This paper is proposed to a solar cell power system used in fire emergency equipment. Also it is designed with a high efficiency power converter in order to increase efficiency of power system. The controlling switches used in DC-DC booster chopper and DC-AC inverter are operated with soft switching, which is applied to resonant circuit method to reduce switching loss. The result is that the system gets to high efficiency. In this paper, A detection circuit of maximum power point of solar cell is described in this paper. And the performance evaluations for the photovoltaic power system of high efficiency are examined by the analysis of a new tracking controller with a maximum power $P_{max}$ detection of solar cell.

The results are as follows through the investigation of literature. 1. The cause of shortness of breath due to fluid retention is abnormal rising of water-evil and it srepregentative symptom are as follows'Cough or dyspnea, shortness of breath-sleeplessness, rapid respiration accused by having rest, edemd on the body and leg' 2. Dyspnea caused by fire-evil is It repregentative symptom are 'getting better or getting worse, reducing by eating rapid respiration accused by eating If having rest the ditalenergy (gui) is made a peace At moving, the vital energy is abrupt or irregalar and acused rapid respiration' 3. From the point of view, the rapid respiration accused by heart usually bring about imperfect left heart Its repregentetive symptom are cyspnea, acute dyspnea at night, bronchial wheezing edema on the leg, and the thing which bring about at moving is mildcase but what bring about at rest is severe case 4. We have known that the symptom of shortness of breath due to fluid retention are similiar to cardiac rapid respiration, and the symptom of dyspnea acused by fire-evil alike 'dyspnea at moving' acused at mild case of cardiac rapid respiration.'

With the development of the electronics industry and widespread supply of many different electrical appliances, the factors of the electrical fires are also diversified. For this reason, the fuse, safety-critical component, needs accurate and stable operating characteristics for preventing various fire factor, and also needs various operating characteristics. Especially when the all electrical resistance are dropped by internal short of circuit, high current inrushes and makes the fire. In order to prevent this, very fast acting fuses should be applied. However, existing very fast acting characteristics fuse has less wire dimension of element Ag100% metal than that of fast acting fuse, and it is made of plating with low melting point metals, so it satisfy very fast acting but it can't satisfy durability and safety. For this reason, in this study, through the analyzing fusing characteristics of Ag-Cu alloy composition, the new alloy composition, which implement to very fast acting fuse without decrease of fuse elements dimension, is suggested. And this study classify the operating characteristics changes, a resistance change, and the rated current of the fuse in the overall composition change of Ag-Cu alloying. and it can be utilized for designing fuse.

This study aims to find the perception and utilization of the citizen about the dryness watch warning (DWW) among special weather reports. For this we have made up a descriptive questionnaire including the perception, utilization of special weather reports. Using the SPSS 17.0 program, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and Scheffe test were used to analyze the collected data. The results are as follows; The perception of DWW is measured by 4 point Likert scale and the average is $15.97{\pm}3.70$ (percentile=57.0). This value shows that the awareness level is not that high and according to the occupation, college students show the lowest awareness and housewives show the highest awareness. According to the age, the teens and twenties show the lowest awareness and fifties and sixties show the highest awareness. Although the perception of the teens and college students are rather poor, there were many positive answers that it is necessary to establish the advanced disaster prevention plan according to the questionnaire about the utilization of DWW. Therefore, if we come up with an effective plan to improve the perception than we can expect a large-effect in terms of fire and forest fire prevention. The perception of DWW can be improved by providing weather information and weather related education program on TV or internet which have the high level of preference. Also, it is necessary to provide online and offline program of advertising education and disaster management education through the weather forecast bureau which is the host organization of delivering weather information.

In this paper, we analyzed the properties change of electric wire when the thermal stress was applied to 600V grade polyvinyl chloride insulated wire (IV). In the structure analysis, normal wire has the properties of direction on the surface, but in case of deteriorated wire at above $400^{\circ}c$, it formed the carbide, the crack and the crystal. The surface composition rate of normal wire was Cu : 100%, but the section composition of the deteriorated wire at $800^{\circ}c$ showed Cu : 78.89%, O : 21.11%. In result of analyzing the differential scanning calory of copper wire, the new reaction peak was observed on the deteriorated wire at above $700^{\circ}c$. In case of the deteriorated wire as $150^{\circ}c$ at the differential thermal analysis, an endothermic reaction appeared at $264^{\circ}c$ lower than the reactive point of normal wire. The occupation rate of oxygen according to the deterioration of copper wire is about 20% at $500^{\circ}c$.

The different growth steps of human show the different energetic phenomenon such as the strength of triple energizer, the sale of extra meridian, and the stability of 12 meridians. So we have to understand the physiological and pathological phenomena on this point of view. Especially atopic dermatitis means the loss of adaptability under the lack of genuine energy. If you approach to this disease not with any perception of excess or deficiency of the human genuine energy but with simple symptom enumeration or partial diagnosis, it will be dangerous. So we must approach to this disease with more concrete and objective body-centered standard. Thus when we cure and diagnose infants with this disease, we should focus on stablizing the "Energy of Earth(土)" digestive ability, under the consideration of inducement to the enough "Byun-Jeung-Hu(變蒸候)" and the function of Triple Energizer. Through this process we can lead infants to the beginning equipment state(始全). Until 7 years old, we should stabilize the Link Vessel(維脈) by clarifying interior and exterior classification of Nutritive Element and Defensive Energy to control the child's energy of metal(金), water(水), wood(木) and fire(火) in the basis of the energy of earth(土). And also we should stabilize the Heel Vessel(？脈) through the Water and Fire complement each other to control the movements and to control sleep and awakening. Through this process, we can lead children to the basal equipment state(本全). After then, until adolescent phase, we should control 12 meridian and 8 extra meridian by leading vital function to be harmonized and prosperous on the basis of the meridian to reach the mature equipment state(旣全). Adult atopic dermatitis should be controlled through conciliation between meridian and internal organs by differentiating male from female.

