In 2000, the EU set up an energy policy related renewables use for electricity demand up to $22\%$ on the purpose of preventing energy exhaustion and world climate exchange. Technology development and energy production policy on coal, oil and natural gas focus on how to minimize their environmental effects since the world energy system will continue to be dominated by fossil fuels with almost $90\%$ of total energy supply in 2030. In the long run, the EU drives expansion policy of the renewable energy. If related policies and programs will show successful operation in the near future and will be resulted in increase of budget, we could expect the possibility of expansion of renewable energy market in Korea in the future.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand and describe the experiences of exercise maintenance in elderly with osteoarthritis (OA). Methods: Three focus group interviews were conducted with a total of 19 older adults with OA who have been exercising for more than six months. Results: Two main themes emerged from the analysis: the changing exercise in life's journey (exercise maintained by self and family affection, exercise maintained by social networking expansion, exercise changing for function and body-image and exercise changing for economic efficiency) and the exercise pervaded into the life (Exercise used as a side effect-free treatment, exercise internalized by will and a sense of accomplishment and exercise become daily routine habits). Conclusion: Despite the various problems associated with aging and OA, participants made exercise a part of their lives by changing it to fit their own functions, abilities and circumstances. It is necessary to emphasize the positive aspects of the overall situation and to provide appropriate education and exercise based on the theory as well as the individual's overall fitness and limitations.

ㆍ RosettaNet is one of the most rapidly expanding XML- based B2B standards aiming at lingua-franca for e-Business. ㆍ RosettaNet delivers PIP/sup TM/-based B2B process standards, dictionaries, and implementation frameworks guaranteeing interoperability among integration solutions. ㆍ RosettaNet is an evolutionary standard featuring need-based expansion, implementation-promoting development methodology, and release model based on collective agreement among members. ㆍ RosettaNet plans to continue to focus the majority of its efforts on vertical supply chain and business model specific e-commerce process standards, with an emphasis on rapid adoption and production implementation in the high technology industry.

This study aims to provide basic understanding for evaluating the quantitative and qualitative progress of national protected areas, through the theoretical review of Aichi Biodiversity Target 11 in order to comply with recommendations of international community and to conserve biodiversity. As a result of the study, Aichi Biodiversity Target 11 sets out the specific contents that the Parties should achieve for protected areas by identifying them as temporal and spatial goals. The temporal goal, the time schedule for achieving the goal, is 2020, and the spatial goal is divided into quantitative expansion goals and qualitative improvement goals. The quantitative expansion goals present the target coverage of protected areas separately terrestrial and marine. The qualitative improvement goals include the target areas for conservation and five conservation considerations. The conservation targets focus on the important areas with regard to biodiversity and ecosystem services. The five conservation considerations mean effective management, equitable management, ecological representativeness, connectivity, and integration into the landscape and seascape for protected areas. Finally, it suggests that two tracks of protected areas and other effective area-based conservation measures(OECMs) should be used as conservation measures to build an integrated system. The results of this study can be applied to quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods for protected areas and it can contribute to achieve quantitative expansion goals and qualitative improvement goals for them.

본 연구는 대중교통전용지구 도입 목적 달성 여부를 판단하기 위한 것으로, 이를 위해 현재 운영중인 3개 도시의 대중교통전용지구에 대한 운영상황을 비교 검토하고, 2015년 가장 최근에 도입된 부산광역시를 대상으로 방문객의 만족과 불만족을 판별하는 요소들을 도출하는 판별모형식을 제안하였다. 국내 도입된 3개 도시를 비교 검토한 결과 도시별로 운영방식이 다르며, 서울의 경우는 교통수요관리, 부산의 경우는 보행환경, 대구의 경우는 대중교통 이용 접근성이 타도시 보다 높은 수준이라는 결론을 도출하였다. 또한, 부산의 대중교통전용지구 도입 목적 달성 여부를 판단할 수 있는 판별모형식을 통해 상권 활성화 여부가 만족 여부를 판단하는 가장 유용한 변수이고, 버스 이용편의 증대 여부, 교통위험성 증가 여부, 보행자 수 증가 여부, 상가방문자 증가 여부의 순으로 판별력이 높은 변수라는 결과를 도출하였다. 이러한 결과는 각종 event 행사와 상가 주민과 협의체를 구성하는 등의 상권 활성화 방안을 마련하고, 일반차량의 통행제한 시간 확대, 도시철도와 연계하는 방안 마련 등 교통여건 개선이 필요함을 시사한다.

