A Study on Performance Assessment Methods by Using Fuzzy Membership Function and Fuzzy Reasoning

  • Performance assessment was introduced to improvement of self-directed learning and method of assessment for differenced learning as the seventh educational curriculum is enforced. Performance assessment is overcoming limitation about problem solving ability and higher thinking abilities assessment that is problem of a written examination and get into the spotlight by way for quality of class and school normalization. But performance assessment has problems about possibilities of assessment fault by appraisal, fairness, reliability, and validity of grading, ambiguity of grading standard, difficulty about objectivity security etc. This study proposes fuzzy performance assessment system to solve problem of the conventional performance assessment. This paper presented an objective and reliable performance assessment method through fuzzy reasoning, design fuzzy membership function and define fuzzy rule analyzing factor that influence in each sacred ground of performance assessment to account principle subject. Also, performance assessment item divides by formation estimation and subject estimation and designed membership function in proposed performance assessment method. Performance assessment result that is worked through fuzzy performance assessment system can pare down burden about appraisal's fault and provide fair and reliable assessment result through grading that have correct standard and consistency to students.

  • 위성의 각속도를 추정하고 반작용 휠의 고장을 검출하기 위하여 비선형 미지입력 관측기를 제안하였다. 위성의 각속도 추정을 위해서 입력 값을 필요로 하는데, 구동기에 고장이 발생하는 경우에 정확한 각속도 추정이 어렵다. 미지입력 관측기는 미지의 고장에 영향을 받지 않으면서 상태추정이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 SDRE 기법을 적용하여 비선형 미지입력 관측기를 설계하였고, 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 제안한 방법을 검증하였다. 다양한 형태로 동시에 고장이 발생하더라도, 각속도 추정 및 고장 검출이 가능하였다.

  • New environment change of electric power system focused in consumer's energy supply and demand. But electric power reliability preservation and reliability improvement countermeasure also need for long-term. It is need that change equipments that is composing electric power system in well-timed time and by maintaining, prevent breakdown beforehand and prevent consumer's power interruption by equipment fail. However, as only quantitative estimation is available by reliability estimation method that is presented in existing, it is no to use in dictionary fault prevention. Therefore, applied optimum reliability preservation through existent equipment fault data analysis of electric power system in equipment replace side, and this when maintain equipment replace of electric power system for reliability preservation using responsiveness analysis to base ordering evaluate. In existing about main equipment plain that this paper is power system the valued failure rate use this by score and precedence of electric power system equipment for replace of system considered expense.

  • 수행 평가는 평가자에 의한 평가 오류 가능성, 채점의 공정성과 신뢰도, 타당도 문제, 채점 기준의 모호성, 객관성 확보에 대한 어려움 등의 문제가 야기되고 있다 이런한 수행 평가의 문제점을 해결하고 교사와 학생의 수행 평가 결과에 대한 만족도를 높이기 위하여, 본 논문에서는 회계 원리 과목을 대상으로 수행 평가의 각 영역에서 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 퍼지 소속 함수를 설계하고 퍼지 규칙을 정의하여 추론을 적용하여 객관적이고 신뢰성이 높은 수행 평가 방법을 제안하였다 또한 제안된 수행 평가 방법에서 수행 평가 항목은 형성 평가와 과제 평가로 구분하여 소속 함수를 설계하였다. 제안된 퍼지 수행 평가 시스템을 통해 산출된 수행 평가 결과는 평정자의 채점 오류에 대한 부담을 줄일 수 있으며 학생들에 게는 정확한 기준과 일관성 있는 채점을 통해 공평하고 신뢰성 있는 평가 결과를 제공한다.

Experimental investigation on the seismic performance of cored moment resisting stub columns

  • Cored moment resisting stub column (CMSC) was previously developed by the features of adopting a core segment which remains mostly elastic and reduced column section (RCS) details around the ends to from a stable hysteretic behavior with large post-yield stiffness and considerable ductility. Several full-scale CMSC components with various length proportions of the RCSs with respect to overall lengths have been experimentally investigated through both far-field and near-fault cyclic loadings followed by fatigue tests. Test results verified that the proposed CMSC provided very ductile hysteretic responses with no strength degradation even beyond the occurrence of the local buckling at the side-segments. The effect of RCS lengths on the seismic performance of the CMSC was verified to relate with the levels of the deformation concentration at the member ends, the local buckling behavior and overall ductility. Estimation equations were established to notionally calculate the first-yield and ultimate strengths of the CMSC and validated by the measured responses. A numerical model of the CMSC was developed to accurately capture the hysteretic performance of the specimens, and was adopted to clarify the effect of the surrounding frame and to perform a parametric study to develop the estimation of the elastic stiffness.

