The purpose of this study is to develop and evaluate a remarriage preparation program. Based on the system theory, strong family perspective, care & justice perspectives, and empirical research in this field,4 session remarriage preparation program is developed. Target population of this program is persons who remarry and persons who marry with remarried partner This program is evaluated in terms of the level of remarriage preparation and level of changing attitude after education in terms of self-esteem, cognition & knowledge of parent behavior in the remarried family, object evaluation of their future remarriage life. Future research, theoretical and practical implications are added.

Continuous decreases in national budget for the field of agricultural engineering indicate that it plays less important role in Korean agriculture compared to the past. It also suggests that its function should be changed in order to meet the needs of future agriculture. Unfortunately, there are few private companies for agricultural engineering except for farm machinery. Fostering private business for agricultural engineering may be one of the top priority for the development of the field.

Discussions are given to Korea all transport market and its intrinsic problems related to airport spatial distribution and facility capacities. Regional development impacts and demand forecasts are major variables for identifying a future direction for restructuring air transport market in Korea. A brief introduction is also given to the New Seoul International Airport(NSIA) that is expected to lead domestic and the North East Asia ail transport market.

This article explores early childhood teachers' practices from bottom-up perspectives on the relationship between theory and practice. Results of the review of literature are as follows: 1) From top-down perspectives early childhood teachers' practices and their classroom behaviors have been traditionally defined within the framework of theories of child development, the notion of developmentally appropriate practice, and designed program models; 2) From bottom-up perspectives researchers have a focus on how teachers' practices lead theories and how they construct the act of teaching through reflective thinking; 3) empirical research on preservice and inservice teachers demonstrates that preservice teachers develop their own theories of teaching from their previously held assumptions, gained knowledge from preparation programs, and their individual experiences. It also shows that inservice teachers construct teaching through their implicit knowledge and the use of strategies to negotiate problems. Implications for future studies on teachers's practices are discussed.

Scientific literacy implies an adequate understanding of the nature of science. However, little is known about factors that can influence students' conceptions of the nature of science. The purpose of this study was to test the validity of the prevalent assumption that teachers' philosophical perspectives of science directly influence their students' conceptions of the nature of science. A comparison between science teachers' and students' perspectives of science did not support the assumption that a science teachers' perspectives of science is significantly related to students' conceptions of science. The data clearly indicated that there was no relationship between teachers' philosophical perspectives and those of their students. The results convincingly indicated that the nature of science was not being considered or taught to students as a consequence of students' needs and curriculum guide objectives. It is believed that the results of this investigation will help to redirect the focus of future efforts to promote more adequate conceptions of the nature of science in our secondary schools.

This study focuses on developing a theoretical framework for evaluating Operational Performance of the Marine Forest Creation project on a balanced and comprehensive perspective by using BSC, AHP, and IPA. Also, the purpose of this study is empirically to analyze operational performance of the project and to suggest the future improvement plan. For this purpose, We will first determine the critical success factors(CSF) and key performance indicators(KPI) required for evaluating the performance of the Marine Forest Creation project from the four perspectives of BSC. And, After determining the weight for each of CSF, KPI, and four perspectives of BSC by using AHP, we will measure the project performance. We will also conduct IPA analysis to propose the direction of improvement of the Marine Forest Creation project. The results of this study are as follows. First, this study has drawn 8 critical success factors and 16 key performance indicators for four BSC perspectives based on the theoretical considerations and expert interview survey. Second, as a result of deriving relative importance of BSC perspectives using AHP, customer perspective was the highest, followed by financial perspective, learning and growth perspective, and internal process perspective. Third, as the results of analyzing the importance and performance of BSC perspectives using IPA, customer perspective was the maintenance reinforcement category, financial perspective was the key improvement category, internal process perspective and learning and growth perspective were gradual improvement category. This study has a great academic significance in terms of BSC first tried to evaluate the performance of the Marine Forest Creation project. The results of this study are expected to lead to various discussions for a balanced and comprehensive verification of Marine Forest Creation project performance.
