포함확률비례추출에서 회귀계수 최소제곱추정량의 근사분산 (Approximate Variance of Least Square Estimators for Regression Coefficient under Inclusion Probability Proportional to Size Sampling)

  • 본 논문은 유한모집단에서 회귀계수추정량의 근사편향과 근사분산을 다루고 있다. 유한모집단에서 고정크기 포함확률비례표본을 추출하고 이 표본에서 조사된 데이터에 기초하여 회귀계수를 일반최소제곱추정량과 가중최소제곱추정량으로 추정할 때 두 추정량의 편향, 분산 그리고 평균제곱오차의 근사식을 유도하였다. 그리고 두 추정량의 효율을 비교하기 위하여 두 추정량의 분산을 비교하는 필요충분조건을 제시하였다. 또한 수치적인 비교를 위하여 간단한 예제를 소개하였다.

온도변화에 따른 LDMOS의 전류변동 억제에 관한 연구 (A Study of Suppression Current for LDMOS under Variation of Temperature)

  • In this paper, the power amplifier using active bias circuits for LDMOS(Lateral Diffused Metal Oxide Semiconductor) MRF-21180 is designed and fabricated. According to change the temperature, the gate voltage of LDMOS is controlled by the fabricated active bias circuits which is made of PNP transistor to suppress drain current. The driving amplifier using MRF-21125 and MRF-21060 is made to drive the LDMOS MRF-21180 power amplifier. The variation of current consumption in the fabricated 60 watt power amplifier has an excellent characteristics of less than 0.1 A, whereas a passive biasing circuit dissipates more than 0.5 A. The implemented power amplifier has the gain over 9 dB, the gain flatness of less than $\pm$0.1 dB and input and output return loss of less than -6 dB over the frequency range 2.11 $\sim$ 2.17 GHz. The DC operation point of this power amplifier at temperature variation 0 $^{\circ}C$ to 60 $^{\circ}C$ is fixed by active bias circuit.

The effect of negative bias stress stability in high mobility In-Ga-O TFTs

  • In this work, we investigated the characteristics and the effects of light on the negative gate bias stress stability (NBS) in high mobility polycrystalline IGO TFTs. IGO TFT showed a high drain current on/off ratio of ${\sim}10^9$, a field-effect mobility of $114cm^2/Vs$, a threshold voltage of -4V, and a subthresholdslpe(SS) of 0.28V/decade from log($I_{DS}$) vs $V_{GS}$. IGO TFTs showed large negative $V_{TH}$ shift(17V) at light power of $5mW/cm^2$ with negative gate bias stress of -10V for 10000seconds, at a fixed drain voltage ($V_{DS}$) of 0.5V.

The Dry Etching of TiN Thin Films Using Inductively Coupled CF4/Ar Plasma

  • In this study, we changed the input parameters (gas mixing ratio, RF power, DC bias voltage, and process pressure), and then monitored the effect on TiN etch rate and selectivity with $SiO_2$. When the RF power, DC-bias voltage, and process pressure were fixed at 700 W, - 150 V, and 15 mTorr, the etch rate of TiN increased with increasing $CF_4$ content from 0 to 20 % in $CF_4$/Ar plasma. The TiN etch rate reached maximum at 20% $CF_4$ addition. As RF power, DC bias voltage, and process pressure increased, all ranges of etch rates for TiN thin films showed increasing trends. The analysis of x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was carried out to investigate the chemical reactions between the surfaces of TiN and etch species. Based on experimental data, ion-assisted chemical etching was proposed as the main etch mechanism for TiN thin films in $CF_4$/Ar plasma.

  • In this work, analytical bias arising from the gas chromatographic determination of sulfur compounds was evaluated by the application of direct loop injection method to the GC/PFPD detection of four sulfur compounds including H$_{2}$S, CH$_{3}$SH, DMS, and DMDS. For the proper evaluation of analytical uncertainties involved in GC calibration, we employed two comparative techniques of calibration at fxed concentration injection (CFCI) vs calibration at fixed volume injection (CFVI) method. The results of our study indicate that CFCI method exhibits very poor sensitivity due to the matrix effect with varying injection volumes. On the other hand, as CFVI method overcomes such limitation, it can be used to obtain very accurate quantification of S compounds at their high concentration levels above a few to a few tens ppb.

  • 본 논문에서 STN LCD의 구동전압에 따른 응답특성을 조사하였다. 네 가지 STN 액정 셀로써 여러 인가전압에 대한 스위칭 시간을 측정하였다. 또한 해석식으로 설명이 안되는 바이어스 전압의 스위칭 시간에 대한 영향을 실험을 통해 알아보았다. 그리고 수치해석적 방법으로 수한 계산결과와 비교하므로써, 계산결과가 바이어스 전압에 따른 실험결과와 비교적 잘 일치함을 알 수 있었다.

Comparison of Latin Hypercube Sampling and Simple Random Sampling Applied to Neural Network Modeling of HfO2 Thin Film Fabrication

  • In this paper, two sampling methods which are Latin hypercube sampling (LHS) and simple random sampling were. compared to improve the modeling speed of neural network model. Sampling method was used to generate initial weights and bias set. Electrical characteristic data for $HfO_2$ thin film was used as modeling data. 10 initial parameter sets which are initial weights and bias sets were generated using LHS and simple random sampling, respectively. Modeling was performed with generated initial parameters and measured epoch number. The other network parameters were fixed. The iterative 20 minimum epoch numbers for LHS and simple random sampling were analyzed by nonparametric method because of their nonnormality.

  • A 3-DOF actuator which has new principle and very simple structure is proposed. Its principle seems to be similar to conventional electromagnetic actuators, that is, to utilize the relation of control and bias fluxes produced by coils and permanent magnets, respectively, but the coils and permanent magnets of the proposed actuator are fixed in the stator. Such a structure helps to optimally design the actuator for its use. Some experimental and FEM analysis results show the feasibility of the proposed actuator and some characteristics of system that are useful lot structure design and control.

패널자료를 이용한 노동조합의 임금효과 분석 (A Longitudinal Analysis of the Union Effect on the Wages)

  • 본 연구는 "한국노동패널조사" 자료를 사용하여 노동조합이 임금에 미치는 효과를 패널 분석하였다. 횡단면 분석을 통하여 구한 노동조합이 임금상승에 미치는 효과는 약 4.6%로 추정되었다. 고정효과 모델을 통하여 추정된 노조의 임금상승효과는 약 2.1%로 상당히 그 효과가 감소하였음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 보이지 않는 근로자의 특성과 노조가 있는 기업에 종사하며 노동조합에 가입하는 의사결정과 양(+)의 상관관계가 존재함을 유추해 볼 수 있으며 기존의 횡단면 분석의 연구 결과가 상당 부분 상향 편의되었음을 유추해 볼 수 있다.

Surface Modification of Automobile Rubber by Various Plasma Treatments

  • This study examined the surface modification characteristics of NBR using sealing in automobile. Surfaces of NBR were modified by RF power Ar plasma treatment. In experiment, pressure, flux, temperature were fixed and RF bias voltage. Treatment time was changed. In friction test, we used PTFE grease. After modification, surfaces of NBR showed many grooves, hydrophilic functional groups, and lipophilic functional groups. As increasing treating voltage and time, the amount of them was increased. And wetting angle and friction coefficient was decreased with increasing treating voltage and time. However, the pattern of changing friction coefficient was not fixed.
