  • Recently great construction companies strive for utilization of integrated safety management information in advanced IT in many fields. And construction companies have a interest and effort to construct system for integration and management of safety management information. Some earlier companies are appling to construction site ,but that is limited great construction company But it need to solve the origin problem because of it continually keep up the rate of disaster. Namely management system need more manage subcontractor that safety management in construction site. This purpose of study is an offer of foundation data to introduce and improve of safety management Information system. The paper is supposed to choose the essential regular items and going to propose improvement of safety information system according to the survey

  • In this paper, we investigated the following items for the development of gas safety work mobile app. In this study, which is a follow-up study after the completion of the scenario design and the first, second image extraction of the mobile app based on the initial research that has been studied, 1) Suggested classification of gas works by type classification and risk classification 2) The research and proposal of interaction method for effective interworking of mobile app and worker in many industrial fields of two-hand work have been made. In particular, the development of a mobile app that interacts with the main system that manages not only the gas work but also the field of each industrial field is the first attempt in Korea and has helped the worker to work freely and safely through various interaction methods.

A Study on the Medical Information System for Hospice (호스피스 의료정보시스템 구축에 관한 연구)

  • Purpose : The study is to develop the medical information system for the hospice which can be implemented actually by considering the imitations with respect to hospice programs and hardware resources. And the ultimate goal of this study is the promotion of the hospice. Methods : The study is of qualitative research and is performed by the literature survey in related fields. And the precedent studies are taken into account also. Through these surveys, crucial items are revealed and the solutions for thorn are proposed. Results : The analysis of the hospice program shows that the MIS can be applied to the hospice with a greater efficiency. This gives the rationale that the MIS for the hospice should be set-up as soon as possible. Conclusion : In establishing the system, recommended is that the hospice model take the gradual development rather than the integrated one from the on-set stage. Further the system design should take several limitations into account to be a realistic one.

  • In this paper, the unit processes in the typical water treatment plant, which need to be expanded because the water demand is over the existing water treatment capacity in the near future, were carefully examined to upgrade the water treatment plant. The models were installed in the fields as a distorted model based upon the hydraulic similitudes. The models having the constant discharge ratio in the unit processes between the model and the prototype were installed as two units to compare the treatment efficiencies. The capacity of the individual unit, which is a model of the prototype of $250,000m^3/day$ capacity, was $24m^3/day$. In the mixing and flocculation experiments, the mixing intensity of flocculators G was selected as the main experimental item. The optimal mixing intensities G, which are 65/sec for experimental discharge of $1m^3/hr$ and 85/sec for experimental discharge of $1.3m^3/hr$, are identified based upon the comparison the relative turbidity removal efficiencies. Also, the outlet weir loading was selected as the main experimental item in the sedimentation process. Through the continuous experiments with the main experimental items of the mixing intensity of flocculators G and the outlet loading of the weir in the sedimentation basin, about 20% upgrading compared to the existing water treatment capacity was obtained.

  • Online e-commerce management systems are gradually increasing, and transactions are made in various items. However, the reliability between sellers and buyers is very important in high-priced transactions such as automobiles when used transactions online. Nevertheless, in the existing used trading system, a device that prevents fraud or trusts the seller is insufficient. This paper developed a blockchain-based used transaction management system to improve the reliability that occurs during used transactions. We have improved the safety trading system by developing a trading management system for used cars with the highest amount of used cars in various fields. This system uses Ethereum-based smart contract to guarantee reliability without third party intervention. By designing the contracts required for used car trading by utilizing smart contracts, it was possible to reduce the effort and time of trading participants in the existing used car transactions, while enabling safe transactions. In addition, this system mitigated information asymmetry between buyers and sellers, and reduced and prevented brokerage fees in the distribution process without third parties.

  • This study aimed to design a semi-automatic web-based pilot system 1) to build a Korean novel geo-name, 2) to update the database using automatic geo-name extraction for a scalable database, and 3) to retrieve/visualize the usage of an old geo-name on the map. In particular, the problem of extracting novel geo-names, which are currently obsolete, is difficult to solve because obtaining a corpus used for training dataset is burden. To build a corpus for training data, an admin tool, HTML crawler and parser in Python, crawled geo-names and usages from a vocabulary dictionary for Korean New Novel enough to train a named entity tagger for extracting even novel geo-names not shown up in a training corpus. By means of a training corpus and an automatic extraction tool, the geo-name database was made scalable. In addition, the system can visualize the geo-name on the map. The work of study also designed, implemented the prototype and empirically verified the validity of the pilot system. Lastly, items to be improved have also been addressed.

