  • In North-East asian countries, laver cultivation has been an important marine industry in coastal areas as well as fishery because laver (Porphyra) is nutrient-rich food and has been used in many Asian cuisines. Laver is characterized by high concentrations of fiber and minerals, a low fat content, and, in some cases, relatively high protein levels. In this paper we inplimented design of fully automatic laver harvesting, nowdays most peoples are used to collect a laver harvesting by human, it is very defficult working, due to wind, waves, and the weather conditions which is hard to stand on the ship and holding the seaweed nets it can be injurced human, this is the reason to we are developed automatic harvesting method, in this project we proposed automatic harvesting collect method which is operated without human. Mainly we design and developed automated ship, This ship is devided in to three parts frist part is supporting roller, second part is drum screener, thried part is lifting mechanism. Thise are operated with hydro pnumatic equimpment, this divice are control with micro controller. The system prototype has implemented and satisfied by the performance to realize the further level.

DCGAN을 이용한 잡육에서의 바늘 검출 (Detection of Needle in trimmings or meat offals using DCGAN)

  • Usually, during slaughter, the meat is divided into large chunks by part after deboning. The meat chunks are inspected for the presence of needles with an X-ray scanner. Although needles in the meat chunks are easily detectable, they can also be found in trimmings and meat offals, where meat skins, fat chunks, and pieces of meat from different parts get agglomerated. Detection of needles in trimmings and meat offals becomes challenging because of many needle-like patterns that are detected by the X-ray scanner. This problem can be solved by learning the trimmings or meat offals using deep learning. However, it is not easy to collect a large number of learning patterns in trimmings or meat offals. In this study, we demonstrate the use of deep convolutional generative adversarial network (DCGAN) to create fake images of trimmings or meat offals and train them using a convolution neural network (CNN).

  • 음낭 내에 발생한 경화지방육아종은 매우 드문 질환으로 지방조직의 이물반응에 의해 발생하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 주로 음경 및 음경음낭이음부에 발생한 임상적 보고 및 음낭 내 발생한 초음파 소견에 대한 증례 보고는 있었지만 저자들이 아는 한도에서는, 음낭 내 경화지방육아종의 자기공명영상 소견에 대하여 자세히 보고된 바는 없었고, 특히나 영문으로는 본 저자들이 탈장성형술 후 발생한 음낭 내 감염성 경화지방육아종에 대해 처음 보고하는 바이다.

한국 지역사회영양의 현황과 전망 (Current Status and Prospects of Community Nutrition in Korea)

  • The nutritional status is strictly related with flood production, flood processing, and distribution along with habits, education and technological achievement, adapted and adjusted to socio-economic conditions. All these factors are independently affecting the nutritional status of populations. In addition to the above mentioned factors launch of it is useful to consider two points ; unification of the South and the North Korea and WTO. The present study gives and overview of basic knowledge about nutritional status of Korean by using availab1e data in relation to nutrition. The basic characteristics of Korean diet with proportions high in carbohydrate and low in fat, have been relatively constant for the past two decades. The average daily flood intake in terms of weight of flood per person is relatively constant throughout the years. Although the proportion of animal food intake tends to increase recently, the Korean diet is still insufficient in meat, eggs, milk, and fish. Moreover because milk has not been accustomed flood with the general population and not much used in traditional flood preparation in Korea, milk consumption was especially low in comparison with western countries. The total energy intake was relatively constant throughout the years from 1969 to 1993. However, changes in the composition have occurred in the past two decades. The amount and proportions of fat have been s1ightly increasing while the total amount of carbohydrate has been decreasing. The nutrition preblems of Korea have changed over the past severa1 decades. The general adequacy of protein and energy existing after Korean War(1950) was resolved now. Since then the average diet appears to be nearly desirable in terms of rapid rates of growth during childhood and attainment of progressively stature and body weight at maturity. The dietary habits of some young people in these days seem to be taking a more western style diets. This trends if established by habit may lead to a marked change in the traditional diet and health. I think Korean nutritional experiences have potential values for tole other countries in Asia and in western countries. Korean diet illustrates a high level of nutritional status and health attainable will a largely vegetable diet : high in complex carbohydrates, and dietary fibre, and low in tat, and reasonable amount of total protein. This is significant for developing and developed countries that must select specific goals fir adequate nutrition for the people. Compared to the western countries, Koreas different incidence of coronary heart disease and malignancy demonstrates the significance of environment and probably the prominent role of diet in the development of these diseases. The changes occurring in the Korean diet of fir the unusual opportunity to assess the effect of diet upon chronic degenerative disease. In the future, the Korean diet might be continue to change significantly These changes are being influenced by socioeconomic factors that have been emerging and growing stronger since mid-l980 and that probably continue to be potent. The expanded purchasing power of the consumer results in increased discretionary purchases. In the case of foodstuffs, the consumer demands appear to be directed toward items of higher protein content, which, being primarily animal products, are inevitably accompanied by an increased consumption of fat. The continued availability of these more expensive flood items depends upon the balance of foreign trade favouring their importation and domestic production. A regression of foreign trade could result in a decreased supply for the consumer, whereas continued growth of trade iou]d provide freedom for increasing availability to the consumer. In this latter situation the exact choice of foodstuffs is depending upon comsumer tastes and the pressures that may influence it.

