글로벌마케팅의 표준화-현지화 결정요인에 관한 실증 연구: 상황적응론 vs. 자원기반 관점 중심으로 (What Determines Standardization vs. Adaptation in Global Marketing Program?: An Empirical Study with Contingency and Resource-based Views)

  • 본 연구는 한국 기업의 글로벌마케팅 프로그램의 표준화-현지화 정도를 결정하는 요인에 관한 실증적 연구이다. 특히 본 연구는 2가지 관점에서 기존 연구와 차별화하고자 하였다. 첫째는 모국-현지국의 환경 차이에 초점을 두는 기존 실증연구와는 달리 글로벌 관점에서 분석하고자 하였다. 두 번째는 본 연구는 상황접근론 관점과 자원기반 관점에서 결정요인을 설정하고 이들 요인의 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 구체적인 결정요인으로 상황적응론적 관점에서 외부환경 요인인 글로벌 시장의 역동성과 복잡성을, 그리고 자원기반 관점에서 글로벌 마케팅자산을 설정하고 검증하였다. 이를 위해 국제마케팅을 수행하는 국내 기업 128개 업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 기업의 글로벌 마케팅자산은 글로벌마케팅 프로그램 표준화 정도와의 정(正)의 관계를 나타는 것으로 나타난 반면에, 글로벌 시장환경 요인은 통계적으로 유의한 관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기업의 글로벌마케팅 프로그램은 상황적응론적 관점보다는 자원기반 관점에서 결정되는 경향이 있음을 사사하는 결과이다.

Analysis of Korean Import and Export in the Semiconductor Industry: A Global Supply Chain Perspective

  • Purpose - Semiconductors are a significant export item for Korea that is expected to continue to contribute significantly to the Korean economy in the future. Thus, the semiconductor industry is a critical component in the 4th Industrial Revolution and is expected to continue growing as the non-face-to-face economy expands as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. In this context, this paper aims to empirically investigate how semiconductors are imported and exported in Korea from a global supply chain perspective by analysing import and export data at the micro-level. Design/methodology - This study conducts a multifaceted analysis of the global supply chain for semiconductors and related equipment in Korea by examining semiconductor imports and exports by semiconductor type, year, target country, mode of transportation, airport/port, and domestic region, using import/export micro-data. The visualisation, flow analysis, and Bayesian Network methodologies were used to compensate for the limitations of each method. Findings - Korea is a major exporter of semiconductor memory and has the world's highest competitiveness but is relatively weak in the field of system semiconductors. The trade deficit in 'semiconductor equipment and parts' is clearly growing. As a result, continued investment in 'system semiconductors' and 'semiconductor equipment and parts' technology development is necessary to boost exports and ensure a stable supply chain. Originality/value - Few papers on semiconductor trade in Korea have been published from the perspective of the global supply chain or value chain. This study contributes to the literature in this area by focusing on import and export data for the global supply chain of the Korean semiconductor industry using a variety of approaches. It is our hope that the insights gained from this study will aid in the advancement of SCM research.

A Study on the Characteristics of Contemporary Chinese Painting from Micro Perspective

  • Contemporary Chinese "micro-perspective" painting is an artistic phenomenon that we cannot ignore. It is the young artists who focus on themselves and their communities, record their stories and emotions in their life fragments into the coming history, and diary paintings as "micro-perspective" paintings allow "marginal people" to find their place. Based on the analysis of the aesthetic form and aesthetic characteristics of Chinese contemporary art, this paper explores the three aesthetic dimensions and their inherent aesthetic value, and explains its significance from the perspective of "micro-view" aesthetics. In the contemporary context, "micro-perspective" painting has become a unique cultural phenomenon, a consciousness situation. However, this phenomenon has a very unique artistic value and cultural value for the youth art group and even the formation of aesthetic culture and zeitgeist in China's current society.

