In this paper, we analyzed whether there exists positive relation between firm's global activity and various innovation output and, if it exists, what are the major factors by which innovation outputs can be generated, focusing on the different degree of global activity. We found that for foreign MNC affiliates, their superior information access to existing knowledge is much more important and for non-MNC exporters and domestic MNC parents not only access to existing knowledge but also active investment in new knowledge is important. When we analyze the product and the process innovation separately, we found that for the process innovation information flows from existing knowledge is relatively more important while for product innovation investment in new knowledge and information flows from existing knowledge are almost equally important. Thus in Korea policies that promote both direct R&D activities and information flows should be pursued at the same time to enhance firms' innovativeness.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between corporate social responsibility and internationalization. The companies executed the CSR activity using the published index of economic justice (KEJI index) surveyed from 2013 to 2014. A total of 286 companies were included in the study. Results are as follows. First, the degree of internationalization groups showed significant differences. It found that the higher the proportion of international companies showed positively CSR activities. Especially, It found that environmental management and customer protection showed positively performed. Second, environmental management and customer protection showed positive effect on firm internationalization. It found that the higher the proportion of international companies thought environmental management and customer protection activity were more important. This study proposed that CSR activity are very important in firm performance. It showed CSR activities and strategy are presented for sustainable management.

This study is to explain the nature of transnational activities being involved in by Filipina intermarriage migrants in Korea by examining the institutional backgrounds of market, society and the state. The increasing number of Filipina intermarriage with Korean coincides with the advance of liberal market economy, which governs internal and bilateral interactions between and among the three institutions in both countries. While existing various reasons for engaging in intermarriage, a significant number of Filipina wives in Korea ventured into it with uncertain expectations that they might earn better lives and could support their families. Such hopes usually turn out in vain when they meet the real lives in Korea. It is mainly because their spouses in Korea would rather be those who left behind in the marriage market due to their lack of competitiveness. Filipina wives are also suffering from social isolation caused by language and other barriers such as family relations or rural life they might settle in. Their transnational activities usually tend to be their effort to breakthrough their unexpected condition of difficult lives in Korea. They usually make use of transnational sort of community activities to cultivate chances to engage in bread earning activity. Migrant's transnational activity has a great impact on sociocultural changes in the country of origin and of arrival. Transnational activity provides migrants with economic opportunities, and uplifts self-esteem as well. Intermarriage couples, especially with Southeast Asian wives, and their offsprings show a tendency of downward assimilation to Korean society. Korean state policy toward them should not simply apply undiscriminated assimilation theory, but take into account their possible strength of transnational identity with which they could find a means to integrate themselves successfully into the mainstream Korean society.

Although widely used as a host for recombinant protein production, Escherichia coli is unsuitable for massive screening of recombinant clones, owing to its poor secretion of proteins. A vector system containing T4 holin and T7 lysozyme genes under the control of the ptsG promoter derivative that is inducible in the absence of glucose was developed for programmed cell lysis of E. coli. Because E. coli harboring the vector grows well in the presence of glucose, but is lysed upon glucose exhaustion, the activity of the foreign gene expressed in E. coli can be monitored easily without an additional step for cell disruption after the foreign gene is expressed sufficiently with an appropriate concentration of glucose. The effectiveness of the vector was demonstrated by efficient screening of the amylase gene from a Bacillus subtilis genomic library. This vector system is expected to provide a more efficient and economic screening of bioactive products from DNA libraries in large quantities.

Recently, the outdoor activities were increased in accordance with economic growth and improved quality of life. In addition, weather and outdoor activities are closely related. Currently, Outdoor Activities decisions are determined by the Korea Meteorological Administrator's forecasts and subjective experience. Therefore, we need the analysis method that can provide a basis for the decision on outdoor activities based on meteorological information. In this paper, we propose an algorithm that can analyze meteorological information to support decision-making outdoor activities. And the algorithm is based on the data mining. In addition, we have constructed a baseball game schedule with automatic weather system's observation data in the training data. We verified the improved performance of the proposed algorithm.