A Case Study on Application of Artificial Intelligence Convergence Education in Elementary Biological Classification Learning (초등 생물분류 학습에서 인공지능 융합교육의 적용 사례 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the possibility of artificial intelligence convergence education (AICE) in elementary biological classification learning. First, the possibility of AICE was analyzed in the field of 2015 revised elementary life science curriculum. The artificial intelligence biological classification (AIBC) education program targeted plant life. The possibility of AICE in the elementary life science curriculum was suggested through the consultation process of three elementary science education experts. The AIBC education program was developed through the review process of elementary education experts. The results of this study are as follows. First, 8(32%) achievement standards were available for AICE in elementary life science. Second, 18(86%) of the 21 items reviewed by the experts for the AIBC education program developed in this study were positively evaluated. Third, in this study, through the analysis of the possibility of AIBC in the elementary life field and the review of the experts, the AIBC education program including teaching and learning models, strategies, and guidance was developed. The results of this study were based on the review of the experts, and as a follow-up study, applied research to elementary students is needed. It is also hoped that various studies on AICE will be conducted not only in the life field but also in science and other fields. Finally, we expect that the results of this study will be applied to bio-classification learning to help students improve classification capabilities and generate classification knowledge.

Awareness of Physical Therapy Rehabilitation Program after Breast Cancer Surgery in Healthy Korean Women (건강한 한국여성들을 대상으로 한 유방암 수술 후 물리치료 적용에 대한 인식도 조사)

  • PURPOSE: The purpose this study was to investigate the awareness of physical therapy as one of rehabilitation interventions for post-operative women with breast cancer in healthy Korean women. METHODS: This study recruited 223 adult women aged 20 and older who never had breast cancer but received physical therapy. This study used a structured questionnaire consisting of 13 items in 3 fields designed to focus on socio-demographic characteristics, breast cancer experience of friends or family, and awareness of physical therapy as one of methods to improve rehabilitation of patients following breast cancer surgery. RESULTS: Among respondents who completed the survey, 62.8% were interested in breast cancer. However, 78.1% had never heard of physical therapy as a rehabilitation intervention for post-operative women with breast cancer. 44.4% believed that physical therapy is necessary after breast cancer surgery. 69.5% of the respondents were willing to participate in a physical therapy rehabilitation program if there were diagnosed with breast cancer, and 59.2% believed that the participation in this program would be beneficial. 42.9% acquired some information that physical therapy is one type of rehabilitation to improve physical condition for women with breast cancer from the Internet or television. In addition, education level affected interest and awareness of physical therapy for breast cancer. Awareness about breast cancer and physical therapy were higher among well-educated respondents. CONCLUSION: This study suggests that a physical therapy rehabilitation program is specifically developed, and correct information on it is provided to improve health condition in women following breast cancer surgery.

A Comparative Study on the Financial Index of Hospital in accordance with the Weight of Medical Treatment Fee for the Rehabilitative Medicine Department (재활의학과 진료비 비중에 따른 병원 재무지표 비교연구)

  • The current hospital industry is showing relatively low profitability in comparison with other industries due to the low medical fees and high costs. Therefore, our government presented the direction of improvement through model execution and support of the specialized hospitals. However, it is estimated that the specialized hospitals also will show differentiated management performances in accordance with their specialized fields due to the characteristics of medical treatment. Therefore, this study had attempted an analysis on the financial index in accordance with the weight of medical treatment items for the rehabilitative medicine department among the whole hospital groups through getting out of analyzing financial indices of individual hospitals centered at their costs. For this p개pose, this study had carried out its research by partially reciting the study on the plan for utilizing participations of private health resources to expand rehabilitative medicine services into the private people of the Korea Health Industry Development Institute(KHIDI). As its results, it was shown that the stability, profitability, activity and productivity of hospitals with high weight of medical treatment for the rehabilitative medicine department were lower than those for the general hospitals. To support smooth operations of these hospitals 'with high weight of medical treatment for the rehabilitative medicine department or of specialized rehabilitation hospitals, it is judged that the plan such as the support for hospital management fund and the additional recognition on the rehabilitative fees, etc. together with the actualization of medical fees must be provided for the institutions which are providing rehabilitative medical services more than the fixed percentage and being equipped with the sufficient medical equipment and personnel to do them.

Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trials: The Reporting Guideline for Randomized Controlled Trials (Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trials의 소개: 무작위 대조군 연구의 보고 지침)

  • Recently, there are lots methodologies to improve the quality of research in medical and public health fields. One of them is to checking a process of research with a reporting guideline before reporting paper. Especially, reporting guideline for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) is the consolidated standards of reporting trials (CONSORT). Therefore, this review describes the latest version of the CONSORT statement, CONSORT 2010, including intent, background, and contents of this. The CONSORT statement comprises a checklist of essential items that should be included in reports of RCTs and a diagram for documenting the flow of participants through a trial. This report guideline aims at providing guidance to authors about how to improve the reporting of their trials. As consulting the CONSORT, authors could be strictly reported about research methods and results. From this review, we expect to elevate the quality of such research about dental hygiene and to establish the foundation for evidence-based dental hygiene.