After the IMF financial crisis, a lot of risks in construction industry have been increased gradually with the expansion of construction industry widely, higher stories of building, and the expansion of the underground space and excavation work. These risks are bringing out construction accidents such as the death, the injury of worker and so on, not so much as it would be effected the corporation's image. In spite of these situations, many construction industries still maintain the wrong methods and not try to decrease construction accidents. Recently, we should focus on the fact that management system of the larger construction also is being good, on the other hand, the condition of the work in the case of smaller construction industries is very poor, construction company have a particular safety management system but it has a difference according to the construction magnitude, construction companies have a particular safety management system but it has a difference depending on the construction according to the construction magnitude. Therefore, this study will suggest the developed way of construction safety management by the comparison and analysis from the difference between the higher and the smaller construction industries.

우리나라는 1990년대 중반부터 PC와 유선인터넷의 보급으로 정보화를 추진하면서 노년층의 정보격차 문제도 체계적으로 대응하여 해를 거듭할수록 호전 중에 있다. 그러나 2009년부터 스마트폰의 상륙으로 촉발된 스마트화 혁명 속에서 노년층의 스마트폰 정보격차 문제가 다시금 심각해지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 65세 이상의 노년층을 대상으로 스마트폰 정보격차의 현황과 문제점을 살펴본 다음, 이에 대한 해소방안으로 정책적 기반 강화, 스마트폰 교육 기회 확대, 노년층 UI 및 콘텐츠 개발, 실버요금제 및 효도폰 보급 확대 등을 제시해 보고자 한다.

The focus of this paper is comparing relative effects of government policies for upbringing information security industry from the dynamic point of view. For the purpose of simplicity, these policies are classified into three groups, and then the relative effectiveness of these policy groups is examined using System Dynamics. The three policy groups are composed of technology development policies (TDP), human resource development policies (HDP), and direct supporting policies for overseas expansion (DSP). From the result of the analysis, DSP appears to be the most effective and HDP is the second-best group. By the way, for successful carrying into effect of DSP, marketing manpower should be strengthen. However, current HDP has been focusing on the bringing up technical experts. Therefore, overseas marketing manpower should be reared as well as technicians. Also, the existing infrastructure for overseas expansion for other industries should be shared for DSP of information security industry, because this is essential for success of DSP in terms of timing and costing. Finally, in spite of its low effect, TDP should be maintained continuously. The importance of information security technology is increasing and some countries have already considered these technologies as a core of future national defense. Therefore, we should acquire the competitiveness for a few technologies through continuous development of selected technologies at least.

This research is a follow-up study about analysis on the many different customer groups and their various culture trend, which intends to realize diverse values depending on the sense. The purpose of this study was to develop direction forecast for the future fashion industry through consideration about the characteristics of contemporary fashion industry by the change of different customer's culture trend. And also try to find solution to survival strategy of fashion fields able to evolve with customer. Change of the customer's cultural trend draws a shift in policy in the 21st fashion industry as follows : 1) mash-up 2) complexation through decentering and blurring 3) invisible and immaterial value oriented 4) expansion of minor small market. Moreover, this shows sociocultural meaning as follows. First is spread of flexible and horizontal relationship through collaborative consumption and collaboration. Second is concentration on floating and indeterminate chance through dismantling of various different fashion categories. Third is formation of the permanent difference by selection and focus. Last is expansion of understanding about cultural-ecology. Customer cultural trend is 'meme' of cultural gene in fashion field, so it intends to co-evolute with customer by continuous change.

The massive structures are not free to move with vibration, differential settlement, thermal stresses because, construction and expansion joint, crack etc., can be large enough to cause leakage as deformation of waterproofing. It has been depended on the test method of tensile/tear strength which is waterproofing performance as behavior of concrete structure crack. However, not to practically confirm the creep applied to concrete surface, even waterproofing membrane have more performance than definite strength and elasticity. Therefore, in this study will focus on the test method to consider a resistance performance about loose adhesion and deformation of waterproofing and behavior of concrete structure as construction/expansion joint, crack. Performance test method on the influence as behavior of concrete structure crack is to choose waterproofing materials and construction method which possible to confront with behavior of 50mm crack in the atmosphere and low temperature. Examine the deformation of waterproofing membrane and loose adhesion which can occur to structure in general job site, suggest standard testing method to analyze correlation waterproofing membrane and structure with 5-types of materials used in this study, such as Adhesion membrane and sheet complex, sheet and urethane complex, self-adhesive sheet, spray poly-urea, spray membrane of rubberized Asphalt.