In order to investigate different and original theories on pathology of eyes from the past main etiology of fire and heat, two texts of Si-sheng-xin-yuan written by Huang Yuan Yu and Eui-gam-jung-ma written by Lee Gyu Jun are selected and analysed in terms of pathology and prescription. Huang explained that diseases of the eyes are usually born of functional disorders of spleen and stomach(脾胃升降失調) accompanied with turbidity change of energy and blood(氣血淸濁變化). In the meantime, Lee described that the diseases are made from disorders of activities of essence, spirit, energy and blood stored in 5 viscera. So following them, the main point of treatment for the diseases of eyes is to restore and clarify the stagnated gastrointestinal(GI) function, or to supply the clear essence and blood to eyes respectively. Also they have same opinions that the fire and heat are the secondary symptoms of the optical diseases. Therefore Huang focused on cleaning the phlegm and leaking the moisture of GI tract to treat those symptoms, and Lee emphasized on nourishing essential energy of kidney and liver on the other hand. Although they preferred to use radical therapy than symptomatic one. But it can be deduced that Huang's theory is more positive and direct therapy and Lee's one is more basic but indirect treatment.

The tools that classify the severity of patients based on the prediction of mortality include APACHE, SAPS, and MPM. Theses tools rely crucially on the evaluation of patients' general clinical status on the first date of their admission to ICU. Nursing activities are one of the most crucial factors influencing on the quality of treatment that patients receive and one of the contributing factors for their prognosis and safety. The purpose of this study was to identify the goodness-of-fit of CPSCS of critical patient severity classification system(CPSCS) and Glasgow coma scale(GCS) and the clinical usefulness of its death rate prediction. Data were collected from the medical records of 187 neurological patients who were admitted to the ICU of C University Hospital. The data were analyzed through $x^2$ test, t-test, Mann-Whitney, Kruskal-Wallis, goodness-of-fit test, and ROC curve. In accordance with patients' general and clinical characteristics, patient mortality turned out to be statistically different depending on ICU stay, endotracheal intubation, central venous catheter, and severity by CPSCS. Homer-Lemeshow goodness-of-fit tests were CPSCS and GCS and the results of the discrimination test using the ROC curve were $CPSCS_0$,.734, $GCS_0$,.583, $CPSCS_{24}$,.734, $GCS_{24}$,.612, $CPSCS_{48}$,.591, $GCS_{48}$,.646, $CPSCS_{72}$,.622, and $GCS_{72}$,.623. Logistic regression analysis showed that each point on the CPSCS score signifies1.034 higher likelihood of dying. Applied to neurologically ill patients, early CPSCS scores can be regarded as a useful tool.

Objectives : This study was aimed to investigate the methods for acupuncture and moxibustional treatment to insomnia Methods : The insomnia is classified by seven cause at main subject. According to this, arrange the acupuncture and moxibustional treatment for classical books, and explain eight meridian related to insomnia. Results : 1. Insomnia means deficiency of sleeping and it is the word generally used when a short period of sleeping, difficulty for deep sleeping and difficulty for recovery of original vital energy comes out. In oriental medicine, they understand that uneasiness condition occurred by abnormal operation of the internal organs as heart, liver, gallbladder, spleen, stomach, kidney, etc. caused by external affection or internal injury becomes Insomnia. 2. Cause of insomnia can be classified majorly as fire-transformation of liver and gallbladder , inner shaking of phlegm-heat , insufficiency of both the heart and the spleen, disharmony between heat and kidney, the dysfunction of the stomach, timidity of heart and gallbladder, the deficiency of Qi of the lung. They make insomnia with bad influence upon body and spirit. 3. The meridian system such as Heart Meridian of Hand Soeum, Pericardium Meridian of Hand Gworeum, Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangmyeong, Spleen Meridian of Foot Taeeum, Bladder Meridian of Foot Taeyang, Kidney Meridian of Foot Soeum, Gallbladder Meridian of Foot Soyang, Liver Meridian of Foot Gworeum and Lung Meridian of Hand Taeeum are used to treat insomnia. Sinmun acupoint and Naegwan acupoint are often used in particular because the they are good for calmming the spirit, the heart and purging the heart of (pathogenic) fire. 4. Especialy, Back-Su points of Bladder Meridian of Foot Taeyang was used by each causes. The Back-su Points was mainly used for heal the insomnia because the Back-Su points has good competent to control the ability of internal organs by direct effect to it. It is because the vitality flows through around back-Su. Conclusions : It comes to a conclusion as follows with research for relevancy of the main cause of insomnia and meridian system includes meridian point.