노인 건강증진용 신발의 운동과학적 효과분석 (The Scientific Analysis of Aged' Shoe for Health Promotion)

  • 본 연구에서는 국내외 실버화와 일반적인 운동화에 대한 1차 운동기능학적 분석을 통하여 노인에게 가장 적합한 신발을 정하고 2차 운동생리학적 실험을 통해 체지방률변화, 운동강도에 따른 대사량의 변화 그리고 에너지 소비량의 변화를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 대상으로는 특별한 질병을 가지고 있지 않은 남자 어른들 20명을 대상으로 하였으며, 평균나이는 $62.78{\pm}4.32$세, 신장은 $170.89{\pm}3.56cm$ 그리고 몸무게는 $75.12{\pm}8.76kg$이었다. 실험 전 실험에 대한 충분한 설명을 하고 동의서를 받은 후 데이터를 수집하였다. 본 연구를 위하여 운동 기능학적 실험과 운동 생리학적 실험을 수행하였으며, 본 연구결과 걷기나 달리기 시 최초 발 뒤꿈치 접촉 시 발이 회내(pronation)되는 정도와 최대 회내가 되는 정도를 알아 본 결과 걷기속도가 가장 빠르게 나온 B형의 신발이 회내값($-2.3{\pm}1.05^{\circ}$)이 가장 크게 나타났으며 일반걷기용 신발에서 가장 작은 값($-1.5{\pm}0.49^{\circ}$)을 보여주고 있다. 또한 노인들의 일상생활에서 착용하는 건강증진용 신발을 대상으로 운동 생리학적 부분을 살펴보면 체지방율의 변화는 모든 그룹에서 감소는 하였으나, 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았는데, 이는 체지방율의 변화를 가져오기 위해서 일시적인 운동이 아닌 규칙적이고 장기적인 운동이 필요할 것으로 사료되어지며, 노인들이 건강증진용 기능화를 장기적으로 착용하여 운동할 경우 체 지방율에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 사료되어진다.

