험시공 현장은 파일에 의하여 지지된 기 시공 된 아파트의 주변지반으로서 사전에 sand drain공법으로 지반에 대한 처리를 실시하였으나 이후에도 지속적인 침하가 발생하고 있는 연약지반이다. CGS주입 전. 후의 지반개량특성을 파악하기 위하여 현장 및 실내토질시험과, 주입시공 중 거동특성을 파악하기 위하여 계측관리와 FDM해석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 연약지반의 지반침하 방지를 주목적으로 하는 CGS공법은 지반조건에 적합한 설치직경, 간격, 심도, 주입재, 주입압 등 다양한 조건으로부터 시공관리가 가능하며, 따라서 설치된 CGS구체는 파일의 지지효과와 더불어 주변지반을 압축강화시켜 복합적으로 지반을 개량시키므로 N치가 평균 2.1 증가하는 등 지반의 지지력 증대 및 침하억제에 효과가 있었다. 또한 적용성 있는 다양한 현장에 일반적으로 사용하게 될 경우 개량효과와 더불어 경제성이 확보될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

An Experimental Study of Aerodynamic Drag on High-speed Train

  • A series do wind tunnel tests were conducted for Korean high-speed train model with various shape components to assess the contributions to aerodynamic drag. In order to elucidate the ground effects, two different wind tunnels, one with a moving ground system and the other with a fixed ground, were used for the same model and the results of both were compared and analyzed in detail. The result show that a suitable ground simulation is necessary for the test of a train model with many cars and detailed underbody. But the relative difference of the drag coefficients for the modifications of shape components can be measured by a fixed ground test with high accuracy and low cost. The effects of the nose shape, the inter-cargap and the bogie-fairing on total drag were discussed and some ideas were prosed to decrease the aerodynamic resistance of high speed train.