변전소와 차량간의 동기화를 통한 실시간 전차선로 임피던스 예측 기법 연구 (A Study on Real Time Catenary Impedance Estimation Technique using the Synchronized Measuring Data between Substation and Train)

  • This paper proposed a new real time catenary impedance estimation technique using synchronized power data from the measured data of operating vehicle and substation for catenary protective relay and fault locator setting. This paper presented estimation equation of catenary impedance using synchronized power data between substation and vehicle of AT feeding system for the performance verification of the proposed technique. Also AC feeding system is modeled through power analysis program and performance was verified through simulation according to various load changes. We verified that average 2.38%(distance equivalent 23.8 m) error appeared between the proposed estimation equation of catenary impedance and power analysis program simulation output in no connection double track system between up track and down track. Furthermore, We confirmed that estimation error is bigger depending on the increasing the distance from substation and vehicle impedance using only using vehicle current when calculating vehicle impedance in connection double track system between up track and down track. But, We confirmed that the proposed technique estimated accurately catenary impedance regardless of vehicle impedance and distance from substation.

계수추정법을 이용한 PEMFC에서의 실시간 상태 추정 방법 개발 (Development of a New On-line state Estimation Method in PEMFC using Parameter Estimation)

  • The development need of new renewable energy is more and more important to resolve exhaustion of chemical fuels and environmental pollution. Polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell has been widely studied to the extent that it can be used commercially. But there are many problems to be solved. One of them is to enhance the stability of fuel cell stacks. This paper proposes a new fault diagnosis method using Least Square Method (LSM) which is one of parameter estimation methods. The proposed method extracts equivalent circuit parameters from on-line measurements. Parameters of the circuit are estimated according to normal and abnormal states using simulation. The variation of parameters estimated in each states enables the estimation of state in fuel cells. Thus the LSM presented can be a suitable on-line parameter estimation method in PEMFC.

  • 비동질적 포아송과정(NHPP) 모형은 신뢰성 공학에서 소프트웨어 내에 남아있는 결함발견현상을 설명하는데 자주 사용된다. 이때 결함발견율은 연속적이며 단조함수를 가정하였으나 현실적으로 소프트웨어 시험환경, 전략 및 자원할당 등으로 인해 결함발견율이 변하는 경우가 있다. 본 논문은 결함발견율이 변화하는 변화점 문제를 고려한 소프트웨어 신뢰도 성장모형(SRGM)을 고려하여 모수를 추정하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 자료를 모의 생성한 후 평균값 함수의 각 모수를 최우추정법과 최소제곱법을 이용하여 추정하며, 결함발견구간이 일정하게 증가하는 경우와 일정하게 증가하지 않는 경우를 각각 고려한다. 이때 각 모수의 적합도 비교 평가를 통하여 변화점을 고려한 SRGM에서의 최적 추정법을 수치적 방법으로 판단한다.

레일리분포를 이용한 유한고장과 무한고장 소프트웨어 신뢰성 모형에 대한 비교연구 (The Comparative Study for Software Reliability Model Based on Finite and Infinite Failure Property using Rayleigh Distribution)

  • 소프트웨어 고장분석을 위한 비동질적인 포아송과정에서 결함당 고장발생률이 상수이거나, 단조 증가 또는 단조 감소하는 패턴을 가질 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 결함의 기대값을 가정하는 유한고장소프트웨어 NHPP모형과 수리시점에서도 고장이 발생할 상황을 반영하는 무한고장 NHPP모형들을 비교 제시하였다. 소프트웨어 신뢰성분야에서 많이 인용되는 레일리분포를 이용한 유한고장과 무한고장 소프트웨어 신뢰성모형에 대한 비교문제를 탐색한 결과 무한고장모형이 유한고장모형보다 효율적으로 나타났다. 이러한 비교문제를 위하여 모수추정은 최우추정법을 이용하였다. 이 연구를 통하여 소프트웨어 개발자에게 소프트웨어 고장현상을 파악하는데 어느 정도 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 사료 된다.
