식도 및 기도이물의 통계적 고찰 (A Statistical Study of Foreign Body in Food and Air Passage)

  • 1972년부터 1980년말까지 본 대학 이비인후과 외래를 통해서 본 식도, 기도의 이물환자 138명에 대한 성별, 연령별 및 이물의 종류와 개재부위에 대한 통계적 고찰을 한 결과 다음과 같은 성적을 얻었다. 1) 연령별로는 5세이하가 102명(73.9%)이었다. 2) 부위별로는 식도이물 132명, 기도이물 6명으로 22 : 1이었다. 3) 성별로는 식도이물 132명중 남자가 81명(61.4%)였으며, 기도이물 6명중 남자가 4명(66.7%)이였다. 4) 식도이물중에서 적화가 112명(84.8%)로 가장 많았고 그외에 육류, 금속류, 골편, 바둑알, 조개껍질등이었다. 5) 개재부위별로는 식도이물에서는 제1협착부가 126명(95.5%) 였으며 기도이물에서는 기관지, trachea였다. 6) 이물의 잔류기간은 식도이물에서 112명(84.8%)가 24시간이내에 내원하였고 기도이물에서는 4명(66.7%)가 24시간이내에 내원하였다.

한국음식의 브랜드 이미지가 만족도에 미치는 영향 연구 - 방한외국인을 중심으로 한식의 주요 메뉴별 조절효과 - (A Study on the Impact on Brand Image of Korea Food Satisfaction - Focused on the Mediating Effect of Korean Menu among Korea Foreign Visitors-)

  • 본 연구에서는 한국을 방문하는 외국인들을 대상으로 한식의 브랜드이미지가 한식의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 한국 대표음식을 조절변수로 어떤 영향이 있는지 조사하였다. 연구의 조사는 영어를 사용하는 방한외국인 277명을 대상으로 출국하는 외국인과 외국 관광객을 담당하는 여행사 직원에게 설문조사의 목적과 설문 방법에 대해 충분한 설명을 한 후, 그 담당자의 책임 하에 자기기입식으로 설문조사를 했다. 설문조사를 하였다. 연구결과, 한식 브랜드이미지 중 품질안정성, 매력성, 건강증진성은 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 가족지향성은 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 한식 대표음식의 식사류를 조절변수로 하여 나온 결과는 가족지향성이 긍정적인 조절효과가 있었으며, 고기류를 조절변수로 나온 결과는 품질 안정성이 긍정적인 조절효과가 있었다.

외식업소 경영자의 위생관리 평가분석을 통한 영양사의 지역내 일반음식점 위생교육 지도 필요성 고찰 (Feasibility Study for Dietitians' Roles as a Sanitation Consultant based on Managers' Self-evaluation on Sanitation Management at Restaurants in Cheonan)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine sanitation management practices of restaurant managers for the training needs analysis. A total of 26 restaurant managers participated in this study. A check list was consisted of three parts : facility, personal, and food hygiene. Two observers and one manager evaluated the same check list at same time and the results were compared. The results of this study suggested that most restaurants have needed for re-training programs in the view of facility, personal, food sanitation practices. Specially, proper washing and sanitizing methods for hands and utensils, proper cooking and holding temperature, and proper storing methods were needed to be trained. Based on this study, most independent restaurant managers in Cheonan were aware of training, but they had no effective training program manuals. Results of this study implicated that dietitians have new opportunity for consultants of independent restaurants in the region because they have practiced sanitation management manuals.

외식 프랜차이즈 선택요인이 브랜드 충성도와 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 연구 -동경(東京)지역 한국 외식 프랜차이즈를 이용하는 소비자 설문조사를 중심으로- (The Effect of Food Service Franchise Selection Factors on Brand Loyalty and Revisit Intention - Focusing on Consumer Survey in Tokyo -)

  • As Korean food service franchise companies sought to advance into around 2,000 new foreign markets, the importance of global management was emphasized. They intensively expanded into Chinese and American markets in 2015 and these two markets account for approximately 40% of total food service franchise companies in foreign countries. Although Japan has huge franchise market, Korean food service franchise companies in Japan only account for 5% of total franchise companies in Asian countries. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between food service franchise selection factors, brand loyalty, and revisit intention of Japanese consumers using Korean food service franchise companies in Japanese food service market, and based on the analysis results, draw the implications for the expansion of Korean food service franchise companies into the Japanese market. Food service franchise selection factors is defined as service and cleanliness, taste, safety and reliability, cost and convenience, and professionalism. The study results can be summarized as follows. First, analysis was performed to identify the effects of food service franchise selection factors on the brand loyalty, it showed that five food service franchise selection factors including professionalism, service and cleanliness, cost and convenience had positive (+) effects on the brand loyalty. One of the most important factors influencing the brand loyalty is professionalism. In order to raise food service franchise's professionalism, it is necessary for the food service franchise companies to establish stronger strategies containing professional operation systems and services compared to general restaurants. Second, analysis was performed to identify the effects of food service franchise selection factors on revisit intention, five food service franchise selection factors, service and cleanliness, safety and reliability, and cost and convenience had positive (+) effects on revisit intention. One of the most important factors influencing revisit intention is safety and reliability. Thus, in order to raise safety and reliability it is important to form trust with consumers by properly utilizing systems of food hygiene and food safety accreditation.

