The Extension of IPv6 Routing Daemon For Using The Flow Label (플로우 레이블을 지원하는 IPv6라우팅 데몬의 구현)

  • 본 논문은 IPv6 헤더의 플로우 레이블 필드를 이용한 레이블 포워딩 방법을 제안하고 이 방법을 기반으로 리눅스 운영체제에서 멀티캐스팅 라우팅 레몬과 유니 캐스팅 데몬과 구현하여 레이블 포워딩에 의한 유니 캐스트 및 멀티캐스트 전송을 구현하였다. 레이블을 이용한 포워딩은 라우팅 엔트리를 결정하기 위해 If주소 중 가장 많은 부분이 일치되는 엔트리를 찾는 방법(longest prefix match) 을 기본으로 하는 IP주소정색 방법에 비해, 짧은 레이블 값 전체가 일치하는 엔트리를 찾는 방법 (short label exact match)을 원칙으로 하고있어 상대적으로 빠른 속도로 라우팅 테이블을 검색할 수 있으며, 쉽게 QoS를 제공할 수 있는 구조를 제공한다. 실험을 통해 구현된 레이블 포워딩을 이용한 유니캐스트 및 멀티캐스트 전송이 잘 동작함을 확인하였고, 성능비교 실험을 통해 레이불 포워딩이 일반 IP 검색 포워딩 방법보다 더 좋은 성능을 발휘함을 확인할 수 있다.

A Design of an Expert System for the Treatment and the Routing of Contaminated Groundwater (오염된 지하수 처리와 추적을 위한 엑스퍼트 시스템의 개발)

  • The domain of contaminated groundwater flow is a broad and multidisciplinary field requiring expertise in engineering, geology, chmistry and toxicology, and is an ideal area for the application of Expert System. The Expert System which is developed in this research can assist user to find possible remedial actions in case that the groundwater was contaminated with toxic pollutants. Documentation including the degree of toxicity, the possibility of chemical reaction and concentration of pollutant can be supported also. Prolog, and artificial intelegence programming language, is used to implement the prototype expert system. This expert system can explicitly advise users about contaminants' toxicity, possiblity reaction with other chemicals and their concentrations.

  • It is essential to construct an efficient material flow system for the successful introduction of automated manufacturing systems. Automated Guided Vehicle System (AGVS) plays a significant role more and more in modern manufacturing environments, because of the flexibility and the precision they offer. However, as the size and the complexity of systems increase, the problems of dispatching, routing and scheduling of AGVs become complicated due to their independent and asynchronous demands. In this paper, we review relevant papers, and provide a new and more efficient method for dispatching AGV, named MEVTT (Minimum Empty Vehicle Travel Time) and demonstrate its performance and efficiency using simulation.

  • In OSPF, the larger and more unstable the area, the greater the likelihood for performance problems associated with routing protocol recalculation. Generally, an area should have no more than 50 routers. Areas with unstable links should be smaller. Military tactical data network is used for military operations during war-time. It consists of wireless network for mobility of node. Thus, it has low-bandwidth and unstable property. In addition, it is expected that many kinds of router-failure, Link-failure and recovery at emergency period. However, Military tactical data network is designed with about one and half times the number of recommendation. This paper proves that the traffic is limited by the increase of re-calculation of area.

  • FPGA-based system development is being developed as a form of outsourcing that shortens the development time and reduces the cost. Through the process, the risk of letting the hardware Trojan, which causes malfunctions, seep into the system also increases. Various detection methods are proposed for the issue; however, such type of hardware Trojans is inserted by modifying a bitstream directly and therefore, it is hard to detect with the suggested methods. To detect the type of hardware Trojans, it is essential to reverse-engineer the electric circuit implemented by bitstream to a distinguishable level. Specifically, it is important to reverse-engineer the routing information of the circuit that can identify the input-output flow of the signal. In this paper, we analyze the BIL bitstream reverse-engineering tool-chain that uses the algorithm, which retrieves the routing information from FPGA bitstream, and suggest the method to improve the tool-chain.

