HVDC 시스템을 위한 진화론적으로 최적화된 자기 동조 퍼지제어기 (Genetically optimized self-tuning Fuzzy-PI controller for HVDC system)

  • In this paper, we study an approach to design a self-tuning Fuzzy-PI controller in HVDC(High Voltage Direct Current) system. In the rectifier of conversional HVDC system, turning on, turning off, triggering and protections of thyristors have lots of problems that can make the dynamic instability and cannot damp the dynamic disturbance efficiently. The above problems are solved by adapting Fuzzy-PI controller for the fire angle control of rectifier.[7] The performance of the Fuzzy-PI controller is sensitive to the variety of scaling factors. The design procedure dwells on the use of evolutionary computing(Genetic Algorithms, GAs). Then we can obtain the optimal scaling factors of the Fuzzy-PI controller by Genetic Algorithms. In order to improve Fuzzy-PI controller, we adopt FIS to tune the scaling factors of the Fuzzy-PI controller on line. A comparative study has been performed between Fuzzy-PI and self-tuning Fuzzy-PI controller, to prove the superiority of the proposed scheme.

  • This paper presents an approach to self-tuning PI control of dynamic plants, based on fuzzy logic application. A fuzzy logic composed of linguistic conditional statements is employed by defining the relations of input-output variables of the controller. In the synthesis of a fuzzy logic controller, one of the most difficult problem is the selection of linguistic control rules and parameters. To overcome this difficulty, self-tuning fuzzy PI controller (STFPIC) with a hierarchical structure in which the fuzzy PI controller is assigned as the lower level and the rule modification and parameter adjustment as the higher level. The rules and parameters are generated by the adjustment of membership function through performance index(PE). In this paper, the algorithm for of the controller performance is estimated by means of computer simulation.

  • This paper presents Hybrid PI controller of IPMSM drive using fuzzy adaptive mechanism(FAM) control. In general, PI controller in computer numerically controlled machine process fixed gain. They may perform well under some operating conditions, but not all. To increase the robustness, fixed gain PI controller, Hybrid PI controller proposes a new method based self tuning PI controller. Hybrid PI controller is developed to minimize overshoot and settling time following sudden parameter changes such as speed, load torque, inertia, rotor resistance and self inductance. The results on a speed controller of IPMSM are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed gain tuner. And this controller is better than the fixed gains one in terms of robustness, even under great variations of operating conditions and load disturbance.

  • 본 논문에서는 설계변수와 제어기 이득의 자기 동조를 사용한 PI+D 제어기 설계법을 제안한다. 사용된 퍼지 PI+D 제어기는 일반적인 연속 시간 선형 PI+D 제어기를 근사화하여 사용하였고, 퍼지화는 퍼지싱글톤으로, 비퍼지화는 간략화된 무게중심법을 사용하였다. 퍼지추론 결과는 분리된 퍼지 변수로서 다른 작용 성분으로 계산되고, 그 결과는 설계변수에 해당하는 함수의 형태로 결정되어 제어이득을 결정한다. 따라서 제안된 방법은 빠른 동조 성능을 가지며, 퍼지 입력변수의 증가에도 쉽게 적용될 수 있고, 재생 오차를 줄이는 이점을 가진다. 이 제어기는 설계변수와 제어기 이득의 사용으로 보다 높은 효율성과 개선점을 가지고 있다.

  • This paper describes a development of self tuning scheme for PI and PO type fuzzy controllers. The output scaling factor(SF) is adjusted on-line by fuzzy rules according to the current trend of the controlled process. The rule-base for tuning the output SF is defined on error and change of error for the controlled variable using the most natural and unbiased membership functions. Simulation results demonstrate the better control performance can be achieved in comparison with Ziegler-Nichols(Z-N) PID controllers.

  • This paper presents a neural network based self-tuning fuzzy PI-PD control scheme for robust speed control of induction motor. The PID controller is being widely used in industrial applications. When continuously used long time, the electric and mechanical parameters of induction motor change, degrading the performance of PID controller considerably.   • 본 논문에서는 속도 오차의 최소화와 안정된 응답 특성을 가진 선형 영구자석형 동기 전동기를 이용한 시스템을 구성하기 위해서 속도 오차와 속도 오차의 미분항을 입력 변수로 하고 PI 룩업-테이블(look up table)을 이용한 퍼지(fuzzy) 기반 자기동조(self-tuning) PI 속도 제어기를 제안 하였다. 부하가 변동되는 제어 환경이나 시스템에 비선형성 외란이 가해지는 경우, 고정된 최초의 이득 설정 또는 NC 공작기에서 사용되는 속도에 따른 가변이득 조절 방식만으로는 원하는 제어특성을 기대하기가 어렵다. 본 연구의 타당성을 검증하기 위해서 기존의 고정이득 방식 및 속도 변동량에 따른 가변이득 방식을 제안한 방식과 시뮬레이션 및 4상한 운전 실험을 통해 비교함으로써 제안된 방식이 기존의 방식들보다 안정되고 빠른 속도 응답특성을 가짐을 확인하였다.
