울산, 대구 지역 대학생의 결혼 전 독립생활을 위한 주거계획 (Housing Aspirations of College Students from Post Graduation to Pre Marriage)

  • This study investigated the characteristics of housing considerations of college students from post graduation to pre marriage. The data came from the survey with 267 college students in Ulsan and Daegu from November 26 through December 14, 2012 and were analyzed with descriptive statistics, cross-tabulation analysis with chi-squared test, and logistic regression analysis. Over half of the respondents desired to separate from parents for the adulthood and about forty-three percent of them wanted to live alone. Among the housing characteristics, location, utilities, housing type and facility features were important for the respondents desiring to live the single life, and specifically, apartment and efficiency with $33-66m^2$, low monthly rents, floor plan with bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, and good public transportations were the most and primarily preferred features of housing for their future housing consideration. The variables influencing future housing preferences for the respondents were the number of roommate and preferred housing type.

주택성능등급 인정 사례의 부문별 평가 결과 분석 (Analysis on Results evaluated by "Housing Performance Grading System" in Korea)

  • The government is enacted "Housing Performance Grading Indication System" from qualitative housing supply policy and performance of housing under the background of looking for new plan to secure good housing stock and housing performance. This system consists of 5 main performance section, 14 performance categories and 20 detailed performance items. 5 main performance parts are sound insulation related grading(Light-weight impact sound insulation, heavy-weight floor impact sound insulation, noise emission in bathroom, airborne sound insulation for wall between units), Long-life housing related grading(flexibility, remodeling & maintenance, durability), environment related grading(landscape, indoor air quality and ventilation, energy performance), Living environment related grading(common resident facilities such as playground and consideration for the socially underprivileged such as the aged), Fire fire prevention grading(fire fire prevention). The purpose of this research is to analyze characteristics and assessment results of 20 detailed performance items on "Housing Performance Grading Indication System" which was enforced 240 cases from Jan 9th, 2006 to Sep 30th, 2010. The analysis of approval condition of detailed performance items will be important comments for understanding the current domestic level and development of technology.

  • 행담도 휴게소 내 충청남도 홍보관은 위치적으로 교통의 요지에 있음에도 불구하고, 홍보의 부족과 주변과의 부조화로 인해 많은 사람이 이용하고 있지 않는 상태이다. 홍보관은 한정된 콘텐츠와 판매장과의 혼합 운영으로 인해 홍보관으로서의 고유한 역할이 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 충청남도를 알릴 수 있는 새로운 콘텐츠의 개발과 함께 홍보관 내 아이템의 개발이 요구된다. 지역 브랜딩이 지역의 정체성을 명확히 하여 강력하고, 독특한 지역의 이미지를 창출함으로써 지역의 지속가능한 경쟁력을 확보하는 것을 목적으로 한다는 점에서 지역 활성화의 기반이 될 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 기존 홍보관의 현황분석과 국내외 유사시설 운영사례에 대한 조사 및 분석, 타 홍보관 성공사례에 대한 요인 분석을 통해 향후 변화방향에 대한 예측을 하고자 한다. 연구진행방법은 방문객을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 문제점과 필요한 요소, 요구사항들을 도출하여 리모델링 기본계획 수립시 반영하도록 한다. 타당성 분석 연구를 통해 제시된 리모델링 기본설계는 1층은 특산물판매장이며 2층은 카페공간과 충청남도 홍보관과 테라피 특산물판매공간으로 구성하였다.

체계중심병원설계를 위한 공조실 면적 계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on Area Planning of Air Conditioning Room for Hospital Design Focused on System)

  • Purpose: As the improvement in quality of medical environment and the spatial consideration for the prevention of infection in the hospital have become increasingly important in the recent years, specific and practical planning for air conditioning room's area has become a major issue accordingly. However, the air conditioning room tends to be discussed focusing on technical factors such as air conditioning systems that are irrelevant to building plans, while discussions of most departments related to the medical functions have actively taken placed. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the factors influencing the planning for the air conditioning room area, and through subsequent analysis of the area of the air conditioning room, to propose a way to improve effective planning for the air conditioning room area. Methods: This study examines the case hospitals that fall into two types: each floor supply system and concentrated supply system, and compares and analyzes the air conditioning room area-related factors and the characteristics of changes in the interior of air conditioning room before and after remodeling through air conditioning floor plan of those case hospitals. Results: The air conditioning room can be classified into the net area of the functional space such as duct passages, and the public area such as aisle space, and of those the public area is an important factor in calculating the area of the air conditioning room. The public area of the air-conditioning room should not be planned considering only the spaces for mobile passage or maintenance activities, but should be planned taking into account internal changes such as expansion and replacement of equipment in the future from the beginning. Implications: When planning a medical facility, it is used as basic data for the planning of the air conditioning room area, which is a significant fixed factor in the initial setting.