Information and communication technologies used in the social sphere are born due to the development of computer technologies. The main task of the distance learning process in higher education institutions is not to provide information, but to teach how to obtain and use it. The purpose of the article: to identify innovative approaches in the training of specialists in higher education institutions in the context of distance learning. Various innovative approaches to organizing the work of students of higher educational institutions in the context of distance learning are considered. Based on the conducted research, it is concluded that each of the approaches described by us outlines the study of the phenomenon of professional training of a specialist in the condition of distance learning. All the described approaches significantly contribute to the improvement of professional training of specialists, encourage students to self-improvement, professional development and enrich their professional competence in modern conditions. The emergence and spread of innovative technologies means not only a change in the activity itself and its inherent means and mechanisms of its implementation, but also a significant restructuring of goals, value orientations, specific knowledge, skills and abilities. Therefore, the current stage of the development of civilization, scientific and technological progress requires the emergence of such specialists who would have broad humanitarian thinking, would have good psychological training, would be able to build professional activities according to laws that take into account the relationship between economic productivity and creativity, as well as the desire of the individual for constant renewal, self-realization. Only such qualities will help you master the specifics of innovative technologies well. We see the prospects in the study of innovative approaches to training specialists in higher education institutions in the condition of distance learning in foreign countries.

Today, all the countries of the world newly recognize importance of sea on 70% area of the earth, which are focused on efforts for security of marine territory and fishes resources. On the security concerns of the ocean & fishes resources, Sea are very important on the ground of the importance of the ocean, thus international community has been trying to combat a maritime security threat and illegal fisheries. Coastal states need to have proper state's jurisdiction and exercise it's jurisdiction to response effectively to a maritime security threat and illegal fisheries. Here, many of the coastal states strengthened the rights in Exclusive Economic Zone(;EEZ) naturally, there are made cooperation activities and keen competition in the sea because deepening of complex understanding of the relationship between the surrounding countries with marine surveys & continental shelf development, island territorial sovereignty & marine jurisdiction in overlap of sea area on EEZ. In these circumstances, foreign fishing boats invaded to our territorial waters and EEZ many times. in addition, Chinese fishing boats are going to illegal fisheries naturally. On this point, a powerful crackdown of maritime enforcement organization had no effect on them. Also more and more their resistance gathered strength and tendency of a illegal activities became systematization, group action and atrocity little by little. So this thesis includes a study on the regal regulation, the system and formalities on the control of illegal fishing. And the author analyzed the details of the activities of illegal fishing and boats controlled by Korea Coast Guard(KCG), fishing patrol vessels of Ministry of Maritime Affaires and Fisheries(MOMAF) and Navy etc. from in adjacent sea area of Korea. In relation to this, the policy and activity plan were devised to crackdown to illegal fisheries of foreign fishing boats and then it was enforced every year. According to this, analyze the present conditions of illegal fisheries of a foreign fishing boats on this study, also analyze the present conditions of maritime enforcement organization & found out problems to compared it. protect the territorial waters, at the same time protection of marine mineral resources & fishes resources of EEZ including continental shelf, which has want to study for the role & response of maritime enforcement organization for the protection of fisheries resources and a proper, a realistic confrontation plan of maritime enforcement organization against illegal fisheries of foreign fishing boats.

The Caravanserai, which can be discovered in the Islamic States in the regions of the Northern Africa and the Middle Asia, still maintains its profound influence to the Islamic World as one of significant edifices in the Islamic World. The majority of the Islamic people at the time of the foundation of Islamic State around AD. 7th century was the nomads, and a trade by means of caravan with their neighboring people was their critical activity for obtaining the necessities of life. With its political and social condition of the Islamic State stabilized and economy developed, the scope of commerce began to grow and the scale of trading with foreign countries started to expand. Along with this economic expansion, the caravanserai began to take a shape as a channel through which not only could the commercial commodities be traded but also religious Islamic ideas and important information could be spread into and shared with the people of neighboring countries. The significance of the caravanserai comes from such observation that it did play major roles in consolidating the solidarity of Islamic states and keeping a religious unity among them. The caravanserai, heading far beyond being a mere commercial center, ultimately functioned as a seedbed of life and spirit of the Islam. Starting from the understanding of social and political significance of the caravanserai, I set the first objective of this article to read into the architecture and interior design of the caravanserai and understand the general characteristics of the Islamic architecture and interior design.

"low and old age trend" is a big social national problem in korea but also in foreign countries. The Government pursues a policy for aged people to take part in construction site as labours. Low childbirth and avoidance of 3D work kinds lead to exposure of aged workers to industry work places. According to korea department of labour, it is expected that 18% of total economic activity people in 2008 to 27.2% in 2018 be increased with age of more than 55 old years. Therefore, It is needed that more countermeasures for old workers should be taken for safer work conditions. This old workers with more than 55 old years contain major portion of accident occurrence in construction industry. It is found that accident rate in construction industry can be decreased if appropriate technical safety training is provided to them who wish to work at construction sites. Statistic analysis such as frequency, cross, logistic regression using program package SPSS 13.0 has been made after collecting questionnaire survey of more than 330 workers at construction sites.
