ISMC와 백스테핑을 이용한 유연관절로봇의 강인한 임피던스제어 (Robust Impedance Control Using Robot Using ISMC and Backstepping in Flexible Joint Robot)

  • 최근에 유연관절로봇의 제어는 로봇시스템에 있어서 다양한 적용가능성이 증가하고 있기 때문에 점점 그 중요성이 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 유연관절로봇의 제어에 있어서 적분슬라이딩모드제어기와 백스테핑제어기법을 도입하여 강인성을 증가시키는 방법을 제안한다. 슬라이딩모드제어기를 사용하여 강인성을 향상시키기 위해서는 제어대상이 정합조건을 만족시켜야 하는데 유연관절로봇은 이 조건을 만족시키지 못한다. 유연관절로봇은 링크측과 모터측으로 나누어 생각할 수 있고 각 측에 외란이 존재하나 실제입력은 모터측에 존재하기 때문에 링크측 외란은 정합조건을 만족시킬 수 없으므로 슬라이딩모드제어기로 제거하기가 어렵다. 이에 본 논문에서는 백스테핑을 도입하여 이러한 비정합 문제를 해결함으로써 링크측 외란의 영향을 제거할 수 있도록 한다. 이와 더불어 임피던스제어 성능을 가질 수 있도록 적분슬라이딩모드제어기를 함께 사용한다.

  • In this paper, we propose an optimal method for the tracking a trajectory of the end-effector of flexible robot arms with multiple joints. The proposed method finds joint trajectories and joint torques necessary to produce the desired end-effector motion of flexible manipulator. In inverse kinematics, optimized joint trajectories are computed from elastic equations. In inverse dynamics, joint torques are obtained from the joint equations by using the optimized joint trajectories. The equations of motion using finite element method and virtual work principle are employed. Optimal control is applied to optimize joint trajectories which are computed in inverse kinematics. The simulation of flexible planner manipulator is presented.

유연한 링크를 가진 3자유도 로봇조작기 진동의 펴지제어 (Fuzzy Vibration Control of 3 DOF Robot Manipulator with Flexible Link)

  • Performance and productivity of robot manipulator can be improved by increasing its working speed and extending its link length. But heavy weght of the commercial robot links, considered as "rigid body", limits its mazimum working speed and the weght of the links can be reduced for high speed operation. But this light-weight link or long link for special use cannot be consideredas "rigid" structure and vibration of the link due to its flexibility causes errors in end-effector position and orientation. Thus the elastic behaviro of the flexible link should be taken care of for increasing work speed and getting smaller error of end-effector position. In this paper, the fuzzy control theory is selected to design the controller which controlos the joint positions of the robot manipulator and suppress the vibration of flexible link. In the forst place, for the 1 DOF flexible link system, the fuzzy control theory is implemented. The contdroller for the 1 DOF flexible link system is designed. Experimental research is carried out to examine the controllability and the validity of the fuzzy control theory based controller. Next, using the extended desing schemes for the case of the 1 DOF flexible link system and usign the experimental phenomena of the 3 DOF flexible link system, the fuzzy controller for the 3 DOF flexible link system is desinged and experimented.ed and experimented.

FMC 반송용 로봇의 선견형 운영방법 (Proactive Operational Method for the Transfer Robot of FMC)

  • 본 논문에서는 로봇 한 대를 중심으로 여러 설비들이 제어되는 Flexible Manufacturing Cell(FMC)에서 로봇의 대기위치 선정과 작업물 선택 의사결정을 위하여 Q-learning 알고리즘을 응용한 방법을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 하나의 로봇과 다수의 설비로 구성된 전형적인 가상의 FMC를 시뮬레이션으로 설계, 제안한 알고리즘을 적용하여 다른 대안과의 비교 분석을 실시하였다. 비교결과 적용된 알고리즘이 로봇가동률을 높여 평균 처리시간, 총 처리량 모두 향상시키는 결과를 가져왔다. 또한, 이 방법은 본 논문에서 제시한 정보뿐 아니라 그 우선순위와 가중치에 따라 다른 정보들을 손쉽게 추가하여 적용할 수 있으므로 FMC의 생산성 향상에도 크게 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

  • This work presents a design and control method for a flexible robot arm operated by a wire drive that follows human gestures. When moving the robot arm to a desired position, the necessary wire moving length is calculated and the motors are rotated accordingly to the length. A robotic arm is composed of a total of two module-formed mechanism similar to real human motion. Two wires are used as a closed loop in one module, and universal joints are attached to each disk to create up, down, left, and right movements. In order to control the motor, the anti-windup PID was applied to limit the sudden change usually caused by accumulated error in the integral control term. In addition, master/slave communication protocol and operation program for linking 6 motors to MYO sensor and IMU sensor output were developed at the same time. This makes it possible to receive the image information of the camera attached to the robot arm and simultaneously send the control command to the robot at high speed.

  • 본 연구에서는 선단의 각속도를 측정하여 궤환함으로써 유연한 로봇팔의 진동 을 억제함과 동시에 선단의 위치를 제어하고자 한다. 선단에 레이트 자이로를 설치 하여 선단의 각속도를 측정하였다. 레이트 자이로는 이미 비행체의 제어에 널리 사 용되고 있는 정밀 각속도 센서로 소형이면서 가벼워 회전 진동측정이 매우 쉽고 편리 한 장점이 있다. 또한 유연한 로봇팔을 선단에 집중질량이 있는 오일러보로 가정하 여 모델링을 하였으며, 실험에서는 1차진동 모드까지만 고려하였다.

  • This paper presents a GA-fuzzy $P^2ID$ control system for the flexible-joint robot arm. This controller is designed based on the parameter adjustment using fuzzy logic and genetic algorithms. According to the simulations, the better performance has been achieved acquired that the robot moved smoothly and met its required objectives. The results of comparison between 8 parameters and 10 parameters can be conclusion that the 10 parameters have setting time little than 8 parameters. In usability can be use 8 or 10 parameters these one.

  • A flexible-rigid multibody analysis was pen armed to examine the dynamic response of a heavy handling robot system under a worst motion scenario. A rigid body dynamics analysis was solved and compared with flexible-rigid multibody analysis. The modal analysis and test were also carried out to establish the accuracy and the validation of the finite element model used in this paper. For the flexible-rigid multibody simulation, stresses in several major bodies were interested, so that those parts are flexible and other parts are modeled as rigid body in order to reduce computer resources.

  • This is the dissertation of the study of design characteristics about the practical flexible manufacturing system (PFMS). The basic ideas to analyze the manufacturing system which is the automatically operated is dependant on the various manufacturing procedures in factory. PFMS is the very useful equipment for students and trainee of production lines. This system is composed of hardware and software sub systems i.e. control and test unit and personal computer with software. The PFMS can be developed with design concepts and approved the capability of first article with functional tests. The PFMS module will be very useful for the manufacturing drill system in universities and practical fields. The flexible manufacturing systems have various subsystems appropriated for the final manufacturing products. Therefore the systems have the various kinds of hard wares as well as softwares. We study the software for the practical flexible manufacturing system designed in the Halla University and specially the design concept and using specification of the SCARA (Selective Compliance Assembly Robot Arm) robot which is used for the movement of the product is analyzed and introduced in this dissertation.