일측구순열변형에서 이갑개연골이식술을 이용한 상구순 함몰의 교정 (Correction of Upper Lip Depression Using Conchal Cartilage Graft in Unilateral Cleft Lip Deformity)

  • Purpose: To correct the upper lip depression after the correction of unilateral cleft lip, autologous grafts such as bone, dermal, fascial grafts and fat injections or alloplastic implants are used. Transplanted bones, dermis and fascia have a tendency to be absorbed and have donor morbidity. Fat injections are absorbed inconsistently and alloplastic implants have problems such as foreign body reactions, protrusions and infections. Authors corrected the upper lip depression using conchal cartilage graft in unilateral cleft lip deformity and the results was analysed with photos. Methods: 26-unilateral cleft lip and 2-microform cleft lip cases, totally 28 cases were performed. Their mean age was 21.89 years. The male and female cases were 12 and 16, respectively. Under anesthesia (general: 18 cases and local: 10 cases), cavum conchae (n=8), cymba conchae (n=16) and whole conchae (n=4) were harvested. Transversely cut the margin of the obtained cartilage, we cut out the most bent portion and put a partial-thickness incision on concave surface in cases of excessive convexity. Then, we performed the onlay graft of the conchal cartilage via scar revision site in unilateral cleft lip and via the reconstruction site of the cupid bow in microform cleft lip. The augmentation of the upper lip was evaluated with photos. Adapting the baseline connecting between the both cheilions as a horizontal standard line, we measured the highest point among the tangents between the upper lip and nose (point a), the lowest point (point c), the middle point between a and c (point b) and the vertical line from the alare (point d) to the horizontal standard line. To assess the postoperative symmetry, we compared cleft side upper lip contour index (%) A,B,C,D=(a,b,c,d)-ch ${\times}$ 100/(ch-ch) and non-cleft side upper lip contour index (%) A',B',C',D'= (a',b',c',d')-ch ${\times}$ 100 / (ch-ch).h) Results: After the surgery, no complication was found except in one case which double layers graft performed in the cleft lip deformity, the lateral portion was protruded. The upper lip contour index, the difference of A and A' were-0.83%, and thus the mild depression was persisted. Difference of B and B', C and C', D and D' were 0.83%, 1.07%, 0.90%. There were statistically significant difference, and thus the depression of upper lip were improved generally. Conclusion: Authors performed the onlay graft of the conchal cartilage in unilateral cleft lip deformity and found that the depression of the upper lip was well corrected except the uppermost part when photogrammetrically analyzed.

비만 치료 한약 무작위 대조 임상시험에서의 음식 섭취량과 운동량 실태분석 (Analysis of Food Intake and Physical Activity in Randomized Controlled Trials on Herbal Medicine for Treatment of Human Obesity)

  • Objectives: The objective of this study was to analyse the methods being used to control food intake and physical activity in RCTs of human obesity. Methods: A total of 21 randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were investigated. Nine of which were domestic studies from "http://oasis.kiom.re.kr" and the other of which were foreign studies from systematic reviews of RCTs on herbal medicine for treatment of human obesity. Results: According to domestic studies, "low calorie diet" were recommended in five cases of the domestic studies, "maintain current dietary habit" were recommended in two and no information on diet was two. Considering the seven cases where the information on diet was available, patients' food intake were checked at every visit in six cases. Only two cases among the six had been dropped owing to the violation of dietary habit by patients. Exercises were prohibited in two cases, "maintain current level of phisical activity" were recommended in three cases and, from the rest, no information was available. The level of physical activity were not strictly controlled by any means hence no drop out. According to foreign studies, "low calorie diet" were recommended in two cases, "very low calorie diet (less than 700 kcal/day)" in one case, "maintain current dietary habit" in two cases, "do not eat fat" in two cases and no information was available in the rest five cases. Exercises which concerns spending about 300 kcal/day was recommended in one case, "moderate exercise" were recommended in three cases, "maintain current level of physical activity" were recommended in three cases and no information available in the rest five cases. Conclusions: In order to improve the accuracy of RCT, for the dietary side, researchers should record patient food intake at every visit by means of 24-hour dietary recall methods. This can be supplemented by multiple choice survey that are designed to help patients to diagnose themselves more accurately leading to less bias. For the exercise side, it is highly recommended to confine the exercises to walking only so as to quantify the amount of physical activity more easily by using pedometer.

