  • This study undertook a empirical analysis, delving into the association between the direct construction approach and the construction quality of general construction companies. The research hinged on corporate financial data to elucidate the premise that a reduced emphasis on direct construction approach by general construction companies correlates with a notable prevalence of building defects. Specifically, the analysis engaged with the top 100 construction companies based on their construction capability evaluation in 2022. This appraisal leveraged the Empirical Research Model(ERM) rooted in financial data-sets spanning 2017 to 2021. Findings underscored that as the ratio of direct construction approach diminishes, the incidence of building defects amplifies, signifying a consequential dip in construction quality. Moreover, the research reaffirmed that companies with elevated construction capability evaluations or larger organizational scales tend to register decreased defect rates. This study fortifies, from a theoretical perspective, the legislative imperatives championing direct construction approach, by empirically spotlighting the potential perils of over-reliance on subcontracting.

  • There are two categories of online crimes related to children and adolescents: those committed by adolescents and those committed against children and adolescents. While recent trends in criminal law show consensus on strengthening punishment in cases of crimes against children and adolescents, there are mixed stances in cases of juvenile delinquency. One perspective emphasizes strict punishment, whereas the other emphasizes dispositions aligned with human rights. While various forms of online crime share the commonality in that the main part of the criminal act occurs online, they can be categorized into three types: those seeking financial gain, those driven by sexual motives, and those engaged in bullying. Among these, crimes driven by sexual motives are the most serious. Second-hand trading fraud and conditional (sexual) meeting fraud fall under the category of seeking financial gain and occur frequently. Crimes driven by sexual motives include obscenity via telecommunication, filming with discrete cameras, child and adolescent sexual exploitation material, fake video distribution, and blackmail/coercion using intimate images/videos ("sextortion"). These crimes lead to various legal issues such as whether to view vulgar acronyms or body cams that teenagers frequently use as simple subcultures or crimes, what criteria should be applied to judge whether a recorded material induces sexual desire or shame, and at what stage sexual grooming becomes punishable. For example, sniping posts, KakaoTalk prisons, and chat room explosions are tricky issues, as they may or may not be punished depending on the case. Particular caution should be exercised against the indiscriminate application of a strict punishment-oriented approach to the juvenile justice system, which is being discussed in relation to online sexual offenses. In the punishment case of online crime, juvenile offenders with a high potential for future improvement and reform must be treated with special consideration.

As such, the author of this paper, which describes the current market environment, is the sales organization of a large company. While leading the company, I thought about how to overcome the rapidly changing market and create an organization that continues to grow. As a result, I succeeded in creating an organization that continued to grow over the past two years, and the main activity of this result was the use of sales computer. It was clear that it was an information sharing activity. Therefore, this study attempted to examine the relationship between knowledge management and business performance in the sales field of ICT companies, which has not been covered so far. Knowledge management is a four-stage activity from a process perspective, divided into knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge transfer, and knowledge utilization. did. As a result of the study, first, knowledge management activities, such as knowledge creation and knowledge storage, were found to have a significant impact on financial performance. Second, knowledge management activities such as knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge transfer, and knowledge utilization were all found to have an impact on non-financial performance. In the end, this study confirmed that efforts to turn tacit knowledge into knowledge in order to respond to the ever-changing ICT market are ultimately an important factor in growing a company.

  • Real option thinking can provide a strategic agility, especially when IT managers consider ERP investment projects. Managing financial and IT risks is critical for the success of ERP investment projects. We examine whether Korean IT managers apply the real option thinking when considering ERP investment projects. On the basis of a survey data collection, we validate hypotheses based on existing literature in IT and finance. Notably, Korean IT managers consider only volatility among financial risk variables and two important IT risk variables, namely, requirement changes and continuous training costs.