공간특성 및 이용행태 분석을 통한 노인전문요양시설 프로그램실 계획에 관한 연구 (A Study of Act Room Planning in Skilled Nursing Facilities for the Elderly through the Analysis of Spatial Characteristics and Using Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate spatial characteristics and using behavior of activity room in skilled nursing facilities for the elderly and to provide basic guidelines about its space planning. The activity rooms in the most of the research facilities were arranged by usage modification of unnecessary spaces after the foundation of the facility, and were used not only for the program service but for the staff lounge. It decreased space speciality and resulted in limited area of the space and crowded furniture arrangement. The design guidelines for activity room were as follows. First, the space plan of activity room is based on the use of once to twice per week and for 30 minutes per use, and is mainly for the human knowledge and art programs that are appropriate for small group. Second, the activity room of the facility with less than 3 stories needs to be in the same floor as elderly individual room, but should be independent and easy to be controlled by the staff. On the other hand, in more than 4 stories facility, it is better to be in the different floor as the elderly living area such as administrational area close to the lounge and garden. Third, at least $5.9m^{2}$ per user for the area of the activity room is recommended including the elderly, staff, furniture, equipments and restroom. Fourth, the furniture of activity room includes the shelves, big table with enough knee space, wheel, and stopper, and stackable chairs. Toilets and water closet are needed for the emergency, and the windows to the corridor and curtain door should be avoided for soundproof and easy access of wheelchair users.

  • It is more necessary to consider the various factors for developmenting visible PV module of alternative window than traditional PV module. It must have sufficient performance which is Tvis, daylighting, daylight factor, glare index. so that more needs to consider suitable plan and total evaluated technology. Under the this background. For using commonly a combination BIPV module system and Daylinghting that can alternative architectural window, our goal on this study is drawing proper window area ratio as the window by analyzing lighting performance and glare index depending on transmittance of DSSC. On this study, we drew the result about window area ratio that can apply in the building when applying DSSC in the window. In situation that window is alternated as curtain wall in atrium that has big Widow area, if applying red 15.8% DSSC of low transmittance, it is expect to proper because it is suitable illumination standard and doesn't occur a discomfort glare. In case of office, we propose to apply red 33.2% or blue 35.2% DSSC of high transmittance for no affecting lighting load. we expect to contribute to select proper and effective window when applying the window in the building by drawing the window area ratio that can apply in thee building depending on transmittance of DSSC and offering the glare index data.

대전시 상업지역 주거복합건축물 사례 분석을 통한 관리방안 연구 (A Study on Management Plans through Case Analysis of Residential Complexes in Commercial Areas in Daejeon)

  • 최근 대도시 상업지역 내 주거복합건축물의 입지로 인해 도시기능이 상업기능에서 주거기능으로 전환되고 있다. 대전광역시 상업지역 내 용도용적제를 개선하기 위해 특·광역시의 제도를 비교분석하고, 사업대상지 8개소를 분석하여 문제점을 도출하였다. 첫째, 주거복합건축물의 용도 분류의 명확화, 둘째, 상업지역의 기능 상실에 대한 도시 계획적 불균형, 셋째, 개발밀도의 차이로 도시환경의 훼손이다. 이에 개선방안으로는 첫째, 주거기능과 용도복합의 비율을 최소 10% 이상 확보하고, 둘째, 다양한 용도와 기능을 융·복합화된 시설을 유도하여 도시경쟁력을 확보하고, 용도용적제 폐지를 통한 공동주택의 일괄적인 용적률을 적용하며, 셋째, 지구단위계획 수립 및 자문을 통한 개발밀도를 제시하였다.