우렁쉥이 껍질 중 황산화다당의 기능적 특성 (Functional Properties of Sulfated Polysaccharides in Ascidian(Halocynthia roretzs) Tunic)

  • 우렁쉥이 (Halocynthia roretzi)의 껍질에서 최근 다양한 생리적 기능이 알려진 황산화다당를 분리하여 화학성 분과 조성 당을 분석하였으며 , 기능성을 살펴보았다. 황산화다당의 황산기함량은 $2.3\%$, 황산콘드로이틴은 $25.7\%$, 그리고 uronic acid의 함량은 $5.6\%$였다. 조성당 분석결과, 5탄당으로는 arabinose $0.7\%$와 xylose가 $0.4\%$였고, 6탄당으로는 glucose가 $1.5\%$였으나. 특이하게 galactose의 함량이 $60\%$이상 검출되었다. 한편, hexosamine으로는 N-acety1gucosamine이 $9.4\%$ 및 N-acetylgalactosarnine이 $14.8\%$ 검출되었으며, uronic acid로는 D-glucuronic acid가 $10.8\%$ 검출되었다. 지방흡수력은 대조구인 chitin과 chitosan에 비하여 다소 떨어졌으며, 추출한 황산화다당의 지방흡수력은 대략 $280\%$ 정도였다. 한편 포말성 및 포말안정성은 각각 0.70 과 0.50으로 비교적 우수하였다. 유화능 및 유화안정성은 $49.2\%$$48.3\%$ 정도였으며, 황산화다당의 항혈액응고능은 APTT가 65초로 저지효과가 인정되었으나, PT저지효과는 없었다. ACE저해능의 측정 결과. 약간의 ACE저해효과가 있었으며, 채택된 실험방법에 따라 동일시료의 경우에 있어서도 저해효과 값이 차이가 있었다.

대학 엘리트 카나디언 선수들의 어깨·허리·무릎 관절의 등속성 근기능 평가 및 진단 (Assessment of Isokinetic Muscle Function in Elite Canadian College Paddlers)

  • 본 연구는 대학 엘리트 카나디언 선수들의 등속성 근기능을 검사 및 진단하여 선수들의 기능 향상 및 상해예방을 위한 훈련 방법론에 대한 조언을 하고자 함에 목적이 있다. 경주 소재 D 대학의 평균 8.5년의 경력을 가진 8명의 엘리트 선수들이 실험에 참가했으며, Biodex system III, Biodex stabilizer system, THP 2, Inbody 720이 근기능 검사(peak torque, average power, work fatigue), 동적 균형 검사, 신체성분 검사를 위해 사용되었다. 등속성 근기능 검사는 어깨와 허리, 무릎 관절에 대하여 실시하였으며, 측정 후 동측 불균형과 좌 우측 불균형 정도를 평가하였다. 검사 결과 A3, A4, A5, A6, A8 선수는 어깨의 근력과 파워 훈련이, A1, A2, A7, A8 선수는 어깨의 근지구력 훈련이 필요한 것으로 평가되었다. A2, A5, A8 선수는 허리의 근력과 파워 강화 훈련이 필요하였고, A1, A8 선수는 허리의 근지구력 강화 훈련이 필요하였다. 대부분의 선수들은 무릎과 허리의 동측 근력비가 정상적이지 못했는데, 이의 개선을 위해 A2, A3, A4, A8 선수는 복근의 강화가 필요했고 A3, A5, A6, A7, A8 선수는 햄스트링의 강화가 요구되었다. 선수들의 BMI 평균은 24.90 $kg/m^2$, 체지방율은 12.23%, 반응시간 평균은 324 msec, 밸런스 점수는 각각 2.0 미만으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 카나디언 엘리트 선수들은 근력 불균형에 의한 경기력 저하와 상해 잠재 위험성이 있으므로 정기적인 근기능 검사를 통한 관리와 함께 적절한 훈련 처방이 필요할 것이라 생각된다.

