지능형 무선통신용 가스 센서 모듈 구현 (The Realization on GAS Sensor Module for Inteligent Wireless Communication)

  • 가스센서는 그 용도에 따라서, 자동차용(배출가스, 연료혼합 가스, 산소, 분진), 농수산 식품산업용(신선도, 저장, $CO_2$, 습도, $NH_3$, 질소산화물 가스, 유기가스, 농약 및 살충제로부터 방출되는 유독가스), 산업 의료용(석유화학제품 가스, 수소, 산소, 유독가스), 군사용(화학무기 가스), 환경 측정용(CO를 비롯한 황과 질소 등으로 구성된 대기오염가스), 가정용(LNG, LPG, 부탄, 실내공기, 습도) 등으로 매우 다양하게 사용하고 있다. 산업 현장의 유해물질 종류는 약 700종으로 알려져 있으며 이들 중 대다수의 물질은 일반적인 환경 조건에서 가스 형태로 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 유독 가스들 중에서 차량 내부 등의 밀폐된 공간에서 발생하기 쉬운 중요한 탄소(CO), 이산화탄소($CO_2$), 암모니아 ($NH_3$)의 세 가지 가스를 검출하는 휴대용 가스센서 모듈을 구현하고자 한다. 유독 가스 중에서도 가장 인명 사고의 중요한 요소인 NH3, $CO_2$, CO의 3종류 가스를 검출하는 다중 가스검출 센서에 대해 연구한다.

3차원 계측시스템을 이용한 개더스커트 형상 분석 (Analysis of the Shape of Gathered Skirts using a Three-Dimensional Measurement System)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the shape of gathered skirts using a three-dimensional measurement system. And in this experiment, I try to accumulate three-dimensional data of wearing model and to figure out analyzing method made by shape of clothes. The experimental design consists of two factorial designs. I set up three different kinds of fabrics, ratio of gathers. Therefore nine samples were made. The instrument and tools for three-dimensional measurement was whole body 3D scanner. Analysis program used in experiment is RapidForm 2004 PP1 and Pattern Design 2000. Data analysis utilizes SPSS WIN 10.0 Package. T-test to effect an inspection of evidence, there was difference about measurement times. One-way ANOVA to analysis effect of gather made by gathering conditions. The following results were obtained; 1. As a result of inspecting an error several times using a three-dimension measurement system, convinced data was obtained. 2. At front, distribution of gap amount was larger than back. And as ratio of gathers increased, distribution of gap amount showed regularly. 3. After analyzing horizontal sectional figure of skirts, as a height of skirt changed from waist to the bottom of skirts, the results showed as follows. While section width, section thickness, node width, node depth increased, node count decreased. 4. With the horizontal section levels of gather skirt, the silhouette on middle hip section was similar with the silhouette of body line. And as ratio of gathers around hip section increased, nodes showed regularly. At the bottom of skirts showed different nodes by different gathering condition.

경북지역 초등학교 학부모의 알레르기 유발식품 표시제도에 대한 인지도 및 자녀의 식품알레르기 실태 (Perception of Elementary School Parents in Gyeongbuk Area on Allergenic Food Labeling System and Children's Food Allergy Status)

  • The allergenic food labeling system for 12 foods has been operated in Korean school food service since 2012. This study was conducted to evaluate the food allergy status of Korean elementary school children's and their parents' perceptions of allergenic food labeling system. The parents of school aged(6-9yr olds) children in Gyeongbuk area were recruited to assist in this survey. Surveys were conducted by 404 parents. The prevalence of food allergy was 18.1%(73 students) and about one-half of the food allergic children had a family history of allergies, in particular, maternal family history. The major symptoms were related to skin and the major allergenic foods were mackerel, eggs, milk, wheat, crab and tomatoes. The parents eliminated the allergenic food from diet of 43.8% of the children with food allergy. Participants had an average knowledge score of 68% correct. The average knowledge score was higher for parents with food allergic children than for parents with intact children(p<.05). Over 61% of the respondents were not satisfied with allergenic food labeling system operated in school food service. The requirements for the allergenic food labeling system were the front-of-package labeling, conspicuous description and insert of warning sign. The parents estimated that the most important effect of the allergenic food labeling system was the improvement of psychological and physical health in children with food allergy. Because the only prevention method for food allergy is the restriction of allergenic food, the institutional device to expand the food labeling to unpackaged food as well as packaged food and to make people trust the food labeling should be prepared.

