뉴로-퍼지 알고리즘을 이용한 점용접재의 강도추론 기술 (The Quality Assurance Technique of Resistance Spot Welding Pieces using Neuro-Fuzzy Algorithm)

  • The resistance Spot Welding is widely used in the field of assembling the plates. However we don't still have any satisfactory solution, which is non-destructive quality evaluation in real-time or on-line, against it. Moreover, even though the rate of welding under the condition of expulsion has been high until now, quality control of welding against expulsion hasn't still been established. In this paper, it was proposed on the quality assurance technique of resistance spot welding pieces using Neuro-Fuzzy algorithm. Four parameters from electrode separation signal in the case of non-expulsion, and dynamic resistance patterns in the case of expulsion are selected as fuzzy input parameters. The parameters consist of Fuzzy Inference System are determined through Neuro-Learning algorithm. And then, fuzzy Inference System is constructed. It was confirmed that the fuzzy inference values of strength have within ${\pm}$4% error specimen in comparison with real strength for the total strength range, and the specimen percent having within ${\pm}$1% error was 88.8%. According to KS(Korean Industrial Standard), tensile-shear strength limit for electric coated of zinc is 400kgf/mm2. Judging to the quality of welding is good or bad, according to this criterion and the results of inference, the probability of misjudgement that good quality is valuated into poor one was 0.43%, on contrary it was 2.59%. Finally, the proposed Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System can infer the tensile-shear strength of resistance spot welding pieces with high performance for all cases-non-expulsion and expulsion. And On-Line Welding Quality Inspection System will be realized sooner or later.

  • This paper describes the arousal measurement and the control system using fuzzy logic to prevent drowsy driving. Sugeno's method was used for fuzzy inference in this study. Membership function and rule base were determined form the modfied arousal level criteria. The output of fuzzy inference tracked well the change of subject's arousal level. When IRI(Inter-SIR interval) was under the 60sec, maximum output of three step warning method was medium sound, but that of fuzzy logic system was changed from medium to big. Furthermore, the output of the fuzzy inference was highly correlated with $N_{z}$(r=0.99). Therefore, the fuzzy inference method for evaluation and the control of arousal will be more effective at real driving sityation than three step warning method.ning method.

  • We propose a new category of fuzzy set-based fuzzy inference systems based on data granulation related to fuzzy space division for each variables. Data granules are viewed as linked collections of objects(data, in particular) drawn together by the criteria of proximity, similarity, or functionality. Granulation of data with the aid of Hard C-Means(HCM) clustering algorithm help determine the initial parameters of fuzzy model such as the initial apexes of the membership functions and the initial values of polyminial functions being used in the premise and consequence part of the fuzzy rules. And the initial parameters are tuned effectively with the aid of the genetic algorithms(GAs) and the least square method. Numerical example is included to evaluate the performance of the proposed model.

  • In this paper, the neuro-fuzzy inferene system for the effective object recognition is studied. The proposed neuro-fuzzy inference system combines learning capability of neural network with inference process of fuzzy theory, and the system executes the fuzzy inference by neural network automatically. The proposed system consists of the antecedence neural network, the consequent neural network, and the fuzzy operational part, For dissolving the ambiguity of recognition due to input variance in the neuro-fuzzy inference system, the antecedence’s fuzzy proposition of the inference rules are automatically produced by error back propagation learining rule. Therefore, when the fuzzy inference is made, the shape of membership functions os adaptively modified according to the variation. The antecedence neural netwerk constructs a separated MNN(Model Classification Neural Network)and LNN(Line segment Classification Neural Networks)for dissolving the degradation of recognition rate. The antecedence neural network can overcome the limitation of boundary decisoion characteristics of nrural network due to the similarity of extracted features. The increased recognition rate is gained by the consequent neural network which is designed to learn inference rules for the effective system output.

퍼지 전문가 시스템을 활용한 용접 품질 예측 시스템에 관한 연구 (Research on the weld quality estimation system using fuzzy expert system)

  • Weld bead shape is an important measure for evaluation of weld quality. Many welding parameters have influence on the weld bead shape. The quantitative relationship between welding parameters and bead shape, however, is not determined yet because of their high complexity and many unknown factors. Fuzzy expert system is an advanced expert system which uses fuzzy rules and approximate reasoning. It is a vert useful tool for welding technology because is can process rationally the uncertain and inexact information such as the welding information. In this paper, the empirical and the qualitative relationship between welding parameters and bead shape are analyzed and represented by fuzzy rules. They are converted to the quantitative relationship by use of approximate reasoning of fuzzy expert system. Weld bead shape is estimated from the welding parameters using fuzzy expert system. The result of comparison between measured values of weld bead by welding experiments and the estimates values by fuzzy expert system shows a good consistancy.