한국산(韓國産) SAUSAGE에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (시판(市販) SAUSAGE의 영양성분(營養成分)과 외국(外國) SAUSAGE와의 비교(比較)) (Studies of Sausages in Korea -Comparison of Nutritive Components of Korean Commercial Sausages and Foreign Sausages-)

  • 국민소득(國民所得)의 향상(向上)과 아울러 식생활(食生活)의 변천(變遷)으로 특(特)히 sausage와 같이 식생활(食生活)을 간편화(簡便化) 시킬 수 있는 외국식품(外國食品)의 모방품(模倣品)이 우리나라에도 공업적(工業的)으로 대량생산(大量生産)되고 있다. 본고(本稿)는 sausage에 관(關)한 법적규제(法的規制)와 실험결과(實驗結果)로서 한국(韓國) sausage의 품질(品質)을 알아 보고자 하였다. 1. 실험재료(實驗材料)로서는 시판(市販) sausage, Beef, Hamburger Frank, Hotdog 등(等)을 제조원(製造元)에 따라 각각(各各) 3종류(種類)씩 택(擇)하여 일반성분(一般性分), 첨가물(添加物), 무기질(無機質) 등(等)을 분석(分析)하였다. 2. 일반성분(一般性分) 분석결과(分析結果)에 의(依)하면 우리나라 sausage의 영양성분(營養成分)은 일반적(一般的)으로 손색이 없다고 보며 법적(法的)으로 위배(違背)됨이 없었다. 3. 외국(外國) sausage와 비교(比較)해 볼 때 Beef sausage의 단백질함량(蛋白質含量)이 $19{\sim}23%$로 높은 값을 보이며 수분함량(水分含量)은 Hotdog$(63{\sim}69%)$를 선두로 Beef와 Hamburger 등(等)이 60%이상(以上)으로 높은 값을 나타내고 있으나, Bruhwurst(찐 sausage)류(類)의 테두리에서 벗어나지는 않는다고 본다. 그러나 지방함량(脂肪含量)은 Frank(26.5%)를 제외(除外)하고는 $4{\sim}20%$로 매우 낮은 값을 보여주어 우리나라 sausage의 타박타박한 맛이 여기에 근거하지 않는가 생각된다. 4. 결체조직(結締組織)속의 Collagen 함량(含量)을 추구하는 Hydroxyproline 측정법(測定法)을 통(通)해 얻은 결과(結果)로서는 우리나라 sausage 단백질중(蛋白質中) Collagen함량비율(含量比率)이 $2.1{\sim}15%$로 외국(外國) sausage $20{\sim}35%$에 비(比)하여 매우 낮다. 이 실험(實驗)의 결과(結果)로서는 한국시판 sausage 재료속의 육함량(肉含量)이 매우 적음을 시사해 준다. 5. 육류이외(肉類以外)의 전분등(澱粉等) 이물질(異物質)사용을 억제(抑制) 하고 있는 독일(獨逸)의 Bruhwurst(cooked sausage) 및 fresh sausage 등(等)과 생식육(生食肉)의 일반성분(一般性分)을 대조(對照)하여 그 수분(水分)/단백질지수(蛋白質指數), 지방(脂肪)/단백질지수(蛋白質指數), 건물등(乾物等)에 의(依)한 평가법(評價法)을 적용(適用)했을 때, 우리나라 sausage는 아주 색다른 비율(比率)을 나타내고 있어 수육함량(獸肉含量)이 매우 적고 대부분(大部分)이 이물단백질(異物蛋白質), 전분(澱粉), 결착보조제(結着補助劑) 등(等)을 많이 첨가(添加)하여 제조(製造)된 것을 암시(暗示)해 준다. 6. 실험(實驗)한 sausage중(中) Frank sausage의 품질(品質)이 가장 양호(良好)한 편이나 아직 외국(外國) sausage의 품질(品質)을 따르지 못 하고 있음은 그 육함량(肉含量)의 차(差)에 기인한다고 본다.
