The multi-level profile system is designed to measure the vertical profile of $H_2O$ and $CO_2$ concentrations in the surface layer to estimate the storage effects within the plant canopy. It is suitable for long-term experiments and can be used also in advection studies for estimating the spatial variability and vertical gradients in concentration. It enables the user to calculate vertical fluxes of water vapor, $CO_2$ and other trace gases using the surface layer similarity theory and to infer their sources or sinks. The profile system described in this report includes the following components: sampling system, calibration and flow control system, closed path infrared gas analyzer(IRGA), vacuum pump and a datalogger. The sampling system draws air from 8 inlets into the IRGA in a sequence, so that for 80 seconds air from all levels is measured. The calibration system, controlled by the datalogger, compensates for any deviations in the calibration of the IRGA by using gas sources with known concentrations. The datalogger switches the corresponding valves, measures the linearized voltages from the IRGA, calculates the concentrations for each monitoring level, performs statistical analysis and stores the final data. All critical components are mounted in an environmental enclosure and can operate with little maintenance over long periods of time. This report, as a practical manual, is designed to provide helpful information for those who are interested in using profile system to measure evapotranspiration and net ecosystem exchanges in complex terrain.
Until the early part of the 1990s, interior design has never been thought important by car makers. Repeated attempts have been made to systemize a technical structure, such as layout, driving method, and size, and the car's interior design has been developed by in simple comparison with the exterior design. In the 1990s, however, this trend began to change because consumers began spending more time in their cars, so the motive of the technology development became that of giving comfort and functional satisfaction to the customers. Observing how a person spends inside his or her car and considering the latest trends in car interiors have made a consumer-oriented sense of value i.e., intensifying the personality of the car's interior design and considering the emotional makeup of the consumer factor in the acquisition of a strategic brand identity. These days, car interiors assume a new concept every year due to the constant change in various factors, and the application of a high-tech design, with a sensing function and a navigation system, to achieve driverless running, is being raised as a key trend element technology for the future. Now, at the present when multilateral concept applications of design are attempted under the direct influences from other fields such as product design, fashion and furniture, I would like to lay stress on investigating and analysing the changes in car interior design varying with the background of the times and formative characteristics from the object point of view. On this study, I would like to compare the background of the times and flow of car interior design with priority given to crash pad and would like to attempt to present the direction of the future car interior design together with diversifying major technical factors.

As the process of economic globalization deepens market uncertainty and severe competition, modern companies are tend to rely on non-market, socio-economic mechanisms such as trust, collaboration, and interdependence, They are being more influenced by cultural economic mechanisms like networks, embeddedness, and placeness rather than explicit cost-reductions. This paper analyzes the characteristics of industrial clusters, the formation of social capital, and the process of institutionalization by comparing two distinctive types of clusters, say Teheran and East-Gate Valleys in Seoul, Korea. The one is mainly consisted of IT industries with increasing vertical integration supported by venture capitals and favorable business infrastructures. The other cluster has long been a traditional CBD frame of Seoul and has transformed to the most dynamic and productive area, characterized by one-stop 'R&D-production-distribution-consumption-after sales services'. The study of the developmental trajectory and key characteristics for these kinds of clusters can give us insight for the cluster theory. This paper firstly reviews the similarities and differences between the social capital in general and that of industrial clusters. It then profiles the growth of the two clusters over the past decade, and compares the current spatial and business structure of the two clusters, focusing on transactions costs, the creation and flow of information, and the local institutions. The paper concludes with some comments about the prospects and perils of the two types industrial clusters of Seoul.
Recently, landslide disasters caused by severe rain storms and typhoons have been frequently reported. Due to the geomorphologic characteristics of Korea, considerable portion of urban area and infrastructures such as road and railway have been constructed near mountains. These infrastructures may encounter the risk of landslide and debris flow. It is important to evaluate the highly risky locations of landslide and to prepare measures for the protection of landslide in the process of construction planning. In this study, a landslide-risk prediction equation is proposed based on the statistical analysis of 423 landslide data set obtained from field surveys, disaster reports on national road, and digital maps of landslide area. Each dataset includes geomorphologic characteristics, soil properties, rainfall information, forest properties and hazard history. The comparison between the result of proposed equation and actual occurrence of landslide shows 92 percent in the accuracy of classification. Since the input for the equation can be provided within short period and low cost, and the results of equation can be easily incorporated with hazard map, the proposed equation can be effectively utilized in the analysis of landslide-risk for large mountainous area.
In a torrential river, the flow of debris forms deposits in the river bed, which show the characteristics of the channel bed movement in the watershed. The annual rings of the trees, in the natural evenaged forests on the deposits, indicate when each deposit occurred. Based on the topographical and vegetational indicators on the sediment of Yongcheon and Yeounae rivers, the movement occurrence years were estimated. 1. The cross sectional shapes of deposits in torrential river are in tiers and even-aged forests tend to establish on each tier. 2. Generally the older the forest age is, the higher the height of step from the lowest base tend to become, which indicates discrete movement in magnitude and frequency. 3. The ages of trees indicate the year when deposition occurred, and so may be useful as plant indicator to get spatial-temporal information of deposits. 4. The deposits volumes(F. V.) were dependent on the age distribution of deposits in length, average width and average height. And the average width and the average height of deposits were increasing with the age.

