재귀신경망을 이용한 다중모델/제어기 IMC의 과도 응답 개선 (Transient Response Improvement of Multiple Model/Controller IMC Using Recurrent Neural Networks)

  • The Multiple Model/Controller IMC(MMC-IMC) is a model-based control method which uses a set of model/controller pairs rather than a single model/controller to handle all possible operating conditions in the IMC control structure. During operation, one model/controller pair that best fit, for current plant situation is chosen by the switching algorithm. The major drawback of the switching controller is the bad transient performance due to the model error and the use fo linear controller for nonlinear plants. In this paper, we propose a method that transient response of the MMC-IMC using two recurrent neural networks. Simulation result shows that the proposed method represents better performance than the usual MMC-IMC`s.

Optimization of Energy Consumption in the Mobile Cloud Systems

  • We investigate the optimization of energy consumption in Mobile Cloud environment in this paper. In order to optimize the energy consumed by the CPUs in mobile devices, we put forward using the asymptotic time complexity (ATC) method to distinguish the computational complexities of the applications when they are executed in mobile devices. We propose a multi-scale scheme to quantize the channel gain and provide an improved dynamic transmission scheduling algorithm when offloading the applications to the cloud center, which has been proved to be helpful for reducing the mobile devices energy consumption. We give the energy estimation methods in both mobile execution model and cloud execution model. The numerical results suggest that energy consumed by the mobile devices can be remarkably saved with our proposed multi-scale scheme. Moreover, the results can be used as a guideline for the mobile devices to choose whether executing the application locally or offloading it to the cloud center.

  • Five control methods (Speed Control, PID Gain Scheduling, Loop Time Control, Simple PID, Switching Control) have been applied to the control of an Inline Co-axial valve by the simulation of AMESim. The simulation results have shown that the speed control method is the most stable and the fastest way to reach to the set point in the simulation of the flow control. Moreover, It has been found that the five control methods have the almost same characteristics in the power consumption, the counter electromotive force, and the motor angular velocity. According to the analysis results, the fast and stable control characteristics of the speed control method is the most suitable for the flow control using a inline co-axial valve with a DC(BLCD) motor.

  • This paper presents a method for designing an autopilot of the BTT missile using 2DOF Wiener-Hopf control technique to improve tracking performance. Linear controllers are designed based on the linearized models which are obtained from the nonlinear missile dynamic equations at various operating points. The gain scheduling technique is used to implement the final autopilot. A simulation on the flight of missiles is carried out through the use of 6DOF equation program including exact nonlinear equations of the missile and the variations of aerodynamic variables in order to check applicability of the suggested method in real situation.

  • This paper describes the development of a clustering based fuzzy controller of an electromagnetic suspension vehicle using gain scheduling method and Kalman filter for a simplified single magnet system. Electromagnetic suspension vehicle systems are highly nonlinear and essentially unstable systems For achieving the levitation control of the DC electromagnetic suspension system, we considered a fuzzy system modeling method based on clustering algorithm which a set of input/output data is collected from the well defined Linear Quadratic Gaussian(LQG) controller. Simulation results show that the proposed clustering based fuzzy controller methodology robustly yields uniform performance with adequate gap response over the mass variation range.

  • 본 논문에서는 동적 셀 선택 기반의 기회적 간섭 정렬 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 각 사용자의 수신 신호 공간과 간섭 공간을 선택함으로써 기존의 기회적 간섭 정렬 기법을 통해 얻을 수 있는 다중 사용자 다이버시티 이득에 추가적인 선택적 다이버시티 이득을 얻을 수 있다. 제안된 방법의 합용량 성능 검증을 위해 확률 모델을 사용하여 전체 시스템의 합용량 성능을 수학적으로 유도하였다. 전산모의실험을 통해 제안된 방법이 기존의 방법에 비해 성능이 향상됨을 검증하였고 분석한 성능과 실험 결과의 일치함을 보였다.

Missile Autopilot Design for Agile Turn Control During Boost-Phase

  • This paper presents the air-to-air missile autopilot design for a $180^{\circ}$ heading reversal maneuver during boost-phase. The missile's dynamics are linearized at a set of operating points for which angle of attack controllers are designed to cover an extended flight envelope. Then, angle of attack controllers are designed for this set of points, utilizing a pole-placement approach. The controllers' gains in the proposed configuration are computed from aerodynamic coefficients and design parameters in order to satisfy designer-chosen criteria. These design parameters are the closed-loop frequency, damping ratio, and time constant; these represent the characteristics of the control system. To cope with highly nonlinear and rapidly time varying dynamics during boost-phase, the global gain-scheduled controller is obtained by interpolating the controllers' gains over variations of the angle of attack, Mach number, and center of gravity. Simulation results show that the proposed autopilot design provides satisfactory performance and possesses good [ed: or "sufficient" or "excellent"] capabilities.

  • 본 논문에서는 한 바퀴 이동로봇의 균형제어를 위해 퍼지방법을 사용하였다. PD제어를 사용하여 균형을 유지하는 한 바퀴 로봇은 시간이 지남에 따라 플라이휠이 한 방향으로 기울어지게 되고 결국에는 균형이 무너지는 현상이 발생한다. 선행연구에서는 이를 해결하기 위해 게인 스케줄링 방법을 사용하였다. 본 논문에서는 퍼지방법을 사용하여 균형 각도를 보상하므로 균형 제어 성능을 높이고자 하였다. 퍼지제어를 통해 desired offset의 각도를 보상하므로 김벌이 한쪽으로 흘러 넘어지는 현상을 보완하였다. 한 바퀴 구동 이동로봇의 균형제어 실험을 통하여 제안하는 제어방식의 성능을 검증하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 서버용 전원 장치의 DC-DC단에 사용되는 디지털 전압 모드 제어기를 설계한다. 서버용 전원 장치는 2차 측에 고전류가 흐르는 사양으로 인하여 부하 전류에 따라 출력 인덕턴스 변화를 가지게 되며, hold-up time 규제를 만족하기 위하여 입력 전압의 변동 범위를 가진다. 이와 같은 조건은 제어기를 설계하는데 제약을 작용하게 되어 고정 이득을 가지는 방식에서는 최적화된 부하 변동 특성을 얻기 힘들다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 제어기의 이득 조정 기법을 제안하고 실험을 통하여 검증한다.

  • In this paper, the control scheme is proposed that PI controller parameter used for TAH speed control is adapted by fuzzy logic method using only the motor current waveform. By scheduling PI parameters, minimization of the vibration and the energy consumption and overcoming AoP loads becomes possible. In in vitro tests experimental results show our approach is a good scheme that is adapted to changing afterloads well.
