  • 본 논문은 IPMSM 드라이브의 고성능 속도 제어를 위하여 퍼지제어와 신경회로망을 혼합 구성한 적응 FNN 제어기를 제시한다. 적응 FNN 제어기는 기준 모델에 기초한 적응 메카니즘을 적용하여 신경회로망의 고도의 적응제어와 퍼지제어기의 강인성 제어의 장점들을 접목한다. 적응 FNN 제어기의 출력은 FNN 제어기의 출력과 적응 퍼지제어의 출력을 합하여 출력을 얻는다. 적응 FNN 제어기는 다양한 동작조건에서 응답특성을 분석하고 평가한다. 제시한 적응 FNN 제어기의 타당성은 IPMSM 드라이브 시스템에 적용하여 성능 결과로 입증한다.

Finding Informative Genes From Microarray Gene Expression Data Using FIGER-test

  • Microarray gene expression data is believed to show the functions of living organism through the gene expression values. We have studied a method to get the informative genes from the microarray gene expression data. There are several ways for this. In recent researches to get more sophisticated and detailed results, it has used the intelligence information theory like fuzzy theory. Some methods are to add fudge factors to the significance test for more refined results. In this paper, we suggest a method to get informative genes from microarray gene expression data. We combined the difference of means between two groups and the fuzzy membership degree which reflects the variance of the gene expression data. We have called our significance test the Fuzzy Information method for Gene Expression data(FIGER). The FIGER calculates FIGER variation ratio and FIGER membership degree to show how strongly each object belongs to the each group and then it results in the significance degree of each gene. The FIGER is focused on the variation and distribution of the data set to adjust the significance level. Out simulation shows that the FIGER-test is an effective and useful significance test.

IT 제안서의 기술평가에서의 퍼지 TOPSIS 응용 (An Application of fuzzy TOPSIS in evaluating IT proposals)

  • In recent years, it is natural that the development and the maintenance of information systems are strongly dependent on outside service providers for economic reasons, especially in public sector. There has been an unexpected growth in the number of selection activities for outsourcing related works. At this time, selection of the contractor generally considers the proposals received based on the RFP(requested for proposal) and determines the ranking by experts committee. However, it is difficult even for expert giving a specific numeric score in weighting criteria or rating alternatives. In this context, an extended fuzzy TOPSIS method is applied for selection problem of IT proposals. A numerical illustration is also provided to demonstrate the applicability of the approach. This approach is very practical to help decision makers in assessing proposals during the selection phase under uncertainties.

  • This paper proposes a decentralized control technique for 2-dimensional experimental helicopter systems. The decentralized control technique is especially suitable in large-scale control systems. We derive the stabilization condition for the interconnected Takagi-Sugeno (75) fuzzy system using the rigorous tool - Lyapunov stability criterion and formulate the controller design condition in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI). To demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method, we include the experiment result as well as a computer simulation one, which strongly convinces us the applicability to the industry.

가변속 냉동사이클의 강인제어를 위한 퍼지로직의 멤버십함수 범위 설계 (Design of Membership Ranges for Robust Control of Variable Speed Drive Refrigeration Cycle Based on Fuzzy Logic)

  • This paper focuses on systematic design about the membership ranges of the main design factors such as control error, control error rate, and sampling time for the fuzzy logic control of the variable speed drive refrigeration cycle. The upper and the lowest limit of the membership ranges are set up from the data of static characteristics obtained by experiments. Three kinds of membership ranges on the control error and the control error rate are tested by experiments. Especially, an effect of sampling time on control performance is also investigated in the same way. Experimental data showed the control error rate and the sampling time strongly effected on the control performance of the refrigeration cycle with a variable speed drive.