장기요양보험제도의 도입에 따른 노인요양시설의 공간구조 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Spatial Structure Change of Elderly Care Facility according to Introduction of Long-Term Care Insurance)

  • Purpose : Long-term Care Insurance sets up facility standard and installation standard of aged care facilities and decides the presence of minimum number of rooms and its size in care facilities by using systematic instruments. Therefore, most aged care facilities had renovation in expansion and reconstruction following the revised regulations and even facility space structure and space composition are continuously improving. The study is to determine the purpose and trend by comparing before and after space composition of facilities which followed the implementation of Long-term Care Insurance and also to suggest hierarchical space composition suitable for aged care facilities through derived problems and to provide basic materials to plan the most appropriate facility for the aged. Methods : J-graph based on Space Syntax Theory will be schematized through in-site facility survey and before and after facility floor plan. Space composition trend will be analyzed by comparing indexes through S3 program. Results : As a result of 5 cases analysis, the following results were found; the average of whole space depth is increasing due to the Extension, the number of volunteers is decreasing and rooms for geriatric care helpers are being created due to the geriatric care helper introduction duty. Also, there are solariums being created to improve the health of the aged and dispensaries are being placed on every floor with the increase of documentary work for geriatric care helpers. With the policy implementation, care facility space composition and structure are changing with facility standard and it was analyzed that facilities were mostly put under the control of limited number of people in care room and total ground area per person. It was also found that there is increase in care space integration through before and after comparison of whole integration value. This is considered as the important result not only in facility standard satisfaction, but also in care support of geriatric care helpers and the aged, its main users. Implication : In order for elderly care facilities to have quality improvement and to develop as suitable facilities for characteristics of the aged, independent environmental facility standard preparation of elderly care facilities is needed through mutual cooperation of construction fields with regulation and policy related researches.

복층터널에 적용 가능한 화재 연동형 대배기구 운영 특성 분석 연구 (A study on the operation characteristics of oversized exhaust port applicable to double-deck tunnel)

  • 인구 초과밀화 현상이 심해지고 있는 국내 수도권 및 대도시에서 발생되고 있는 교통문제 해결을 위해 지하도로 개발 사업이 늘어나고 있으며, 시공성과 경제성의 이점을 가지는 복층터널 기술을 적용하여 다수의 지하도로를 계획하고 있는 추세이다. 복층터널은 하나의 굴착단면을 두 개로 나눠 상하행선으로 사용하는 방식으로 대부분 층고가 낮아 소형차량 전용도로로 사용되고 있는 실정이다. 또한, 이러한 소단면 특성으로 인해 환기 및 방재 측면에서도 일반 도로터널과 상이한 특성을 가지게 된다. 본 연구에서는 복층터널과 같이 층고가 낮은 소단면 터널에 반횡류식 환기방식의 하나인 대배기구 방식을 적용한 운영안을 제시하고 FDS 시뮬레이션을 통해 화재발생 위치와 대배기구 배연 방식 등에 따른 배연 특성을 비교하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 균일배기와 달리 대배기구를 이용하여 집중배연시 연기의 확산지연 효과가 최대화 되고 연기가 화재지점 상하류 50 m안에 제한시킬 수 있었다.

한·일 국립대학 시설 기준 및 캠퍼스 면적 비교·분석 (A Comparison Analysis on the Facility Standards and Campus Sizes of the National Universities in Korea and Japan)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라와 교육제도적 측면에서 많은 유사성이 있으며, 대학입학자원 감소라는 문제를 한국보다 먼저 맞이하여 대응하고 있는 일본과 한국의 국립대학교 시설기준 및 국가수준의 대학시설 관련 정책, 실제 대학 캠퍼스 사례를 조사, 분석하였다. 이를 통해 대학시설에 대한 양국의 국가 차원의 접근방식과 기본 철학의 차이점을 살펴보고, 향후 대학 캠퍼스 계획 수립 시 주요 계획요소 및 개선방향을 파악하고자 하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국은 주요 현안이나 이슈를 중심으로 한 개별 프로젝트별로 대학시설 관련 정책을 추진하는 경향이 있는 반면 일본은 5년마다 국립대학시설 관련 정비계획을 수립하여 종합적이고 중장기적인 계획에 따라 국립대학시설 정책을 추진하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사례조사를 통해 본 양국의 대학시설 면적의 경우, 일본의 사례조사 대학의 평균 대학시설 면적이 한국의 사례조사 대학의 평균 대학시설 면적에 비해 약 5.6%, 일본의 학생 1인당 대학시설 면적이 한국보다 약 13% 넓은 것으로 나타났다. 일본 대학시설의 전체 연면적도 한국보다 20.7% 정도 크고, 일본의 학생 1인당 대학시설 면적이 한국보다 56.7%가량 넓은 것으로 조사되었다. 반면, 지원시설 중 기숙사의 경우 한국의 기숙사 전체 층 면적이 일본보다 2.5배 넓었고, 기숙사 수용률은 한국이 일본보다 5.6% 높은 특징을 보였다. 셋째, 두 나라의 대학시설 기준 항목과 제도는 비슷하지만 학생정원 산정 방법, 계열구분, 교사 및 교지면적 산정 방식 등은 두 나라 간에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
