This study is to find a way that improves the pedestrian environment in the main street in rural areas. The main streets of five local governments in Jeollanam-do, general towns and bases seat of a myeon office, were studied. The research results are as follows. First, all three groups under investigation required multi-purpose activities on main street. This is thought to be due to the maintenance of the main street with vehicle-centered maintenance, thereby revising the walking space around essential activities. Second, the simple size of the sidewalk width is not closely related to the safety of pedestrians, and it is judged that the pedestrian space should be maintained considering the size of the floating population, acceptable activities, and proper sidewalk width. Third, the center where pedestrian space and streetscape are maintained has spatial constraints on sidewalks and lanes, so there should be spatial flexibility. Also, it is necessary to find a way to minimize the occupancy of pedestrian roads due to ground parking lots in relation to pedestrian continuity. Fourth, improvement of walking environment should involve community activities other than physical improvement.

The object is that this research searches the relationship of the office given condition actual condition of the country important facility private security guard and job satisfaction degree. In order to grasp and analyze the real state of the country important facility private security guards directly, the questionnaire, that is the general measurement tool, was utilized and the guard whom it works in the airport, the port region and general work place, that is the national important facility of Busan and Ulsan area, was aimed at. The enough survey object was illustrated to the facility and person in charge in the security company and the item was previewed and the total 400 sheets was distributed and 331 sheets (82.8%) except the doubleness subject intention and incongruent questionnaire was utilized for the analysis. The statistic processing of collected data utilized the SPSS version 15.0 the statistical package program through data coding and cleaning process and performed the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, one way analysis of variance, Pearson analysis, and regression analysis. The relationship of the office given condition actual condition of the guard about the national important facility and job satisfaction degree was classified into the interpersonal relationship, task characteristic, office environment, and complement factor and the difference of the job satisfaction degree according to the general characteristic was verified. If the conclusion obtained through the method of study described in the above looked at, for as to general tendency, the low wages and poor field environment was continued. In the general characteristic, the man was higher than the excitation about the job satisfaction level. As there was lots of the age and the scholarship was low, the age was high. And as there was lots of the career and income, the police of a petition or search and guide staff was high and the job satisfaction degree in which relatively the employee and the other job group is high so that the case of being the former student incidence can be the poorest was shown rather than the facility security agent. As the interrelation analysis result job satisfaction was high, the change of occupation pseudo was low and the organizational commitment degrees was increased. The regression analysis result job satisfaction degree was exposed to reach the meaningful effect on the change of occupation pseudo and organizational commitment. It had an effect on the change of occupation pseudo as the task characteristic and office ambient level was low. It had an effect on the organizational commitment as the extend of satisfaction about the task characteristic and interpersonal relationship, complement, and office ambient level were high. If the research result of this time is integrated, the support of the political system including the interpersonal relationship thesis between top and bottom of the organized I and substantial complement actualization is urgently needed between the office given condition improvement effort in the country important facility defense manpower field and police of a petition and special guard.

This design is for the landscape of Busan Yeonje Post Office. The design requirements were: the preparation of an open space, the expression of regional identity, total design concept, and application of environmentally-friendly materials. The Busan Yeonje Post Office is not a just post office building but also a place for people including a communications center, rental offices, and a post office, facilities which require publicity, functionality, and symbolism. Therefore, this design reflected the design requirements, and considered the following to include the theme of "Pleasant messages and a pleasant post office with vitality and comfort. First, the open space was to be increased in the adjacent public vacant lot and street park by pulling back the construction line. In this way, the publicity, accessibility, and spatiality of the prepared open space were strengthened. Second, a sense of place for the landscape was expressed through the image of a wave representing Busan, a coastal town. Recognition of the space was strengthened, while regional identity and the concept of transmission of information were expressed. In addition, Citrus junos Sieb., representing 'Happy news' was Planted as a symbolic tree to denote a meaningful resting Place. Third, with respect to the design of reception facilities, considering the general purposes of the construction, post office stamps, envelopes, and postal delivery persons were portrayed on the walls, decorative walls, and environmental formations respectively The flooring was decorated with stamps and waves in keeping with of the total design concept. Fourth, to select environmentally-friendly materials, soil block and eco-grass block were introduced as major paving materials, and folk kinds of trees were included on site. According to the aforesaid plans, the researcher attempted to convert the public agency and office space characterized by feelings of dullness and rigidity into a soft and vivid outdoor space. It is expected that the location will be an open place in the downtown area and be recognized as a 'shared' space for citizens of Yeonje-gu.

This Paper analyzed simultaneous activities of the time use survey by Korea National Statistical Office to use data mining's association rule. The survey of National Statistical Office in 1999 considered general analysis for main activities like that personal care(eating), employment and study, leisure, travel by purpose. But if we use the association rule, we can found the ratio of simultaneous activities at the same time. And also we can found the probability that another activities practise if we act one particular activity. Using this association rule of data mining we can do more developed and analytical sociological study.

For 21th Century, the assignment of power distribution will be the expansion of equipments to supply electric power and harmony with its environment, in process of approving value consciousness of land, space, and the preservation of surroundings. This paper proposes a plan to match with the requirement about equipments, having ability to supply electric power, being harmonized itself with its surroundings by applying a general concept of "Amenity" when we choose an established form of power distribution.

In the present work, we investigate a viscoelastic equation involving a logarithmic nonlinear source term. After proving the existence of solutions, we establish a general decay estimate of the solution using energy estimates and theory of convex functions. This result extends and complements some previous results of [9, 21].

The amendment of regulation affecting the Governing Body of NFFC (National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives) has been known to the public in May 2008. Its essential points are as follow: 1) the President of NFFC shall be a non-standing officer. 2) the Full-Time Directors shall have the authority to deal with all subjects except for those especially reserved for the General Meeting or Board of Directors, while minimizing the authority of NFFC President. By providing this amendment, the government seeks to make the Governing body becomes professionalized and the management functions carried out by full-time professional board members. However, the amendment seems to pay no attention to the co-operative's identity and principles. In this context, five issues will be discussed: 1) Strengthening the separation between ownership and control of NFFC. 2) Weakening the authority of General Meeting. 3) The bounds of Audit Committee. 4) Consolidating the management control of the Full-Time Directors. 5) The loss of NFFC's Identity, followed by a summary and conclusion.

Contract power conversion factor which is applied to estimate contract power of general customers IS an important standard to caculate transformer capacity. This paper shows a reasonable contract power conversion factor, that was made by the systematic and statistical way considering actual conditions, such as investigated contract power and peak power for the last 5 years of each customer for 132 office building customers as to AMR system. In this dissertation, it is necessary to analyze the key features and general trend from the investigated data. It made an analysis of the feature parameters, such as average, standard deviation, median, maximum, minimun and thus it was carried the linear and nonlinear regression analysis. Therefore, this paper compared characteristics for a contract power conversion factor which is applied to calculate contract power with characteristics for a regression model for customers which maximum utilization factor of transformer is more than 60%.

The personnel and salary management business among computation by computer of a general enterprise is very important. The attendance-absence of our office and in and out of office work for employees in business is very important data element. Because of computation by computer system introduction in a general small and medium enterprise is very expensive, until now it is managed simply by handwork data in the attendance book. On the other hand, to solve the cost problem I designed and implemented a diligence and indolence communication management system for using P.O.P Terminal.
