애니메이션 작업에 있어 컴퓨터는 꼭 필요한 도구가 되었다. 그러나 컴퓨터와 그에 따른 소프트웨어들의 특성을 잘 파악하지 못할 경우 노력에 상응하는 결과물을 만들지 못할 수도 있다. 이미지 포맷의 부정확한 이해에서 이러한 경우가 발생하기도 한다. 대다수 작업자들은 제작공정 속에서 이미지 포맷을 습관적으로 선택하는 경우가 많으나, 이미지 포맷은 분명한 기능적 차이를 가지고 있으며 그 효율적 사용법도 다르다. 그러므로 보다 효율적인 작업을 위해 애니메이션 작업에 주로 사용되는 여러 종류의 이미지 포맷들을 특성을 파악하는 것이 필요하다. 먼저 오늘날 통신, 데이터저장 등 컴퓨터 전반에서 널리 쓰이는 데이터 압축의 두 종류인 손실 압축과 비손실 압축의 원리와 이미지표현의 서로 다른 구조인 비트맵 방식과 벡터 방식의 차이점, 24비트 트루 컬러와 8피트 알파채빌 등을 살펴보았다. 이러한 특성들을 토대로 2D, 3D, 합성, 편집 등 여러 형태의 애니메이션 작업 간에 사용되는 이미지 포맷들의 기능적 차이점과 그에 따른 장단점을 분석하였으며 실험을 통하여 JPG 파일이 컴퓨터 작업 중에 적은 용량을 차지할 것이라는 생각이 잘못된 것임을 증명하였다. 결론적으로 용량, 기능, 화질을 고려할 때, 편집, 합성, 3D, 2D를 막론하고 가장 효율적인 포맷으로는 TIF 포맷을 제안하며 학교 교육에서는 어도비사의 교육용 프로그램을 많이 사용하므로 호환성과 기능이 우수한 PSD 포맷을 제안하였다. 본 논문이 학교 교육에서나 실무 작업에서 이미지 포맷을 선택함에 있어 기준이 되기를 기대한다.

공간정보 시스템의 구축과 운영에서 메타데이터는 핵심 요소 중의 하나이다. 따라서 국내외 표준화 기구나 단체에서 현실적인 수요를 반영한 다양한 메타데이터를 개발 공표하고 있다. 그리나 국제 표준이나 국가 표준 등이 많은 항목으로 구성되어 있고 메타데이터 서버를 구축하는 경우에는 XML 형식으로 저장, 관리할 필요가 있기 때문에 실무 응용 시스템에서는 표준 형식을 따르기 보다는 운영 기관별로 별도의 메타데이터 사양을 설정하여 사용하는 경우가 많다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국제 표준인 ISO/TC 19115와 TIAS.KO-10.0139와 TTAS.IS-19115와 같은 단체 메타데이터 표준으로 손쉽게 입력할 수 있도록 직접 공간자료 포맷으로부터 메타데이터 항목과 요소를 추출하여 직접 XML로 저장할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 프로그램에서 공간영상정보에 대한 자료 포맷의 경우에는 ISO/TC 19115-2 메타데이터 표준 사양으로 추출, 저장할 수 있도록 하였다. 한편 메타데이터 표준간의 항목이나 요소들이 일부 상이하기 때문에 메타데이터 추출 가능과 함께 메타데이터 간의 변환 기능을 개발하여 메타데이터의 상호 운영이 가능하도록 하였다. 본 연구에서는 활용도가 높은 자료 포맷을 대상으로 하였으나 기타 자료 포맷이나 기관별 메타데이터 사양을 처리할 수 있는 확장 기능 구현을 통하여 메타데이터 표준의 활용도를 증가시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

정지궤도위성의 원격데이터 통신 포맷은 제한된 통신 속도 대비 대량으로 생성되는 위성 데이터를 효율적으로 수신하고, 36,000km 고도에서 운영되는 정지궤도위성의 원격명령어 수신 결과를 정확하게 확인하기 위해 설계된다. 한국항공우주연구원에서 개발하여 2018년과 2020년에 각각 발사 및 운영 중인 천리안2A호와 2B호는 한국 최초의 정지궤도위성인 천리안1호의 임무를 연속하여 수행하도록 설계되었다. 따라서 정지궤도위성과 지상국의 안정적이고 효율적인 원격 통신을 위해 필요한 원격 통신 설계 요소들을 승계하였다. 한편, 원격 데이터의 처리 및 운영을 담당하는 천리안 2A호와 2B호의 탑재소프트웨어는 다목적위성시리즈를 통해 그 성능이 더욱 개선되어 왔으며 최신의 원격 데이터 처리 및 운영 알고리즘이 구축되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 정지궤도위성의 향상된 원격 데이터 송수신을 위한 원격명령어 및 원격측정데이터의 포맷 및 운영 개념 설계를 제안하고, 실제 천리안 2A호와 2B호의 탑재소프트웨어에 적용된 내용들을 상세하게 기술한다.