  • The main objective of this study was to investigate how Jongga and its cuisine is perceived by Koreans and foreign tourists and develop Jongga culinary culture for culinary tourism. Chungjae Jongga was chosen since it is one of the most famous Jongga in South Korea. In-depth personal interviews were performed with Koreans and foreign tourists. Interviews were performed to provide deeper insights into comments and subject matters. Most tourists selected "having lunch at Jongga" as the most distinctive part of the tour. To develop the experience at Jongga as a culinary destination, questionnaires were created to study eight areas: satisfaction, expectations as a tourist at Jongga, most impressive part of tour, preference of food serving style, length of stay, price range, things to be improved, and role of food guide. This study will help Jongga to improve food as a culinary tourist's attraction and ultimately heighten the value of Jongga. Perceptions toward Jongga and its cuisine were generally positive, but the quality of service and lack of organization in establishments were perceived to be negative factors.

간 기능 관련 식품분야의 국내${\cdot}$외 특허동향 분석 (Surveys of Domestic and Foreign Patents for Foods and Drugs Related to Improving Liver Function)

  • In this study, 3,301 domestic and foreign patents, established from 1980 to June, 2007, were reviewed in order to examine the technological trends in treating or preventing liver disease. Primary focus was placed on countries such as Korea, Japan, and the United States - the leading nations with regard to liver function research. This paper explores the systematic search that utilized a research-focused database and research analysts. Since the year 2000, Korea has demonstrated increased developments in the area of diet and liver disease, as shown by an increase in relevant patent caseloads and submissions especially for medicinal preparations containing compounds or reaction products with undetermined constitutions. In addition, there was up to a 29% increase in themarket share and the frequency of patent submissionshad increased. Japan has shown a similar trend to Korea with an increase in research, but has focused more on medical preparations containing active organic ingredients. In the United States, an increase in the number of patents was shown after the year 2000.

Analysis of the Quality of Foreign Tourists to Indonesia

  • Purpose: This research aims to analyze the quality and characteristics of foreign tourists to Indonesia. Research design, data and methodology: The indicator used to see the quality of foreign tourists is their expenditure while in Indonesia. The data used is secondary data and the statistical analysis used is panel data regression to see the effect of Economic Distance, GDP per capita, Average Length of Stay and Exchange Rate on the quality of Foreign Tourists from 2010 to 2019. Results: Foreign tourists to Indonesia are dominated by young tourists, male and stay about 8.87 days. Their expenditure is relatively low, mostly spent on accommodation, food and beverage. The variables of average length of stay, exchange rate, economic distance, and GDP per capita have a significant and positive effect on the quality of foreign tourists to Indonesia. Conclusions: The number of foreign tourists visiting Indonesia in 2010-2019 tends to increase where the majority of tourists come from countries that are geographically close to Indonesia, young tourists, and male. The quality of tourists in terms of spending is still relatively low. The characteristics of foreign tourists and economic indicators used in the study have a positive effect on improving the quality of tourists.

시중 유통 중인 한우와 수입쇠고기의 유전자 비교 및 위생 시험 (Genetic Comparison and Hygienical Test Between Korean Native Beef(Hanwoo) and Imported Beef(Holstein) Available in the Market)

  • 시장개방화로 수입쇠고기의 물량은 급증하여 최종 유통과정에서 수입쇠고기가 한우로 판매되어 소비자가 피해를 보는 등 사회적 물의를 일으키는 경우가 종종있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 한우와 수입쇠고기의 과학적 판별을 위하여 시중에 유통 중인 한우와 수입쇠고기를 최근 유전자 기법인 PCR-RAPD를 이용하여 연구하였으며 아울러 위생에 대한 안전성 문제를 점검하기 위하여 장관출혈성 대장균과 식중독 세균에 대한 미생물 시험을 실시하였다. PCR 분석에 사용된 DNA 증폭조건은 $1{\times}Taq$ polymerase buffer, 1.5 mM $MgCl_2,\;50\;\mu\textrm{M}$ dNTP, 100ng primer, 2.5 unit Taq polymerase(perkin Elmer AmpliTaq), 5~20 ng template DNA이며 최종 반응용액은 $50\;\mu\textrm{\ell}$이다. 증폭산물의 크기는 대개 0.5 kbp~2.0kbp 사이의 범위에서 검출되었다. 수입 쇠고기에서만 DNA 크기가 약 1.2kbp인 유전자 표지인자가 확인되었으며 이 유전자 표지인자의 확인으로 한우와 수입쇠고기가 90%이상 구별되었으며 이는 한우 육간의 품종판별에 유용하리라 생각된다. 위생 시험 결과 최근 사회적으로 문제가 있었던 장관출혈성 대장균 O157:H7, O26, 등을 비롯하여 주요 식중독균인 Salmonella spp. 과 Listeria monocytogenes은 전혀 검출되지 않았다.

  • 식도 및 기도이물은 이비인후과 영역에서 흔히 접하는 질환으로써 특히 식도이물의 보고 예는 국내문헌상에서도 수 많이 찾아 볼 수 있으며 이의 진단에는 X-선 촬영이 필요불가결하며 중요한 수단으로 되어 있음은 주지의 사실이다. 이중 특히 경부측면 X-선 검사를 간과하는 경우가 있으나 최근 저자들은 4세의 여아에서 2개의 동전이 중첩 계류된 것을 경부측면 X-선상에서 확인하여 식도경술하에 제거한 예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 더불어 보고하면서 식도 및 기도이물, 특히 동전의 식도이물이 의심되는 환자에서는 경부 전후경 X-검사는 물론 특히 경부 측면엑스선 검사를 반드시 실시하여야 한다는 것을 강조하는 바이다.
