공유경제 환경에서 차량 공유서비스 활용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 : 중국의 디디추싱(滴滴出行) 사례 분석을 중심으로 (A Study on Factors Affecting the Utilization of Vehicle Sharing Service in the Sharing Economy Environment : Focusing on the Analysis of Didi Chuxing Case in China)

  • As vehicle sharing service is being widely used in China. The sharing economy appeared to be a way to make people's lives more convenient and to utilize limited resources efficiently. Sharing economy companies have created an app to satisfy users' needs with providing more benefits. Although research on vehicle sharing services has been continuously conducted at the level of the sharing economy, there are not many empirical studies related to the perception of the sharing economy from the consumer's point of view. In this sense, this study considered the perceived relationship benefits (social benefits, economic benefits, psychological benefits, and functional benefits) of Didi chuxing service as the key independent variables influencing users' confirmation and satisfaction, And suggests that users' confirmation and satisfaction are the key determinants of Didi continuance intention . To test the proposed research model, this study conducted structural equation model using 268 data collected on the users who have experience of Didi service. According to the empirical analysis results, This study verifies that: First, social benefits, economic benefits, psychological benefits, and functional benefits are determinants of user's satisfaction. Second, expectation confirmation depends on economic benefits, psychological benefits, functional benefits and social influence, meanwhile, social benefit has no effect on expectation confirmation. Third, expectation confirmation is proved to be a positive predictor of users' satisfaction. Finally, this results indicate that continuous use intention is determined by users' satisfaction.

패키지관광의 관광동기가 지각된 가치를 통하여 행동의도에 미치는 영향 연구 - 관광제약, 만족도 중심으로 - (Travel Motivations of Package Tour Travelers : A Study of its Impact on Behavioral Intention - Focused on Perceived Values, Tourism Constraints and Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 패키지관광의 활성화를 위하여 요인 간인과관계를 분석하는 데 목적을 가지고 있다. 관광동기의 하위요인을 추진요인과 유인요인으로 지각된 가치는 감정적 가치와 기능적 가치로 구분하였으며 그리고 관광제약, 만족도, 행동의도의 변수를 추가하여 제시하였다. 분석 결과 관광동기의 하위요인(일상 탈출, 화합, 서비스매력, 편리성)이 지각된 가치(감정적, 기능적)에 모든 요인이 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 지각된 가치(감정적, 기능적)가 만족도에 긍정적인 영향관계를 미치는 것으로 규명되었으며, 관광제약이 만족도와 행동의도에 부정적인 영향관계를 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 마지막으로 만족도와 행동의도의 두 변수 간에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 근거로 하여 시사점과 향후 연구방향을 제시하였고, 연구 결과를 바탕으로 패키지관광의 적극적인 고객들의 필요 욕구에 부합하는 마케팅이 실행된다면 패키지관광의 활성화에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

부모자녀간 의사소통과 관계향상을 위한 교수.학습 과정안 개발 및 적용: 중학교 1학년 '가족구성원간의 의사소통' 단원을 중심으로 (Development of a Teaching and Learning Plan for a Communication Unit for Family Members and Its Effect on Teenagers' Functional Communications and Relational Satisfaction with Their Parents)

  • This research explored the importance of conflict resolution in communication between adolescents and their parents. A teaching and learning plan on communication using the Active listening, I-message method and no-lose conflict resolution method was developed and applied to teaching the 'Communication among Family Members' unit in the middle school home economics and technology textbook. The experimental class of 203 students using the active listening, I message and no-lose conflict resolution method in communication was compared with a comparative class of 163 students using only the active listening and I message method, investigating the amounts of communication, conflicts, functional communication and degree of satisfaction the students perceived regarding relationships with their parents via pre and post tests. Both groups showed significant increases in their amounts of communication and functional communication. However, only the experimental class showed an increase in their degree of relationship satisfaction with their parents. Both groups evaluated the lesson positively.