The Records of Origin and Transport of Sediments From the Past to the Present in the Yellow Sea

  • A total of 116 surface sediment samples were obtained on the Yellow Sea and analyzed for grain size and geochemical elements in order to interpret the present sediment transportation. Thirty-nine cores and 3,070 line-km shallow seismic profiles are analyzed for sedimentary records of Yellow Sea in the past. Results show that the boundary of sediment transport between Korean side and Chinese side is about between $123^{\circ}E$ and $124^{\circ}E$. The similar result is produced from Shi et al. (in this publication). Two cyclonic patterns of surface sediments are recognized in the northeastern and southwestern Yellow Sea, while the strong front zone of the mud patch and sandy sediments are found in the southeastern Yellow Sea (the southwestern part of Korean coasts). The formation of fine-particle sediment packages, called for Northwest Mudbelt Deposit (NWMD), Hucksan Mudbelt Deposit (HSMD) and Jeju Mudbelt Deposit (JJMD), are resulted from eddies (gyres) of water circulations in the Yellow Sea. NWMD has been formed by cyclonic (anticlockwise) eddy. NWMD is composed of thick, homogeneous, relatively semi-consolidated gray clay-dominated deposit. On the other hand, HSMD and JJMD are formed by anticyclonic (clockwise) eddies. They are thick, homogeneous, organic-rich gray, silt-dominated deposit. Both core and surface sediments show that the middle zone across Chinese and Korean side contains bimodal frequency of grain-size distribution, indicating that two different transport mechanisms exist. These mud packages are surrounded by sand deposits from both Korea and China seas, indicating that Yellow Sea, which is the shallow sea and epicontinental shelf, is formed mostly by sand deposits including relict sands. The seismic profiles show such as small erosional/non-depositional channels, sand-ridges and sand-waves, Pleistocene-channelfilled deposits, a series of channels in the N-S major channel system, and thick Holocene sediment package, indicating that more complex sedimentary history exists in the Yellow Sea.

실버 세대를 위한 국내·외 블라우스에 나타난 디자인 특성 분석 (Analysis on the design characteristics of blouse for silver generation in domestic and foreign)

  • Increasing of Korean old women's rate is demographic characteristics attributed an aging society, silver generation would lead to silver fashion market with steady competitiveness and interest in fashion. So the study attempts to use foundation material for silver's fashion design by analyzing design characteristics and processing development of design representative women's top. Selecting brand for collecting photo using study represents a mid- and premium-priced with reference Brand Yearbook. After selecting brand on domestic and foreign I have collected picture from Internet shopping mall and web-site of fashion brand, from October 2013 to July 2014, but I selected 840 pictures based on front poses for easy decision. In order to search design characteristics according to sort of silver blouse design on domestic and foreign. I have examined shape, color, pattern, fabric sensation, inside composition line and decoration with reference standard of analysis in preceding research. Data analysis method was conducted on analysis of frequency and cross analysis using SPSS statistical package 21.0. The conclusion of design characteristic according to type of blouse design for silver, H-silhouette in shirt blouse seems to fit in body transformation and expose silhouette with correcting the body flaw. Using soft material in T-shirt blouse they are able to conceal a body defect and express beautiful silhouette. By using detail in pullover shirt blouse and tunic blouse for point of design, it express glamour and luxurious. Most of blouse are printed various pattern, it would looks more gorgeous using pattern.

대전지역 아파트 단위주호 계획에 대한 거주자의 주거의식에 관한 조사연구 (Survey on Condominium Apartment Dwellers' Consciousness of Unit Plan in Daejeon City)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the residents' consciousness of the unit plan on condominium apartment and to contribute to develop a condominium apartment unit plan in Daejeon City. This research was performed by a questionnaire survey method, 464 data was collected from apartment residents lived in about $85\;m^2$ unit with 3 rooms and the apartments was limited to the complexes within 1-4 years of the length of building at Yuseong-gu and Seo-gu. By analyzing those data, findings are as follows: 1) Residents thought living room, kitchen and bathroom were importment space in a unit plan. They needed a storage function in an entrance and a intermediate room, and Anbang(mater bedroom) so did. 2) L-DK plan type was very popular and the type of front DK with L on the floor plan was preferred. This was unique results. 3) Sub-kitchen was needed for a refrigerator of Kimchi, the location of it was related to a main kitchen and a utility. the third room was needed for library, home office and storage space. 3) Bath-tub in An-bang and showe-booth in public bathroom was preferred. This was same to the popular trend of Korean condominium apartment. 4) The enlargment remodeling of balcony was showed livingroom balcony or personal bedrooms at the time of occupancy. They needed the balcony near a kitchen or an utility to equip a storage facility. Additionally, residents were preferred to their taste rather than a choice of interior concept package services.

터치스크린 기반 웹브라우저 조작을 위한 손가락 제스처 개발 (Development of Finger Gestures for Touchscreen-based Web Browser Operation)

  • Compared to the existing PC which uses a mouse and a keyboard, the touchscreen-based portable PC allows the user to use fingers, requiring new operation methods. However, current touchscreen-based web browser operations in many cases involve merely having fingers move simply like a mouse and click, or not corresponding well to the user's sensitivity and the structure of one's index finger, making itself difficult to be used during walking. Therefore, the goal of this study is to develop finger gestures which facilitate the interaction between the interface and the user, and make the operation easier. First, based on the frequency of usage in the web browser and preference, top eight functions were extracted. Then, the users' structural knowledge was visualized through sketch maps, and the finger gestures which were applicable in touchscreens were derived through the Meaning in Mediated Action method. For the front/back page, and up/down scroll functions, directional gestures were derived, and for the window closure, refresh, home and print functions, letter-type and icon-type gestures were drawn. A validation experiment was performed to compare the performance between existing operation methods and the proposed one in terms of execution time, error rate, and preference, and as a result, directional gestures and letter-type gestures showed better performance than the existing methods. These results suggest that not only during the operation of touchscreen-based web browser in portable PC but also during the operation of telematics-related functions in automobile, PDA and so on, the new gestures can be used to make operation easier and faster.

