Patient with skeletal class II relationship was treated with L-ARS. L-ARS is fixed functional appliance that could be effective in children and adolescent patient who don't wear activator. The following results were obtained ; 1) Growth of Mandible was stimulated and overjet was decreased, therefore coupling of anterior teeth was established with L-ARS which is fixed functional appliance. 2) These changes were accomplished with Mandibular skeletal growth with no effect on the Maxilla. 3) L-ARS was especially effective on patient who deny to wear the removable functional appliance.

본 임상사례에서 보는 것처럼 틱, 뚜렛장애에서도 FCST의 음양균형장치와 골반균형기법(PBT), 침치료 등 구조적 치료를 통해서도 유의한 치료변화가 나타남을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 증례에서는 원인불명의 전신 연축성 사경증과 강박장애를 동반한 경부 연축성 사경증의 두 증례에 대해 음양균형장치를 포함한 표준형 구강내 균형장치, 침구치료, 한약처방, 골반교정 등 복합치료를 통해 뚜렷한 치유효과를 관찰했다. 음양균형장치와 표준형구강내 균형장치 등 턱관절의 균형조절을 통한 기능적뇌척주요법의 치료가 경추와 흉추의 구조변화는 물론 전신자세에도 긍정적인 변화를 주고 있음을 관찰했다.

본 연구는 가전 오프라인 매장에서의 고객체험특성이 지각된 가치와 재방문 의도에 영향을 미치는 영향관계에 대해 연구하였다. 전국 매장을 100여개 이상 보유한 가전 오프라인 유통 중에서 가전 양판점 2개(하이마트, 전자랜드), 대형마트 3개(이마트, 홈플러스, 롯데하이마트), 가전 전문점 2개(LG 베스트샵, 삼성 디지털프라자)를 선정하였으며, 해당 가전 매장을 최근 6개월 내 방문하여 구매한 경험이 있는 서울, 경기, 인천지역의 20대 이상 남녀를 대상으로 설문 조사를 진행하였다. 조사 결과 총 330부의 표본에 대해서 PLS(Partial Least Squares) 구조방정식과 SPSS 통계패키지를 이용하여서 통계 분석을 진행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻을 수 있다. 가전 오프라인 매장에서 고객체험특성이 소비자의 기능적 가치에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 첫째, 교육적 경험, 일탈적 경험과 심미적 경험은 기능적 가치에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 하지만 오락적 경험은 기능적 가치에 영향을 미치지 못했다. 둘째, 교육적 경험, 일탈적 경험과 심미적 경험은 모두 감정적 가치에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 기능적 가치와 감각적 가치는 모두 재방문 의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 네째, 브랜드 충성도는 기능적 가치, 감각적 가치의 재방문 의도 사이에서의 조절효과를 갖지 못한 것으로 확인하였다. 이 연구 결과는 고객체험 특성과 지각된 가치(기능적 가치, 감각적 가치), 재방문 의도 간의 구조적 관계를 보여주고 있다. 본 결과는 온라인 채널이 오프라인 채널의 생존을 위협하는 시기에 가전 오프라인 매장들이 어떤 활동을 해야 하는지에 대한 가이드라인을 제공해 준다.

영남대학교 의과대학 부속병원 치과학교실에서는 악기능 장치를 이용하여 비관혈적 정복술을 시행한 하악 과두 골절 1례에서 양호한 치료 경과를 보였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. 추후 본 증례에 기초한 다수 증례의 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

This is a study on the insulation methods of home appliances and wiring devices proper to the new electric distribution system, primary side is 22.9/13.2KV, 3 phase 4 wire multigrounding system and secondary side is 380/220V, 3 phase 4 wire common neutral system. 1800V is determined as the electrical insulation voltage of the functional insulation because the abnormal voltage rise of the neutral line is 1300V. In the case of the functional insulation faults, the following safety methods will be suggested to protect the accidental faults: (a) class I appliance (accessible metal part is earthed), (b) class II appliance (doublly insulated), (c) class III appliance (operates at low voltage source). The mechanisms of the wiring devices are not improved to guarantee for the harmful electric shock but also the electrical insulation voltage is rised to 2000V.

Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate long-term changes in the pharyngeal airway dimensions after functional appliance treatment in adolescents with skeletal Class II malocclusions. Methods: Pharyngeal airway dimensions were compared between subjects with skeletal Class II malocclusions (n = 24; mean age: $11.6{\pm}1.29$ years) treated with a Class II bionator and age-matched control subjects with skeletal Class I occlusions (n = 24; mean age: $11.0{\pm}1.21$ years) using a series of lateral cephalograms obtained at the initial visit (T0), after treatment (T1), and at the completion of growth (T2). Results: The length of the nasopharyngeal region was similar between adolescents with skeletal Class I and Class II malocclusions at all time points, while the lengths of the upper and lower oropharyngeal regions and the pharyngeal airway areas were significantly smaller in the skeletal Class II adolescents before treatment when compared to the control adolescents (p < 0.05). However, following treatment with a functional appliance, the skeletal Class II adolescents had increased pharyngeal airway dimensions, which became similar to those of the control subjects. Conclusions: Functional appliance therapy can increase the pharyngeal airway dimensions in growing adolescents with skeletal Class II malocclusions, and this effect is maintained until the completion of growth.

A dizziness case with functional cerebro-spinal therapy (FCST) was reviewed to explore the effect of FCST. The case was managed with Yinyang Balancing Appliance (YBA) and the TMJ Balancing Appliance (TBA), combined with acupuncture, cupping and herbal medicine. Clinical outcome measurement was performed based on subjective measures and clinical observation. The patient showed positive changes starting after the first treatment. Futher clinical and biological research on FCST is expected.

구강내장치를 통한 자세조절훈련과 관련해 턱관절의 다차원적인 균형치료를 적용함에 따라 중쇠뼈 치돌기 및 가시돌기의 위치균형과 경추정렬이 변화되는 것이 방사선촬영상 실증적으로 관찰되었다.