친환경 유.아동 속옷 소비자의 환경친화적 태도와 의복추구혜택이 구매만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Eco-friendly Attitude and Benefits Pursued in Clothing on Purchase Satisfaction of Eco-friendly Consumers for Infants and Children's Underwear)

  • This study analyzes how the eco-friendly attitude and benefits pursued in clothing influence the purchase satisfaction of eco-friendly consumers for infants and children's underwear. The survey was conducted from June $1^{st}$ to $20^{th}$ in 2009, and 303 responses were used in the data analysis. A frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted for the statistical analysis. The results show that the eco-friendly attitude is classified by environmental concern, awareness of environmental consumption, and participation in the environmental movement. The benefits pursued in clothing are classified by fashion pursuit, brand pursuit, functional pursuit, personality pursuit, and economical pursuit. The awareness of the environmental consumption factor in the eco-friendly attitude influences the purchase satisfaction of eco-friendly consumers for infants and children's underwear. The fashion, brand, functional, and personality benefits pursued in clothing effect the purchase satisfaction of eco-friendly consumers for infants and children's underwear.

약선음식의 인지도와 선택속성이 만족도와 추천의향에 미치는 영향 (Effects Recognition and Elective Attributes on Satisfaction and Recommendation for Medicinal Foods)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 약선음식을 어떻게 인지하고 있는지, 선택속성이 만족도와 추천의향에 어떻게 영향을 미치고 있는지 파악하고자 한다. 이로써 고객들을 지속적으로 유인 및 유지하기 위한 가이드라인을 제시하고자 한다. 약선음식을 이용한 고객을 대상으로 200부의 설문지를 배포하여 불성실하게 응답한 19부를 제외한 181부를 실증분석에 활용하였다. 실증분석에 따른 결과는 1. 약선음식 선택속성에서 '건강관리 예방', '기능성 음식', '시각적인 음식'의 3개 요인 모두 만족도, 추천의향, 재이용 의도에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이중에서 '건강관리 예방'요인이 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 2. 약선음식의 만족도는 추천의향에, 추천의향은 재이용 의도에 높은 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The Effects of Brand Value of Oriental Medicine Cosmetic on Purchase Intention

  • The study aims to investigate the effects of brand value in the oriental medicine cosmetics market, as perceived by consumers, on brand satisfaction, brand loyalty, and purchase intention. The subjects were Korean and Chinese female consumers, the primary consumers of oriental medicine cosmetics. A total of 615 sample surveys were analyzed from consumers who have experience using oriental medicine cosmetics. Out of the sample, 264 respondents had used Oriental medicine cosmetics for one to four years, 199 respondents for more than four years, and 108 respondents for three months to a year. Based on existing research, we categorized the value of oriental medicine cosmetics brands into four dimensions: emotional, social, functional, and epistemic values. Whether brand satisfaction and brand loyalty can be mediating factors in brand value influencing purchase intention was inspected through several hypotheses. As a result, except for the epistemic value factor, the brand value factors were found to have a positive effect on brand satisfaction and brand loyalty. In addition, emotional, social, and functional brand value factors influence purchase intention through brand loyalty, and it was found that brand loyalty is an important factor for oriental medicine cosmetics consumers, however mediator effects did not appear for brand satisfaction.

The Effect of Perceived Value of Education Training for Small and Medium Sized Enterprise (SME) Cooperatives on Job Performance

  • Purpose: This study empirically studied the effects of the perceived value of education and training on SME cooperative on job performance. Research design, data and methodology: From November 7 to 9, 2022, a survey was conducted targeting members and executives of SME cooperatives in their 20s and 60s across the country, and a total of 217 people were used for the final analysis. Verification of the research model was performed using SPSS & AMOS. Frequency analysis was conducted to examine the sample characteristics. Results: First, perceived value (functional value, service performance value, emotional value, convenience value) did not have a significant effect on organizational commitment. Second, perceived value (functional value, service performance value, emotional value, convenience value) were found to have a significant positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. Third, job satisfaction was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on organizational commitment. Fourth, organizational commitment was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on job performance. Fifth, job satisfaction was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on job performance. Conclusions: These results suggest that the perceived value of SME cooperative education and training can affect organizational commitment and job performance through job satisfaction, so it is necessary to strengthen online education and training to meet the emotional response of training subjects along.

