본 논문에서는 2021년 국내여행조사 원자료를 활용하여 국내여행의 현황을 통계학적으로 접근하여 소비의 측면을 중점으로 여행자의 특성을 분석하여 마케팅 전략에 활용하고자 한다. 또한 향후 여행사와 지방자치단체에 관광업 중흥을 위한 유용한 데이터 가공 방향을 제공하고자 한다.

본 논문은 청소년에게 영향을 미치는 서울시의 주거 환경에 관한 요소들을 다각화하여서 분석하고 주거환경의 양적 측정방법을 제시하였다. 청소년의 성장과정에서 주거환경은 중요하다는 사실은 누구도 부정할 수 없는 사실이다. 이러한 사실에 기반하여 주거환경을 다각화로 분석하여 제시하였으므로, 이를 필요로 하는 서울시 정책 담담자 혹은 서울시 교육청에게 도움이 될 것이라 생각된다.

유치원은 학령이 안 된 어린이의 심신 발달을 위한 교육 시설이다. 그러므로 본 연구는 학부모들이 첫 교육을 중요하게 생각하는 만큼 수많은 유치원의 다각적인 정보를 원아 학부모들이 한 눈에 파악 및 비교할 수 있게끔 하기 위해 수행되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 유치원을 선정하려고 하는 학부모들의 불편을 최소화하고 정보를 투명하게 공개하여 선택의 폭을 넓혀 확실한 선택을 할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 이를 달성하기 위해 본 팀은 데이터베이스 시스템을 활용하여 보다 편리한 서비스 및 유용한 정보를 제공하였다.

인구가 감소하고 있는 농어촌의 지역경제를 살림과 동시에 지역 소멸을 예방하고, 정착 지역 탐색에 많은 시간을 할애하는 귀농희망자들을 위해 도움을 줄 수 있는 데이터베이스를 설계하고 구축하였다. 사용자는 이 데이터베이스를 활용하여 사용자가 원하는 조건에 맞는 상위 5개 지역을 추천받을 수 있다. 정부와 기업이 귀농 지역 추천 데이터베이스를 활용하여 귀농을 희망하는 사람들의 행태를 알아보면 농촌 지역과 지방 소도시 지역 개발 및 활성화를 긍정적으로 예상할 수 있고, 이러한 관심이 결과적으로는 우리나라의 국토 균형발전에 큰 도움이 될 것이다.

플래시 메모리는 센서 네트워크가 가진 제약 조건을 만족하는 저장 매체이다. 그러나 센서 네트워크에 필요한 프로그램의 개발 환경은 불편하고, 가장 중요한 이슈인 에너지 소모에 대한 편리하고 정확한 측정 수단이 없는 것이 현실이다. 그에 따라 본 논문은 에너지 소모량의 측정을 지원하고 여러 플래시 메모리 환경을 조절하여 실험을 할 수 있는 플래시 메모리 소프트웨어 시뮬레이터를 설계 및 구현하였다.

The conversion of mitotic chromosome into interphase chromatin consists of at least two separate processes, the decondensation of the mitotic chromosome and the formation of the higher-order structure of interphase chromatin. Previously, we showed that depletion of BAF53 led to the expansion of chromosome territories and decompaction of the chromatin, suggesting that BAF53 plays an essential role in the formation of higher-order chromatin structure. We report here that BAF53 is associated with mitotic chromosomes during mitosis. Immunostaining with two different anti-BAF53 antibodies gave strong signals around the DNA of mitotic preparations of NIH3T3 cells and mouse embryo fibroblasts (MEFs). The immunofluorescent signals were located on the surface of mitotic chromosomes prepared by metaphase spread. BAF53 was also found in the mitotic chromosome fraction of sucrose gradients. Association of BAF53 with mitotic chromosomes would allow its rapid activation on the chromatin upon exit from mitosis.

Irreversible magnetization between the zero-field-cooled (ZFC) and field-cooled (FC) states in $Y_{1-x}Sr_xMnO_3$ (x=0 and 0.2) was investigated. $YMnO_3$ and $Y_{0.8}Sr_{0.2}MnO_3$ have a hexagonal structure and the lattice parameter a decreases from 7.4408 ${\AA}$ to 7.4327 ${\AA}$ while c increases from 12.2244 ${\AA}$ to 12.2287 ${\AA}$ for $YMnO_3$ and $Y_{0.8}Sr_{0.2}MnO_3$, respectively. An anomaly is observed at around 74 K in ZFC and FC magnetization measurements for $YMnO_3$, whereas in $Y_{0.8}Sr_{0.2}MnO_3$ the ${\sigma}_{ZFC}$ and ${\sigma}_{FC}$ are split at low temperature, indicating glass-like behavior.

The $Ni_{0.5}Zn_{0.5}Fe_2O_4$ nanoparticles about 30 nm were prepared using sol-gel method with metal nitrates dissolved in 2-methoxyathanol. The concentrations of the metal nitrates are adjusted from 0.1 to 0.75 M in order to study the influence on the structural and magnetic properties. The structure and morphology characterization revealed that the crystallinity was improved and the nanoparticle size was increased with the nutrition solution concentrations up to 0.5 M. Degraded crystallinity together with decreased nanoparticle size were observed for concentration of 0.75 M. The saturation magnetization at room temperature reached maximum at 0.5 M, which can be explained by considering the crystallinity and size effect.

Objectives : The focus of the review was laid on differences in research pertaining to thread embedding acupuncture between domestic and foreign journals. Methods : We collected 53 Korean articles on thread embedding acupuncture study from 4 Korean article searching sites, and 80 foreign articles from Pubmed. We analyzed the number of the theses according to the publication year, study method, journal, and subject. Results : A total number of 134 thread embedding acupuncture articles were categorized as 100 clinical trials, 14 experimental papers, and 19 literature reviews. Of the collected clinical trials, 55 were case studies, 6 were CCTs and 39 were RCTs. The domestic clinical trials were comprised of 36 case studies, 1 CCT, and 2 RCTs, and foreign clinical trials were comprised of 19 case studies, 5 CCTs, and 37 RCTs. Although only 12 of the 39 domestic clinical trials exclusively treated thread embedding acupuncture to the experimental group, 38 out of 61 foreign clinical trials undertook thread embedding acupuncture as the sole treatment. While the 2 domestic RCTs research had no significant evidence that the experimental group was different from the control group, the experimental group demonstrated better responses than the control group in 31 of the 37 foreign RCT studies. Conclusions : Studies on thread embedding acupuncture are more intensively studied in the foreign field in comparison to the domestic field. Referring to the results from the foreign thread embedding acupuncture studies, domestic use of thread embedding acupuncture should be expanded. Also, more refined research needs to be conducted in the domestic field in order for the Koran medicine to lead the thread embedding acupuncture. This study is limited in that the literature search in the foreign journals were restricted.
