The Development of DSP Based Multi Controller for Direct Drive Method Turbo Compressor (DSP를 이용한 직접 구동방식의 터보 압축기용 통합 제어기 개발)

  • Turbo compressor needs high speed rotation of impeller in structure, high rated gearbox and conventional induction motor. This mechanical system increased the moment of inertia and mechanical friction loss. Resently the study of turbo compressor applied super high speed motor and drive, removing gearbox made its size small and mechanical friction loss minimum. In this study we tried to develope variable super high speed motor controller, compressor controller and MMI controller under one DSP based systems for 1500Hp, 70,000rpm direct drive Turbo compressor. It have to do unitification of each controller"s hardware and software. The result of study is applied to a 150Hp direct turbo compressor and makes it goods.oods.

  • In this study, a model reduction technique was used to develop a precise noise and vibration prediction model for the individual components of a driveline system. The dynamic reduced-order model generated by the Craig-Bampton method was applied to perform dynamic analysis of an electric agricultural power cart. The natural frequency and acceleration response results were analyzed according to the different number of dominant sub-structural modes contained in the reduced-order models. Through the analysis results, it was confirmed that a sufficient number of dominant sub-structures to satisfy the operating conditions should be selected to construct an optimal reduced-order model.

  • This article mainly introduces the research of closed forging on 20MN hot die forging presses. After transforming of the equipments, optimizing of die design and improving of die-manufacturing precision, gear blanks used in car gearbox have been forged out without fins successfully.

  • Turbo generator system need starter for gas turbine engine. Turbo generator has high rate gearbox for reduce rotating speed. Because a conventional generator could not operate same speed of gas turbine engine. But Recently turbo generator system is directly connected a gas turbine engine with a super high-speed generator. In this paper, starter driver are implemented direct coupled turbo generator system, Which is directly connected 100kW, 60,000rpm gas turbine engine and 25kW 60,000rpm super high speed generator.

  • This paper presents that the Wavelet Transform can be used to detect the various local defects in a gearbox. Two types of defects which are broken tooth and localized wear, are experimented and the signals are collected by accerometer and acoustic sensors and analyized. Because of the complecity of the signals acquired form sensors, it is needed to identify the interesting signal. (omitted)

  • 풍력발전시스템은 풍력을 동력원으로 하여 풍차 블레이드를 회전시킴으로 발생하는 동력이 발전기를 작동하여 전기를 발생시키는 무공해 발전시스템의 하나로서 현재 대체 에너지원으로 각광을 받고 있다. 일반적으로 저 회전 고 토크 특성의 풍력에너지를 고 회전 저 토크 특성으로 작동되는 발전기로 전달하기 위하여 증속기를 사용한다. 풍력발전시스템용 증속기는 지상에서 높고 제한된 공간 내에 위치하게 되어 보수가 용이하지 못하므로 최적화한 구조 및 높은 신뢰수명이 요구된다.(중략)

  • 자동차용 CVT로서 여러 가지 장치가 연구되고 있으나 크게 나누어 다음의 5가지, 1)유압식 변속 기(hydrostatic transmission), 2)오버런닝 클러치(overrunning clutch CVT), 3) 전기식 CVT, 4)미 끄럼 클러치식 치차변속기(multispeed gearbox CVT with shipping clutch), 5)트랙션 전달장치(t raction drive)로 볼 수 있다. 이중 지금까지 자동차에 실제 적용되어 가장 큰 가능성을 보인 것 은 트랙션 전달장치 뿐이다. 따라서 본문에서는 1)-4)의 4가지 형태의 CVT에 대하여 간단히 서 술하고 트랙션 전달장치를 중심으로 설명하기로 한다.