Reasoning Non-Functional Requirements Trade-off in Self-Adaptive Systems Using Multi-Entity Bayesian Network Modeling

  • Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) play a crucial role during the software development process. Currently, NFRs are considered more important than Functional Requirements and can determine the success of a software system. NFRs can be very complicated to understand due to their subjective manner and especially their conflicting nature. Self-adaptive systems (SAS) are operating in dynamically changing environment. Furthermore, the configuration of the SAS systems is dynamically changing according to the current systems context. This means that the configuration that manages the trade-off between NFRs in this context may not be suitable in another. This is because the NFRs satisfaction is based on a per-context basis. Therefore, one context configuration to satisfy one NFR may produce a conflict with another NFR. Furthermore, current approaches managing Non-Functional Requirements trade-off stops managing them during the system runtime which of concern. To solve this, we propose fragmentizing the NFRs and their alternative solutions in form of Multi-entity Bayesian network fragments. Consequently, when changes occur, our system creates a situation specific Bayesian network to measure the impact of the system's conditions and environmental changes on the NFRs satisfaction. Moreover, it dynamically decides which alternative solution is suitable for the current situation.

Analysis of Value System of Sportswear Brand Shopper according to Crossover Shopping Pattern: Webrooming and Showrooming

  • The purpose of this study is to identify selection attributes, functional benefits, psychological benefits, and values according to crossover shopping patterns (showrooming and webrooming). To achieve objectives of this study, a survey was designed based on the means-end chain theory, using the in-depth laddering technique and APT laddering technique which understanding the linkage of A(attributes)-FB(functional benefits)-PB(psychological benefit)-V(value). These two laddering techniques were used to construct a hierarchical value map (HVM) by linking selection attributes, functional benefits, psychological benefits, and value levels. The selection attribute items that showrooming shoppers consider important are 'price conformity', 'product information', 'product variety', and 'delivery service'. Functional benefit items were 'free purchase', 'economic benefit', 'communication', 'safety', and 'accurate Information', and psychological benefit items were 'convenience', 'relaxation', 'pleasure', 'rational consumption', and 'stability'. Finally, the value items were 'self-satisfaction', 'abundant life', 'achievement', 'happiness', and 'reasonable life'. Next, the selection attribute items that webrooming shoppers consider important are 'price conformity', 'product information', 'product variety', 'AS', 'shopping atmosphere', and 'seller service'. Functional benefit items were 'free purchase', 'economic profit', 'expression opinion', 'safety', and 'accurate information', and psychological benefit items were 'convenience', 'relaxation', 'rational consumption', and 'stability'. Finally, the value items were 'self-satisfaction', 'abundant life', 'happiness', and 'reasonable life'.

Retrospective analysis of 79 patients with orbital floor fracture: outcomes and patient-reported satisfaction

  • Background: The aim of our retrospective study is to evaluate the management of isolated orbital floor fractures considering the clinical, functional and aesthetic results according to the surgical approach and the type of materials used. Methods: Retrospectively, clinical, radiological, surgical, and ophthalmological data from 79 patients were collected from January 2010 to December 2016. Furthermore, included patients were interrogated on functional and aesthetic satisfaction. Results: The main causes of trauma were physical aggression followed by accidents. The median time between trauma and surgery was 4 days. The most common surgical approaches were the subciliary and the transconjunctival ones. Alloplastic materials were used in 75 patients. In two patients, we used a combination of two grafts. Patients experienced minor immediate complications. On follow-ups, none of our patients suffered from ocular movement restrictions. Patients treated by subciliary approach had higher risk of retractile scaring compared to other surgical approaches. In our study, patients agreed to complete a questionnaire assessing functional and aesthetic outcomes with a high satisfaction score. No association between the implant material used and the results has been assessed. Conclusion: This study describes the results of orbital floor reconstructions. Despite a variety of materials used and surgical approaches performed, we believe that the transconjunctival approach is the most suitable option with a high satisfaction score.