공급사슬관점에서 수출기업의 글로벌 무역관리 전략 (Global Trade Management Strategies for Export Companies from the Supply Chain Management Perspective)

  • Cross-border supply chains undergone complexity in the global trade process, unpredictability and continually evolving regulations and information requirements. Under these circumstances, longer lead time inhibiting quick response to market demands, unanticipated supply chain costs eroding product cost savings, compliance and documentation errors causing delays and fines are challenging global trade companies when they execute global business. These problems are mainly caused by unautomated, unintegrated process which lead to longer and more unpredictable lead times, slower cash flow, cost overruns, and ultimately lower profits and less satisfied customers. Complex and unpredictable global trade environment requires global trade companies of global trade management functions to automate and control this complex environment for driving out cost, time and risk from their business. Global trade management allows cost savings, supply chain efficiencies and improved compliance through improving global supply chain visibility, facilitating cash flow by supply chain financing, enhancing supply chain security and risk management.

스마트워크 환경하의 업무성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influencing Factors of Smart-Work Performance)

  • This study derived research model about the influencing factors of the successful performance of smart work. Research model is composed of four perspectives: technology perspective like system quality and usage level of information technology, interaction perspective like innovational climate, institutional perspective like personnel evaluation, and individual perspective like self-control. This study collected 155 survey data from K public company and M global software company. As a result of data analysis, all of four perspectives influenced smart work performance. Technology perspective had the strongest effect on smart work performance, the second was institution perspective, the third was interaction perspective, and the last was individual perspective. In conclusion, smart work is not an IT project. We have to reconsider the thinking that just only the introduction of cutting-edge IT increases business performance. Smart work project should be pursued in harmony with institution and climate in the organizational perspective and self-control in the personal perspective. Also, to maximize business performance in smart work environment, organizations should strengthen the positive factors and overcome the negative factors.

  • 영국의 로스차일드 가와 미국의 록펠러 가에서 전 세계에 영향력을 행사할 수 있는 많은 민간 기구를 설치하여 세계적인 인물들을 영입하고 그들의 입을 통하여 그들의 주장을 전 세계 영상미디어를 통하여 지구의 많은 사람들의 생각에 영향력을 끼쳤다. 그들이 하고자 하는 최고의 목표는 지구를 신 세계질서로 재편하려는 노력이다. 그들은 영상미디어를 통하여 자신들의 메시지를 반복적으로 주장함으로 당연히 그렇다고 믿게 하려는 것이다. 그들은 정치, 경제, 종교에 걸쳐 많은 이미지를 영상 미디어를 통하여 사람들에게 전파하며 자신들의 존재가치와 그 효율성과 미래의 편리함을 전달한다. 이를 기독교 시각으로 바라보면 신의 위치를 자신들이 장악하고 신의 존재를 자신들의 권력으로 치환하여 이 지구를 신 세계질서로 재편하려는 욕망을 들여다 볼 수 있다. 이들의 욕망은 성서에서 적그리스도, 즉 사탄과 동일한 목적으로 보여 진다. 영상 미디어에 나타나는 현실을 기독교 시각으로 허구가 있음을 밝히고자 한다.

고객의 관점에서 바라본 글로벌 자동차 브랜드 품질의 효율성 및 생산성 분석: 고급 vs. 일반 브랜드 (The Analysis of Efficiency and Productivity of the Quality of Global Automobile Brands from the Customer's Perspective: Luxury vs. Mainstream Brand)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency and productivity of the quality by integrating the product quality and service quality of global automobile brands from the customer's perspective. Methods: In this study, the data from JD Power and GoodCarBadCar.net were used to analyze the efficiency and productivity of a total of 24 automobile brands (10 luxury brands and 14 mainstream brands) between 2009 and 2013. For this, DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) and MPI (Malmquist Productivity Index) were used. Results: The mean efficiency of the quality of global automobile brands were 0.725 for luxury brands and 0.587 for mainstream brands, which suggests generally higher efficiency for luxury brands. The productivity of the quality of global automobile brands increased by 16.1% for luxury brands while it decreased by 3.1% for mainstream brands. Conclusion: The study provides a theoretical implication in that it emphasized the efficiency of the quality viewed from the customer's perspective, and investigated the quality of the product and that of service in an integrative manner. In addition, this study provides also a practical implication in that it suggests how to set the sales goal by the brand and how to manage according to the characteristics of the brand to the managers of automobile manufacturers.
