The purpose of this study is to find out midaged women's crisis and ways to overcome it. Another purpose is to improve their qualities of life and to provide basic data to develop their potentials. The results are as follows: First, it shows that socio-demographic characteristics have a significant influence on midaged women's crisis. Those variables include religion, jobs, family-life cycle, income, marriage duration, age, and supporting parents. Second, the variables significantly influencing the coping behavior with the crisis include age, income, religion, marriage patterns, region, marriage duration, family-life cycle, and supporting parents. Third, as a result of this research, their negative expression of action or emotion was higher as they were getting old. The general tendency was that an emotional crisis level was low when rational coping behaviors were high. Therefore, self-esteem or social activity improvement programs should be developed for midaged women.

In a traditional society, building materials were developed fulfilling the requirements of conveniences and functionalities such as safety, construction work, durability and economical efficiency. However, as the concern about environmental or users' health issues has been elevated recently, research and development about eco-friendly material are alto vigorously promoted further In addition, thanks to the steady growth of domestic industry, the amount of discharged industrial by-product is getting increasing. However, its recycling rate remain at low level as most industrial by-products are filled up in the land, which worsen the environmental pollution. Zeolite powder is cement admixture and is expected to have constraining effect of factors causing symptoms of inhabitants in a new house and alleviates the amount of discharged harmful elements emitted from hardened cement.

Since six sigma program was first introduced in late 1990's, it has been evolved in Korea. The number of six sigma adopting company are getting increased and diversify manufacturing, service, government. In these days, the rapid innovation of internet technology change the media industry's game rule. This paper is concerned with a six sigma applications to internet media portal service company. The main focus of this study is to introduce an empirical study on the implementation of DMAIC procedures for internet media portal service company.

CRM is one of fields that come into the spotlight in academic circles. A Marked changes of business environment makes it get a various information about competitive products unlike in the past and makes it understand the customer needs. Also, Market boundary become to be uncleared. Insurance industry is lied in the age of limitless competition due to uncleared market boundary. Channels for getting customer information and understandings become to be various. In this study, we collect the customer information using various channel and we analyze out a primary factor. Using this results, we present the method that cluster target customers. It is the object of this paper that analyze out the effects when we execute the One-to-One-Marketing using clustered target customer based customer pattern.

Epilayer growing process has been recognized as a key technology for successful GaAs based devices and integrations. These may include HEMT, multiple quantum well structures, band gap engineering, and quantum confinement heterostructures. The fabrication of epilayers in these devices must meet very stringent requirements in terms of crystallinity, composition, film thickness and interface quality. In particular, the quality of interfaces is getting more important because the film thickness, and flatness, roughness and stability at interface of ultrathin films cause critical effects on the device performance. This article reviews the current status of modern epitaxial techniques which have been developed in the last few years. First, the new techniques PLE, GI, MEE, TSL based on MBE technique will be reviewed and their technical importance will be stressed. Secondly, MOMBE, GSMBE, CBE which combine the advantages of MBE and MOCVD will also be discussed. Thirdly, the new sophisticated epitaxial technique, ALE, of which mechanism is totally different from others, will also be reviewed. Finally, areas which should be exploited more extensively to accomplish these techniques will be addressed.

Recently, as the field of cyclotron application is to be wider, to inject the beam whree the user want to is getting more important. But since it is not the easy way to describe the model equation of cyclotron, it could be operated by only operator's experiences. In this paper, we suggest the cyclotron controller using the fuzzy logic and the genetic algorithm. The proposed controller was verified in useful by applying to the cyclotron's beam line. In the experiment the measured results were obtained by VXIbus and the control algorithm was performed by LabWindows/CVI.

A helicopter control problem has been researched with many control theory. Especially, study of the hovering flight attitude control of a helicopter has been brisked since 60s with multivariable control theory. In this paper, the modeling is interpreted through the 6-freedom equation. To getting a entire equation, species of parameters and charts are adapted. The $H_2/H_{\infty}$ controller is acquired by mixing the $H_2$ control theory and the $H_{\infty}$ control theory. The $H_2$ control theory is reasonable one to increase the performance of a plant, and the $H_{\infty}$ control theory secures the robust stability. The simulation shows that the helicopter system is being controlled while maintaining performance and robust stability against perturbation.

As the modern industrial processes become more complex, it is getting more difficult to model and control the processes. Naturally, an advanced type of DCS(Distributed Control System) with higher level functions is being sought Advanced DCS is a DCS with advanced functions such as fault diagnosis, GPC(Generalized Predictive Control), NN(Neural Network), and Fuzzy Control. In this thesis, we have studied a fuzzy control algorithm for realizing an advanced DCS. Its algorithm is implemented in a form of function code which is a process control language, being used by the industrial engineers. To verify the realized function code of the fuzzy control, the function code is applied to a continuous casting process of the Pohang Iron & Steel Works in Kwangyang. The rules of the fuzzy control were collected via interviews of the field operators and their operation documents. Finally, usability of the function code of the fuzzy control is shown via simulation for the continuous casting process model.

we can say that the increasing range of the value of GMT Sheet's tensile strength in the direction of fiber orientation is getting wider as the fiber content increases. It shows that the value of GMT Sheet's tensile strength in the direction of fiber orientation 90 is similar with the value of pp's intensity when fiber orientation function is J= 0.7, regardless of the fiber content. Tensile strength of GMT Sheet is affected by the fiber orientation distribution more than by the fiber content.

We have developed a stabilizing SMES with 0.5MJ energy storage capacity through all the research process of the system planning, magnet drawing, which including various kinds of evaluation for the optimized system organization. This research performance is considered to be very distinguished one. Besides, the acquired knowledge and many experiences getting through the performance of the study are much benefitful to other studies concerning with a development of superconducting electrical power machines. This paper gives the general presentation of the study and many kindes of expermental results including analysis of them.