The relationship about corporations' dividend policy and foreigners' share have been studied on the various views. However, there have barely been the studies about the relationships between the two variables according to hot and cold markets in Korea. In this point, this study attempts to find the differences of the tendency of foreigners' investment with financial variables and the relationship between foreigners' share and corporations' dividend policy according to hot and cold markets. For the analysis, it selected the 318 manufacturing corporations, which paid dividends in 2008 (cold market) and 2010(hot market). The results are classified into two types. 1) There are the difference, and 2) There are no differences of the relationships among the variables according to the two markets. First of all, The relationships between 1) foreigners' share and dividend 2) between foreigners' share and market value (Tobin's Q) and corporations' debt (Debt Ratio) were statistically significant in the both (hot and cold) markets. As showing the differences according to hot and cold markets, cash flow and foreigners' share showed the statistically significant relationships in 2010 (hot market), not in 2008 (cold market). One of the remarkable results is that most of relationships among variables, except the relationship between foreigners' share and dividend, are more strong in hot market than in cold market.
The values of material civilizations that dominated the last century have been replaced with invisible values such as knowledge, information, and culture. The central axis of the world economy is also rapidly shifting from a capital and labor-intensive industry to a knowledge-based industry of software and contents. From the perspective of the industrialization of culture as multinational corporations and dominance and subordination relationships between cultures thereof, and crisis of cultural identity, the issues of support and fostering a culture industry arise. These have become major issues of concern in deciding national policies. In response to this trend, new departments related to culture contents in various universities have been established for fostering manpower in the field and the government policy to foster related human resources. However, actual results have not been currently achieved, despite the increase in quantity. This is due to the fact that the walls between culture contents departments were too high and thus education and fostering excellent human resources have not been properly conducted. It is also due to the obscure direction of education and a deficiency in the system. To cope with these problems, a systematic manpower-fostering education program should be developed through enhancement of the understanding of culture contents via linking education programs with detailed major fields of study. Accordingly, this study aims to identify changes in the current culture contents industry at home and abroad according to digitalization for fostering manpower of culture contents required in a rapidly changing environment of the culture contents industry. Then, it will review what influence has been made on the education system through the identification of personnel types through work flow charts and contents delivery modes following integration, as well as a desirable method to construct culture contents. Therefore, this study is a preliminary study on the means of fostering core personnel in the culture contents industry through linkage with the education system.

Background and Objectives : The clinical reports for the treatment of vocal fold scar and sulcus vocalis are limited, also there is no best one for the treatment of them. This study is to evaluate the effect of Injection laryngoplasty (IL) for the treatment of vocal fold scar and sulcus vocalis. Materials and Methods : from January 2013 to May 2015, the Nineteen patients who were diagnosed as vocal fold scar, sulcus and atrophy, and underwent IL, were engaged in this study. Clinical information and voice parameters were analyzed by retrospective chart review. Pre and post voice parameters were compared. Results : Subgroups of diagnosis were classified into sulcus vocalis for 12 patients, vocal fold scar for 5, and atrophy for 2. IL was performed under local anesthesia through cricothyroid membrane except one patient. Atesense$^{(R)}$, Radiessess$^{(R)}$, and Rofilan$^{(R)}$ were used as injected materials in 9, 9, and 1 patients respectively. Maximal phonation time (p=0.0124), dynamic range (p=0.0028), pitch range (p=0.0141), voice handicap index (p=0.028), glottal closure (p=0.0229), and mucosal wave (p=0.0132) had significant improvement for post-IL voice assessment than Pre-IL. While GRBAS, Mean flow rate, Jitter, Shimmer, Harmony to Noise ratio didn't have improvement. Conclusion : IL is a feasible option for the treatment of glottis incompetence with normally mobile vocal folds such as sulcus vocalis and vocal fold scar.

In this study, the effects of wind fences on the dispersion of the particles emitted from a constructing site located in the building-congested area in Busan, Korea, using geographic information system (GIS) and a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model. We averaged the wind speeds observed for 10 years at the Busan automated synoptic observing system (ASOS) and we used the averaged wind speed as the wind speed at the reference height (10 m above the ground level). The numerical simulations were performed for 16 inflow directions, before and after the construction of wind fences with the heights of 5 m and 10 m (total 48 simulations). The detailed flows were analyzed for the northeasterly and south-southwesterly cases which predominantly observed at the Busan ASOS. In the northeasterly case, high concentration appeared at the elementary school next to the construction site due to transport by the airflow coming from the northeast. In the 5-m wind fence case, the wind speeds were slightly weaker and the spread of the fugitive dust was slightly less than those in the no wind fence case. In the 10-m wind fence case, the dust concentration at the elementary school has the maximum reduction of 37%. In the south-southwesterly case, the flow pattern became complicated in the construction site due to the terrain and buildings. Fugitive dust was stagnant at the south side of the construction site but rather spread to the north, increasing the concentration at the elementary school. After the wind fence was built, the concentrations inside the construction site became high as the wind speeds decreased inside, but, the concentrations in the elementary school rather decreased.