Derivation of Dimensionless Routing Curves for Dam Failure Flood Wave (댐 붕괴 홍수파 해석을 위한 무차원 홍수추적곡선의 유도)

  • The types of dam-break have been classified as instantaneous and gradual failure. Equations for estimating the peak outflow have been derived respectively as a metric unit. New dimensionless routing curves have been deveoloped based on the distance parameter which has been used in SMPDBK and hydro-geometric characteristics of dams and reservoirs in Korea. These suggested curves can be used for any case of the flow of supercritical or subcritical. The computed peak flowrate shows the trend of decreasing dependence on the Froude numbers as it increases. These curves are applied to Hyogi dam. and the results have good agreements with the data observed in the peak discharges, peak elevations and flood travel time. The simplified dam-break model in this study would contribute effectively to forecast the dam-break flood in this country with minimum informations in a short time.

  • The purpose of this study is to improve the method of evaluating groundwater recharge by using grid-based soil moisture routing technique. A model which predicts temporal variation and spatial distribution of soil moisture on a daily time step was developed. The model uses ASCII-formatted map data supported by the irregular gridded map of the GRASS(Geographic Resources Analysis Support System)-GIS and can generate daily and monthly spatial distribution map of surface runoff, soil moisture content, evapotranspiration within the watershed. The model was applied to Ipyunggyo watershed($75.6\;\textrm{km}^2$) located in the upstream of Bocheongchun watershed. Seven maps; DEM(Digital Elevation Mode]), stream, flow path, soil, land use, Thiessen network and free groundwater level, were used for input data. Predicted streamflows resulting from two years (l995, 1996) daily data were compared with the observed values at the watershed outlet. The results of temporal variations and spatial distributions of soil moisture are presented by using GRASS GIS. As a final result, the monthly predicted groundwater recharge was presented.sented.

  • In this study, hydraulic flood routing is performed by 1-Di. unsteady flow model, FLDWAV on the downstream of Nakdong river. For input information, KOWACO Rainfall-Runoff Model is used and resonable boundary condition is constructed. As the result of the application about the past flood event, good agreement of comparison with observed and calculated values are show in the interesting sites, Jindong and Samrangjin. Additionally, estuary barrage's WSL evaluation procedure is enhanced to accurate calculation, and it is defined by downstream boundary condition in Nakdiong river. The new regressive equation to calculate the predicted tide value is developed by considering the astronomical tide and past observed tide value at Nakdong estuary barrage. The guideline's construction of the new application and flood forecasing system of other river basins is possible by using this studied results.

  • In this study, a flood routing model is used for analyzing change of flood stage induced by various factors. The results by using the past cross section measurement data showed the minimum error in case of accurate measurement of cross section as well as reasonable boundary condition of model. In analyzing the rise of flood stage of main stream considering Inflow magnitude of tributary, it showed that the larger the flow magnitude is, the smaller the variance of stage is. The results of analysis in the tidal effect at Wolgot are that the tidal effect influence the stage profile into upstream in case of normal discharge of main stream and tributary but doesn't influence it even with maximum flood tide in case of project flood. Finally, when the various hydraulic factors are considered in numerical analysis, more systematic and realistic flood forecast system is able to be performed.

Dynamic Response of Hydraulic Characteristics in the Inner Saemankeum Reservoir According to Gate Operation and Flood Events (홍수전파와 배수갑문 운영에 따른 새만금호 내부 수리특성의 동적응답)

  • Numerical simulations were done using depth integrated ADCIRC model in order to evaluate dynamic response on the inner Saemankeum reservoir due to flood flow and gate operation for the both situations of dike construction and inner development. According to 2-dimensional dynamic flood routing, temporal variation of hydrographs shows sensitive at upstream riverine region while it becomes stable from the center part of the reservoir due to sudden expansion of physical changes. Dynamic response of hydraulic changes such as water surface elevation and velocity on the inner region arises suddenly by gate operation and more rapidly after the inner development than dike construction. Temporal surface fluctuation arises during inflowging of outer sea water and propagates upstream up to 10km to 16km in accordance with inner development status.
