건조수축 저감형 유동화제를 사용한 콘크리트의 현장적용 (Field Application of Concrete Using Drying Shrinkage-Reducing Superplasticizer)

  • This study investigates filed application in Daebul Free Trade Zone of a flowing method using drying shrinkage-reducing superplasticizer(SRS) and an insulating curing method using double bubble sheets. Test showed that fresh concrete satisfied target slump and air content. A structure adding SRS significantly decreased the total bleeding capacity and accelerated the setting time. As for the crack occurrence, the structure applying the flowing method and double bubble sheets simultaneously exhibited the most favorable crack endurance, while conventional concrete showed more than 1mm size of crack in overall, and a structure applying only the flowing method partially presented micro crack. For the area proportion of crack occurrence, the structure using the double bubble sheets indicated 9.8%, while others applying flowing method was 28%, compared with 100% of conventional one. Standard curing specimens had about $3{\sim}6%$ higher compressive strength than that of specimens cured at adjacent field construction. In addition, using SRS improved about $5{\sim}7MPa$, than that of conventional concrete at 91 days elapse.

재령에 따른 고유동 경량골재콘크리트의 강도특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Strength Properties of Flowing Lightweight Aggregate Concrete with Age)

  • The purpose of this research is to seek properties of flowing light-weight aggregate concrete and possibility of application. The experimental analysis results by using light-weight aggregate and industrial waste such flyash, furnace slag are as follow. 1) The research shows that flowing light-weight aggregate concrete of slump 23~27cm, slump flow 58~69 cm is possible, but material segregation is appeared above slump 26.5cm and slump flow 65 cm. 2) If mixing ratio of flyash is increase, strength deterioration is about 25 % in early age. It showed that effectiveness of long time strength improvement because strength manifestation ratio is above 95% in a long term. 3) This research showed possibility of substitution of blast furnace slag because strength deterioration by using mixing of furnace slag was appeared small deterioration range as below 10 %. 4) Each experimental compressive strength ratios were 77 %(1st week), 86 %(2nd week), 109 %(8th week), 115 %(13th week), 125 % (26th week) on the basis of 28 days. If mixing ratio of flyash is increase, long term strength increase ratio is improved.

  • CFT concrete has high flowing, high strength and resistance to material separation to use skyscraper structure. It is considered that concrete could fill the lower part of Diaphragm up. This kinds of CFT concrete hardly apply to building below 20 stories. Using the common use strength concrete to building below 20 stories brings to reduce construction cost. This concrete is needed that valid fluidity and packing ability with unit cement content as common use strength concrete. Offering a fundamental data and proportioning in CFT concrete of below 20 stories, it is executed basic property test, analysis of proportioning and mock up test.

  • This paper presents the results of drying shrinkage of concrete using shrinkage-reducingadmixture(DSRA) studied by the authors through mock-up test. DSRA is proportioned by expansive admixture and shrinkage reducing agent(SRA). Flowing concrete method is also applied to assist the concrete to reduce drying shrinkage by decreasing water content at the same time. The use of EA and SRA does not affect fluidity, bleeding and setting time. Compressive strength of concrete using EA along with SRA exhibited less than that of plain concrete. However, The compressive strength with combination of EA-SRA along with flowing concrete method shows comparable to that of plain concrete. The application of developed method can contribute to reducing drying shrinkage by as much as 30-40$\%$ compared with that of plain concrete.

  • In this research, the physical properties of self compacting concrete using ground granulated blast furnace slag as a part of cement were investigated. Concrete using ground granulated blast furnace slag was prepared with various ground granulated blast furnace slag replacement(20~80 volume %) for cement and the quantities of coarse aggregate in concrete were 50%, 55% and 60% of ratio of absolute volume of coarse aggregate. The workability, flowing characteristics, air content and compressive strength of concrete using ground granulated blast furnace slag were tested and the results were compared with those of ordinary portland cement concrete. In the experiment, we acquired satisfactory results at the point of flowing characteristics and strengths of concrete using ground granulated blast furnace slag within tile replacement ratio of 50% and the optimum quantity of coarse aggregate in concrete was found to be 50%~55% of ratio of absolute volume of coarse aggregate.

  • High flowing concrete has not spread whole in the normal concrete structure, because it requires special quality control technique. Recently owing to the lack of natural resources and reinforcement of environmental standard, the construction cost of cement is rapidly increased. Also ready mixed concrete industry has gone through various economical difficulty as the manufacture cost of concrete is increased. So, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the qualities of middle fluidity concrete using the fly-ash and portland blast-furnace slag cement in order to decrease the amount of cement and resolve the problem of the quality control of high flowing concrete and the manufacture cost. The results of this study show that it reduces the amount of addition of superplasticizer and develope properties of concrete to the use the fly-ash and portland blast-furnace slag cement.

  • Recently, as the problems according to the deteriorated structure were gathering sterength, there were required the advent of the high peformance for polymer ceme at compostie in building constrution devision. The polymer cement mortar was developed for improvements of the various problems in ordinary cement mortar. finishing method using the super flowing polymer-based self levelling mortar for concrete slab and floor.