The article clarifies the conditions for information, digital and educational accessibility for higher education seekers with disabilities in terms of distance learning caused by quarantine restrictions. It is established that such conditions are regulated by international and Ukrainian legal documents (The Standard Rules on the Equalization of Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities, Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, Sustainable Development Goals, Law of Ukraine "On Education", Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education", Strategy for the Development of Higher Education in Ukraine 2021-2031, Development Strategy areas of innovation for the period up to 2030, Development strategy of the sphere of innovation activity for the period up to 2030). As a part of information barrierlessness, Higher Education Institutions (HEI) should provide access to information in various formats and using technologies, in particular Braille script, large-type printing, audio description (audio descriptive commenting), sign language interpretation, subtitling, a format suitable for reading by screen access programs, formats of simple speech, easy-to-read formats, means of alternative communication. The experience of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University is described. In particular, special attention is paid to the study of sign language: in view of this, the initiative group implemented the project "Learning to hear and overcome social isolation together" with the financial support of the British Council in Ukraine. Within the framework of digital accessibility, the official website of the Faculty of Social and Psychological Education has been adapted for the visually impaired in accordance with WCAG 2.0 World Standards. In 2021, Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University implemented the project "Cultural, Recreational and Tourist Cherkasy Region: Inclusive Social 3D Map" funded by the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation; a site with available content for online travel in the region to provide barrier-free access to the historical and cultural heritage of Cherkasy region was created. Educational accessibility is achieved by increasing the number of people with special educational needs, receiving education in inclusive groups; activities of the Center for Social and Educational Integration and Inclusive Rehabilitation Social Tourism "Bez barieriv" ("Without barriers"); implementation of a research topic for financing the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine: "Social and psychological rehabilitation of children and youth with special educational needs by means of inclusive tourism"; implementation of the project "Social inclusion of distance educational process"; development of information campaigns to popularize the ideas of accessibility, the need for its implementation, ongoing training programs and competitions, etc.

Ethernet passive optical networks (PONs) are an emerging access network technology that provides a low-cost method of deploying optical access lines between a carrier's central office and a customer site. In this paper, we propose a new algorithm of dynamic bandwidth allocation for multimedia services over Ethernet PONs. To implement the suggested dynamic bandwidth allocation algorithm, we present control message formats that handle classified bandwidths in a multi-point control protocol of Ethernet PONs.

Remotely accessible information resources are greatly increasing in number and importance, but thee are stored in different systems and in different formats all over the world. For this reason, the bibliographic control must be established for the network information resources. This paper intends to describe the characteristics of remote electronic journal, to review some projects and issues related to the cataloging of remote electronic journal, expecially field 856(electronic locatio and access) in the USMARC, and to analyze AACR2R(chapter 9,12), ISBED(ER), OCLC manual, and, CCM Module 31.

White-emitting OLEDs have been prepared that provide emission close to 6500 K color temperature (D65) with exceptional stability and high efficiency. The combination of host and dopant materials offers significant improvement for full color displays, in terms of power consumption, with minimal changes in color and efficiency with current density. These features are important for fabricating RGB and RGBW full color displays using white OLEDs with color filters.

This document outlines a new color image encryption technology development. After splitting the original image into 240-bit blocks and modifying the first block by an initialization vector, an improved Feistel circuit is applied, sponsored by a genetic crossover operator and then strong chaining between the encrypted block and the next clear block is attached to set up the confusion-diffusion and heighten the avalanche effect, which protects the system from any known attack. Simulations carried out on a large database of color images of different sizes and formats prove the robustness of such a system.

We aim to archive all the satellite images that had been scattered into Satellite Imagery Information System with setting naming rules and metadata. More than one million of scenes were collected, rectified into error-free status with metadata . Converting various formats into HDF format after considering GEOTIFF and HDF. Intranet and Internet System had been development to allow all the images to be searched and downloaded with less effort. These system will expand the usage of meteorological satellite images for expert groups and the public outside of KMA.

The purpose of this study is to develope, implement, evaluate of premarital education programs. Based on the need assessment and systemic, developmental, and feministic perspectives, this study developed several formats of premarital education programs such as the enrich program, book and internet site. The enrichment program was implemented for 13 couples, and revealed good evaluation of the general outcomes. Recommendations for future research and implementation of family life education were added.