퍼지 논리를 이용한 일일 냉방부하 예측에 관한 연구 (A Study on Daily Cooling Load Forecast Using Fuzzy Logic)

  • The electric power load during the peak time in summer is strongly affected by cooling load, which decreases the preparation ratio of electricity and brings about the failure in the supply of electricity in the electric power system. The ice-storage system and heat pump system are possible solutions to settle this problem. In this study. the method of estimating temperature and humidity to forecast the cooling load of ice-storage system is suggested, then the method of forecasting the cooling load using fuzzy logic is suggested by simulating that the cooling load is calculated using actual temperature and humidity. The forecast of the temperature, humidity and cooling load are simulated, and it is shown that the forecasted data approach to the actual data. Operating the ice-storage system by the forecast of cooling load with night electric power will improve the ice-storage system efficiency and reduce the peak electric power load during the summer season as a result.

  • We first define the notions of filter continuous, filter sequentially continuous and filter strongly continuous in the framework of fuzzy normed space (FNS), and then we introduce the notion of filter slowly oscillating sequences in the setting of FNS and shows that this notion is stronger than slowly oscillating sequences. Further, we define the concept of filter slowly oscillating continuous functions, filter Cesàro slowly oscillating sequences as well as some other related notions in the aforementioned space and investigate several related results.

  • In this paper, we introduce and study a new class of random generalized nonlinear implicit variational-like inclusion with random fuzzy mappings in a real separable Hilbert space and give its fixed point formulation. Using the fixed point formulation and the proximal mapping technique for strongly maximal monotone mapping, we suggest and analyze a random iterative scheme for finding the approximate solution of this class of inclusion. Further, we prove the existence of solution and discuss the convergence analysis of iterative scheme of this class of inclusion. Our results in this paper improve and generalize several known results in the literature.

  • In this paper it is proposed a new approach to the development of the automatic vision system to examine and repair the steam generator tubes at remote distance. In nuclear power plants workers are reluctant of works in steam generator because of the high radiation environment and limited working space. It is strongly recommended that the examination and maintenance works be done by an automatic system for the protection of the operator from the radiation exposure. Digital signal processors are used in implementing real time recognition and examination of steam generator tubes in the preposed vision system, Performance of proposed digital vision system is illustrated by experiment for similar steam generator model.

Fuzzy C-means와 CONDENSATION을 이용한 객체 검출 및 추적 시스템 (An Object Detection and Tracking System using Fuzzy C-means and CONDENSATION)

  • 동영상에서의 움직이는 객체 검출과 추적은 객체 식별, 상황인식, 지능형 영상 감시 시스템 등 많은 시각 기반 응용 시스템에서 기본적이고 필수적인 전처리 작업이다. 본 논문에서는 배경과 조명이 실시간으로 변화하는 상황에서 움직이는 객체를 빠르고 정확하게 추출하고 움직이는 객체가 다른 물체에 가려지는 경우에도 강인하게 객체를 추적하는 방법을 제안한다. 객체의 효과적인 검출을 위해서 효과적인 고유 공간과 Fuzzy C-means(FCM) 를 결합하여 사용하고 검출된 객체를 강인하게 추적하기 위해 Conditional Density Propagation (CONDENSATION) 알고리즘을 사용한다. 먼저 Principal Component Analysis(PCA)를 이용하여 배경 영상에서 수집한 학습데이터를 주성분(Principal component)으로 선형변환 한다. 주성분들의 고유 특성에 대한 해석을 통하여 객체와 배경에 대하여 판별 능력이 우수한 주성분을 선별하여 고유 배경을 구성한다. 다음으로 이전단계에서 구성된 고유 벡터와 입력 영상을 결합한 연산 결과를 FCM의 입력 값으로 사용해서 객체를 검출한다. 최종적으로 검출된 객체의 좌표를 CONDENSATION의 입력으로 사용해서 객체를 추적한다. 고정된 카메라에서 조명변화와 배경변화에 적용 가능한 시스템을 구현하기 위해 고정된 카메라에서 움직이는 다양한 객체가 포함된 영상을 수집하여 학습데이터로 구성하여 사용하였다. 실험 결과에 따르면 제안하는 방법이 조명변화와 배경변화 그리고 객체의 부분적 움직임에 모두 강인하게 객체를 검출하고 다른 물체나 배경에 의해 객체가 일부 가려지더라도 객체를 추적함을 보여준다.
