in the real world situations that some jobs need be processed only on certain limited machines frequently occur due to the capacity restrictions of machines such as tools fixtures or material handling equipment. In this paper we consider n-job non-preemptive and m parallel machines scheduling problem having two machines group. The objective function is to minimize the sum of earliness and tardiness with different release times and due dates. The problem is formulated as a mixed integer programming problem. The problem is proved to be Np-complete. Thus a heuristic is developed to solve this problem. To illustrate its suitability and efficiency a proposed heuristic is compared with a genetic algorithm and tabu search for a large number of randomly generated test problems in ship engine assembly shop. Through the experimental results it is showed that the proposed algorithm yields good solutions efficiently.

The purpose of this study was to grasp actual condition of remodeling elements by specialists' in-depth interviews. The interview has been conducted to interior designer who have a wide experience of apartment remodeling. In-depth interview is a kind of qualitative method in which attention to reply of responses with open-access between interviewer and respondents. According to the results, remodeling elements were generally the renovation of balcony into the livingroom or children room, removal a doorsill, installation of storage furniture, change of lighting fixtures in the all rooms and change equipments of bathroom. Finishing materials were usual used normal wallpaper and normal or low emitting adhesive on ceiling and wall, tempered-flooring on floor, and ceramic tiles on bottom and wall of bath and entrance.

Automotive and aircraft assembly process rely on fixtures to support and coordinate parts and subassemblies. Fixture layout in multi-station panel assemblies has a direct dimensional effect on final products and thus presents a quality problem. This paper describes a methodology for fixture layout design in multi -station assembly processes. An optimal fixture layout improves the robustness of a fixture system against environmental noises, reduces product variability, and eventually leads to manufacturing cost reduction. One of the difficulties raised by multi-station fixture layout design is the overwhelmingly large number of design alternatives. This makes it difficult to find a global optimality and, if an inefficient algorithm is used, may require prohibitive computing time. In this paper, simulated annealing is adopted and appropriate parameters are selected to find good fixture layouts. A four-station assembly process for a sport utility vehicle (SUV) side frame is used throughout the paper to illustrate the efficiency and effectiveness of this methodology.

Nonlinear loads including lighting fixtures generate harmonic currents and create distortions on the sinusoidal voltage of the power system. Harmonic field measurements have shown that the harmonic contents of a waveform varies with time. A cumulative probabilistic approach is the most commonly used method to solve time varying harmonics. In this paper the time varying harmonics of lighting loads are evaluated by international harmonic standards(IEC 61000-3-6).

In the cave, there are three kinds of CO2 gas from the human body and humidity or H2O from the underground water and also light from illumination fixture creating plants by photosynthesis. For this reason, the green plants of moss created and lived on the rock in the cave, but sometimes there would be the dry season to be killed the green mosses and hence, it could be dried and blackish. When the dried mosses were taken off from the surface of the rock like as laminated dried one, the moss lamination could be taken off together with the skin of the formated stalactite in the cave. Therefore, cave environment should be changed and degenerated. So it is useful and necessary to get selective wave lighting to have photosynthesis in the cave or not to have it in there by using of the LED lamps.

동굴이 개발되어 일반인에게 개방되기에 이르면 동굴의 환경오염은 피할 수 없는 문제점으로 부각된다. 이러한 환경오염은 단순한 하나의 요인에 의해서 결정되는 것이 아니고 다른 여러 요인들과 함께 복합적으로 상호작용을 이루면서 하나의 환경오염시스템을 구성한다. 그 주요 요인으로는 통로개설 및 조명 등 설치, 관광객출입, 구조물의 산화, 기온의 상승, 지형지물의 접촉, 쓰레기 투기 및 방치 등을 둘 수 있으며, 이러한 요인에 의해 녹색곰팡이, 흑색곰팡이, 건화현상, 박리현상, 수질오염 등의 환경오염을 초래한다.

This study examined the P Church in the Large chapel and S Church in the midium chapel were Analyzed to the installed stage broadcast lighting system. As a result of the installation of lighting equipment of LED class in P Church in the Large chapel, it provided clearer image and did not have shadow. While tungsten halogen illumination was very hot and heated to be preaching, LED was not heated so the pastor was very comfortable for preaching. S Church in the Midium chapel due to low ceiling height using LED lighting musical, theater and possibly were directed. If a similar structure of Dae-Hak Street theater to replace the existing fixtures by LED lighting, rendering effective and energy saving effect is thought to have much effect.

방송 조명 카메라 촬영 시 텅스텐 할로겐 조명기가 너무 뜨겁고 전기용량이 많이 소비되어 전기에너지 절약 및 영상의 질을 향상 시키고자 방송 조명 등기구를 36[W]급 LED로 대치하고자 연구하였다. 그리고 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 방송조명에서 사용되는 할로겐 1[kw]조명 등기구 보다 36[w] LED 등기구 조도가 떨어진 반면 파사체 부분의 조도는 높아진 것을 불수 있었고, 영상이 매우 부드럽고 환하게 나타나는 것을 볼 수 있었다.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the technology$.$home economics textbooks of family life in the 7th curriculum for the middle school students and the direction of future policy to improve the curriculum for further revision. For this purpose, 10 different textbooks prepared for 7th Curriculum and published in 2001 were examined and obtained the following major findings 1. It was gradually strengthened that the part of family life in home economics textbooks for middle school students. 2. The part of family life in technology$.$home economics a in middle school textbooks of the 7th curriculum tried to adapt diverse learning programs and many fixtures were included to improve its learning efficiency. 3. Since the contents of family life parts in technology$.$home economics textbooks consisted of practically and empirically appliable. it must be suite useful for the middle school students.

A composite Iso-grid panel is manufactured and tested by compressive load. Vertical stringers and side stringers are joined with skin by secondary bonding using a liquid type adhesive. Bonding fixtures were developed to attach the stringers to skin. A-scan was done for inspection of secondary bonding region. The out of displacement field is visualized by shadow moire system. The strain and vertical displacement are measured by strain gages and L VDT (Linear Variable Differential Transformer). A local buckling is occurred at all grid sections. After that, the final failure is occurred. The strain of side stringer is much less than that of vertical stringer and skin. Due to the side stringer, the local buckling is delayed. Therefore the ratio of the first buckling to failure load is greater than that of vertical stringer stiffened panel.