허니버터아몬드 사건으로 본 포장디자인의 상표로서의 식별력 - 대법원 2020.5.14. 선고 2019후11787 판결 (Study on the Identification of Packaging Design as a Trademark by Analyzing so-called Honey Butter Almond case)

  • 이 논문에서는 상품의 포장디자인이 단순히 도안에 불과한 것이 아닌 상표로서의 식별력을 가질 수 있음을 인정하여 화제가 되었던 일명 '허니버터아몬드 판결'을 분석하였다. 위 판결에서는 다툼의 대상이 된 등록상표의 식별력 여부와 선사용상표와의 유사성 여부가 쟁점이 되었다. 우선 다툼의 대상이 된 등록상표의 식별력과 관련하여, 법원은 포장 전면 도형 부분의 표현 방법과 전체적인 구도 등의 특수성이 흔히 사용되는 표현 방식과 구분되는 이상 해당 도안은 출처의 식별표지로서 기능할 수 있다고 하였고 특히 과자 등 저관여 제품에서는 포장 전면 도형을 통해 출처를 식별하는 것이 일반적이라는 점도 이를 뒷받침한다는 등의 이유로 해당 등록상표의 식별력을 인정하였다. 한편 선사용상표(과자 '허니버터칩')와는 그 호칭 및 관념상 차이가 있어 그 지배적 인상이 유사하다고 보기 어렵다고 하였다. 위 판결은 상품의 포장디자인도 그 구도와 표현 방식의 독특성을 통해 상표로서의 식별력을 획득할 수 있다고 보아 포장 도안의 상품 표지로서의 기능을 인정한 데 의의가 있다. 다만 독점부당성을 부인하면서도 그에 대한 구체적 설명은 다소 부족하다는 점은 아쉬운 부분이다.

랑뮤어 탐침에 의해 변형된 열플라즈마 특성에 관한 해석적 연구 (Numerical Study on the Characteristics of Thermal Plasmas Disturbed by Inserting a Langmuir Probe)

  • 플라즈마 진단법 중 손쉽고 구동이 용이한 장점으로 인해 범용 플라즈마 진단 장치로 사용되는 랑뮤어 (Langmuir) 탐침법은 탐침이 직접 플라즈마 내에 삽입됨으로써 플라즈마를 간섭하기 때문에 플라즈마 고유의 특성을 변형시키는 약점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 대기압 아르곤 자유 연소 아크 (free-burning arc)에 삽입된 랑뮤어 탐침에 의한 교란 영향을 고찰하기 위하여 탐침 유무에 따른 열플라즈마 상태를 수치계산 하였고, 온도장과 속도장이 왜곡된 정도를 비교 분석하였다. 열플라즈마를 모델링하기 위하여 열유동장과 전자기장에 관한 두 종류의 지배방정식을 상용 CFD 프로그램과 자체 제작한 서브루틴을 이용하여 연계 계산하였다. 삽입된 탐침에 의해 열플라즈마 온도장은 탐침의 앞뒤에서 모두 플라즈마 축의 수직 방향으로 큰 변화를 나타내는 열적 교란이 발생되었다. 속도장에서는 탐침 선단의 정체 영역과 후단 후류 영역에서 유동 교란이 발생되었으며, 삽입 된 탐침의 영향이 국부적인 것이 아닌 플라즈마 유동장 대부분 영역에 영향을 미침을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 탐침법의 신뢰성을 높이기 위해서는 탐침 삽입에 의한 플라즈마의 열유체역학적 교란을 고려해야 한다.

최적 요모멘트 분배 방법을 이용한 고장 안전 통합 섀시 제어기 설계 (Integrated Chassis Control System with Fail Safety Using Optimum Yaw Moment Distribution)

  • 본 논문은 전자제어식 조향 및 제동 장치를 장착한 차량에 대해 고장 안전 기능을 가지는 통합 섀시 제어 시스템을 제안한다. 통합 섀시 제어 시스템에서 상위 제어기는 슬라이딩 모드 제어 이론을 이용하여 제어 요모멘트를 만들어 낸다. 하위 제어기는 가중 의사-역행렬 기반 제어 분배 방법(WPCA)으로 제어 요모멘트를 전자제어식 조향 및 제동 장치의 타이어 힘으로 분배한다. WPCA 의 가변 가중치를 조절하여 구동기 혹은 센서의 고장에 대처할 수 있다. 이러한 상황에서 WPCA 방법으로 가변 가중치를 최적화하여 요모멘트 분배 성능을 향상시키기 위해 시뮬레이션을 이용한 최적화 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 차량 시뮬레이션 패키지인 CarSim 에서 시뮬레이션을 수행한다.