  • In the past couple of years, there has been increasing interest in the fusion of neural networks and fuzzy logic. Most of the existing fused models have been proposed to implement different types of fuzzy reasoning mechanisms and inevitably they suffer from the dimensionality problem when dealing with complex real-world problem. To overcome the problem, we propose the self-organizing networks with activation nodes based on fuzzy inference and polynomial function. The proposed model consists of two parts, one is fuzzy nodes which each node is operated as a small fuzzy system with fuzzy implication rules, and its fuzzy system operates with Gaussian or triangular MF in Premise part and constant or regression polynomials in consequence part. the other is polynomial nodes which several types of high-order polynomials such as linear, quadratic, and cubic form are used and are connected as various kinds of multi-variable inputs. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, time series data for gas furnace process has been applied.

  • The shape and width of fuzzy membership function has an effect on performance of fuzzy controller. In this paper, fuzzy controller is proposed to improve the control performance of fuzzy controller. It has two fuzzy inference engine. The one is typical fuzzy inference engine, the other is proposed to infer optimal width of membership function in fuzzy controller from plant constant (K,T,L). To show the effectiveness of this fuzzy controller with double fuzzy inference engine, it is applied to plant (dead time + 1st order delay) with various plant constant.

  • 본 논문은 능동카메라가 장착된 이동로봇의 장애물 회피를 위한 퍼지추론방법 제시하였다. 영상센서를 이용하여 상황적 판단에 근거한 명령융합을 사용하여 미지의 환경에서의 목적지까지의 지능적인 탐색을 수행하도록 하였다. 본 연구를 검증하기 위하여 환경모델과 센서데이터에 기반 한 이동로봇의 경로생성을 위한 물리적 센서융합을 시도하지 않고, 환경에 따른 각각의 로봇의 주행행동을 제어하기 위한 명령융합 적용하였다. 주행을 위한 전략으로는 목적지 접근과 장애물 회피를 수행할 수 있도록 퍼지규칙 조합을 통해 판단하도록 수행하였다. 제안한 방법을 검증하기 위하여 영상데이터를 사용한 성공적인 주행 실험 결과를 제시하였다.

퍼지 알고리즘을 이용한 전자정보의 펄스 내 변조 인식 (ELINT Intra-pulse Modulation Recognition using Fuzzy Algorithm)

  • 수집된 전자 정보 신호를 분석하여 활동 중인 레이더를 식별하는 ELINT 시스템은 현대 전자전에서 매우 중요한 역할을 담당한다. 수집된 신호로부터 추출할 수 있는 여러 레이더 운용 변수 중 펄스 내 변조 방식은 점점 고도화되는 레이더의 식별에 필수적인 정보이다. 본 논문은 퍼지 알고리즘을 이용하여 수집 신호에 적용된 펄스 내 변조 방식을 인식하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 신호를 특징짓기 위한 퍼지 멤버십 함수와 이를 이용하여 적용된 변조방식을 추론하기 위한 퍼지 추론 규칙을 정의한다. 실험 결과는 제안된 기법이 SNR 10dB 이상의 수집 환경 하에서 95% 이상의 변조 방식 인식률을 보장함을 보인다.

퍼지추론과 혼합기법을 적용한 적응적 워터마킹 알고리즘 (Adaptive Watermarking Algorithm Using Fuzzy Reasoning and Hybrid Scheme)

  • 본 연구에서는 공간영역특성의 컬러정보와 주파수영역 기반의 시각특성 요소를 이용한 혼합 워터마킹 기법을 제안하였다. 제안한 방법은 공간영역을 선택하여 컬러의 색차 정보를 분석하여 공간적으로 분포되어있는 컬러정보를 계산하고, 주파수 변환영역을 통해 인간시각에 덜 민감한 계수블럭을 분석하여 인간의 시각특성 파라미터 값들을 구하였다. 또한 중요한 특징 중에 하나는 퍼지추론 기법을 시각시스템 특성에 적용하여 워터마크가 삽입될 최적의 부 대역을 선택하도록 설계하였다. 계수분포에 따른 적응적 워터마크를 삽입한 후, 비가시성과 강인성 평가 실험을 수행한 결과 다양한 종류의 공격유형에 대하여 제안한 방법의 타당성을 입증 하였다.