  • Information Technology represents substantial financial investment for government organization. However, it seems that the real goal of IT investment, which is to make government more efficient, effective, and responsible through IT systems, has not been seriously aware of in the government organizations. As a result, despite of large investment in IT over many years, substantial benefits accrued to the work, such as process innovation and work efficiency, have not actually occurred. In this paper, it is argued that, since IT benefits will not be realized without any effective benefits realization efforts, it is needed in IT evaluation to put more emphasis on the efforts. Therefore, it is suggested that appropriate IT evaluation can possibly work as a guideline for deriving the desired benefits through the IT investment. In this study, some of the well known approaches were reviewed about what IT evaluation and IT benefits realization efforts should be. Current evaluation method was analyzed from the perspective of benefits realization. On the basis of the analysis, this study leads to suggestions that improve the current ways of evaluating IT performance, helping government focus on realizing practical IT benefits at work.

Finally, the customer satisfaction has increased so that the customer-friendly management system has been accomplished. With these efforts, the 3.4% increase of the market share and the 3% increase of the customer satisfaction were obtained in 2005. As the future study, the current study can be extended to the concept of COPQ (cost of poor quality) which focuses on the hidden quality cost of the whole business activities. • The youth unemployment issue has not shown any improvement in years. The purpose of this study was to observe how employment issues affecting university students influence their life aims, self-efficacy, view of reality, view of the future, and life satisfaction. 239 students from three universities located in Seoul and Gyeonggi province were assessed through the instrument FLL and questions about employment issues, their life aims, life satisfaction and also their employment perspective. A total of 34 items of the FLL were divided through factor analysis into six higher life aims, self-love, family love and interpersonal aims, personal-financial aims, social-public aims, moral aims and political and ideological aims. Using Cluster analysis, three group profiles were found depending on the employment perspective such as a better view of reality, better self-efficacy, and better life satisfaction. A t-test was conducted in order to compare the two groups classified according to favorable or unfavorable employment perspectives. No significant differences existed between the groups in the perception of youth unemployment or in social-demographic factors, such as gender, age, and academic year. However, in life aims, the unfavorable group showed significantly higher interest in the domains of family love and interpersonal aims, personal -financial aims, and social-public aims than the favorable perspective group. Conversely, this group showed a significantly greater negative view of reality in most life domains, as it evaluated that its aims are more poorly achieved than the comparable group. Also, the unfavorable perspective group showed a lesser degree of self-efficacy in most life domains and the same in the category of life satisfaction, i.e., lesser satisfaction in all life domains except for family love, and moral aims. However, no significant difference existed between the groups in the view of the future. The results were discussed in relation to other social-cognitive factors for life satisfaction found in preceding studies.

  • Business consulting which aims at advising overall management, comparative advantage in competitive environment, administration and so forth is deemed to be significant so that a credit union may flexibly respond to rapid and complicated financial environment. Accordingly, business consulting has been initiated and implemented in credit union since 2002, which seemingly leads to positive outcome to enhance its competitiveness. However, very few research exists which analyze the credit union's competitiveness and business performance after the business consulting. Thus, the research intends to verify how consulting influences on management performance by its various factors. With the above studies in mind, hypothesis is formed that the characteristics of a consulting comsumer and the characteristics of supplier will give a meaningful impact on management performance. The test shows the result as followings: Firstly, a primary credit union's trust and NACUFOK's expertise demonstrate that they are closely relevant to financial and non financial management performance. Secondly, support and willingness to apply states that they influences on non financial performance, while no direct impact is found to financial performance. Thirdly, NACUFOK's capability is rarely interrelated to financial and non financial performance. The present study implies that the credit union as a consulting beneficiary should participate in the consulting, accept the result, and make effort to solve the management problems. In addition, NACUFOK as a consulting supplier should initiate the organization in exclusive charge, perform the professional group, and foster the professional consultant for the development of consulting method, the improvement of consulting process, and the specialization of consultant including the enhancement of core competencies. When these perspectives are sufficient, it will be connected to the management outcomes, further, it will be boosted up the competitiveness of the Credit Union. Hopefully the present study helps to motivate the consulting of primary credit union, boost up the effectiveness of consulting, further, providing the perspective on consulting the credit union. And these may result in the indication of consulting development direction and the competitiveness of Credit Union.

The analysis of cumulative abnormal returns (CARs) indicates that the CARs were below '0' during whole investigation period. Besides, the CARs of companies listed on the Kosdaq have plummeted to -53.5%.
